背景技术
装饰膜广泛地应用在日常生活领域当中,具有广泛的功用,例如:抗UV,阻隔紫外线直射皮肤健康;有效降低日晒,高温内不再闷热;具有隐蔽效果,不论窗户、玻璃门、厨柜玻璃、办公室玻璃等均可使用;自由剪裁,充满DIY乐趣。工厂出厂的装饰膜一般绕卷在辊筒上,成批发往各经销商,各经销商针对不同买家对所购买装饰膜的不同用处,需要对成卷的装饰膜进行裁切,例如,用于将装饰膜贴附在家具上的家具卖家,需要大量的裁切好的具有一定长度和宽度的装饰膜,这就需要对成卷的装饰膜进行大量的裁切,传统的裁切方法是用尺子在装饰膜上划线,然后利用裁剪工具,例如用美工刀和剪刀等进行裁切,费时费力,效率不够高。对于大批量裁切,目前市场上是利用机器进行裁切,通过输送机构输送装饰膜,再利用裁切机构的裁刀对装饰膜进行裁切,装饰膜裁切的长度调整不方便,裁刀在反复切割装饰膜的过程中,会产生大量的热量导致裁刀发烫,裁切时,容易烫伤装饰膜的裁切边缘,影响装饰膜的质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题,提出了一种带传送机构的装饰膜切割机,本发明方便地对装饰膜裁切的长度进行控制,在裁切的过程中,对裁刀进行有效的降温,防止烫伤装饰膜。

其工作原理如下:将成卷的装饰膜放置在机箱顶部的放置槽内,然后将成卷的装饰膜的端部扯开,穿过输送辊筒一和输送辊筒二之间,通过驱动机构一使输送辊筒一转动,输送辊筒二通过一张紧机构与输送辊筒一相紧靠,使装饰膜被输送,被输送的装饰膜通过传送带被输送至裁切机构,装饰膜被输送至裁切下座的顶面,控制器控制驱动机构三使刀辊下降,使裁切刀片切入裁切槽内,将装饰膜切断,再使刀辊提升,此时,控制器记录一次裁切的动作,测定装置测定输送辊筒一转动量,例如输送辊筒一转动一圈,装饰膜被输送一定的距离,根据装饰膜需要裁切的长度来确定装饰膜输送的距离,当输送辊筒一转动一定的圈数时,通过测定装置将测定的信号反馈给控制器,控制器控制驱动机构三使刀辊转动一个角度,使下一裁切刀片对准裁切槽,控制器再控制驱动机构三使刀辊下降,将裁切刀片切入裁切槽中,然后再提升,这样,具有一定长度的装饰膜被裁切好,被裁切好的装饰膜被收纳机构收集。由于若干组裁切刀片轮着进行裁切,有足够的时间进行冷却,防止裁切刀片温度过高而烫伤装饰膜裁切的边缘。裁切刀片和刀片安装座之间填涂有导热硅胶,有助于裁切刀片的热量传导给刀片安装座和刀辊,降低裁切刀片的温度。
上述的驱动机构三包括竖直固定在机箱两侧的导轨一和导轨二,导轨一和导轨二的顶部固定连接有横梁一,所述导轨一和导轨二沿长度方向分别开设有导向槽一和导向槽二,导向槽一内滑动设置有滑块一,导向槽二内滑动设置有滑块二,所述滑块一和滑块二的顶部固定连接有横梁二,所述滑块一的底部开设有安装孔一,滑块二的底部开设有安装孔二,所述刀辊的一端固定连接有转轴一,另一端连接有转轴二,所述转轴一通过轴承转动设置在安装孔一内,转轴二通过轴承转动设置在安装孔二内,所述横梁二的顶部固定有步进电机,步进电机的输出轴伸出所述的导向槽一,步进电机输出轴的端部固定连接有主动链轮,所述转轴一上固定连接有从动链轮,所述主动链轮和从动链轮之间套设有传动链,所述横梁一的底部固定有伸缩气缸,伸缩气缸的输出轴朝下,伸缩气缸的输出轴端部与所述横梁二的顶部固定,所述的步进电机和伸缩气缸均通过线路与所述的控制器连接。控制器控制步进电机转动一个角度,通过链传动使刀辊转动一个角度,使刀辊上的裁切刀片对准裁切槽,控制器控制伸缩气缸伸缩,使刀辊沿着导轨一和导轨二上升或下降,将裁切刀片切入裁切槽或远离裁切槽。
上述的刀辊内部具有空腔,刀辊的两端开设有通孔与空腔连通,所述的转轴一和转轴二沿轴向均开设有通孔,转轴一和转轴二分别固定在刀辊的两端使刀辊的空腔通过通孔与外界相连通,所述刀辊的空腔内设置有散热片和导热条,所述导热条的一端与刀辊的内壁连接,并且使导热条和刀辊的内壁连接处与所述刀片安装座和刀辊的外壁连接处相对,所述导热条的另一端与所述散热片连接,所述刀辊的空腔内加注有冷却液,所述转轴一和转轴二的两端连接有使所述刀辊空腔内冷却液循环和冷却的冷却装置。裁切刀片在裁切过程中产生的热量传导给刀片安装座和刀辊,刀辊空腔内加注的冷却液对刀辊和刀片安装座起到降温的作用,从而有利于裁切刀片的降温,当刀辊内的冷却液温度过高时,通过冷却装置对冷却液进行冷却。
上述的冷却装置包括循环泵和散热器,循环泵和散热器固定在横梁二的顶部,循环泵的输入口通过连接管与一旋转接头的一端连接,旋转接头的另一端与所述转轴一的端部连接,所述循环泵的输出口通过连接管与所述散热器的输入口连接,散热器的输出口通过线路与所述转轴二的端部连接。循环泵将刀辊内的冷却液输送,冷却液通过散热器进行降温,再输送回刀辊内,从而对刀辊内的冷却液进行降温。设置旋转接头的作用是防止转轴一在转动的过程中与连接管缠绕。
上述刀辊的空腔内设置有电子温度计,所述的电子温度计、散热器和循环泵均通过线路与所述的控制器连接。电子温度计将刀辊内的冷却液温度反馈给控制器,当温度过高时,控制器控制循环泵和散热器启动,对刀辊内的冷却液进行循环和降温。
上述的张紧机构包括竖直固定在机箱两侧的导轨三和导轨四,导轨三和导轨四沿长度方向分别开设有导向槽三和导向槽四,所述导向槽三内滑动设置有滑块三,导向槽四内滑动设置有滑块四,所述的输送辊筒二穿设有一心轴,所述滑块三和滑块四均开设有安装孔,输送辊筒二心轴的两端通过轴承转动设置在所述滑块三和滑块四的安装孔内,所述滑块三的顶部与导向槽三的顶部之间连接有压缩弹簧一,滑块四的顶部与导向槽四的顶部之间连接有压缩弹簧二。通过压缩弹簧一和压缩弹簧二的弹力作用,使输送辊筒二压紧输送辊筒一,当输送辊筒一转动时,使输送辊筒二随着一起转动,防止打滑,使装饰膜输送更加稳定,提高装饰膜裁切长度的准确性。
上述的驱动机构一包括伺服电机一、主动带轮一和从动带轮一,所述的输送辊筒一通过转轴转动设置在所述的机箱的顶部,从动带轮一固定连接在转轴的一端,主动带轮一固定连接在伺服电机一的输出轴上,伺服电机通过连接架固定在机箱的侧壁上,主动带轮一和从动带轮一之间套设有皮带一。
上述的测定装置包括测定转盘和红外线感应器,所述的测定转盘包括盘体和开设在盘体上的呈条状的若干测定孔,所述的若干测定孔沿所述盘体的周向均匀分布,所述的盘体与输送辊筒一的转轴的端部固定连接,所述的红外线感应器固定在机箱的侧壁上,红外线感应器包括红外线发射探头和红外线接收探头,红外线发射探头和红外线接收探头分别处于所述测定孔的两侧,所述的红外线感应器通过线路与所述的控制器连接。当输送辊筒一转动时,测定转盘上的若干测定孔不断地切割红外线,红外线发射探头和红外线接收探头之间每转动通过一个测定孔,就作切割一次红外线,使红外线感应器产生一个脉冲信号,根据脉冲数以及盘体上开设的测定孔的数量来确定测定转盘转动的角度,从而确定输送辊筒一转动的角度来确定装饰膜输送的距离,再通过控制器控制裁切机构,使装饰膜裁切出一定的长度。
上述的驱动机构二包括伺服电机二、主动带轮二和从动带轮二,所述传送辊筒一通过转轴转动设置在机箱的顶部,从动带轮二固定连接在转轴的一端,伺服电机二通过连接架固定在机箱的侧壁上,主动带轮二固定连接在伺服电机二的输出轴上,主动带轮二和从动带轮二之间套设有皮带二。
上述的收纳机构包括收纳盒和导向板,收纳盒具有内腔,收纳盒的顶部具有与内腔相连通的开口,收纳盒与所述机箱的端面固定,所述的导向板呈弧形,导向板的一端连接在所述裁切下座处一侧的机箱的顶端,导向板的另一端伸入所述收纳盒的开口内,所述呈弧形的导向板的弧口朝下,所述导向板的顶面横向设置有一静电去除辊。通过导向板使裁切好的装饰膜滑落至收纳盒内,导向板上设置静电去除辊的目的是,当装饰膜从导向板滑落至收纳盒内时,装饰膜与静电去除辊接触,装饰膜所带的静电被静电去除辊带走,从而消除装饰膜所带的静电,提高安全性。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
1.本发明对装饰膜进行裁切,可控制裁切的长度,具有使用方便的优点。
2.本发明,设置的裁切刀组具有若干裁切刀片,轮着裁切,具有防止刀片温度过高的优点。
3.本发明,刀辊内加注有冷却液,对裁切刀片进行降温,进一步防止刀片温度过高。
4.本发明,刀辊内的冷却液通过冷却装置进行循环和冷却,具有降温效果好的优点,进一步对裁切刀片进行降温,提高了装饰膜裁切的质量。

如图1、图2、图3、图4和图5所示,一种带传送机构的装饰膜切割机,包括机箱1,机箱1具有内腔,机箱1顶部具有与内腔相连通的开口,机箱1顶部的一端设置有供成卷装饰膜2转动放置的放置槽,本装饰膜切割机包括输送机构、传送机构、裁切机构和用于将裁切后的装饰膜收集的收纳机构;
输送机构包括输送辊筒一3和输送辊筒二4,输送辊筒一3转动设置在机箱1的顶部,输送辊筒一3设置在所述放置槽的一侧并且与放置在放置槽上的成卷装饰膜2相平行,输送辊筒二4转动设置在输送辊筒一3的上方并且与输送辊筒一3相蹍合,输送辊筒二4通过一张紧机构与输送辊筒一3相紧靠,输送辊筒一3的一端连接有使输送辊筒一3转动的驱动机构一,所述的输送机构还包括用于测定输送辊筒一3转动量的测定装置5,测定装置5通过线路与一控制器连接,本实施例中,该控制器为PLC可编程控制器;
所述的传送机构包括传送辊筒一6和传送辊筒二7,传送辊筒一6和传送辊筒二7相互平行并且转动设置在机箱1的顶部,传送辊筒一6和传送辊筒二7之间套设有传送带8,所述传送辊筒一6位于输送辊筒一3和输送辊筒二4蹍合处输送方向的一侧,所述的传送带8与所述输送辊筒一3和输送辊筒二4的蹍合线相平齐,所述的传送机构还包括用于驱动传送带8传动的驱动机构二;
所述的裁切机构包括裁切刀组9和裁切下座10,所述的裁切刀组9包括呈筒形的刀辊11,刀辊11的圆柱面沿轴向设置有若干刀片安装座12,所述的若干刀片安装座12沿刀辊11的周向均匀分布,本实施例中,刀片安装座12为四个,所述的刀片安装座12内安装有裁切刀片13,所述裁切刀片13和刀片安装座12之间填涂有导热硅胶,所述的裁切下座10固定在所述机箱1的顶部,裁切下座10与所述的传送辊筒二7靠近,裁切下座10的顶面低于所述传送带8的顶面,裁切下座10的顶部开设有裁切槽14,所述的裁切槽14与传送辊筒二7平行,所述的刀辊11转动设置在所述裁切槽14的上方,所述的裁切机构还包括使所述刀辊11转动并使裁切刀片13向裁切槽14切入或远离的驱动机构三连接,所述的驱动机构三通过线路与所述的控制器连接。
驱动机构三包括竖直固定在机箱1两侧的导轨一15和导轨二16,导轨一15和导轨二16的顶部固定连接有横梁一,所述导轨一15和导轨二16沿长度方向分别开设有导向槽一和导向槽二,导向槽一内滑动设置有滑块一17,导向槽二内滑动设置有滑块二18,所述滑块一17和滑块二18的顶部固定连接有横梁二19,所述滑块一17的底部开设有安装孔一,滑块二18的底部开设有安装孔二,所述刀辊11的一端固定连接有转轴一20,另一端连接有转轴二21,所述转轴一20通过轴承转动设置在安装孔一内,转轴二21通过轴承转动设置在安装孔二内,所述横梁二19的顶部固定有步进电机22,本实施例中,该步进电机22为刹车步进电机,步进电机22的输出轴伸出所述的导向槽一,步进电机22输出轴的端部固定连接有主动链轮23,所述转轴一20上固定连接有从动链轮24,所述主动链轮23和从动链轮24之间套设有传动链25,所述横梁一的底部固定有伸缩气缸26,伸缩气缸26的输出轴朝下,伸缩气缸26的输出轴端部与所述横梁二的顶部固定,所述的步进电机22和伸缩气缸26均通过线路与所述的控制器连接。
刀辊11内部具有空腔,刀辊11的两端开设有通孔与空腔连通,所述的转轴一20和转轴二21沿轴向均开设有通孔,转轴一20和转轴二21分别固定在刀辊11的两端使刀辊11的空腔通过通孔与外界相连通,所述刀辊11的空腔内设置有散热片27和导热条28,所述导热条28的一端与刀辊11的内壁连接,并且使导热条28和刀辊11的内壁连接处与所述刀片安装座12和刀辊11的外壁连接处相对,所述导热条28的另一端与所述散热片27连接,所述刀辊11的空腔内加注有冷却液29,所述转轴一20和转轴二21的两端连接有使所述刀辊11空腔内冷却液29循环和冷却的冷却装置。
冷却装置包括循环泵30和散热器31,循环泵30和散热器31固定在横梁二19的顶部,循环泵30的输入口通过连接管与一旋转接头32的一端连接,旋转接头32的另一端与所述转轴一20的端部连接,所述循环泵30的输出口通过连接管与所述散热器31的输入口连接,散热器31的输出口通过线路与所述转轴二21的端部连接。
刀辊11的空腔内设置有电子温度计33,所述的电子温度计33、散热器31和循环泵30均通过线路与所述的控制器连接。
张紧机构包括竖直固定在机箱1两侧的导轨三34和导轨四35,导轨三34和导轨四35沿长度方向分别开设有导向槽三和导向槽四,所述导向槽三内滑动设置有滑块三36,导向槽四内滑动设置有滑块四37,所述的输送辊筒二4穿设有一心轴,所述滑块三36和滑块四37均开设有安装孔,输送辊筒二4心轴的两端通过轴承转动设置在所述滑块三36和滑块四37的安装孔内,所述滑块三36的顶部与导向槽三的顶部之间连接有压缩弹簧一38,滑块四37的顶部与导向槽四的顶部之间连接有压缩弹簧二39。
驱动机构一包括伺服电机一40、主动带轮一41和从动带轮一42,所述的输送辊筒一3通过转轴转动设置在所述的机箱1的顶部,从动带轮一42固定连接在转轴的一端,主动带轮一41固定连接在伺服电机一40的输出轴上,伺服电机通过连接架固定在机箱1的侧壁上,主动带轮一41和从动带轮一42之间套设有皮带一43。
测定装置5包括测定转盘44和红外线感应器45,所述的测定转盘44包括盘体和开设在盘体上的呈条状的若干测定孔46,所述的若干测定孔46沿所述盘体的周向均匀分布,本实施例中,测定孔46的数量为五十个,所述的盘体与输送辊筒一3的转轴的端部固定连接,所述的红外线感应器45固定在机箱1的侧壁上,红外线感应器45包括红外线发射探头47和红外线接收探头48,红外线发射探头47和红外线接收探头48分别处于所述测定孔46的两侧,所述的红外线感应器45通过线路与所述的控制器连接。
驱动机构二包括伺服电机二、主动带轮二和从动带轮二,所述传送辊筒一6通过转轴转动设置在机箱1的顶部,从动带轮二固定连接在转轴的一端,伺服电机二通过连接架固定在机箱1的侧壁上,主动带轮二固定连接在伺服电机二的输出轴上,主动带轮二和从动带轮二之间套设有皮带二。
收纳机构包括收纳盒49和导向板50,收纳盒49具有内腔,收纳盒49的顶部具有与内腔相连通的开口,收纳盒49与所述机箱1的端面固定,所述的导向板50呈弧形,导向板50的一端连接在所述裁切下座10处一侧的机箱1的顶端,导向板50的另一端伸入所述收纳盒49的开口内,所述呈弧形的导向板50的弧口朝下,所述导向板50的顶面横向设置有一静电去除辊51。通过导向板50使裁切好的装饰膜滑落至收纳盒49内,导向板50上设置静电去除辊51的目的是,当装饰膜从导向板50滑落至收纳盒49内时,装饰膜与静电去除辊51接触,装饰膜所带的静电被静电去除辊51带走,从而消除装饰膜所带的静电,提高安全性。

1.一种带传送机构的装饰膜切割机,包括机箱,所述的机箱具有内腔,机箱顶部具有与内腔相连通的开口,机箱顶部的一端设置有供成卷装饰膜转动放置的放置槽,其特征在于,本装饰膜切割机包括输送机构、传送机构、裁切机构和用于将裁切后的装饰膜收集的收纳机构;
所述的输送机构包括输送辊筒一和输送辊筒二,所述的输送辊筒一转动设置在机箱的顶部,输送辊筒一设置在所述放置槽的一侧并且与放置在放置槽上的成卷装饰膜相平行,输送辊筒二转动设置在输送辊筒一的上方并且与输送辊筒一相蹍合,输送辊筒二通过一张紧机构与输送辊筒一相紧靠,所述输送辊筒一的一端连接有使输送辊筒一转动的驱动机构一,所述的输送机构还包括用于测定输送辊筒一转动量的测定装置,测定装置通过线路与一控制器连接;
所述的传送机构包括传送辊筒一和传送辊筒二,传送辊筒一和传送辊筒二相互平行并且转动设置在机箱的顶部,传送辊筒一和传送辊筒二之间套设有传送带,所述传送辊筒一位于输送辊筒一和输送辊筒二蹍合处输送方向的一侧,所述的传送带与所述输送辊筒一和输送辊筒二的蹍合线相平齐,所述的传送机构还包括用于驱动传送带传动的驱动机构二;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带传送机构的装饰膜切割机,其特征在于,所述的刀辊内部具有空腔,刀辊的两端开设有通孔与空腔连通,所述的转轴一和转轴二沿轴向均开设有通孔,转轴一和转轴二分别固定在刀辊的两端使刀辊的空腔通过通孔与外界相连通,所述刀辊的空腔内设置有散热片和导热条,所述导热条的一端与刀辊的内壁连接,并且使导热条和刀辊的内壁连接处与所述刀片安装座和刀辊的外壁连接处相对,所述导热条的另一端与所述散热片连接,所述刀辊的空腔内加注有冷却液,所述转轴一和转轴二的两端连接有使所述刀辊空腔内冷却液循环和冷却的冷却装置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种带传送机构的装饰膜切割机,其特征在于,所述的冷却装置包括循环泵和散热器,循环泵和散热器固定在横梁二的顶部,循环泵的输入口通过连接管与一旋转接头的一端连接,旋转接头的另一端与所述转轴一的端部连接,所述循环泵的输出口通过连接管与所述散热器的输入口连接,散热器的输出口通过线路与所述转轴二的端部连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种带传送机构的装饰膜切割机,其特征在于,所述刀辊的空腔内设置有电子温度计,所述的电子温度计、散热器和循环泵均通过线路与所述的控制器连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种带传送机构的装饰膜切割机,其特征在于,所述的驱动机构一包括伺服电机一、主动带轮一和从动带轮一,所述的输送辊筒一通过转轴转动设置在所述的机箱的顶部,从动带轮一固定连接在转轴的一端,主动带轮一固定连接在伺服电机一的输出轴上,伺服电机通过连接架固定在机箱的侧壁上,主动带轮一和从动带轮一之间套设有皮带一。
