筒状驱动设备
技术领域
本发明涉及用于车辆的板件的筒状驱动设备,优选地用于尾门或者车门,筒状驱动设备包括两个筒,该两个筒中的一方以可伸缩的方式插入到另一方中,两个筒的自由端部分别铰接到车辆的板件以及车辆本身,筒能够通过芯轴彼此分离以及集中在一起,芯轴由电动马达驱动,并且芯轴包括为了打开和关闭板件而配置于芯轴的芯轴螺母。在这种情况下,电动马达、芯轴、芯轴螺母以及包括传感器元件的电子电路板配置在筒状驱动设备内。
背景技术
为了自动地或通过远程控制打开和关闭尾门,这种类型的筒状驱动设备被安装到例如机动车辆的尾门以代替传统的气压弹簧。在这方面至关重要的是,这些驱动设备的尺寸大致上不可大于传统使用的气压弹簧的尺寸。然而,在所述驱动设备不比传统的气压弹簧长的情况下,该驱动设备不得不覆盖相对长的工作区域。
迄今为止,这种驱动设备通常通过其自身外壳中的单独的电力电子单元(powerelectronics unit)驱动,该单独的电力电子单元通过脉冲宽度调制控制驱动设备的电动马达的速度。驱动设备本身中仅有主要通过霍尔传感器检测板件的移动方向和移动速度的小的传感器电路板。用于控制驱动马达的电力电子单元必须被容纳在车辆中的某处。这意味着车辆中的其它地方的空间被使用,不得不安装附加的部件并且不得不经由较长的电缆传输PWM-脉冲工作电流。特别地,较长的电缆经常地导致关于电磁兼容性的显著的问题。由于20kHz的脉冲宽度调制频率,电力电子单元与驱动设备之间的连接电缆产生显著的干扰发射(interference emission)。另外,根据现有技术,附加地需要的相当大的电缆长度和插接连接器导致通过所需的电缆和各插接连接器的总电阻的电压显著下降。如今,根据现有技术,驱动设备中的总电阻大约为250mΩ。这在马达电流为10A时导致电压损失2.5V,这已经能够在12V的网络中导致显著的问题。
这个问题已经在同一申请人的最接近的现有技术DE 10 2008 030 247 A1中被确认。在这种情况下,尝试安装电力电子单元,其作为独立的装置设置于单独的壳体中,并且电能直接地贮存进驱动设备。然而,这导致驱动设备的整体长度被不可接受地扩大,并且因为根据该现有技术的驱动设备不再能够装配于原本为气压弹簧提供的安装空间,因此无法实现该解决方案。
发明内容
因此,从该现有技术出发,本发明的目的包括提供筒状驱动设备,该筒状驱动设备能够毫无困难地安装于例如机动车辆的尾门以代替气压弹簧,而不造成任何干扰发射(EMC),并且特别是当开始打开板件时还将经由连接电缆的压降保持在低水平。
根据本发明,首先,用于致动电动马达的电力电子单元能够被如此小型化,使得同样存在于现有技术的驱动设备中的传感器电路板上还有空间,因而不必为电力电子单元提供会导致驱动设备的尺寸不可接受地增加的额外的安装空间。
在这种情况下,特别优选地,将电子电路板直接地配置于电动马达且位于电动马达与支撑电动马达的筒的自由端部之间。以这种方式,提供PWM频率的电缆路径特别短,同样地,电子单元与马达之间的压降被最小化。
特别优选地,电子电路板为盘状并且以与筒的对称的轴线正交的方式配置。以这种方式,整个电子单元仅需要尽可能小的安装空间。
此外,特别优选地,电子电路板包括温度传感器。因为电路板能够被配置为非常接近马达,所以能够通过简单地测量电路上的温度来检测马达的任何过热。于是,能够通过电力电子单元的控制软件采取诸如降低驱动电流或关闭马达的适当的保护措施。以下,将根据实施方式并参考附图详细地阐述本发明。

具体实施方式
图1是根据本发明的驱动设备1的三维图,该驱动设备1具有用于支撑尾门(tailgate)的经典气压弹簧的尺寸以及必要的外观。所示驱动设备1具有外壳筒10,外套筒20以可伸缩地滑动的方式在该外壳筒10上被引导。
球窝30、40分别布置于一个插入到另一个中的筒10和20的两个自由端部,驱动设备通过这些球窝能够以与使用气压弹簧相同的方式连接到例如机动车的尾门以及车身。
图2详细示出了根据本发明的驱动设备的结构。轴承50刚性安装于外壳筒10的面向外套筒20的端部区域中,同轴地突出到外套筒20中的丝杠芯轴60的一端部以可转动的方式安装于该轴承上。芯轴螺母70配置于丝杠芯轴60以便相对于外壳筒10转动地固定。
芯轴螺母70连接到同轴地包围丝杠芯轴60的芯轴筒80的一端部,第一球窝30刚性地配置在该芯轴筒的另一端部。
芯轴螺母70在包围芯轴筒80的引导筒90中被可轴向滑动地引导,并且芯轴螺母70刚性连接到外壳筒10。螺旋压缩弹簧100配置于引导筒90与在径向上间隔开地同轴包围所述引导筒的外套筒20之间的环状间隙中,该弹簧的一端部在第一球窝30的区域中轴向地支撑于外套筒20,并且该弹簧的另一端部轴向地支撑于外壳筒10。丝杠芯轴60在其面向第一球窝30的端部支撑引导套筒110,通过该引导套筒的圆筒形状的侧面,在芯轴筒80中可轴向滑动地引导丝杠芯轴60。引导筒90具有在其大部分长度上延伸的轴向槽。径向突出的支撑销根据轴向槽配置于芯轴螺母70,该销径向地延伸进入轴向槽并且确保芯轴螺母70不能相对于引导筒90转动。
丝杠芯轴60轴向地支撑于轴承50上。
齿轮机构15的驱动轴14以可同轴地转动的方式固定于丝杠芯轴60,能够通过电动马达16的附加驱动轴17以转动的方式驱动齿轮机构15。
附加驱动轴17还从电动马达16在面向远离齿轮机构15的一侧突出,并且附加驱动轴17在其自由端部上具有永磁体18,该磁铁与包括霍尔元件19并且以固定的方式配置的电子电路板200轴向相对。第二球窝40通过盖24连接到外壳筒10。
如图1中的细节图所示,如图2所示的大致盘状的电子电路板200以与筒10和20的转动轴线正交的方式配置在驱动设备1中,该电子电路板200不仅具有霍尔元件19,还具有断路器210和为了致动这些断路器210所需的电子电路220,在该电路中还存储有用于控制断路器的计算机程序。
以这种方式,本发明使用与原始驱动设备相同的整体长度实现了对来自脉冲宽度调制的干扰频率的最佳防护以及电力电子单元和电动马达之间的最小压降。
优选地,为了监测电动马达16的工作温度,电子电路板200还能够包括温度传感器230,使用根据本发明的电子电路板的配置最佳地配置该温度传感器230。

Claims (6)

1.一种筒状驱动设备(1),所述筒状驱动设备(1)用于车辆的板件,优选地用于后盖、尾门或者车门,所述筒状驱动设备(1)包括两个筒(10、20),所述两个筒(10、20)中的一方以可伸缩的方式插入到另一方中,所述两个筒(10、20)的自由端部(30、40)分别铰接到所述车辆的板件以及所述车辆本身,所述筒(10、20)能够通过芯轴(60)彼此分离以及集中在一起,所述芯轴(60)由电动马达(16)驱动,并且所述芯轴(60)包括为了打开和关闭所述板件而配置于所述芯轴(60)的芯轴螺母(70),所述电动马达(16)、所述芯轴(60)、所述芯轴螺母(70)以及包括传感器元件(19、230)的电子电路板(200)配置在所述筒状驱动设备(1)内,其特征在于,所述电子电路板(200)还配置有用于致动所述电动马达(16)的电力电子单元(210)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的驱动设备,其特征在于,所述电子电路板(200)配置于所述电动马达(16)且位于所述电动马达(16)与支撑所述电动马达(16)的所述筒(10)的所述自由端部(40)之间。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的驱动设备,其特征在于,所述电子电路板(200)为盘状并且以与所述筒(10、20)的对称的轴线正交的方式配置。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的驱动设备,其特征在于,所述电子电路板(200)还包括温度传感器(230)。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的驱动设备,其特征在于,所述外壳筒(10)由表现出高电导率的材料组成。
6.根据权利要求5所述的驱动设备,其特征在于,所述外壳筒(10)由软磁性材料制成。
