Abstract

本发明晶体甘油的制法利用水溶性铜(锌)盐与甘油形成铜(锌)甘油络离子,把此溶液蒸干,得到铜(锌)甘油络合物。用水溶解,通入CO2或加入Na2CO3除去铜(锌),再行蒸干,得到晶体甘油。此工艺能使在生产甘油时工艺简化,降低成本,提高纯度,储运方便。晶体甘油在国防军事上也有重要意义。用硝化制造硝化甘油炸药时,容易控制,爆炸威力成倍增加。另外由于甘油有三个化学性质活泼的羟基,可研发生产火箭固体推进剂。

技术领域
本发明专利涉及晶体甘油的制法。
背景技术
不论用油脂水解生产甘油,或以丙烯为原料制得合成甘油,以及由淀粉或糖发酵法生产的甘油,在后续浓缩、蒸馏、提纯中,手续繁杂,能耗大,成本高。
若用本发明的技术可省略几道工艺。能耗低,纯度高,成本低。
发明内容
本发明是往稀浓度甘油溶液中加入铜盐溶液或锌盐溶液,让其生成铜(或是锌)甘油络离子,再行浓缩,生成结晶络合物。
技术方案
把水溶性铜(或是锌)盐,例如CuSO4(ZnSO4),CuCl2(ZnCl2),Cu(NO3)2(Zn(NO3)2),Cu(AC)2(Zn(AC)2)等加入到稀甘油溶液中,生成铜(锌)甘油络离子。浓缩蒸干,生成晶体络合物。用水溶解,通入CO2气体,或者加入Na2CO3,铜(锌)形成不溶于水的碳酸盐沉淀,过滤除去。再行浓缩蒸干,得到晶体甘油。
注:AC-为醋酸根
具体实施方式
称取100克甘油放入1000毫升烧杯中,加入300毫升水,搅拌均匀。在搅拌下,慢慢加入10%氯化铜(锌)水溶液15毫升,放置半小时,之后加热浓缩至干,得到亮蓝色铜晶体。加入500毫升水搅拌,让其充分溶解。通入CO2,直到水溶液蓝色全部褪去。用吸管吸取几滴水溶液放入小瓷板上,加1滴稀的Na2S溶液,若无棕色沉淀出现,则可视为Cu2+(Zn2+)全部生成CuCO3(ZnCO3)沉淀。过滤,除去沉淀。该沉淀用稀盐酸溶解,回收铜(锌)溶液,下次备用。
往上述蓝色铜溶液加入稀Na2CO3溶液,也可除去Cu2+或者Zn2+
对除去Cu2+(Zn2+)上述溶液,加热蒸干,得到晶体甘油。
若晶体甘油中氯化物妨碍以后下游的用途,可用反渗透法除去之。

Claims (1)

1.本发明是往稀浓度甘油溶液中加入水溶性铜(或是锌)盐,让其生成铜(或是锌)甘油络离子,再行浓缩,生成结晶络合物,用水溶解该络合物,通入CO2气体,或者加入Na2CO3,让铜(锌)形成不溶于水的碳酸盐沉淀,过滤除去,再行浓缩蒸干,得到晶体甘油。
