Abstract

本发明公开了一种广楔角齿形V带,包括带体,所述带体沿长度方向上均匀分布有广楔角齿,所述广楔角齿的横截面呈锲形,且该广楔角齿的尖端的楔角的角度为61˚至70˚。本发明通过将齿形V带楔角设计在61˚至70˚,使得广角楔角齿形V带可稳定运转且传动马力大使用寿命长,而且不需要增加额外制造成本,从根本上提高齿形V带的传动马力和使用寿命。

一种广楔角齿形V带
技术领域
本发明涉及一种广楔角齿形V带。
背景技术
目前,齿形V带改善一般V带屈曲性和散热特性,但齿形V带的传动马力和使用寿命仍待进一步提升。现有专利中公开了一种改进齿形V带(公开号为CN103343798 B)的专利,该文献中的齿形V带就是改进齿形V带两侧边的接触面积来提高齿形V带的传动马力,但是才该方式来增加齿形V带接触面积并没有从根本上提高齿形V带的传动马力,而且增加了齿形V带的制造生产成本。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术的上述不足,提出了一种广楔角齿形V带。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种广楔角齿形V带,包括带体,所述带体沿长度方向上均匀分布有广楔角齿,所述广楔角齿的横截面呈锲形,且该广楔角齿的尖端的楔角的角度为61˚至70˚。
优选地,所述带体为单条齿形V带或联组齿形V带。
优选地,所述广楔角齿包括从外层至内层依次设有上层布、缓冲层、绕线层和短织补强楔底胶层。
本发明的设计特点在于从力学上彻底的改善齿形V带传动特性。以往的齿形V带楔角皆设计为40 ˚或40 ˚以下,新技术方案是将齿形V带的楔角角度增加为61˚ 至70˚使广角楔角齿形V带可稳定运转且传动马力大使用寿命长,因楔角由40 ˚增为65˚时,带和带轮(pully)的接触面积可增加10%以上,带轮(pully)承受带之受力有效面积可增加1倍以上,此可使齿形V带更耐磨,更好的传动马力和使用寿命。
与现有技术相比,本发明通过将齿形V带楔角设计在61˚ 至70˚,使得广角楔角齿形V带可稳定运转且传动马力大使用寿命长,而且不需要增加额外制造成本,从根本上提高齿形V带的传动马力。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对发明进行详细的说明。
如图1和2所示,本发明提出的广楔角齿形V带,包括带体,带体沿长度方向上均匀分布有广楔角齿5,广楔角齿5的横截面呈锲形,且该广楔角齿5的尖端的楔角A的角度为61˚至70˚。带体为单条齿形V带或联组齿形V带。广楔角齿5包括从外层至内层依次设有上层布1、缓冲层2、绕线层3和短织补强楔底胶层4。
现对比分析本发明的广楔角齿形V带和现有技术的广楔角齿形V工作时的接触面积做出比较:
(一)、选用楔角为36°和63°的带轮(Pulley),设定两种齿形V带的厚度相同,嵌入带轮(pully)的深度(H)相同;参见图3所示,根据嵌入带轮(pully)的深度(H)可以得出接触面为图中的阴影部分,分别为T1和T2
现计算得出:
36˚齿形V带的Pulley的接触面参数
63˚ 广楔角齿形V带的Pulley的接触面参数
得出结论:广楔角齿形V带和带轮(Pulley)的接触面积增加11% ,即传动马力会明显提升。
(二)带轮(pully)承受齿型V带压力的面积的比较:参见图4所示,将36˚ 和63°的带轮(pully)承受齿型V带压力面积设为A1和A2。
现计算得出:
36˚齿形V带的带轮(Pulley)承受带压力的面积参数 A1=H x tan18 ˚;
63˚ 广楔角齿形V带的带轮(Pulley)承受带压力的面积参数 A2=H x tan31.5 ˚;
带轮承受齿型V带压力比为:
得出结论:63˚ 的带轮(Pulley)承受带压力的面积较 36 ˚的带轮增加约90%,广楔角齿形V带的芯休层凹幅减小,传动马力增加, V带的耐磨特性改善。
进而计算出63˚ 广楔角齿形V带的磨损下沉量d1和36˚齿形V带的磨损下沉量d2的差值;
即在相同磨耗量下,广楔角齿形V带在带轮(pully)的下沉量较小约59%,这表示广楔角齿形V带使用时带的张力下降较缓和,传动马力也较稳定。
以上几点剖析说明广楔角齿形V带改进了一般齿形V带的性能提高了传动马力,提升了带的耐磨性,减缓传动带的传动马力下降。

1.一种广楔角齿形V带,包括带体,所述带体沿长度方向上均匀分布有广楔角齿(5),其特征在于:所述广楔角齿(5)的横截面呈锲形,且该广楔角齿(5)的尖端的楔角(A)的角度为61˚至70˚。
2.如权利要求1所述的广楔角齿形V带,其特征在于:所述带体为单条齿形V带或联组齿形V带。
3.如权利要求1所述的广楔角齿形V带,其特征在于:所述广楔角齿(5)包括从外层至内层依次设有上层布(1)、缓冲层(2)、绕线层(3)和短织补强楔底胶层(4)。
