技术领域
本发明涉及润滑油技术领域,尤其涉及到一种环保型风力发电机合成酯类齿轮油及其制备方法。
背景技术
润滑油是用在各种类型机械上以减少摩擦,保护机械及加工件的液体润滑剂,主要起润滑、冷却、防锈、清洁、密封和缓冲等作用,其主要由基础油和添加剂构成,添加剂可为基础油增加新的性能或改善、提高润滑油的性能。工业润滑油可分为机械设备用润滑油与金属加工润滑油,其中,机械设备用润滑油又可以分为液压油、汽轮机油、齿轮油、空压机油、导轨油、主轴油、导热油、变压器油、真空泵油、润滑脂等。
对于发电机组用到的齿轮油,目前的配方一般都使用矿物油配合普通齿轮油复合剂来进行生产,在极端环境温度及恶劣工况条件下使用时,无法在齿面形成极强的油膜,无法做到长寿命用油,难免会产生齿轮面微点蚀。这种情况下,按照目前技术制备的齿轮油,不环保,使用有局限,且对齿轮箱保护不够,无法做到长寿命用油。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种环保型风力发电机合成酯类齿轮油及其制备方法,针对极端环境温度及恶劣工况条件下,改善发电机组用齿轮油箱的抗微点蚀保护和长寿命使用的环保型齿轮油。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种环保型风力发电机合成酯类齿轮油,由以下重量份计的组分组成:
茂金属PAO150基础油30—35份,环己烷二羧酸酯20—25份,烷基萘20-25份,
芳胺类抗氧剂0.6—1.5份,粘度指数改进剂1—1.5份,无灰复合极压抗磨剂1.5—2.5
份,修复型摩擦改进剂1.0-1.5份,抗乳化剂0.8-1.2份,防锈防腐剂1.2-1.5份;
所述芳胺类抗氧剂为二烷基二苯胺或N-苯基-α-苯胺或它们的混合物;
所述粘度指数改进剂为聚烷基甲基丙烯酸酯;
所述无灰复合极压抗磨剂为磷酸三甲酚酯(T306)、芳基磷酸酯、烷基多硫化物中的两种或三种混合物;
所述修复型摩擦改进剂为纳米硼化稀土摩擦改进剂;
所述抗乳化剂为胺与环氧乙烷缩合物或聚氧丙烷衍生物或它们的混合物;

一种环保型风力发电机合成酯类齿轮的制备方法,将茂金属PAO150基础油、环己烷二羧酸酯、烷基萘按上述比重打入调和釜中,升温至50-55℃,随后按上述比重依次加入芳胺类抗氧剂、粘度指数改进剂、无灰复合极压抗磨剂、修复型摩擦改进剂、抗乳化剂、防锈防腐剂,搅拌40—60min,即可制得成品。
本发明的优点在于:本发明主要提供的是针对极端环境温度及恶劣工况条件下,改善发电机组用齿轮油箱的抗微点蚀保护和长寿命使用的环保型全合成齿轮油及其制备方法,可以大幅改善齿轮油的抗微点蚀性,极佳的热与氧化安定性,优异的抗磨损和轴承保护性能;具有较高的黏度指数,使用可降解酯类油等全合成基础油,环保污染小,适用于高低温环境和大自然恶劣环境中;具有极佳的过滤和耐水性能,适用于复杂的风电机组润滑系统。

一种环保型风力发电机合成酯类齿轮的制备方法,将茂金属PAO150基础油、环己烷二羧酸酯、烷基萘按上述具体比重打入调和釜中,升温至40℃,随后按上述比重依次加入芳胺类抗氧剂、粘度指数改进剂、无灰复合极压抗磨剂、修复型摩擦改进剂、抗乳化剂、防锈防腐剂,搅拌40min,即可制得成品。
实施例3
一种环保型风力发电机合成酯类齿轮油,由以下重量份计的组分组成:
茂金属PAO150基础油35份,环己烷二羧酸酯25份,烷基萘25份,
芳胺类抗氧剂1.5份,粘度指数改进剂.5份,无灰复合极压抗磨剂2.5
份,修复型摩擦改进剂1.5份,抗乳化剂1.2份,防锈防腐剂1.5份;
具体的,芳胺类抗氧剂为二烷基二苯胺和N-苯基-α-苯胺的混合物;
具体的,粘度指数改进剂为聚烷基甲基丙烯酸酯;
具体的,无灰复合极压抗磨剂为磷酸三甲酚酯(T306)、芳基磷酸酯、烷基多硫化物三者的混合物;
具体的,修复型摩擦改进剂为纳米硼化稀土摩擦改进剂;
具体的,抗乳化剂为胺与环氧乙烷缩合物、聚氧丙烷衍生物的混合物;
具体的,防锈防腐剂为N-油酸肌氨酸十八胺盐和十七西基咪唑啉烯基丁二酸盐的混合物;
其中,茂金属PAO150基础油40℃运动粘度1658mm²/s,粘度指数158。

一种环保型风力发电机合成酯类齿轮的制备方法,将茂金属PAO150基础油、环己烷二羧酸酯、烷基萘按上述具体比重打入调和釜中,升温至60℃,随后按上述比重依次加入芳胺类抗氧剂、粘度指数改进剂、无灰复合极压抗磨剂、修复型摩擦改进剂、抗乳化剂、防锈防腐剂,搅拌60min,即可制得成品。
实验例:
将实施例1—3的风力发电机合成酯类齿轮进行性能测定。
结果数据如下:

Claims (5)
1.一种环保型风力发电机合成酯类齿轮油,其特征在于:由以下重量份计的组分组成:
茂金属PAO150基础油30—35份,环己烷二羧酸酯20—25份,烷基萘20-25份,
芳胺类抗氧剂0.6—1.5份,粘度指数改进剂1—1.5份,无灰复合极压抗磨剂1.5—2.5份,修复型摩擦改进剂1.0-1.5份,抗乳化剂0.8-1.2份,防锈防腐剂1.2-1.5份;
所述芳胺类抗氧剂为二烷基二苯胺或N-苯基-α-苯胺或它们的混合物;
所述粘度指数改进剂为聚烷基甲基丙烯酸酯;
所述无灰复合极压抗磨剂为磷酸三甲酚酯(T306)、芳基磷酸酯、烷基多硫化物中的两种或三种混合物;
所述修复型摩擦改进剂为纳米硼化稀土摩擦改进剂;
所述抗乳化剂为胺与环氧乙烷缩合物或聚氧丙烷衍生物或它们的混合物;
所述防锈防腐剂为N-油酸肌氨酸十八胺盐和十七西基咪唑啉烯基丁二酸盐的混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种环保型风力发电机合成酯类齿轮油,其特征在于:所述茂金属PAO150基础油40℃运动粘度1658mm²/s,粘度指数158。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种环保型风力发电机合成酯类齿轮油,其特征在于:所述环己烷二羧酸酯40℃运动粘度38mm²/s,粘度指数138。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种环保型风力发电机合成酯类齿轮油,其特征在于:所述烷基萘40℃运动粘度222mm²/s,粘度指数128。
5.一种环保型风力发电机合成酯类齿轮的制备方法,其特征在于:将茂金属PAO150基础油、环己烷二羧酸酯、烷基萘按上述比重打入调和釜中,升温至50-55℃,随后按上述比重依次加入芳胺类抗氧剂、粘度指数改进剂、无灰复合极压抗磨剂、修复型摩擦改进剂、抗乳化剂、防锈防腐剂,搅拌40—60min,即可制得成品。
