Abstract
本发明涉及一种光稳定型涡轮机油组合物、制备方法及其用途,主要解决现有技术中存在涡轮机油光照不稳定的问题。本发明通过采用一种新的光稳定型涡轮机油组合物,以重量百分比计,由以下组分组成:抗氧剂0.2~0.5%;紫外吸收剂0.002~0.03%;金属钝化剂0.05~0.1%;防锈剂0.04~0.1%;破乳剂0.01~0.02%;抗泡剂0.005~0.02%;余量为基础油,基础油为API II类石蜡基基础油,及其制备方法的技术方案,较好地解决了该问题,可在汽轮机、燃气轮机及大型燃气蒸汽联合循环机组的润滑中应用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种光稳定型涡轮机油组合物、制备方法及其用途。
背景技术
光稳定性(光安定性)是指油品在有氧及光照条件下颜色变深、出现浑浊甚至生成沉淀的现象,不但会对油品的外观造成影响,也会降低油品的使用性能。
涡轮机油的氧化安定性要求较高,尤其是长寿命涡轮机油,其旋转氧弹值(150℃)要求不小于1200min。但是目前从节约成本和环保的角度考虑,越来越多的润滑油生产厂家使用液袋或者吨箱进行油品的存储和运输。吨箱和液袋与铁桶相比具有一定的透光性,若油品在进行装机前过长时间的室外存储,在光照的直射和折射条件下,可能会使油品氧化,对油品的质量造成影响。因此开发一种光稳定性优良的涡轮机油是十分有必要的。
目前对润滑油的光稳定性的研究集中于基础油方面,但由于基础油的处理工艺不断提升使基础油的光稳定性不断提升。因此本发明集中于加入添加剂的成品油的光稳定性的提升,通过改进,使成品油的光稳定性大幅度提高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题之一是解决现有技术中存在涡轮机油光照不稳定的问题,该组合物具有优异的抗光照和抗氧化能力的优点。本发明所要解决的技术问题之二是提供一种与解决技术问题之一相对应的光稳定型涡轮机油组合物的制备方法。本发明所要解决的技术问题之三是提供一种与解决技术问题之一相对应的光稳定型涡轮机油组合物的用途。
为解决上述技术问题之一,本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种光稳定性涡轮机油组合物,以重量百分比计,由以下组分组成:抗氧剂0.2~0.5%、紫外吸收剂0.002~0.03%、金属钝化剂0.05~0.1%、防锈剂0.04~0.1%、破乳剂0.01~0.02%、抗泡剂0.005~0.02%,余量为基础油。
优选地,所述抗氧剂为选自2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、烷基化二苯胺或烷基苯基-α-萘胺中的至少一种。
优选地,所述紫外吸收剂选自苯并三唑或受阻胺中的至少一种。
优选地,所述紫外吸收剂选自UV328或UVP中的至少一种。
优选地,所述金属钝化剂为吲哚类衍生物、苯并三氮唑类衍生物或噻二唑类衍生物中的至少一种。
优选地,所述金属钝化剂选自T551或T552中的至少一种。
优选地,所述防锈剂选自烯基丁二酸、氨基酸衍生物和胺、烯基丁二酸酯或烯基丁二酸酰胺衍生物中的至少一种。
优选地,所述防锈剂选自T746、T747、K1031或RC4802中的至少一种。防锈剂的防锈分子在金属表面形成吸附性保护膜,对水和极性物质有一定的增溶作用,并且能置换金属表面的水,起到脱水的作用。

一种前述的光稳定型涡轮机油组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将抗氧剂、紫外吸收剂、金属钝化剂、防锈剂、破乳剂和抗泡剂与基础油混合均匀后,升温至55℃~60℃并加热搅拌,维持1.5h~2.5h后过滤得到所述涡轮机油组合物。
为解决上述技术问题之三,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种前述的光稳定型涡轮机油组合物用于蒸汽轮机、燃气轮机及大型燃气蒸汽联合循环机组中的润滑。
本发明通过采用在涡轮机油组合物中加入合适配比的紫外吸收剂,能够在油品的存储和运输过程中有效缓解其光照造成的油品变色、氧化等情况,取得了较好的技术效果。

将实施例1~4的光稳定性型涡轮机油组合物应用于涡轮机中作为润滑油,并对实施例1~4的光稳定性型涡轮机油以及对比例1~4的油品进行试验,采用的试验具体如下:
将油品在同一时间光照1个月,然后观察外观并进行旋转氧弹的测试外观(目测);
润滑油氧化安定性的测定旋转氧弹法(SH/T 0193);
润滑油泡沫特性测定法(GB/T 12579);
石油和合成液水分离性测定法(GB/T 7305);
石油产品液相锈蚀试验(GB/T 11143B);
得到实施例1~实施例4以及对比例1~4的旋转氧弹的性能见表2。

如表2中实施例1~4的试验结果,经过1个月的光照后,实施例1~4的油品与对比例1~4相比,外观和旋转氧弹下降均有改善,说明光稳定剂对油品光照后的抗氧化能力有一定的改善作用。
应当说明的是,上述实施例均可根据需要自由组合。以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种光稳定型涡轮机油组合物,以重量百分比计,由以下组分组成:
抗氧剂0.2~0.5%;
紫外吸收剂0.002~0.03%;
金属钝化剂0.05~0.1%;
防锈剂0.04~0.1%;
破乳剂0.01~0.02%;
抗泡剂0.005~0.02%;
余量为基础油。
2.根据权利要求1所述的光稳定型涡轮机油组合物,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂选自2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、烷基化二苯胺或烷基苯基-α-萘胺中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的光稳定型涡轮机油组合物,其特征在于,所述紫外吸收剂选自苯并三唑或受阻胺中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的光稳定型涡轮机油组合物,其特征在于,所述金属钝化剂选自吲哚类衍生物、苯并三氮唑类衍生物或噻二唑类衍生物中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的光稳定型涡轮机油组合物,其特征在于,所述防锈剂选自烯基丁二酸、氨基酸衍生物和胺、烯基丁二酸酯或烯基丁二酸酰胺衍生物中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的光稳定型涡轮机油组合物,其特征在于,所述破乳剂选自胺与环氧化物缩合物或聚醚中的一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的光稳定型涡轮机油组合物,其特征在于,所述抗泡剂选自聚硅氧烷或聚丙烯酸酯中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的光稳定型涡轮机油组合物,其特征在于,所述基础油为API I类或II类石蜡基基础油。
9.一种权利要求1所述的光稳定型涡轮机油组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将抗氧剂、紫外吸收剂、金属钝化剂、防锈剂、破乳剂和抗泡剂与基础油混合均匀后,升温至55℃~60℃并加热搅拌,维持1.5h~2.5h后过滤得到所述涡轮机油组合物。
10.一种权利要求1所述的光稳定型涡轮机油组合物用于蒸汽轮机、燃气轮机及大型燃气蒸汽联合循环机组的润滑。
