背景技术
运动,一种涉及体力和技巧的由一套规则或习惯所约束的活动,通常具有竞争性。物布时空永不均产生了普遍运动,普遍的运动生灭着万事万物。没有不运动的物件,也没有能离开物件的运动。运动具守恒性,即运动既不能被创造又不能被消灭,其具体形式则是多样的并且能互相转化,在转化中运动总量不变。
人体在运动后中会排出大量的汗液,从而会伴随有维生素和水分的流失、同时伴随有能量消耗,但是目前市场运动饮料大部分非天然饮品,对人体有一定的副作用。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种以红茶和瓜那拉为基的复配维生素营养饮料的制备方法,采用天然的以红茶和瓜那拉为基,天然健康,在运动后饮用,有助于快速补充运动后所需维生素、水分和能量,促进体力恢复,同时具有提神消疲,生津清热,利尿消炎,杀菌解毒,强壮骨骼,抗衰老,养胃护胃,抗癌,舒张血管等功效。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种以红茶和瓜那拉为基的复配维生素营养饮料,其特征在于,所述的以红茶和瓜那拉为基的复配维生素营养饮料由下列重量份的原料制成:茶叶提取物0.5~4%、瓜那拉提取物0.2~3%、糖4~12%、牛磺酸2~4%、肌醇0.1~2%、赖氨酸0.1~2%、烟酰胺0.005~0.2%、维生素B6 0.0001~0.005%、维生B12 0.00001%、维生素C0.05~0.3%、三聚磷酸钠0.2~0.5%、柠檬酸1~4%、柠檬酸钠1~2%、香精0.5~2%、其余补水至100%。
红茶属于全发酵(发酵程度大于80%)的茶叶,富含胡萝卜素、维生素A、钙、磷、镁、钾、咖啡碱、异亮氨酸、亮氨酸、赖氨酸、谷氨酸、丙氨酸、天门冬氨酸等多种营养元素。红茶在发酵过程中多酚类物质的化学反应使鲜叶中的化学成分变化较大,会产生茶黄素、茶红素等成分,其香气比鲜叶明显增加,形成红茶特有的色、香、味。具有提神消疲,生津清热,利尿消炎,杀菌解毒,强壮骨骼,抗衰老,养胃护胃,抗癌,舒张血管等功效。
牛磺酸:属于人体必需氨基酸之一,参与糖代谢的调节,加速糖酵解;能增强心肌收缩力,增加血液输出,同时防止心肌损伤;能保护肝脏。对于维持运动能力牛磺酸是必需的,加强补给可使运动能力和抗运动性疲劳能力进一步增加。
赖氨酸:属于蛋白质的重要组成部分和人体必需氨基酸之一,可以调节人体代谢平衡;能提高钙的吸收以及在体内的积累,加速骨胳生长;有促进生长发育、增加食欲、减少疾病和增强体质的作用。
瓜那拉(玛卡):直接作用于中枢神经,促使思维变得敏捷清晰;能减少疲劳;能促进代谢;能刺激肝脏释放肝糖原以增加体内能量;促使血液中肾上腺素明显增加,从而加快心率,增加血流量,提高氧输送能力,促使三羧酸循环得以顺利进行,保证能量不断得到补充。
肌醇:属于B族维生素的一种,能促进体内产生卵磷脂,降低胆固醇,有助于去除肝脏中脂肪,帮助体内脂肪的再分配;能预防动脉硬化;是肝脏和骨髓细胞生长所必需。
维生素PP:属于B族维生素的一种,参与能量代谢、组织呼吸的氧化过程和糖原分解的过程;参与蛋白质、脂肪和DNA的合成。
维生素B6:属于B族维生素的一种,在体内被磷酸化为辅酶形式,参与酶类代谢,在糖类代谢中催化肌肉与肝中的糖原转化;参与氨基酸代谢,并起重要作用;有助于脑和其它组织中的能量转化过程。
维生素B12:属于B族维生素的一种,在体内转化为各种辅酶参与碳水化合物、脂肪和蛋白质的代谢;促进红细胞的形成;维护神经系统的正常功能。
维生素C:胶原蛋白的合成,治疗坏血病,预防牙龈萎缩、出血,抗氧化,防癌,增加免疫能力等。
糖,果葡糖浆复配:能量补充更易吸收。

进一步,所述的以红茶和瓜那拉为基的复配维生素营养饮料由下列重量份的原料制成:茶叶萃取液2.7%、瓜那拉提取物1.4%、糖7%、牛磺酸3%、肌醇1.3%、赖氨酸1.3%、烟酰胺0.12%、维生素B6 0.003%、维生B12 0.00001%、维生素C0.15%、三聚磷酸钠0.3%、柠檬酸3%、柠檬酸钠1.5%、香精1.2%、其余补水至100%。
本发明是一种以红茶和瓜那拉为基的复配维生素营养饮料,其有益效果表现在:
1、具有提神消疲,生津清热,利尿消炎,杀菌解毒,强壮骨骼,抗衰老,养胃护胃,抗癌,舒张血管等功效。
2、快速补充运动后所需维生素、水分和能量,促进体力恢复。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
一种以红茶和瓜那拉为基的复配维生素营养饮料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)、糖浆制备
向化糖锅内加入经处理定量的纯净水、糖和果葡糖浆,搅拌加热至100℃,直至充分溶解,并保持10分钟~15分钟,再依次经过双联过滤器和微孔过滤膜过滤得糖浆, 糖浆糖度为60%~62%,冷却备用;
(2)、茶叶萃取
先在茶叶萃取机内加入89℃~91℃的反渗透纯净水2200L,再将茶叶倒入叶萃取机内,以12转/分钟搅拌程序搅拌后滤去茶渣成得到茶汁;首先将茶汁经过桶式滤网去除杂质及异物,然后将过滤后的茶汁送入到板式交换器冷却至6~12℃,再利用离心机离心去除杂质,打入低温双层桶内暂存;
(3)、化辅料
将瓜那拉提取物、糖、牛磺酸、肌醇、赖氨酸、烟酰胺、维生素B6、维生素B12、维生素C和纯净水混合,搅拌化开后备用;
(4)、调配
首先将步骤(2)所得茶汁通过100目+1µ滤袋过滤、再通过300目+1µ滤袋过滤,然后用软水定容,并添加步骤(3)所的辅料、步骤(1)所得糖浆、三聚磷酸钠、柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠和香精,得到饮料原液;再将饮料原液经过桶式滤网去除杂质及异物,最后采用板式杀菌机自动控制杀菌温度110~114℃,在保持管中维持30秒以杀灭细菌,再降温至96℃以上送至充填缸内;
(5)、空罐处理
将空罐经60~70℃软水冲洗后送入充填机,将罐盖经导轨送入封盖机。
(6)液氮
将99.996%的液氮罐存放于包装区,液氮罐内温度~192℃以下。
(7)、 灌装与封盖
将充填缸内原汁利用充填机依次完成灌装、液氮添加、封盖,灌装后中心温度在87℃~91℃范围。
(8)、倒罐杀菌
用灌装后饮料对封盖后的罐盖内部进行≥35sec杀菌;
(9)、冷却
采用不同温度逐段喷淋降温冷却,所述的逐段喷淋包括高温喷淋区、中温喷淋区和低温喷淋区,所述的高温喷淋区水温为60℃~80℃,所述的中温喷淋区水温为40℃~60℃,所述的低温喷淋区水温为36℃~40℃,其中冷却水中含有84消毒液,所述的冷却水余氯浓度为0.2~2PPM;
(10)、罐底喷码
在罐底处喷印生产日期和时间。
优选,所述步骤(3)中瓜那拉提取物、糖、牛磺酸、肌醇、赖氨酸、烟酰胺、维生素B6、维生素B12、维生素C的重量比为0.2~3:4~12:2~4:0.1~2:0.1~2:0.005~0.2:0.0001~0.005:0.00001:0.05~0.3。
优选,所述步骤(3)中三聚磷酸钠、柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、香精的重量比为0.2~0.5:1~4:1~2:0.5~2。
优选,所述的以红茶和瓜那拉为基的复配维生素营养饮料由下列重量份的原料制成:茶叶萃取液0.5~4%、瓜那拉提取物0.2~3%、糖4~12%、牛磺酸2~4%、肌醇0.1~2%、赖氨酸0.1~2%、烟酰胺0.005~0.2%、维生素B6 0.0001~0.005%、维生B12 0.00001%、维生素C0.05~0.3%、三聚磷酸钠0.2~0.5%、柠檬酸1~4%、柠檬酸钠1~2%、香精0.5~2%、其余补水至100%。
实施例2
一种以红茶和瓜那拉为基的复配维生素营养饮料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)、糖浆制备

优选,所述的以红茶和瓜那拉为基的复配维生素营养饮料由下列重量份的原料制成:茶叶萃取液2.7%、瓜那拉提取物1.4%、糖7%、牛磺酸3%、肌醇1.3%、赖氨酸1.3%、烟酰胺0.12%、维生素B6 0.003%、维生B12 0.00001%、维生素C0.15%、三聚磷酸钠0.3%、柠檬酸3%、柠檬酸钠1.5%、香精1.2%、其余补水至100%。
实施例3
一种以红茶和瓜那拉为基的复配维生素营养饮料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)、糖浆制备
向化糖锅内加入经处理定量的纯净水、糖和果葡糖浆,搅拌加热至100℃,直至充分溶解,并保持10分钟~15分钟,再依次经过双联过滤器和微孔过滤膜过滤得糖浆, 糖浆糖度为60%~62%,冷却备用;
(2)、茶叶萃取
先在茶叶萃取机内加入89℃~91℃的反渗透纯净水2200L,再将茶叶倒入叶萃取机内,以12转/分钟搅拌程序搅拌后滤去茶渣成得到茶汁;首先将茶汁经过桶式滤网去除杂质及异物,然后将过滤后的茶汁送入到板式交换器冷却至6~12℃,再利用离心机离心去除杂质,打入低温双层桶内暂存;
(3)、化辅料
将瓜那拉提取物、糖、牛磺酸、肌醇、赖氨酸、烟酰胺、维生素B6、维生素B12、维生素C和纯净水混合,搅拌化开后备用;
(4)、调配
首先将步骤(2)所得茶汁通过100目+1µ滤袋过滤、再通过300目+1µ滤袋过滤,然后用软水定容,并添加步骤(3)所的辅料、步骤(1)所得糖浆、三聚磷酸钠、柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠和香精,得到饮料原液;再将饮料原液经过桶式滤网去除杂质及异物,最后采用板式杀菌机自动控制杀菌温度110~114℃,在保持管中维持30秒以杀灭细菌,再降温至96℃以上送至充填缸内;
(5)、空罐处理
将空罐经60~70℃软水冲洗后送入充填机,将罐盖经导轨送入封盖机。
(6)液氮
将99.996%的液氮罐存放于包装区,液氮罐内温度~192℃以下。
(7)、 灌装与封盖
将充填缸内原汁利用充填机依次完成灌装、液氮添加、封盖,灌装后中心温度在87℃~91℃范围。
(8)、倒罐杀菌
用灌装后饮料对封盖后的罐盖内部进行≥35sec杀菌;
(9)、冷却
采用不同温度逐段喷淋降温冷却,所述的逐段喷淋包括高温喷淋区、中温喷淋区和低温喷淋区,所述的高温喷淋区水温为60℃~80℃,所述的中温喷淋区水温为40℃~60℃,所述的低温喷淋区水温为36℃~40℃,其中冷却水中含有84消毒液,所述的冷却水余氯浓度为0.2~2PPM;
(10)、罐底喷码
在罐底处喷印生产日期和时间。
优选,所述步骤(3)中瓜那拉提取物、糖、牛磺酸、肌醇、赖氨酸、烟酰胺、维生素B6、维生素B12、维生素C的重量比为0.2:4:2:0.1:0.1:0.005:0.0001:0.00001:0.05。
优选,所述步骤(3)中三聚磷酸钠、柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、香精的重量比为0.2:1:1:0.5。
优选,所述的以红茶和瓜那拉为基的复配维生素营养饮料由下列重量份的原料制成:茶叶萃取液0.5%、瓜那拉提取物0.2%、糖4%、牛磺酸2%、肌醇0.1%、赖氨酸0.1%、烟酰胺0.005%、维生素B6 0.0001%、维生B12 0.00001%、维生素C0.05%、三聚磷酸钠0.2%、柠檬酸1%、柠檬酸钠1%、香精0.5%、其余补水至100%。
实施例4
一种以红茶和瓜那拉为基的复配维生素营养饮料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)、糖浆制备

优选,所述的以红茶和瓜那拉为基的复配维生素营养饮料由下列重量份的原料制成:茶叶萃取液4%、瓜那拉提取物3%、糖12%、牛磺酸4%、肌醇2%、赖氨酸2%、烟酰胺0.2%、维生素B6 0.005%、维生B12 0.00001%、维生素C0.3%、三聚磷酸钠0.5%、柠檬酸4%、柠檬酸钠2%、香精2%、其余补水至100%。
实施例5
所述的以红茶和瓜那拉为基的复配维生素营养饮料,利用速溶红茶粉替代茶叶萃取液,具体由下列重量份的原料制成:速溶红茶粉0.5~4%、瓜那拉提取物0.2~3%、糖4~12%、牛磺酸2~4%、肌醇0.1~2%、赖氨酸0.1~2%、烟酰胺0.005~0.2%、维生素B6 0.0001~0.005%、维生B12 0.00001%、维生素C0.05~0.3%、三聚磷酸钠0.2~0.5%、柠檬酸1~4%、柠檬酸钠1~2%、香精0.5~2%、其余补水至100%。

1.一种以红茶和瓜那拉为基的复配维生素营养饮料,其特征在于,所述的以红茶和瓜那拉为基的复配维生素营养饮料由下列重量份的原料制成:茶叶提取物0.5~4%、瓜那拉提取物0.2~3%、糖4~12%、牛磺酸2~4%、肌醇0.1~2%、赖氨酸0.1~2%、烟酰胺0.005~0.2%、维生素B6 0.0001~0.005%、维生B12 0.00001%、维生素C0.05~0.3%、三聚磷酸钠0.2~0.5%、柠檬酸1~4%、柠檬酸钠1~2%、香精0.5~2%、其余补水至100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种以红茶和瓜那拉为基的复配维生素营养饮料,其特征在于,所述的茶叶提取物为速溶红茶粉。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种以红茶和瓜那拉为基的复配维生素营养饮料,其特征在于,所述的茶叶提取物为茶叶萃取液。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种以红茶和瓜那拉为基的复配维生素营养饮料,其特征在于,所述的以红茶和瓜那拉为基的复配维生素营养饮料由下列重量份的原料制成:茶叶萃取液2.7%、瓜那拉提取物1.4%、糖7%、牛磺酸3%、肌醇1.3%、赖氨酸1.3%、烟酰胺0.12%、维生素B6 0.003%、维生B12 0.00001%、维生素C0.15%、三聚磷酸钠0.3%、柠檬酸3%、柠檬酸钠1.5%、香精1.2%、其余补水至100%。
