本发明涉及中医药保健品技术领域,具体地说是一种增强免疫力、排毒、抗衰老、恢复疲劳效果显著的海参壳寡糖硒制剂及制备工艺。
背景技术
目前,随着社会经济的发展,人们的生活水平的提高,人们对自身健康的重视程度越来越大,但是,由于工作节奏的加快,工作压力的增大,以及运动的减少,人们的免疫力普遍低下,免疫力是人体自身的防御机制,是人体识别和消灭外来侵入的任何物质,处理衰老、损伤、死亡、变性的自身细胞以及识别和处理体内突变细胞和病毒感染细胞的能力,免疫力低下的身体易于被感染或患癌症,免疫力超长也会对身体产生损害,如过敏反应、自身免疫病等,各种原因使免疫系统不能正常发挥保护作用,在此情况下,极易招致细菌、病毒、真菌等感染,因此免疫力低下的最直接的表现就是容易生病,特别是容易疲劳,而且特别是在免疫力低下的情况下容易导致排毒功能减弱、衰老加快等症状。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决上述现有技术的不足,提供一种增强免疫力、排毒、抗衰老、恢复疲劳效果显著的海参壳寡糖硒制剂及制备工艺。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种海参壳寡糖硒制剂,其特征在于该制剂由海参、壳寡糖和硒化卡拉胶组成,其中海参、壳寡糖和硒化卡拉胶的各组分重量比为:海参30~40份、壳寡糖60~80份、硒化卡拉胶粉(含硒2%)0.1~0.5份。
一种海参壳寡糖硒制剂的制备工艺,其特征在于制作步骤如下:
(1):首先将新鲜海参洗净、剪开、除去内脏,保留流出来的含有海参自溶的酶的液体,并将海参内脏中的海参肠和海参花中的杂质除净,海参肠和海参花一并备用,然后将海参、海参肠和海参花粉碎后球磨打浆,加入酶解罐中,再加入海参原料的5~10倍的水,再加入保留的含有海参自溶的酶的液体和适量的风味酶,混合均匀,打开蒸汽开关,渐渐升温至45~65℃,在不断搅拌的条件下,维持恒温3.5~4小时,待整个液体基本澄清升温至100℃,5~10分钟后,降温过滤,将所得澄清液体调整浓度为2%~10%,然后用洁净的喷干塔进行喷雾干燥,所得的喷干粉检验合格后,塑料袋抽真空包装,低温保存,备用;
(2):购买合格的壳聚糖,加入50~60度的温水浸渍4—6小时,加入纤维素酶和果胶酶,开动搅拌器控制温度稳定在30~60度反应罐中酶解4小时,加入风味酶和核酸酶,在搅拌条件下继续酶解3.5~4小时,然后灭酶:将酶解液,升温至100度维持5分钟,将上述的反应液移入衬有滤布的不锈钢离心机中,离心机泄料口放一适宜容器,开动离心机,至内容物的液体全部离干,在真空干燥箱中75~80度干燥,再在清洁合格的不锈钢粉碎机是粉碎至100目,得到壳寡糖,低温保存备用;
(3):取硒化卡拉胶,送检验中心检验合格,再将硒化卡拉胶放入洁净的不锈钢粉碎机中进行粉碎,然后过100目筛网,将所得粉末密封包装后备用;
(4):将检验合格的海参、壳寡糖和硒化卡拉胶按照重量比为海参30~40份、壳寡糖60~80份、硒化卡拉胶粉(含硒2%)0.1~0.5份,置于三维混合机中开机混合20分钟,混合均匀;
(5):按照制粒工艺,用65~70%乙醇制粒,在80~90度温度下进行干燥,然后根据颗粒情况进行整粒。
本发明所述的整粒后按照生产工艺填充装胶囊,在GMP合格车间内,用自动胶囊剂按照规定的装量调试设备后,按照工艺开机装胶囊,在装量过程中随时检验产品,将装量合格的产品在磨光机中磨光,大包装后,移暂存间待检验合格,送包装间进行包装,产品再次检验合格后,再按照工艺指令要求进行包装,内包装在洁净区域内完成,外包装在普通区域内完成。
本发明所述的原料中可加入甜橙粉3~5份,再进行制粒。
本发明可以做成糖果压片、咀嚼片、软胶囊、硬胶囊、颗粒剂等剂型制品。

海参,是海味“八珍”之一,与燕窝、鲍鱼、鱼翅齐名,性微寒,味甘、咸,归肺、肾、大肠经,有补肾益精、养血润燥等功效,医学上常用于主治精血亏损;虚弱劳怯;阳痿;梦遗;肠燥便秘;肺虚咳嗽、咯血,肠风便血,外伤出血等,素有“百病之克星”、“长寿之神”、“百补之首”、“补血之神”等美誉,是高蛋白滋补食品,海参的主要有蛋白质、多肽、海参素、粘多糖、脂类等多种营养成分,具有广谱的抗肿瘤作用,抑制癌细胞的生长于转移,对恶性肿瘤的生长、转移具有显著抑制作用,有抗炎、成骨作用,对肝炎患者、结核病、糖尿病、心血管疾病有显著的治疗作用,药用保健价值极高。
壳寡糖又叫壳聚寡糖、低聚壳聚糖,是将壳聚糖经特殊的生物酶技术(也有使用化学降解、微波降解技术的报道)降解得到的一种聚合度在2~20之间寡糖产品,分子量≤3200Da,是水溶性较好、功能作用大、生物活性高的低分子量产品,它具有壳聚糖所没有的较高溶解度,全溶于水,容易被生物体吸收利用等诸多独特的功能,其作用为壳聚糖的14倍,壳寡糖具有提高免疫,抑制癌肿细胞生长,促进肝脾抗体形成,促进钙及矿物质的吸收,增殖双歧杆菌、乳酸菌等人体有益菌群,降血脂、降血压、降血糖、调节胆固醇,减肥,预防成人疾病等功能,可应用于医药、功能性食品等领域,壳寡糖可明显消除人体氧负离子自由基,活化机体细胞,延缓衰老,抑制皮肤表面有害菌滋生,保湿性能优异,是日化领域的基础原料,壳寡糖不但具备水溶性,使用方便,而且抑制腐败菌性能效果显著,兼备多种功能作用,是性能优良的天然食品防腐保鲜剂。
硒化卡拉胶,是人体必需的微量元素,人体内含硒化卡拉胶量最丰富的器官就是肝,可以减少有毒物质对肝脏的伤害并帮助肝脏解毒,拮抗和降低多种重金属的毒作用,可以保护肺、肝脏、心脏和眼睛等多个器官,具有抗氧化、提高免疫力、延缓衰老、增强生殖能力等功能,能增强分布在肝细胞液和线粒体中的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活性,清除自由基及脂质过氧化物,加速肝功能的改善过到保护肝脏的目的,硒元素能有效的清除自由基,保护心脏,防治心脑血管病变。
本发明由于采用上述组合物制剂,具有增强免疫力、排毒、抗衰老、恢复疲劳效果显著等优点。
具体实施方式
一种海参壳寡糖硒制剂,其特征在于该制剂由海参、壳寡糖和硒化卡拉胶组成,其中海参、壳寡糖和硒化卡拉胶的各组分重量比为:海参30~40份、壳寡糖60~80份、硒化卡拉胶粉(含硒2%)0.1~0.5份,制作步骤如下:首先将新鲜海参洗净、剪开、除去内脏,保留流出来的含有海参自溶的酶的液体,并将海参内脏中的海参肠和海参花中的杂质除净,海参肠和海参花一并备用,然后将海参、海参肠和海参花粉碎后球磨打浆,加入酶解罐中,再加入海参原料的5~10倍的水,再加入保留的含有海参自溶的酶的液体和适量风味酶,混合均匀,打开蒸汽开关,渐渐升温至45~65℃,在不断搅拌的条件下,维持恒温3.5~4小时,带整个液体基本澄清升温至100℃,5~10分钟后,降温过滤,将所得澄清液体调整浓度为2%~10%,然后用洁净的喷干塔进行喷雾干燥,所得的喷干粉检验合格后,塑料袋抽真空包装,低温保存,备用;再购买合格的壳聚糖,加入50~60度的温水浸渍4~6小时,加入纤维素酶和果胶酶,开动搅拌器控制温度稳定在30~60度反应罐中酶解4小时,加入风味酶和核酸酶,在搅拌条件下继续酶解3.5~4小时,然后灭酶:将酶解液,升温至100度维持5分钟,将上述的反应液移入衬有滤布的不锈钢离心机中,离心机泄料口放一适宜容器,开动离心机,至内容物的液体全部离干,在真空干燥箱中75~80度干燥,再在清洁合格的不锈钢粉碎机是粉碎至100目,得到壳寡糖,低温保存备用;取硒化卡拉胶,送检验中心检验合格,再将硒化卡拉胶放入洁净的不锈钢粉碎机中进行粉碎,然后过100目筛网,将所得粉末密封包装后备用;将检验合格的海参、壳寡糖和硒化卡拉胶按照重量比为海参30—40份、壳寡糖60—80份、硒化卡拉胶粉(含硒2%)0.1~0.5份,置于三维混合机中开机混合20分钟,混合均匀:按照制粒工艺,用65~70%乙醇制粒,在80~90度温度下进行干燥,然后根据颗粒情况进行整粒,所述的整粒后按照生产工艺填充装胶囊,在GMP合格车间内,用自动胶囊剂按照规定的装量调试设备后,按照工艺开机装胶囊,在装量过程中随时检验产品,将装量合格的产品在磨光机中磨光,大包装后,移暂存间待检验合格,送包装间进行包装,产品再次检验合格后,再按照工艺指令要求进行包装,内包装在洁净区域内完成,外包装在普通区域内完成,所述的原料中可加入甜橙粉3~5份,再进行制粒,本发明还可以做成糖果压片、咀嚼片、软胶囊、硬胶囊、颗粒剂等剂型制品。
以下实验表明该发明的一种海参壳寡糖硒制剂,对增强免疫力、排毒、抗衰老、恢复疲劳效果显著有明显的功效。
1、增强人体免疫力
选取60只小鼠同龄且各种生化指标正常且相同的小鼠,雌雄各半,平均分为四组,每组15只,一组为对照组,三组为实验组,对照组正常喂食日常饲料,实验组分别喂养不同剂量的该发明养生制品,一组100mg/kg低量组,二组组为200mg/kg中量组,三组为600mg/kg高量组,其它喂养条件和环境相同,经一个月后,每组随机选取10只小鼠,分别称取小鼠免疫器脾脏、胸腺、肝脏,称重,对照组3.689mg/g,一组低量组7.245mg/g,二组中量组8.546mg/g,三组高量组7.968mg/g,由此可见,对照组与一组、二组、三组差别很大,一组、二组、三组之间差别不大;
2、排毒抗衰老
选取年龄较大的生化指标相同的小白鼠,全部为雄性,平均分成四组,每组15只,一组为对照组,其他三组为实验组,对照组正常喂食日常饲料,实验组分别喂养不同剂量的该发明养生制品,一组90mg/kg低量组,二组组为180mg/kg中量组,三组为500mg/kg高量组,其它喂养条件和环境相同,经一个月后,每组随机选取10只小鼠,分贝对小鼠的大脑和睾丸的生长发育进行检测,经检测,喂养该养生制品的小鼠反应灵敏,生殖能力增强,对照组的小鼠出现老化反应迟钝、精力萎靡不振等现象,实验组之间的小鼠差别不大,对照组的小鼠与实验组的小鼠差别很大。
综上所述,本发明对人体免疫力有明显的提高,具有增强免疫力、排毒、抗衰老、恢复疲劳效果显著的功能。
实施例1
海参30份、壳寡糖60份、硒化卡拉胶粉(含硒2%)0.1份。
实施例2
海参40份、壳寡糖80份、硒化卡拉胶粉(含硒2%)0.5份。。
实施例3
海参35份、壳寡糖70份、硒化卡拉胶粉(含硒2%)0.3份。
实施例4
海参33份、壳寡糖65份、硒化卡拉胶粉(含硒2%)0.4份。
实施例5
海参38份、壳寡糖77份、硒化卡拉胶粉(含硒2%)0.1份。
人群试食结果
1.跟踪35例患者,此35例患者,免疫力低,天气稍有变化即感冒,平时冬天平均1~2个月患感冒一次,每天睡前服用本发明养生制品,服用2个月后,免疫力提高,能抵抗天气的变化,患感冒次数明显减少。
2.宋某,山东人,由于工作压力增大,常常失眠多梦,免疫力下降,浑身无力,经服用本发明制剂后,面色明显红润,抵抗力提高,有活力。
3.陈某,山东人,女,情绪波动、失眠、记忆力减退、月经紊乱、性欲减退、乳房萎缩、皮肤变得粗糙晦暗、弹性减退、毛孔粗大、皱纹加深,老化严重,经服用本发明所述制品一个月后,睡眠质量好,睡眠深,记忆力增加、月经正常皮肤红润,有光泽,皮肤有弹性,皱纹减少,反应灵敏。
5.王某,男,25岁,从事网络工作多年,免疫力低下,失眠,多梦,经服用本发明制剂,精力充沛,免疫力提高,感觉身体明显有力气。
由此可见,经服用本发明所述的海参壳寡糖硒制剂,对增强免疫力、排毒、抗衰老、恢复疲劳效果显著等有明显的功效。
Claims (5)
1.一种海参壳寡糖硒制剂,其特征在于该制剂由海参、壳寡糖和硒化卡拉胶组成,其中海参、壳寡糖和硒化卡拉胶的各组分重量比为:海参30~40份、壳寡糖60~80份、硒化卡拉胶粉(含硒2%)0.1~0.5份。
2.一种海参壳寡糖硒制剂的制备工艺,其特征在于制作步骤如下:
(1):首先将新鲜海参洗净、剪开、除去内脏,保留流出来的含有海参自溶的酶的液体,并将海参内脏中的海参肠和海参花中的杂质除净,海参肠和海参花一并备用,然后将海参、海参肠和海参花粉碎后球磨打浆,加入酶解罐中,再加入海参原料的5~10倍的水,再加入保留的含有海参自溶的酶的液体和适量风味酶,混合均匀,打开蒸汽开关,渐渐升温至45~65℃,在不断搅拌的条件下,维持恒温3.5~4小时,待整个液体基本澄清升温至100℃,5~10分钟后,降温过滤,将所得澄清液体调整浓度为2%~10%,然后用洁净的喷干塔进行喷雾干燥,所得的喷干粉检验合格后,塑料袋抽真空包装,低温保存,备用;
(2):购买合格的壳聚糖,加入50~60度的温水浸渍4~6小时,加入纤维素酶和果胶酶,开动搅拌器控制温度稳定在30~60度反应罐中酶解4小时,加入风味酶和核酸酶,在搅拌条件下继续酶解3.5~4小时,然后灭酶:将酶解液,升温至100度维持5分钟,将上述的反应液移入衬有滤布的不锈钢离心机中,离心机泄料口放一适宜容器,开动离心机,至内容物的液体全部离干,在真空干燥箱中75~80度干燥,再在清洁合格的不锈钢粉碎机是粉碎至100目,得到壳寡糖,低温保存备用;
(3):取硒化卡拉胶,送检验中心检验合格,再将硒化卡拉胶放入洁净的不锈钢粉碎机中进行粉碎,然后过100目筛网,将所得粉末密封包装后备用;
(4):将检验合格的海参、壳寡糖和硒化卡拉胶按照重量比为海参30~40份、壳寡糖60~80份、硒化卡拉胶粉(含硒2%)0.1~0.5份,置于三维混合机中开机混合20分钟,混合均匀;
(5):按照制粒工艺,用65~70%乙醇制粒,在80~90度温度下进行干燥,然后根据颗粒情况进行整粒。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种海参壳寡糖硒制剂的制备工艺,其特征在于所述的整粒后按照生产工艺填充装胶囊,在GMP合格车间内,用自动胶囊剂按照规定的装量调试设备后,按照工艺开机装胶囊,在装量过程中随时检验产品,将装量合格的产品在磨光机中磨光,大包装后,移暂存间待检验合格,送包装间进行包装,产品再次检验合格后,再按照工艺指令要求进行包装,内包装在洁净区域内完成,外包装在普通区域内完成。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种海参壳寡糖硒制剂的制备工艺,其特征在于所述的原料中可加入甜橙粉3~5份,再进行制粒。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种海参壳寡糖硒制剂的制备工艺,其特征在于可以做成糖果压片、咀嚼片、软胶囊、硬胶囊、颗粒剂等剂型制品。
