本发明属于工业齿轮润滑技术领域,涉及工业齿轮润滑剂及其应用,尤其涉及一种新型磷钼酸的制备及利用该新型磷钼酸制备的抗点蚀闭式重负荷工业齿轮油,新型磷钼酸的制备:在一定条件下,将N‑甲基咪唑和丙烷磺内酯溶解在甲苯中,所得产物,经过处理,加入到磷钼酸的水溶液中,最后得到新型磷钼酸;工业齿轮油包括:基础油、极压抗磨剂、硫化异丁烯、清净剂、分散剂、降凝剂和消泡剂。本发明合成了具有良好极压抗磨性能的新型磷钼酸并将其应用于工业齿轮的润滑油中,使其具有更好的承载能力和极压性能。

本发明属于工业齿轮润滑技术领域,涉及工业齿轮润滑剂及其应用,尤其涉及一种新型磷钼酸的制备及利用该新型磷钼酸制备的抗点蚀闭式重负荷工业齿轮油。
背景技术
工业齿轮油用于各种机械设备及涡轮蜗杆传动装置的润滑,在使用过程中起到润滑、冷却、清洗剂防腐防锈等作用。钢铁、水泥、石化、风电等行业的大型齿轮设备,通常处于重载、高低温、冲击振动负荷等工况下工作。随着技术的发展、设备总功率增加,升功率也增加,齿轮箱和邮箱尺寸减少,导致齿轮和轴承负荷的提高,要求更好的极压抗磨性能,用户对设备可靠性和耐久性提出更高要求。齿轮的微点蚀现象是指齿轮在工作过程中,齿面出现的一种灰斑现象,他对传动装置的使用寿命剂安全可靠性有严重的影响。微点蚀多出现在齿轮油种类及添加剂等会对其产生重要影响,为延长齿轮装置的使用寿命,轴承保护能力,抗乳化和密封性能,提高设备的可靠性。在某些条件下,传统矿物型工业齿轮油已经不能满足要求。
发明内容
本发明针对上述的现有的工业齿轮油很难满足要求的问题,提供了一种新型磷钼酸的制备及利用该新型磷钼酸制备的抗点蚀闭式重负荷工业齿轮油。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为,
一种新型磷钼酸的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
a、将N-甲基咪唑和丙烷磺内酯溶解在甲苯中,在有氮气保护的状态下反应,反应温度为40-60℃,反应时间为20-30h,生成大量的一号白色固体,其中N-甲基咪唑的质量为8-12g,物质的量为0.11mol,丙烷磺内酯的质量为10-14g,物质的量为0.10mol,甲苯为15-25mL;
b、利用45-55mL乙醚对步骤a制备的一号白色固体进行洗涤处理,洗涤次数为2-5次,真空干燥后,得质量为17-19g的二号白色固体,所述二号白色固体为1-甲基-3-丙烷磺酸基咪唑分子内盐(MIMPS),其1-甲基-3-丙烷磺酸基咪唑分子内盐的合成式为:

c、将二号白色固体加入到磷钼酸的水溶液中,室温条件下搅拌20-30h,得到溶解溶液,其中二号白色固体的质量为0.1-0.2g,物质的量为0.6mol,磷钼酸的质量为0.3-0.4g,物质的量为0.2mol;
d、最后将溶解溶液在减压下出水干燥,得到质量为0.3-0.5g的黄绿色固体,所述黄绿色固体为新型磷钼酸,其新型磷钼酸又叫做1-甲基-3-丙烷磺酸基咪唑磷钼酸盐([MIMPS]3PMo12O40),所述1-甲基-3-丙烷磺酸基咪唑磷钼酸盐的合成式为:
一种包含所述新型磷钼酸的抗点蚀闭式重负荷工业齿轮油,其特征在于,按质量份数具体包括:
基础油 90-98份
极压抗磨剂 0.1-0.4份
硫化异丁烯 0.5-1.5份
清净剂 0.2-0.7份
分散剂 0.3-0.5份
降凝剂 0.1-0.3份
消泡剂 0.0001-0.0002份;
其中,所述极压抗磨剂为新型磷钼酸。
作为优选,所述清净剂为合成磺酸钙、烷基水杨酸或硫化烷基酚钙中的任意两种。
作为优选,所述分散剂为丁二酰亚胺。
作为优选,所述降凝剂为聚丙烯酸甲酯、聚α烯烃或T803B降凝剂中的一种。
作为优选,所述消泡剂乳化硅油、高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚或聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚中的一种。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点和积极效果在于,
本发明合成了具有良好极压抗磨性能的新型磷钼酸并将其应用于工业齿轮的润滑油中,降低了摩擦副表面的摩擦系数;负荷较低时,金属表面受机械能作用向外发射外逸电子, 使摩擦副表面产生正电荷点, 由于离子液体的 双电性结构,能在金属表面形成物理吸附膜, 有效地隔开摩擦面, 从而起到减摩抗磨作用;当负荷较大时,磷、钼元素在摩擦副表面反应生成具有极压抗磨作用的化合物提高了材料表面的耐磨性能,起到了极压抗磨作用,具有良好的抗磨性、防锈、防腐蚀等性能。

为了能够更清楚地理解本发明的上述目的、特征和优点,下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明,但是,本发明还可以采用不同于在此描述的其他方式来实施,因此,本发明并不限于下面公开说明书的具体实施例的限制。
本发明主要是利用了离子液体的诸多优良的性能,如非挥发性或超低蒸汽压、不可燃、较高化学和热力学稳定性、低熔点、较宽的液相范围,以及与有机聚合物可控的相容性,容易制备,价格便宜等特点,本发明利用新型磷钼酸(又可以称作磷钼酸离子液体)良好的极压抗磨性能,将新型磷钼酸(又可以称作磷钼酸离子液体)添加到基础油中调配了一种具有良好的极压抗磨性能的工业齿轮油,在摩擦副表面起到极佳的极压抗磨作用。
本发明中提供了一种新型磷钼酸的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
a、将N-甲基咪唑和丙烷磺内酯溶解在甲苯中,在有氮气保护的状态下反应,反应温度为40-60℃,反应时间为20-30h,生成大量的一号白色固体,其中N-甲基咪唑的质量为8-12g,物质的量为0.11mol,丙烷磺内酯的质量为10-14g,物质的量为0.10mol,甲苯为15-25mL;
b、利用45-55mL乙醚对步骤a制备的一号白色固体进行洗涤处理,洗涤次数为2-5次,真空干燥后,得质量为17-19g的二号白色固体;
c、将二号白色固体加入到磷钼酸的水溶液中,室温条件下搅拌20-30h,得到溶解溶液,其中二号白色固体的质量为0.1-0.2g,物质的量为0.6mol,磷钼酸的质量为0.3-0.4g,物质的量为0.2mol;
d、最后将溶解溶液在减压下出水干燥,得到质量为0.3-0.5g的黄绿色固体,所述黄绿色固体为新型磷钼酸。
发明人经过大量的试验根据上述相关参数得出一个最优参数,具体为:
a、将N-甲基咪唑和丙烷磺内酯溶解在甲苯中,在有氮气保护的状态下反应,反应温度为50℃,反应时间为24h,生成大量的一号白色固体,其中N-甲基咪唑的质量为9.026g,物质的量为0.11mol,丙烷磺内酯的质量为12.214g,物质的量为0.10mol,甲苯为20mL;
b、利用50mL乙醚对步骤a制备的一号白色固体进行洗涤处理,洗涤次数为3次,真空干燥后,得质量为18.021g的二号白色固体,其产率高达88%;
c、将二号白色固体加入到磷钼酸的水溶液中,室温条件下搅拌24h,得到溶解溶液,其中二号白色固体的质量为0.122g,物质的量为0.6mol,磷钼酸的质量为0.365g,物质的量为0.2mol;
d、最后将溶解溶液在减压下出水干燥,得到质量为0.354g的黄绿色固体,其产率高达72%,所述黄绿色固体为新型磷钼酸。
其中上述所提到的二号白色固体为1-甲基-3-丙烷磺酸基咪唑分子内盐(MIMPS),新型磷钼酸为1-甲基-3-丙烷磺酸基咪唑磷钼酸盐([MIMPS]3PMo12O40)。
发明人利用最优制备方法制备的新型磷钼酸(可以称作磷钼酸离子液体,又可以称作1-甲基-3-丙烷磺酸基咪唑磷钼酸盐),并将该新型磷钼酸制备成抗点蚀闭式重负荷工业齿轮油。

一种包含所述新型磷钼酸的抗点蚀闭式重负荷工业齿轮油,按质量份数具体包括:基础油93份;极压抗磨剂0.2份;硫化异丁烯0.8份;清净剂0.4份;分散剂0.4份;降凝剂0.2份;消泡剂0.0001份;将其上述组分均匀混合,制备得到工业齿轮油B。
实施例3
一种包含所述新型磷钼酸的抗点蚀闭式重负荷工业齿轮油,按质量份数具体包括:基础油95份;极压抗磨剂0.3份;硫化异丁烯1.2份;清净剂0.5份;分散剂0.5份;降凝剂0.3份;消泡剂0.0002份;将其上述组分均匀混合,制备得到工业齿轮油C。
实施例4
一种包含所述新型磷钼酸的抗点蚀闭式重负荷工业齿轮油,按质量份数具体包括:基础油98份;极压抗磨剂0.3份;硫化异丁烯1.5份;清净剂0.7份;分散剂0.5份;降凝剂0.3份;消泡剂0.0002份;将其上述组分均匀混合,制备得到工业齿轮油D。
实施例5
一种包含所述新型磷钼酸的抗点蚀闭式重负荷工业齿轮油,按质量份数具体包括:基础油98份;极压抗磨剂0.4份;硫化异丁烯1.5份;清净剂0.7份;分散剂0.5份;降凝剂0.3份;消泡剂0.0002份;将其上述组分均匀混合,制备得到工业齿轮油E。
将上述5个实施例中的工业齿轮油加入到相同类型的齿轮中,并对齿轮的承载能力和极压性能做了检测,具体如下表所示:

通过上述表格中的数据,可以看出,利用本发明中制备的新型磷钼酸制备的工业齿轮油,其承载能力和极压性能都要比普通的工业齿轮油要高很多;在同样利用新型磷钼酸制备的工业齿轮油,其承载能力和极压性能给新型磷钼酸的占比有关系,在一定范围内,占比越高,其承载能力和极压性能就越高。

Claims (5)

1.一种磷钼酸的抗点蚀闭式重负荷工业齿轮油,特征在于,按质量份数具体包括:
基础油90-98份;极压抗磨剂0.1-0.4份;硫化异丁烯0.5-1.5份;清净剂0.2-0.7份;分散剂0.3-0.5份;降凝剂0.1-0.3份;消泡剂0.0001-0.0002份;
其中,所述极压抗磨剂为磷钼酸;所述磷钼酸的制备方法,其具体包括以下步骤:
将N-甲基咪唑和丙烷磺内酯溶解在甲苯中,在有氮气保护的状态下反应,反应温度为40-60℃,反应时间为20-30h,生成大量的一号白色固体,其中N-甲基咪唑的质量为8-12g,物质的量为0.11mol,丙烷磺内酯的质量为10-14g,物质的量为0.10mol,甲苯为15-25mL;
利用45-55mL乙醚对步骤a制备的一号白色固体进行洗涤处理,洗涤次数为2-5次,真空干燥后,得质量为17-19g的二号白色固体;
将二号白色固体加入到磷钼酸的水溶液中,室温条件下搅拌20-30h,得到溶解溶液,其中二号白色固体的质量为0.1-0.2g,物质的量为0.6mol,磷钼酸的质量为0.3-0.4g,物质的量为0.2mol;
最后将溶解溶液在减压下出水干燥,得到质量为0.3-0.5g的黄绿色固体,所述黄绿色固体为磷钼酸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种磷钼酸的抗点蚀闭式重负荷工业齿轮油,其特征在于,所述清净剂为合成磺酸钙、烷基水杨酸或硫化烷基酚钙中的任意两种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种磷钼酸的抗点蚀闭式重负荷工业齿轮油,其特征在于,所述分散剂为丁二酰亚胺。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种磷钼酸的抗点蚀闭式重负荷工业齿轮油,其特征在于,所述降凝剂为聚丙烯酸甲酯、聚α烯烃或T803B降凝剂中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种磷钼酸的抗点蚀闭式重负荷工业齿轮油,其特征在于,所述消泡剂乳化硅油、高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚或聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚中的一种。
