本发明公开了一种降低人工劳动量的布料卷筒轴中间输送机构,包括连接支架,所述连接支架铰接在中间转动轴的两端,连接支架固定在地面上,中间转动轴上固定有两个圆形盘,多个横向连接杆的两端分别固定在对应的圆形盘上,所有横向连接杆以中间转动轴为中心轴均布在两个圆形盘上,横向连接杆上固定有抓取臂,抓取臂的端部固定有抓取块,抓取块的上部的前端具有缺口,缺口的后壁面上具有弧形壁,缺口的底面具有凸字形滑槽,夹持块的下部插套在凸字形滑槽中,抓取块的前端面固定有连接板,连接板上固定有推动气缸,它安装在两个输送带之间,可以将其中一个输送带上的布料卷筒轴搬运到另一个上,其搬运方便,降低人工劳动量。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织设备技术领域,更具体的说涉及一种降低人工劳动量的布料卷筒轴中间输送机构。
背景技术
现有的布料卷筒轴需要进行搬运,而现有的搬运方式是通过人工搬运或者是通过将布料卷筒轴放置在输送带上进行输送搬运,而当布料卷筒轴放置的位置与搬运的位置比较长时,需要通过两个输送带输送,而两个输送带是在同一直线上的,两个输送带之间需要人工搬运,这样搬运就非常麻烦,增加了人工劳动量。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种布料卷筒轴中间输送机构,它安装在两个输送带之间,可以将其中一个输送带上的布料卷筒轴搬运到另一个上,其搬运方便,降低人工劳动量。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
一种降低人工劳动量的布料卷筒轴中间输送机构,包括连接支架,所述连接支架铰接在中间转动轴的两端,连接支架固定在地面上,中间转动轴上固定有两个圆形盘,多个横向连接杆的两端分别固定在对应的圆形盘上,所有横向连接杆以中间转动轴为中心轴均布在两个圆形盘上,横向连接杆上固定有抓取臂,抓取臂的端部固定有抓取块,抓取块的上部的前端具有缺口,缺口的后壁面上具有弧形壁,缺口的底面具有凸字形滑槽,夹持块的下部插套在凸字形滑槽中,抓取块的前端面固定有连接板,连接板上固定有推动气缸,推动气缸的推杆插套在连接板的通孔中并与夹持块的前端面相连接,夹持块的后端面的上部具有向后延伸的夹持部,夹持块的后端面上具有后弧形壁。
所述缺口的后壁面上具有螺接孔,接近开关螺接在螺接孔中,接近开关的感应头处于螺接孔中并对着夹持块,螺接孔的后端面上具有穿线通孔,穿线通孔伸出抓取块的上部后端面。
所述夹持块的下部具有凸字形滑块部,凸字形滑块部插套在凸字形滑槽中。
所述连接支架的后侧壁上固定有感应支撑臂,感应支撑臂上固定有主接近开关,主接近开关的感应头与抓取块相对应。
所述连接支架上具有电机连接板,电机连接板上固定有驱动电机,驱动电机的输出轴通过联轴器与中间转动轴相连接。
本发明的有益效果在于:
它安装在两个输送带之间,可以将其中一个输送带上的布料卷筒轴搬运到另一个上,其搬运方便,降低人工劳动量。

具体实施方式
实施例:见图1至4所示,一种布料卷筒轴中间输送机构,包括连接支架10,所述连接支架10铰接在中间转动轴11的两端,连接支架10固定在地面上,中间转动轴11上固定有两个圆形盘12,多个横向连接杆13的两端分别固定在对应的圆形盘12上,所有横向连接杆13以中间转动轴11为中心轴均布在两个圆形盘12上,横向连接杆13上固定有抓取臂14,抓取臂14的端部固定有抓取块15,抓取块15的上部的前端具有缺口151,缺口151的后壁面上具有弧形壁152,缺口151的底面具有凸字形滑槽153,夹持块154的下部插套在凸字形滑槽153中,抓取块15的前端面固定有连接板16,连接板16上固定有推动气缸17,推动气缸17的推杆插套在连接板16的通孔161中并与夹持块154的前端面相连接,夹持块154的后端面的上部具有向后延伸的夹持部155,夹持块154的后端面上具有后弧形壁156。
进一步的说,所述缺口151的后壁面上具有螺接孔157,接近开关18螺接在螺接孔157中,接近开关18的感应头处于螺接孔157中并对着夹持块154,螺接孔157的后端面上具有穿线通孔159,穿线通孔159伸出抓取块15的上部后端面。
进一步的说,所述夹持块154的下部具有凸字形滑块部1541,凸字形滑块部1541插套在凸字形滑槽153中。
进一步的说,所述连接支架10的后侧壁上固定有感应支撑臂101,感应支撑臂101上固定有主接近开关102,主接近开关102的感应头与抓取块15相对应。
进一步的说,所述连接支架10上具有电机连接板103,电机连接板103上固定有驱动电机104,驱动电机104的输出轴通过联轴器与中间转动轴11相连接。
工作原理:通过前一个输送带输送布料卷筒轴到本设备处,然后通过抓取机构将布料卷筒轴夹取后放置在对应圆形盘12的前部的其中一个横向连接杆13上的两个抓取块15上,使得布料卷筒轴的端部插套在缺口151中,此时,接近开关18感应到布料卷筒轴就将信号输送给控制主机,控制主机得到信号后进行处理并控制空压机运行从而控制推动气缸17的推杆推动,将夹持块154向缺口151的后端面靠近,从而将布料卷筒轴夹持,然后通过驱动电机104带动了中间转动轴11转动,从而使得布料卷筒轴转动,当布料卷筒轴移动到连接支架10的后方后,其位置处于后方的输送带的上方,此时,主接近开关102感应到抓取块15后,就将信号输送给控制主机,控制主机就控制推动气缸17的推杆回拉,就使得布料卷筒轴从抓取块15中掉落在输送带上,从而进行后续的输送,其输送快,无需人工搬运。

1.一种降低人工劳动量的布料卷筒轴中间输送机构,包括连接支架,其特征在于:所述连接支架铰接在中间转动轴的两端,连接支架固定在地面上,中间转动轴上固定有两个圆形盘,多个横向连接杆的两端分别固定在对应的圆形盘上,所有横向连接杆以中间转动轴为中心轴均布在两个圆形盘上,横向连接杆上固定有抓取臂,抓取臂的端部固定有抓取块,抓取块的上部的前端具有缺口,缺口的后壁面上具有弧形壁,缺口的底面具有凸字形滑槽,夹持块的下部插套在凸字形滑槽中,抓取块的前端面固定有连接板,连接板上固定有推动气缸,推动气缸的推杆插套在连接板的通孔中并与夹持块的前端面相连接,夹持块的后端面的上部具有向后延伸的夹持部,夹持块的后端面上具有后弧形壁;所述缺口的后壁面上具有螺接孔,接近开关螺接在螺接孔中,接近开关的感应头处于螺接孔中并对着夹持块,螺接孔的后端面上具有穿线通孔,穿线通孔伸出抓取块的上部后端面;
布料卷筒轴通过前一个输送带输送到本设备处,然后通过抓取机构将布料卷筒轴夹取后放置在对应圆形盘的前部的其中一个横向连接杆上的两个抓取块上,使得布料卷筒轴的端部插套在缺口中,此时,接近开关感应到布料卷筒轴就将信号输送给控制主机,控制主机得到信号后进行处理并控制空压机运行从而控制推动气缸的推杆推动,将夹持块向缺口的后端面靠近,从而将布料卷筒轴夹持,然后通过驱动电机带动了中间转动轴转动,从而使得布料卷筒轴转动,当布料卷筒轴移动到连接支架的后方后,其位置处于后方的输送带的上方,此时,主接近开关感应到抓取块后,就将信号输送给控制主机,控制主机就控制推动气缸的推杆回拉,就使得布料卷筒轴从抓取块中掉落在输送带上。
