技术领域
本发明的一种环境友好重负荷潮汐水轮机油组合物属于涡轮机润滑剂领域。
背景技术
潮汐能的重要利用方式是潮汐发电。潮汐发电与普通水力发电有些类似,通过储蓄水库,在涨潮时将海水储存在水库内,以势能的形式保存,然后在落潮时放出海水,利用高低潮位之间的落差,推动水轮机旋转,节约发电机发电,差别在于海水与河水不同,蓄积的海水落差不大,但流量较大,并且呈间歇性和周期性,从而潮汐发电的水轮机结构要适应低水头、大流量、海洋工况等特点。全贯流式水轮发电机组由于其外形小、重量轻、管道短、效率高为各潮汐电站广泛使用。与潮汐发电机组相关技术进步极为迅速,开发出多种将潮汐能转变为机械能的设备,包括:螺旋式水轮机、轴流式水轮机、开敞环式水流机等;同时这些种类的设备也对水轮机油提出更高的使用要求。利用潮汐发电必须具备两个物理条件:首先潮汐的幅度必须大,至少要有几米;其次,海洋地形必须储蓄大量海水,并可进行土建工程。
潮汐水电轮机油除了具有普通水轮机油的特性外,还应具有环境友好、高抗海水乳化性、抗氧防腐、防锈及抗盐雾性、抗高温性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种除了具有普通水轮机油的特性外,还具有环境友好、高抗海水乳化性、抗氧防腐、防锈及抗盐雾性、抗高温性的环境友好重负荷潮汐水轮机油组合物。
本发明采用如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种环境友好重负荷潮汐水轮机油组合物,采用质量比20%的复酯和80%的双季戊四醇酯复合作为全合成复合基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成为:

6.如权利要求1所述的一种环境友好重负荷潮汐水轮机油组合物,其特征在于防锈剂是质量比50%的硫磺酸钠T702和50%的烯基丁二酸半酯T747复合;气相缓蚀剂是质量比50%的癸酸和50%的二乙基氨基乙醇复合。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种环境友好重负荷潮汐水轮机油组合物,其特征在于防胶剂是2,6-二叔丁基混合酚。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种环境友好重负荷潮汐水轮机油组合物,其特征在于抗生物剂是质量比50%的8-羟基喹啉和50%的三嗪starcide TB复合。
