Abstract
本发明公开了一种农用增效剂与吡丙醚、噻虫嗪复配物混配的混合物及其制备和应用,混合物中,所述农用增效剂为N‑380,所述吡丙醚与噻虫嗪的复配物为杀虫剂,所述农用增效剂与所述杀虫剂的重量比为1:0.1‑50。本发明还涉及所述农用增效剂用于增加杀虫剂穿透昆虫体表的用途,以及所述混合物用于防治农业害虫的应用。

技术领域
本发明涉及农业领域,具体是一种农用增效剂与吡丙醚、噻虫嗪复配物混配的混合物及其制备和应用。
背景技术
我国是一个农业大国,在实际农业生产中离不开农药的使用,但是,随着农业害虫化学防治用药历史的延长、农药不科学使用等因素的影响,随之而来的是,农业害虫抗性日益严重,产生抗性的害虫种类在持续增多,是目前急需解决的农业问题之一。
吡丙醚(pyriproxyfen)是日本住友化学株式会社开发的保幼激素类的一类杀虫剂,属几丁质合成抑制剂,能有效地抑制胚胎的发育变态以及成虫的形成。吡丙醚可用于防治同翅目、双翅目、鳞翅目等害虫。
噻虫嗪(thiamethoxam)是由诺华开发的新烟碱类杀虫剂,可选择性抑制昆虫中枢神经系统烟酸乙酰胆碱酯酶受体,进而阻断昆虫中枢神经系统的正常传导,造成害虫出现麻痹而死亡。噻虫嗪可用于防治鞘翅目、双翅目、鳞翅目等害虫。
中国专利CN104255772A公开了一种含噻虫嗪和吡丙醚的卫生害虫杀虫组合物,其有效活性组分为噻虫嗪和吡丙醚,所述噻虫嗪和吡丙醚的重量比为1-5:5,可有效防治卫生害虫如蚊、蝇等。
中国专利CN103734172A公开了一种植物杀虫悬浮剂,其原料包含吡丙醚和噻虫嗪,该专利主要侧重于制剂的悬浮稳定性等。
中国专利CN101796957A公开了一种吡丙醚复配杀虫剂,有效成分包括吡丙醚和至少一种氯化烟酰类杀虫剂,其中吡丙醚与氯化烟酰类杀虫剂的重量比为40∶1~1∶40,主要用于防治烟粉虱、灰飞虱、褐飞虱、白背飞虱等同翅目害虫。
中国专利CN101755813A公开了一种含噻虫嗪的杀虫组合物,有效成分为噻虫嗪和吡丙醚,所述组合物对抗性稻飞虱和白粉虱的防治具有增效作用。
现有技术虽然公开了吡丙醚与噻虫嗪的复配物,但这方面的研究仅仅停留在协同增效层面,也即通过室内或田间实验,测定组合物相对于单剂的毒力或防效,并未进行更深层次的研究或改进,现有技术从未关注到或重视药剂施用后的有效利用率,例如穿透昆虫体表的药量,这造成了不必要的浪费。
N-380是一种市售聚氧乙烯醚改性三硅氧烷类物质,为新型功能助剂,已知具有较好的润湿性能,并且在农药制剂加工中能够有效抑制泡沫产生。
发明内容
基于现有技术存在的上述问题,本发明人经过了长期的农药制剂、昆虫体表生理学等方面的研究,最终筛选出了一种能够有效增加吡丙醚、噻虫嗪等农药穿透昆虫体表的农用增效剂,超出了理论预期。基于该发现,发明人完成了本发明。
本发明的目的在于提供一种农用增效剂与吡丙醚、噻虫嗪复配物混配的混合物及其制备和应用。
本发明是通过下述技术方案实现的:
一种农用增效剂与吡丙醚、噻虫嗪复配物混配的混合物,其中,所述农用增效剂为N-380;所述吡丙醚与噻虫嗪的复配物为杀虫剂。
其中N-380为符合下述结构的聚氧乙烯醚改性三硅氧烷类化合物的复配物:
其中,n=14-16,且三者的摩尔比Mn14:Mn15:Mn16=1-2:1-2:1-2。
在本发明的混合物中,所述农用增效剂与所述杀虫剂的重量比为1:0.1-50,优选1:0.5-40,更优选1:1-20,最优选1:3-10。
在本发明的混合物中,所述吡丙醚与噻虫嗪的重量比为2-10:1,优选4-8:1,更优选6:1。
根据本发明的混合物,其中,所述混合物还包含农业上可接受的载体和/或助剂,制备成农业上可接受的剂型,优选制备成水乳剂、微乳剂、乳油、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、悬浮剂。
上述剂型均为本领域常规剂型,其制备方法为本领域技术人员所熟知的,制备成上述各种剂型所用到的助剂和/或载体及其用量同样为本领域技术人员所熟知的,例如参照《农药剂型加工技术》。所用农药上可接受的载体和助剂包括但不限于:溶剂、乳化剂、分散剂、润湿剂、粘合剂、崩解剂、增稠剂、防冻剂、稳定剂、防腐剂、填料和/或载体等等。本领域技术人员可以选用其中的一种或多种助剂和/或载体。
在本发明的一种实施方式中,将本发明的混合物制备成悬浮剂,其配方组成为:杀虫剂复配物1-50%,N-380 0.1-10%,分散剂1-25%,润湿剂1-25%,增稠剂0.1-5%,防冻剂0.5-5%,消泡剂0.1-5%,防腐剂0-5%、水补足至100%。其制备方法为:将有效成分以及各种助剂与水混合,经高速剪切分散、砂磨机砂磨后,形成高分散、稳定的悬浮体系,制得悬浮剂。
在本发明的一种实施方式中,将本发明的混合物制备成可湿性粉剂,其配方组成为:杀虫剂复配物1-50%,N-380 0.1-10%,分散剂1-25%,润湿剂1-25%,固体载体补足至100%。其制备方法为:将各组分混合,经研磨、粉碎,制得可湿性粉剂。
在本发明的一种实施方式中,将本发明的混合物制备成水乳剂,其配方组成为:杀虫剂复配物1-50%,N-380 0.1-10%,溶剂1-40%,乳化剂1-25%,分散剂1-25%,增稠剂0.5-5%,消泡剂0.5-5%,防冻剂0.5-5%,稳定剂0-5%,水补足至100%。其制备方法为:将杀虫剂复配物用溶剂溶解制备成油相,将其他各组分加入水中搅拌均匀制备成水相,然后边搅拌边将油相加入水相,搅拌均匀,制得水乳剂。
在本发明的一种实施方式中,将本发明的混合物制备成水分散粒剂,其配方组成为:杀虫剂复配物1-50%,N-380 0.1-10%,分散剂1-25%,润湿剂1-25%,崩解剂1-10%,粘结剂0.1-5%,固体载体补足至100%。其制备方法为:将各组分混合均匀,经粉碎、造粒,制得水分散粒剂。
其中,在上述配方中,所述溶剂可以选用:甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、丙酮、二甲基甲酰胺、二甲基亚砜、二氯甲烷、环己烷、环己酮、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、石油醚、乙酸乙酯中的一种或多种;

所述填料和/或载体包括固体填料和/或载体和液体填料和/或载体。其中,固体填料和/或载体可以选用:硅藻土、高岭土、凹凸棒土、白炭黑、膨润土、蒙脱石、碳酸钙中的一种或多种。液体填料和/或载体可以选用水、蓖麻油、大豆油、矿物油中的一种或多种。
本发明另一方面涉及一种农用增效剂用于增加杀虫剂穿透昆虫体表的用途,其中,所述农用增效剂为N-380;所述杀虫剂为吡丙醚与噻虫嗪的复配物。
其中,所述农用增效剂与所述杀虫剂的重量比为1:0.1-50,优选1:0.5-40,更优选1:1-20,最优选1:3-10。
所述吡丙醚与噻虫嗪的重量比为2-10:1,优选4-8:1,更优选6:1。
所述昆虫包括鳞翅目、双翅目、鞘翅目、同翅目等农业昆虫,优选鳞翅目昆虫,如鳞翅目幼虫。具体昆虫包括:菜青虫(PierisrapaeLinnaeus)、豆荚野螟(Marucatestulalis)、谷实夜蛾(Helicoverpazea)、果树卷叶蛾(Archipsargyrospila)、甘蓝夜蛾(Mamestrabrassicae)、柑桔潜叶蛾(Phyllocnistiscitrella)、棉铃虫(HelicoverpaarmigeraHübner)、三化螟(Scirpophagaincertulas)、甜菜夜蛾(SpodopteraexiguaHübner)、小菜蛾(Plutellaxylostella)、玉米螟(OstrinianubilalisH übner)、苹果小卷蛾(Cydiapomonella)、苹褐卷蛾(Pandemisheparana)、二化螟(Cirphisunipuncta)、大豆夜蛾(Pseudoplusiaincludens);优选小菜蛾(Plutellaxylostella)、玉米螟(OstrinianubilalisHübner)和菜青虫(PierisrapaeLinnaeus);最优选小菜蛾(Plutellaxylostella)。
本发明另一方面涉及本发明所述的混合物用于防治农业害虫的用途。其中,所述昆虫包括鳞翅目、双翅目、鞘翅目、同翅目等农业昆虫,优选鳞翅目昆虫,如鳞翅目幼虫。具体昆虫包括:菜青虫(PierisrapaeLinnaeus)、豆荚野螟(Marucatestulalis)、谷实夜蛾(Helicoverpazea)、果树卷叶蛾(Archipsargyrospila)、甘蓝夜蛾(Mamestrabrassicae)、柑桔潜叶蛾(Phyllocnistiscitrella)、棉铃虫(HelicoverpaarmigeraHübner)、三化螟(Scirpophagaincertulas)、甜菜夜蛾(SpodopteraexiguaHübner)、小菜蛾(Plutellaxylostella)、玉米螟(OstrinianubilalisHübner)、苹果小卷蛾(Cydiapomonella)、苹褐卷蛾(Pandemisheparana)、二化螟(Cirphisunipuncta)、大豆夜蛾(Pseudoplusiaincludens);优选小菜蛾(Plutellaxylostella)、玉米螟(OstrinianubilalisHübner)和菜青虫(PierisrapaeLinnaeus);最优选小菜蛾(Plutellaxylostella)。
本发明混合物的施用量(折算成杀虫剂复配物)为例如0.1-1000g ai./ha,优选1-200g ai./ha。
本申请所用的各种原料和/或试剂均为市售的。例如,所述杀虫剂及各种助剂、载体均可以很容易的从市场上购买;所述增效剂N-380也为市售的,例如可以购自诺农北京国际生物技术有限公司等。

下面结合具体实施例来对本发明进行进一步说明,但并不将本发明局限于这些具体实施方式。本领域技术人员应该认识到,本发明涵盖了权利要求书范围内所可能包括的所有备选方案、改进方案和等效方案。
下述实施例所用的N-380购自诺农北京国际生物技术有限公司,且摩尔比Mn14:Mn15:Mn16=1:2:1。
除非另有说明,所涉及的“%”均为“重量百分比”。
(一)制剂制备实施例
制剂例1 悬浮剂
吡丙醚12%,噻虫嗪2%,N-380 2.8%,烷基苯酚磷酸酯钠盐4%,顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠1%,黄原胶0.2%、硅酸镁铝0.5%,乙二醇4%,聚二甲基硅氧烷0.3%,苯甲酸钠0.3%,水补足至100%。
其制备方法为:将各组分与水混合,经高速剪切分散、砂磨机砂磨后,形成高分散、稳定的悬浮体系,制得悬浮剂。
制剂例2 悬浮剂
吡丙醚16%,噻虫嗪4%,N-380 5%,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物8%,十二烷基硫酸钠5%,硅酸镁铝2%,乙二醇3%,磷酸异丁酯0.5%,水补足至100%。
其制备方法为:将各组分与水混合,经高速剪切分散、砂磨机砂磨后,形成高分散、稳定的悬浮体系,制得悬浮剂。
制剂例3 可湿性粉剂
吡丙醚8%,噻虫嗪1%,N-380 1%,木质素磺酸钠3%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚4%,硅藻土补足至100%。
其制备方法为:将各组分混合,经研磨、粉碎,制得可湿性粉剂。
制剂例4 可湿性粉剂
吡丙醚15%,噻虫嗪3%,N-380 6%,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚6%,月桂酰基肌氨酸钠5 %,凹凸棒土补足至100%。
其制备方法为:将各组分混合,经研磨、粉碎,制得可湿性粉剂。
制剂例5 水分散粒剂
吡丙醚24%,噻虫嗪4%,N-380 4%,聚氧乙烯山梨聚糖脂肪酸酯5%,十二烷基苯磺酸钙5%,碳酸氢钠5%,羧甲基纤维素3%,膨润土补足至100%。
其制备方法为:将各组分混合均匀,经粉碎、造粒,制得水分散粒剂。
制剂例6 水分散粒剂
吡丙醚16%,噻虫嗪3%,N-380 5%,肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠7%,三苯乙基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚4%,硫酸钙4%,阿拉伯胶4%,凹凸棒土补足至100%。
其制备方法为:将各组分混合均匀,经粉碎、造粒,制得水分散粒剂。
(二)昆虫体表穿透试验
1、小菜蛾试验
供试昆虫:小菜蛾(Plutellaxylostella)
供试药剂和对照药剂:吡丙醚、噻虫嗪;氯氰菊酯
供试增效剂和对照助剂:N-380;NF-100(一种糖基改性有机硅助剂)、渗透剂T
试验方法:
用丙酮配制总浓度为500mg/L的吡丙醚与噻虫嗪复配物(吡丙醚:噻虫嗪=6:1)溶液,和浓度为500mg/L的氯氰菊酯溶液,分成若干份备用。然后根据如下表1的试验设计,向上述溶液中分别添加增效剂或对照助剂,至浓度为100mg/L,以使各溶液中农药活性成分与增效剂或对照助剂的重量比为5:1。
选取体重约3mg的小菜蛾4龄幼虫,用微量点滴器将配制好的各溶液滴加至幼虫前胸背板,点滴量为2μl/头,并开始计时。8小时后,用丙酮洗净昆虫表皮残存的药剂,并采用改进的QuEChERS提取法,把洗净表皮药剂的昆虫液氮冷冻、捣碎后放入离心管中,加入15ml丙酮,涡旋均匀2分钟,静置10分钟;然后3000转/分离心10分钟,取上清液,加入含无水硫酸钠和乙二胺-N-丙基硅烷(PSA)的离心管中,涡旋均匀10秒, 3000转/分离心10分钟,滤膜过滤,将上清液浓缩近干,并用1ml丙酮定容,用GC检测样品中的农药含量。每处理3次重复。结果见下表1。

上述结果不难看出,增效剂N-380能够明显增加吡丙醚和噻虫嗪复配物穿透昆虫体表的量,渗透率为72.5%,远远大于添加NF-100和渗透剂T时的渗透率。但是,增效剂N-380对对照药剂氯氰菊酯的渗透效果与添加NF-100、渗透剂T时相比,未观察到明显增加。
2、菜青虫试验
供试昆虫为菜青虫(PierisrapaeLinnaeus)
其余试验方法同小菜蛾试验。结果见下表2。

上述结果不难看出,增效剂N-380能够明显增加吡丙醚和噻虫嗪复配物穿透昆虫体表的量,渗透率为63.5%,远远大于添加NF-100和渗透剂T时的渗透率。但是,增效剂N-380对对照药剂氯氰菊酯的渗透效果与添加NF-100、渗透剂T时相比,未观察到明显增加。
上述实例仅仅是对本发明的进一步解释,并不是对本发明的限定,通过将上述方案进行简单的调整进而得到的方案,同样在本申请的保护范围之内。
