The invention discloses a full-automatic shoe-shaped wonton forming device and an all-in-one machine thereof, wherein the all-in-one machine comprises a raw material production device, a conveying device and a forming device which are sequentially connected, and the forming device comprises a rotary table and a forming mechanism; a sinking groove with a middle depression is formed in the turntable; the forming mechanism is arranged above the sinking groove and comprises an ejector rod, a gas claw, a left swing rod and a right swing rod, the ejector rod and the gas claw are positioned between the left swing rod and the right swing rod, the ejector rod is connected with a lifting driving unit for driving the ejector rod to lift, the left swing rod and the right swing rod horizontally extend and are arranged in a height mode, and the left swing rod and the right swing rod are connected with a rotation driving unit for driving the ejector rod and the right swing rod to reversely swing towards the middle. The forming device has a simple structure and a reasonable and ingenious design, realizes the full-automatic forming of the Yuanbao-shaped wontons, adopts a production line mode for the all-in-one machine, enables the Yuanbao-shaped wontons to be produced in batches quickly, increases the production efficiency of the Yuanbao-shaped wontons, and greatly saves labor force and production cost.

Technical Field

At present, wontons are increasingly popular with people because of simple cooking method and excellent taste. The manufacturers can also produce chaos with different shapes to attract consumers, and particularly wontons with a shoe-shaped gold ingot shape are very popular with consumers. However, the prior ingot-shaped chaos manufacturing is semi-automatic, namely after the rectangular wontons are produced by the semi-automatic wonton manufacturing machine, the ingot-shaped wontons are manually processed, and a forming device and a manufacturing all-in-one machine capable of automatically producing the ingot-shaped wontons are lacked.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a full-automatic ingot-shaped wonton forming device and an all-in-one machine thereof, which can realize full-automatic rapid mass production of ingot-shaped wontons, improve the production efficiency and reduce the labor cost.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the solution of the invention is:

The present case relates to a full-automatic Yuanbao-shaped wonton forming device, as shown in figures 3-5, which comprises a rotary table 31 and a forming mechanism. A sunken groove 311 with a concave middle part is formed in the turntable 31, and the forming mechanism is arranged above the sunken groove 311. The forming mechanism mainly comprises a mandril 32, a pneumatic claw 33, a left swing rod 34 and a right swing rod 35. The mandril 32 and the air claw 33 are both positioned between the left swing link 34 and the right swing link 35.
The push rod 32 is located right above the sinking groove 311, and is connected with a lifting driving unit for driving the push rod to lift, the lifting driving unit is a lifting cylinder 36 in a preferred embodiment, the push rod 32 is connected to a piston shaft of the lifting cylinder 36, and the push rod 32 can be driven to lift and repeatedly push by means of the up-and-down extension of the piston shaft of the lifting cylinder 36.
The left swing link 34 and the right swing link 35 are arranged in a high-low manner, and are connected with a rotary driving unit for driving the two swing links to swing towards the middle phase in a reverse direction. Preferably, the rotary driving unit comprises a left motor 37 and a right motor 38, the left swing link 34 is connected to an output shaft of the left motor 37, and the right swing link 35 is connected to an output shaft of the right motor 38. The left swing rod 34 and the right swing rod 35 are both L-shaped and comprise vertical connecting portions and horizontal swing portions, the vertical connecting portions are connected with output shafts, the output shafts rotate to drive the connecting portions to rotate, and therefore swing operation in the horizontal plane of the swing portions is achieved. The swing parts of the left swing link 34 and the right swing link 35 are arranged in a high-low mode, so that the left swing link and the right swing link cannot interfere with each other when the swing parts of the left swing link and the right swing link are overlapped in a crossed mode, and normal action of the left swing link and the right swing link is guaranteed.
Preferably, the rotary driving unit, the air claw 33 and the push rod 32 are connected together by a connecting plate (not shown). In the process that the lifting cylinder 35 drives the ejector rod 32 to lift, the pneumatic claw 33, the rotary driving unit (a left motor 37 and a right motor 38) and the left swing rod 34 and the right swing rod 35 on the rotary driving unit are driven to lift together. This design does benefit to the stability of forming mechanism structure more, still does benefit to the mutually supporting between each part simultaneously, ensures that the wonton shaping operation is accurate reliable. Furthermore, two positioning plates 321 are further disposed on the left and right sides of the top rod 32, the two positioning plates 321 are respectively provided with a positioning hole, and the connecting portions of the left swing link 34 and the right swing link 35 are respectively movably disposed through the positioning holes of the two positioning plates 321 in a one-to-one correspondence manner. The operation of the ejector rod 32, the left swing rod 34 and the right swing rod 35 is not influenced, and meanwhile, the relative position relation among the ejector rod, the left swing rod and the right swing rod is ensured, and the effective forming operation of the semi-finished wonton is ensured.
Preferably, the turntable 31 is connected with a rotary driving mechanism (not shown) to drive the turntable 31 to rotate properly. The sinking groove 311 arranged in the rotary disc 31 is preferably a V-shaped groove, which is beneficial to the top bar 32 to sink properly when pressing down the middle part of the semi-finished wonton, and is beneficial to the forming of the shoe-shaped wonton. Moreover, a protective enclosure is further arranged on the outer side of the rotating disc 31 to play a protective role. The enclosure is further provided with a notch serving as a feeding port 312, so that the semi-finished wonton can be automatically fed into the rotating disc 31.
Preferably, at least two extension arms 4 (three in a triangular arrangement in the specific embodiment) extending divergently are further provided above the rotary table 31, and the forming mechanism is provided with at least two groups, which are respectively mounted on the extension arms 4 in a one-to-one correspondence (only one forming mechanism is illustrated in fig. 3). The forming efficiency can be greatly improved by arranging a plurality of forming mechanisms.
The invention also relates to a full-automatic shoe-shaped wonton forming all-in-one machine, which comprises a raw material production device 1, a conveying device 2 and a forming device 3 which are connected in sequence as shown in figures 1-2. The forming device 3 is a full-automatic ingot-shaped wonton forming device as described above, and is not described in detail here.
During operation, the semi-finished wontons (rectangular wontons) produced by the raw material production device 1 are transported to the shoe-shaped wonton forming device 3 through the conveying device 2 for final processing. The cuboid-shaped wontons come into a V-shaped rotary disc 31 of a shoe-shaped wonton forming device 3 through a conveying device 2, firstly, an ejector rod 32 is driven by a lifting cylinder 35 to downwards support the middle part of the cuboid-shaped wontons, so that the wontons are in a V-shaped half-and-half shape with two slightly-upturned ends, then, the ejector rod 32 is upwards reset or semi-reset, and driven by a left motor 37 and a right motor 38 to drive respective swing rods (a left swing rod 34 and a right swing rod 35) to inwards rotate in opposite directions, so that the two slightly-upturned ends of the wontons are in an arched inwards cross folding manner, the full-automatic forming operation of the shoe-shaped wontons is completed, and finally, the formed shoe-shaped wontons are prevented from scattering through the tight motion of a gas claw 32. Finally, the formed Yuanbao wontons are shifted and sent out by rotating the V-shaped turntable 31, and the forming mechanism continues to perform the same operation on the semi-finished wontons sequentially sent subsequently, so that the operation is repeated.
