背景技术
一般来说,作为一种建筑物的预制装配建筑或工厂装配建筑在使用中可利用嵌板或轻型建筑材料而简便地移动,并且根据诸如郊区房屋、露营房屋、洋房或可移动房屋等使用目的开发并提供了各种各样的形式和结构。这种建筑物可以在诸如风景秀丽的地区、度假胜地或建筑工地等地方容易地安装并使用。为提供使用的便利,建筑物中安装有制冷/采暖设备。
韩国专利公开第2010-0061899号公开了一种环保可简单移动的房屋。所公开的可移动房屋的地板从外侧到内侧配置有嵌入钢筋的无毒防水砂浆层、聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料、无毒防水混凝土层、以及前表面和后表面依次被网纱覆盖的黄土层,并且房屋主体的墙壁配置有前表面和后表面涂覆有阻燃剂的聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料以及在聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料的内侧面上依次形成的:嵌入钢筋的无毒防水砂浆层、前表面和后表面被网纱覆盖的黄土层、混合了黄土的油漆层、韩纸层和银纳米水。
韩国专利第1383889号公开了一种配备有独立太阳能动力系统的集装箱房屋。
为了提高预制装配建筑的屋顶的可用性,安装供人们上到屋顶的单独的装置是必不可少的。普通的梯子用作人们上到屋顶的手段。然而,在梯子安装在室内的情况下,存在空间可用性相对降低的问题。相反,在梯子安装在室外的情况下,会导致擅自入侵,并且由于儿童也能够轻易从梯子上到屋顶而造成安全事故隐患。
特别是,传统的预制装配建筑的隔热和制冷/采暖效率相对较差,因此,为了改善这一点,本发明人被授予有关多功能简易房屋的韩国专利第10-1421471号,上述多功能简易房屋能够:降低季节性管理成本;提升耐久性;并且根据安装场所简便地用于各种目的。本发明通过将用于上到简易房屋的屋顶的梯子与门相结合而进行了开发并提出专利申请。
发明内容
技术问题
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有防护和安全功能的建筑物,该建筑物能够在从入口的内部安装用于上到屋顶的梯子时最大限度地减少安装空间,并且能够通过防止外部人员未经允许上到屋顶来改善安全功能。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种具有防护和安全功能的建筑物,该建筑物能够:提升房屋主体的隔热性能;在室外入口门打开的情况下,确保室内空间;通过禁用梯子来防止儿童使用梯子造成的安全事故;以及通过将梯子与室外入口门相结合,从审美上改善建筑物的外观。
解决方法
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的具有防护和安全功能的建筑物可包括房屋主体、室内入口门和室外入口门,其中房屋主体包括限定内部空间的内侧板;与内侧板的外表面以预定距离隔开并围绕内侧板的外侧板;安装在内侧板和外侧板之间的隔热材料;以及形成在内侧板和外侧板之间以使流体在内侧板与外侧板之间流动并阻止与外部的热传递的空气流动通道,室内入口门配置为安装在房屋主体的一侧以用于进入内部空间,以及室外入口门配置为安装在房屋主体上并位于室内入口门前方。

发明的效果

Claims (3)
1.一种具有防护和安全功能的建筑物,包括:
房屋主体,所述房屋主体包括:
限定内部空间的内侧板;
外侧板,与所述内侧板的外表面以预定距离隔开并围绕所述内侧板;
隔热材料,安装在所述内侧板与所述外侧板之间;以及
空气流动通道,形成在所述内侧板与所述外侧板之间,以使流体在所述内侧板与所述外侧板之间流动并阻止与外部的热传递;
室内入口门,配置为安装在所述房屋主体的一侧以用于进入所述内部空间;以及
室外入口门,配置为安装在所述房屋主体上并位于所述室内入口门前方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的建筑物,其中,梯子安装在所述室内入口门与所述室外入口门之间的侧壁上,所述梯子包括安装为彼此隔开预定距离并通往屋顶的脚踏构件;以及
其中,多个引导孔形成在所述室外入口门上,使得当所述室外入口门向内打开并与所述侧壁接触时,所述脚踏构件暴露在所述室外入口门的外侧。
3.根据权利要求2所述的建筑物,其中,所述梯子的多个所述脚踏构件与形成在所述室外入口门上的引导孔的位置对应地布置,并且所述梯子的所述脚踏构件的宽度和直径小于所述引导孔的尺寸。
