本发明公开了一种养胃护肝解酒汤,其加工步骤如下:称量配料、提液浓缩、调配超滤、灌封灭菌、喷码包装等。其中配料为葛根、乌梅、白扁豆、桑果、山楂、枳椇子、决明子、白茅根、麦芽、大枣、草果、青皮、陈皮、鸡内金、葛根花、菊花、桂花、玫瑰花、茉莉花、薄荷、人参、干姜、高良姜、甘草,将上述配料混合加水煎汁、提液浓缩粉,调配中加入浓缩粉和冰糖,热开水溶化后,经超滤形成汤汁。在饮酒中饮用,胃部的护肝开胃汤会促进胃液分泌、增强消化、加速氧化酒精,并且抑制酒精进入大脑的速度,减轻血液中的酒精浓度;在饮酒后饮用,可以加速胃内油腻食物排空、分消酒湿、通利二便,使酒精和有害物质乙醛加速排出体外,从而达到护肝开胃的功能,且整体经过汤液超滤、高温灭菌,保证了整体的卫生和安全。

背景技术
酒是世界上最受欢迎的饮品之一,在中国喝酒更是作为一个传统习俗从古延续至今,在参加酒席中敬酒干杯更是不可缺少的礼仪,在商务礼节中酒文化更多是一种餐桌文化和商务礼仪的结合体,酒水的档次代表的是双方的档次和面子,所以更加不可缺失。
然而,酒精对身体的伤害是不可忽视的,喝酒之后的酒精在胃和肠道很快就会被吸收到血液中,随后酒精在血液流经肝脏来分解,肝的解毒功能也不是完美的,无限度的大量饮酒,肝脏功能就会受到伤害,发挥不了原有的作用那么肝脏处就会有大量的毒素堆积,时间久了肝脏就会产生肝硬化、肝癌等病变,大量的酒精的刺激下会对胃部的胃壁和粘膜造成强烈的刺激和伤害,更是容易导致胃穿孔的祸首之一;大量饮酒后肝脏分解慢,在血液循环中酒精浓度越来越高,肝脏里的酒精毒素会越堆越多。人的体液占人体比重的65%-70%左右,酒精是由于人体将酒中的乙醇代谢转化为乙醛,而乙醛没有分解掉就会导致头痛、恶心、身体酸痛、虚弱乏力、嗓子干渴、食欲不振等一系列不良反应。

本发明申请的目的在于提供一种深入促进胃液分泌、增强消化、增进食欲的养胃护肝解酒汤,以解决上述酒后不良反应的问题,同时还起到了养胃护肝的作用。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种养胃护肝解酒汤,其加工步骤如下:
步骤一:称量配料:
将葛根150g、乌梅120g、白扁豆150g、桑果150g、山楂150g、枳椇子200g、决明子150g、白茅根300g、麦芽150g、大枣150g、草果50g、青皮100g、陈皮100g、鸡内金100g、葛根花90g、菊花90g、桂花50g、玫瑰花60g、茉莉花50g、薄荷100g、人参80g、干姜100g、高良姜60g、甘草100g混合备用。
步骤二:提液浓缩:
1、将上述配料倒入煎煮锅内,加入冷清水浸泡60分钟,接着大火烧开,改用小火煎煮30分钟,接着停火,将煎液滤入煎汤灌内;
2、将头煎提液后加入清水,大火烧开,改用小火煎煮30分钟,接着停火,将煎液滤入煎汤锅内和头煎汤液混合在一起;
3、将二煎提液后加入清水,大火烧开改用小火煎煮30分钟,接着停火,将煎液滤入煎汤锅内和头煎、二煎汤液混合;
4、将煎渣经离心处理,滤入上述煎汤灌内三煎汤液混合;
5、将混合煎汤用高速管式分离机离心处理后,将滤后的汤液送入指定罐内;
6、将滤后汤液采用真空浓缩,待水汽蒸发后制成浓缩膏;
7、将浓缩膏采用喷雾干燥,制成干燥浓缩料;
8、将干燥浓缩料采用超细磨机磨成浓缩粉备用。
步骤三:调配超滤:取用上述浓缩粉并加入冰糖和热开水,加热至冰糖浓缩粉融化,搅匀,接着用超滤膜过滤成超滤汤液;

优选的所述步骤二中配料2800g,加入头煎饮用水22000g、二煎饮用水11000g、三煎饮用水11000g,三次煎汁提液浓缩成粉剂。
优选的所述步骤三中调配汤为浓缩粉225g、冰糖500g、饮用热水5000g,同时对调配汤液用超滤膜过滤,即成滤后汤液。
优选的所述步骤四中滤后汤液采用管式超高温灭菌机进行第一次高温灭菌,封盖后进行蒸汽加压,第二次高温灭菌。
优选的所述步骤五中对灭菌罐头进行喷码,喷码后的同一生产日期批号的罐头组合包装。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该酒席护肝开胃汤,具有氧化酒精乙醇乙醛的作用,促进胃消化液分泌、增强消化、增进食欲、清除胃内积食和油腻食物。在饮酒前10分钟使饮用,可以对肠胃以及肝脏提前形成一个保护膜,阻碍酒精大量的进入血液循环;在饮酒中饮用,胃部的酒席护肝开胃汤会促进胃消化液分泌、增强消化、加速氧化酒精,并且抑制酒精进入血液的速度,减少血液中的酒精浓度;在酒后饮用可以清除胃内油腻食物、分消酒湿、通利二便,使酒精和有害物质乙醛加快排出体外;不饮酒者饮用可以促进胃消化液分泌、增强消化、增进食欲、清除胃内积食、油腻食物,从而达到护肝开胃的效果,同时酒席护肝开胃汤配料中葛根含有的大豆甙能分解乙醛毒性,能克制肠胃对酒精的吸收,并推动血液中酒精的代谢和排泄作用;乌梅具有刺激食欲、生津止渴、解酒毒的作用;白扁豆具有健脾化湿、兼杀酒毒的作用;桑果具有滋阴补血、解酒消毒的作用;山楂具有消食化积、健脾化湿、活血散瘀的功效,能缓解酒精对肠胃的伤害;枳椇子具有解酒毒、促进乙醇消除、减轻乙醇对肝脏组织的损伤的作用;决明子具有保肝护肝、润肠、降脂减肥、加速酒精代谢的作用;白茅根具有消热利尿、凉血、泄肺和胃、解酒毒的作用;麦芽含有转化糖酶维生素等对活性成分,行气消食、健脾开胃,减少酒对胃的伤害,行气有助于酒的散发作用;大枣具有补益脾胃、滋养阴血、养心安神的作用,另里面含有的维生素C居百果之冠,有除腥臭怪味、增进食欲的作用;草果具有燥湿散寒、消宿食、解酒毒的作用;青皮具有疏肝破气、消积化滞、促进消化液分泌及保护肝细胞的作用;陈皮具有理气除湿健脾和促进胃液分泌、醒酒的作用;鸡内金具有促进胃液分泌、提高胃酸消化能力、消积滞、除酒积、健脾胃的作用;葛根花含有异黄酮类,可以加速酒精氧化,使乙醇失去毒性,以达到保护胃肠膜的作用;菊花具有散风清热、平肝明目、清热解毒的作用;桂花具有散寒、清热解毒、提神开胃、润肠的作用;玫瑰花具有降火气保护肝脏肠胃的作用;茉莉花具有清热解毒、强心益脾、振脾健胃的作用;薄荷具有提神醒脑、解酒醒酒、保护肝脏的作用;人参具有益气健脾的作用,且人参糖能保护胃粘膜,达到健胃的效果,人参可降低血浆中的乙醇浓度,对肝脏具有保护作用;干姜具有益中助阳、散寒的作用,并且姜汤可以产生解酒酶,有降低体内乙醛含量的作用;高良姜具有暖胃散寒、消食醒酒、解酒毒、消宿食的作用;甘草具有补脾益气、养阴生津的作用,且后加入的冰糖不仅具有补中益气、养阴生津的作用,同时也可以改善整体的口味,利于饮用,且整体经过三次高温灭菌,保证了整体的卫生和安全,同时酒席护肝开胃汤装于罐内,方便携带和饮用。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1,本发明公开了一种养胃护肝解酒汤,其加工步骤如下:
步骤一:配料准备:
将葛根、乌梅、白扁豆、桑果、山楂、枳椇子、决明子、白茅根、麦芽、大枣、草果、青皮、陈皮、鸡内金、葛根花、菊花、桂花、玫瑰花、茉莉花、薄荷、人参、干姜、高良姜和甘草混合备用。
步骤二:提液浓缩:
1、将上述配料倒入煎煮锅内,加入冷清水浸泡60分钟,接着大火烧开,改用小火煎煮30分钟,接着停火,将煎液滤入煎汤灌内;
2、将头煎提液后加入清水,大火烧开,改用小火煎煮30分钟,接着停火,将煎液滤入煎汤锅内和头煎汤液混合在一起;
3、将二煎提液后加入清水,大火烧开改用小火煎煮30分钟,接着停火,将煎液滤入煎汤锅内和头煎、二煎汤液混合;
4、将煎渣经离心处理,滤入上述煎汤灌内三煎汤液混合;
5、将混合煎汤用高速管式分离机离心处理后,将滤后的汤液送入指定罐内;
6、将滤后汤液采用真空浓缩,待水汽蒸发后制成浓缩膏;
7、将浓缩膏采用喷雾干燥,制成干燥浓缩料;
8、将干燥浓缩料采用超细磨机磨成浓缩粉备用。
步骤三:调配超滤:取用上述浓缩粉并加入冰糖和热开水,加热至冰糖浓缩粉融化,搅匀,接着用超滤膜过滤成超滤汤液;
步骤四:罐封灭菌:将超滤汤液采用管式超高温灭菌机进行灌装,接着将灌装的罐头进行封盖,封盖后的罐头进行蒸汽加压高温灭菌;
步骤五:喷码包装:将灭菌的罐头进行喷码,喷出生产日期批号,接着将喷码生产日期批号的罐头进行包装入库;

进一步的,所述步骤三中调配汤为浓缩粉225g、冰糖500g、饮用热水5000g,同时对调配汤液用超滤膜过滤,即成滤后汤液。

本发明的一种养胃护肝解酒汤,其加工步骤如下:步骤一:配料准备:将葛根、乌梅、白扁豆、桑果、山楂、枳椇子、决明子、白茅根、麦芽、大枣、草果、青皮、陈皮、鸡内金、葛根花、菊花、桂花、玫瑰花、茉莉花、薄荷、人参、干姜、高良姜和甘草混合备用。步骤二:提液浓缩:1、将上述配料倒入煎煮锅内,加入冷清水浸泡60分钟,接着大火烧开,改用小火煎煮30分钟,接着停火,将煎液滤入煎汤灌内;2、将头煎提液后加入清水,大火烧开,改用小火煎煮30分钟,接着停火,将煎液滤入煎汤锅内和头煎汤液混合在一起;3、将二煎提液后加入清水,大火烧开改用小火煎煮30分钟,接着停火,将煎液滤入煎汤锅内和头煎、二煎汤液混合;4、将煎渣经离心处理,滤入上述煎汤灌内三煎汤液混合;5、将混合煎汤用高速管式分离机离心处理后,将滤后的汤液送入指定罐内;6、将滤后汤液采用真空浓缩,待水汽蒸发后制成浓缩膏;7、将浓缩膏采用喷雾干燥,制成干燥浓缩料;8、将干燥浓缩料采用超细磨机磨成浓缩粉备用。步骤三:调配超滤:取用上述浓缩粉并加入冰糖和热开水,加热至冰糖浓缩粉融化,搅匀,接着用超滤膜过滤成超滤汤液;步骤四:罐封灭菌:将超滤汤液采用管式超高温灭菌机进行灌装,接着将灌装的罐头进行封盖,封盖后的罐头进行蒸汽加压高温灭菌;步骤五:喷码包装:将灭菌的罐头进行喷码,喷出生产日期批号,接着将喷码生产日期批号的罐头进行包装入库。

Claims (10)
1.一种养胃护肝解酒汤,其特征在于其加工步骤如下:
步骤一:配料准备;步骤二:提液浓缩;步骤三:调配超滤;步骤四:灌封灭菌;步骤五:喷码包装;所述步骤一的配料准备为:将葛根、乌梅、白扁豆、桑果、山楂、枳椇子、决明子、白茅根、麦芽、大枣、草果、青皮、陈皮、鸡内金、葛根花、菊花、桂花、玫瑰花、茉莉花、薄荷、人参、干姜、高良姜和甘草混合备用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种养胃护肝解酒汤,其特征在于:所述步骤二:提液浓缩:
(1)将上述配料倒入煎煮锅内,加入冷清水浸泡,煎煮提液;
(2)将头煎提液后加入清水煎煮提液;
(3)将二煎提液后加入清水煎煮提液;
(4)将药渣经离心处理,滤液与上述三煎汤液合并;
(5)将合并煎汤用高速管式分离机离心处理,把滤液送入指定罐内;
(6)将滤后汤液采用真空浓缩,待水蒸气蒸发后浓缩成膏;
(7)将浓缩膏采用喷雾干燥制成浓缩料;
(8)将干燥的浓缩料采用超细磨磨成粉剂备用。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种养胃护肝解酒汤,其特征在于:所述步骤三:调配超滤:
取用上述浓缩粉并加入冰糖和热开水,加热至冰糖和浓缩粉溶化,搅匀,接着用超滤膜过滤汤液。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种养胃护肝解酒汤,其特征在于:所述步骤四:灌封灭菌:
将超滤汤液用管式超高温灭菌机进行灌装,接着将灌装的罐头进行封盖,封盖后的罐头进行蒸汽加压、高温灭菌。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种养胃护肝解酒汤,其特征在于:所述步骤五:喷码包装:
将灭菌的罐头进行喷码,喷出生产日期批号,接着将喷码生产日期批号的罐头进行包装入库。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种养胃护肝解酒汤,其特征在于:所述步骤一中的配料为:葛根150g、乌梅120g、白扁豆150g、桑果150g、山楂150g、枳椇子200g、决明子150g、白茅根300g、麦芽150g、大枣150g、草果50g、青皮100g、陈皮100g、鸡内金100g、葛根花90g、菊花90g、桂花50g、玫瑰花60g、茉莉花50g、薄荷100g、人参80g、干姜100g、高良姜60g、甘草100g。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种养胃护肝解酒汤,其特征在于:所述步骤二中配料2800g加入头煎饮用水22000g、二煎饮用水11000g、三煎饮用水11000g,三次煎汁合并,提液浓缩成粉剂。
8.根据权利要求3所述的一种养胃护肝解酒汤,其特征在于:所述步骤三中调配汤液为浓缩粉225g、冰糖500g、饮用热水4275g,同时对调配的汤液进行超滤膜过滤。
9.根据权利要求4所述的一种养胃护肝解酒汤,其特征在于:所述步骤四中滤后汤液采用管式超高温灭菌机进行高温灭菌、灌装、封盖后,进行蒸汽加压高温灭菌。
10.根据权利要求5所述的一种养胃护肝解酒汤,其特征在于:所述步骤五中的对灭菌罐头进行喷码,喷码后的同一生产日期批号的罐头组合包装。
