Abstract
本发明公开了一种笋壳鱼鱼苗开口配合饲料,它包括秘鲁蒸汽鱼粉40~55%,大豆浓缩蛋白10~25%,高筋面粉8~18%,玉米蛋白粉5~7%,虾粉5~7%,豆油2~5%,大豆磷脂油1~2%,鱼油2~5%,磷酸二氢钙1.5~3%,赖氨酸0.2~0.4%,蛋氨酸0.1~0.2%,氯化胆碱0.4~0.8%,肉食性鱼用复合多维0.2~0.8%,肉食性鱼用复合多矿1.2~1.8%,芽孢杆菌0.3%,蛋白酶0.2%。本发明还公开了该配合饲料的制备方法。本发明的饲料能满足笋壳鱼鱼苗的营养需求,改善以投喂冰鲜所造成的低效率,环境污染,后期维生素缺乏等问题,经实验证明能有效地全部替代生物饵料,解决当前生物饵料供应严重不足的瓶颈。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种鱼苗开口配合饲料,特别是涉及一种笋壳鱼鱼苗开口配合饲料,属于水产动物饲料制备技术领域,本发明还涉及该种饲料的制备方法。
技术背景
笋壳鱼,是云斑尖塘鳢(Oxyeleotris marmoratus)的俗称,属虾虎鱼亚目、塘鳢科、尖塘鳢属,体形似笋壳,故名。是原产于泰国、菲律宾、印尼、越南、马来西亚等东南亚国家的名贵淡水鱼种。引入我国以来,因该鱼肉质细嫩,骨刺甚少,味道鲜美,营养丰富,养殖者越来越多,该鱼也是淡水鱼类售价极高的食用鱼,经济效益较高。
近年来,随着水产养殖业的发展,笋壳鱼的人工养殖越来越受到人们的关注。因此,种苗的需求越来越大,人工繁殖成活率低,市场需求量巨大。笋壳鱼的人工育苗和成鱼养殖是经济效益十分明显的高值化技术产业,具有广阔的市场前景。
有关笋壳鱼开口颗粒饲料的技术,目前国内外未见有相关的资料,市场上也没有这方面的产品。现在笋壳鱼养殖不断集中,高密度、集约化对养殖环境造成的负担越来越重,残饵,排泄物,病菌等对水体的污染越来越严重,各地养殖场不断爆发笋壳鱼因水质恶化或疾病造成养殖大面积减产。
而对笋壳鱼鱼苗的饲养均用生物饵料(冰鲜、轮虫、桡足类等),使笋壳鱼营养不均衡,生长缓慢,饵料系数达到5:1,生产效益差,长期投喂生物饵料会使笋壳鱼后期维生素缺乏症明显,抵抗力差,同时高密度、集约化对养殖环境造成的负担越来越重,残饵,排泄物,病菌等对水体的污染越来越严重,使排泄到水体中的N、P增加而引起水体富营养化,诱发水产动物疾病,同时也会严重影响笋壳鱼鱼苗的健康生长和快速发育。因此,研究和开发营养全面并且符合环保要求的笋壳鱼配合饲料,已成当务之急。
发明内容
本发明的第一个目的在于提供一种能有效替代生物饵料的笋壳鱼鱼苗开口饲料,以解决当前生物饵料严重供应不足及减少养殖过程中对水体环境的污染与破坏,实现笋壳鱼养殖业的可持续发展。
本发明的第二个目的在于提供一种能有效替代生物饵料的笋壳鱼鱼苗开口饲料的制备方法。
本发明的第一个目的通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种笋壳鱼鱼苗开口配合饲料,它包括:秘鲁蒸汽鱼粉40~55%,大豆浓缩蛋白10~25%,高筋面粉8~18%,玉米蛋白粉5~7%,虾粉5~7%,豆油2~5%,大豆磷脂油1~2%,鱼油2~5%,磷酸二氢钙1.5~3%,赖氨酸0.2~0.4%,蛋氨酸0.1~0.2%,氯化胆碱0.4~0.8%,肉食性鱼用复合多维0.2~0.8%,肉食性鱼用复合多矿1.2~1.8%。
所述的配合饲料含有以下重量百分比的组分:芽孢杆菌0.4%,蛋白酶0.2%。其中芽孢杆菌的含量为1×109cfu/g,蛋白酶的活性为20000U/g
所述的复合维生素为肉食性鱼用维生素预混料,其组成按重量2000克计含有如下成分:维生素A 8000000IU,维生素D32000000IU,维生素E 200克,维生素C酯400克,维生素K38克,维生素B11 10克,维生素B2 50克,维生素B6 10克,维生素B12 0.1克,烟酸100克,泛酸钙40克,叶酸2克,生物素0.4克,肌醇400克,其余为脱脂米糠。
所述的复合矿物元素为肉食性鱼用矿物元素预混料,其组成按重量5000克计含有如下成分:硫酸亚铁600克,硫酸镁2400克,甘氨酸铜25克,硫酸锰70克,硫酸锌300克,硫酸钴15克,碘酸钙1.6克,亚硒酸钠0.75克,其余为沸石粉。
一种如上述笋壳鱼开口饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按质量百分比称取原料;秘鲁蒸汽鱼粉40~55%,大豆浓缩蛋白10~25%,高筋面粉8~18%,玉米蛋白粉5~7%,虾粉5~7%,磷酸二氢钙1.5~3%,赖氨酸0.2~0.4%,蛋氨酸0.1~0.2%,氯化胆碱0.4~0.8%,肉食性鱼用复合多维0.2~0.8%,肉食性鱼用复合多矿1.2~1.8%;
(2)将步骤(1)的原料混合后,进行粉碎处理;
(3)将步骤(2)的原料与鱼油2~5%、豆油2~5%、大豆磷脂油1~2%和水5~6%充分混合均匀;
(4)在95~100℃条件下将原料进行挤压制粒;
(5)在80~90℃条件下将颗粒饲料烘干。
优选地,步骤(2)为:将所有原料混合均匀后,进行粗粉碎,再经过超微粉碎机,使98%以上成分都能通过80~100um的筛网;
优选地,步骤(3)为:将原料与鱼油2~5%、豆油2~5%、大豆磷脂油1~2%和水5~6%充分混合均匀,使混合均匀度变异系数小于3%。
优选地,步骤(4)为在95~100℃条件下将原料进行挤压制粒,然后根据需要将饲料颗粒调制成圆形、椭圆形等形状;
优选地,步骤(5)为:在80~90℃条件下将颗粒饲料烘干后,冷却、筛选包装即可。
本发明具有以下优点:
(1)本发明提高的饲料是以笋壳鱼的可消化能和可消化蛋白为依据设计的,较当前的使用冰鲜、野杂鱼更加合理,并可以完全替代冰鲜,改善了投喂冰鲜所引起的水质污染,病害多发,并大大提高了生产效率。
(2)本发明优选秘鲁蒸汽鱼粉、大豆浓缩蛋白、玉米蛋白粉等是来源稳定的优质蛋白原料,氨基酸丰富且平衡。
(3)秘鲁蒸汽鱼粉、虾粉、鱼油等原料,诱食性好,笋壳鱼鱼苗喜食,养殖效果好。
(4)通过鱼油、豆油、大豆磷脂油三种油源提供脂肪,脂肪含量充足,不饱和脂肪酸含量丰富,并且大豆磷脂油对鱼油和豆油有乳化作用,更容易消化吸收,满足了笋壳鱼鱼苗生长营养需求,蛋能配比合理,起到节约蛋白质的作用。
(5)添加芽孢杆菌可以迅速消耗环境中的游离氧,造成肠道低氧,促进有益厌氧菌生长,并产生乳酸等有机酸类,降低肠道PH值,间接抑制其它致病菌生长;
(6)添加蛋白酶可以促进蛋白质分解为氨基酸和小肽,有利于鱼苗的消化吸收。
(7)饲料在80-90℃的条件下烘干与普通生产工艺在110℃条件下烘干,进一步减少了热敏性营养素的损失。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详述。
实施例1:
(1)按质量百分比称取秘鲁蒸汽鱼粉55%,大豆浓缩蛋白10%,高筋面粉14%,玉米蛋白粉5%,虾粉5%,磷酸二氢钙2%,赖氨酸0.25%,蛋氨酸0.15%,氯化胆碱0.5%,肉食性鱼用复合多维0.4%,肉食性鱼用复合多矿1.6%,芽孢杆菌0.4%,蛋白酶0.2%;
(2)将所有原料混合均匀后,先进行粗粉碎,再超微粉碎,使98%以上成分都能通过80um的筛网;
(3)将原料与豆油2%,大豆磷脂油1.5%,鱼油2%和水5%充分混合均匀,使混合均匀度变异系数小于3%;
(4)在95℃条件下将原料进行挤压制粒,然后将饲料颗粒调制成圆形;
(5)在80℃条件下将颗粒饲料烘干,然后冷却、筛选包装。
实施例2:
(1)按质量百分比称取秘鲁蒸汽鱼粉50%,大豆浓缩蛋白15%,高筋面粉15%,虾粉5%,玉米蛋白粉4%,磷酸二氢钙2%,赖氨酸0.3%,蛋氨酸0.1%,氯化胆碱0.5%,肉食性鱼用复合多维0.4%,肉食性鱼用复合多矿1.6%,芽孢杆菌0.4%,蛋白酶0.2%;
(2)将所有原料混合均匀后,先进行粗粉碎,再超微粉碎,使98%以上成分都能通过90um的筛网;
(3)将原料与豆油1%,大豆磷脂油2.5%,鱼油2%和水5.3%充分混合均匀,使混合均匀度变异系数小于3%;
(4)在100℃条件下将原料进行挤压制粒,然后将饲料颗粒调制成圆形;
(5)在85℃条件下将颗粒饲料烘干,然后冷却、筛选包装。
实施例3:
(1)按质量百分比称取秘鲁蒸汽鱼粉45%,大豆浓缩蛋白20%,高筋面粉16%,虾粉4%,玉米蛋白粉4%,磷酸二氢钙2%,赖氨酸0.3%,蛋氨酸0.2%,氯化胆碱0.4%,肉食性鱼用复合多维0.4%,肉食性鱼用复合多矿1.6%,芽孢杆菌0.4%,蛋白酶0.2%;
(2)将所有原料混合均匀后,先进行粗粉碎,再超微粉碎,使98%以上成分都能通过100um的筛网;
(3)将原料与豆油2%,大豆磷脂油2.5%,鱼油1%和水5.8%充分混合均匀,使混合均匀度变异系数小于3%;
(4)在98℃条件下将原料进行挤压制粒,然后将饲料颗粒调制成圆形;
(5)在87℃条件下将颗粒饲料烘干,然后冷却、筛选包装。
实施例4:
(1)按质量百分比称取秘鲁蒸汽鱼粉40%,大豆浓缩蛋白25%,高筋面粉13%,虾粉6%,玉米蛋白粉5%,磷酸二氢钙2%,赖氨酸0.35%,蛋氨酸0.15%,氯化胆碱0.4%,肉食性鱼用复合多维0.4%,肉食性鱼用复合多矿1.6%,芽孢杆菌0.4%,蛋白酶0.2%;
(2)将所有原料混合均匀后,先进行粗粉碎,再超微粉碎,使98%以上成分都能通过90um的筛网;
(3)将原料与豆油1%,大豆磷脂油2%,鱼油2.5%和水6%充分混合均匀,使混合均匀度变异系数小于3%;
(4)在95℃条件下将原料进行挤压制粒,然后将饲料颗粒调制成圆形;
(5)在90℃条件下将颗粒饲料烘干,然后冷却、筛选包装。
对比试验1:
1.1材料与方法
单因子试验设计,共五个处理组,每个组4个重复。每组分别采用冰鲜饲料、实例1、2、3、4,粒径为0.5mm;其中鲜料以冰鲜小杂鱼通过柴油机动力打浆四边,以增加粘性降低溶失。
1.2试验鱼及养殖管理
用来自东莞松湖的笋壳鱼苗,用基础饲料暂养一周后,选取健康、活泼、平均体重3g的鱼苗600尾,随机分入20个容积为0.4m3的水族箱内,每个水族箱30尾。随机把水族箱分成5组,每组4个重复,分别投喂五种饲料。并分组编号,水族箱24小时充氧,实验周期为20天。
1.3日常管理
每天检测试验水质,每天上午8:00和下午18:00各记录一次水温和气温。每天记录死鱼数量,分鱼进箱后按试验方案分组投喂,每天在8:00、11:00、14:00、17:00各投喂1餐,每次投喂以少部分鱼还在抢食时结束为准。
1.4样品收集及数据处理
试验结束后,分别称量每桶鱼的总重,记录鱼体个数,计算每桶鱼的平均体重,存活率,饵料系数;并取养殖水体100ml检测水体氨氮含量、水体硝酸氮含量、水体总磷含量、水体pH值等,结果见表1。
采用SPSS17.0软件进行方差分析(One-Way ANOVA),实验结果用平均数±标准差(Mean±SD)表示。

对比试验结果表明:用本发明的新型环保、营养高效型笋壳鱼配合饲料的养殖效果要明显优于冰鲜,增重显著提高,饵料系数也明显降低,能替代冰鲜解决鱼苗开口问题,而且对养殖水环境中氮、磷和pH的影响最小。
对比试验3:
按实例3的配方制作试验饲料,并选取健康、活泼、平均体重4g的6种鱼苗,每种120尾随机分入3个容积为0.4m3的水族箱内,每个水族箱40尾。共分成5组,每组3个重复,分别投喂实例3饲料。水族箱24小时充氧,实验周期为10天。养殖管理及数据处理同上:

注:利用Duncan’s多重比较,差异显著性水平为(P<0.05),同一列小写 ab等不同字母表示差异显著。
对比试验结果表明:用本发明的配合饲料,笋壳鱼的生长性能及肝脏健康状况明显高于其他四组,这说明针对笋壳鱼的饲料并不适合其他鱼类。
经过严格认真的养殖试验,表明本发明新型环保、营养高效笋壳鱼饲料在养殖技术应用中提高了存活率,生长速度,减少了投喂量,降低了养殖成本。本发明的新型环保、营养高效型笋壳鱼饲料是一种优良、营养、环保、健康的新型绿色鱼类饲料。
Claims (9)
1.一种笋壳鱼鱼苗开口配合饲料,它包括:秘鲁蒸汽鱼粉40~55%,大豆浓缩蛋白10~25%,高筋面粉8~18%,玉米蛋白粉5~7%,虾粉5~7%,豆油2~5%,大豆磷脂油1~2%,鱼油2~5%,磷酸二氢钙1.5~3%,赖氨酸0.2~0.4%,蛋氨酸0.1~0.2%,氯化胆碱0.4~0.8%,肉食性鱼用复合多维0.2~0.8%,肉食性鱼用复合多矿1.2~1.8%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种笋壳鱼鱼苗开口配合饲料,其特征在于:所述的配合饲料含有以下重量百分比的组分:芽孢杆菌0.4%,蛋白酶0.2%;其中芽孢杆菌的含量为1×109cfu/g,蛋白酶的活性为20000U/g。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种笋壳鱼鱼苗开口配合饲料,其特征在于:所述的复合维生素为肉食性鱼用维生素预混料,其组成按重量2000克计含有如下成分:维生素A8000000IU,维生素D3 2000000IU,维生素E 200克,维生素C酯400克,维生素K3 8克,维生素B11 10克,维生素B2 50克,维生素B6 10克,维生素B12 0.1克,烟酸100克,泛酸钙40克,叶酸2克,生物素0.4克,肌醇400克,其余为脱脂米糠。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种笋壳鱼鱼苗开口配合饲料,其特征在于:所述的复合矿物元素为肉食性鱼用矿物元素预混料,其组成按重量5000克计含有如下成分:硫酸亚铁600克,硫酸镁2400克,甘氨酸铜25克,硫酸锰70克,硫酸锌300克,硫酸钴15克,碘酸钙1.6克,亚硒酸钠0.75克,其余为沸石粉。

(3)将步骤(2)的原料与鱼油2~5%、豆油2~5%、大豆磷脂油1~2%和水5~6%充分混合均匀;
(4)在95~100℃条件下将原料进行挤压制粒;
(5)在80~90℃条件下将颗粒饲料烘干。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种笋壳鱼开口饲料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)为:将所有原料混合均匀后,进行粗粉碎,再经过超微粉碎机,使98%以上成分都能通过80~100um的筛网。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的一种笋壳鱼开口饲料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)为:将原料与鱼油2~5%、豆油2~5%、大豆磷脂油1~2%和水5~6%充分混合均匀,使混合均匀度变异系数小于3%。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种笋壳鱼开口饲料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)为在95~100℃条件下将原料进行挤压制粒,然后根据需要将饲料颗粒调制成圆形、椭圆形等形状。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种笋壳鱼开口饲料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(5)为:在80~90℃条件下将颗粒饲料烘干后,冷却、筛选包装即可。
