技术领域
本发明涉及喷砂技术领域,尤其涉及一种五金壳直线点胶喷砂工艺。
背景技术
五金壳经过抛光工艺后,亮边没有完善的保护措施,都是用PE保护膜来覆盖保护。粘度太高,会有残胶,处理时会刮伤亮边;粘度太低,易脱落,起不到保护的作用。经过后工序喷砂后,亮边不良率高,达不到品质要求。现在技术生产的产品,良率只有20%。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足而提供一种五金壳直线点胶喷砂工艺,该五金壳直线点胶喷砂工艺可增强对抛光亮边的保护,让后制程的喷砂工艺不影响抛光效果.提升产品的良率。
为达到上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案来实现。
一种五金壳直线点胶喷砂工艺,包括有以下步骤:
步骤一:先将产品的抛光边抛亮;
步骤二:用治具对抛光产品定位;
步骤三:用特制胶水对抛光边进行点胶;
步骤四;用烘烤箱对胶水进行固化处理;
步骤五:对胶水固化后的产品喷砂。
其中,所述步骤三的特制胶水的成分按百分比计为:不饱和丙烯酸树脂93%,光引发剂1%,触变剂2%,增稠剂2%,活性稀释剂1%,二苯甲酮1%。
其中,所述增稠剂为气象二氧化硅。
其中,所述步骤三的点胶要求保持直线。
其中,所述步骤四对胶水进行固化处理的温度为50-70度,时间为25-35秒。

步骤一:先将产品的抛光边抛亮;
步骤二:用治具对抛光产品定位;
步骤三:用特制胶水对抛光边进行点胶;
步骤四;用烘烤箱对胶水进行固化处理;
步骤五:对胶水固化后的产品喷砂。
进一步的,所述步骤三的特制胶水的成分按百分比计为:不饱和丙烯酸树脂93%,光引发剂1%,触变剂2%,增稠剂2%,活性稀释剂1%,二苯甲酮1%。
进一步的,所述增稠剂为气象二氧化硅。
进一步的,所述步骤三的点胶要求保持直线。
更进一步的,所述步骤四对胶水进行固化处理的温度为50-70度,时间为25-35秒,本实施例优选的温度为60度,时间为30秒。
需更进一步的解释,本发明采用CNC点胶控制出胶量,出胶能保持直线,不可溢胶,不可有气泡,特制胶水来对亮边保护后,良率提升到98%,故本发明具有可增强对抛光亮边的保护,让后制程的喷砂工艺不影响抛光效果.提升产品的良率。

1.一种五金壳直线点胶喷砂工艺,其特征在于,包括有以下步骤:
步骤一:先将产品的抛光边抛亮;
步骤二:用治具对抛光产品定位;
步骤三:用特制胶水对抛光边进行点胶;
步骤四;用烘烤箱对胶水进行固化处理;
步骤五:对胶水固化后的产品喷砂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种五金壳直线点胶喷砂工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤三的特制胶水的成分按百分比计为:不饱和丙烯酸树脂93%,光引发剂1%,触变剂2%,增稠剂2%,活性稀释剂1%,二苯甲酮1%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种五金壳直线点胶喷砂工艺,其特征在于:所述增稠剂为气象二氧化硅。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种五金壳直线点胶喷砂工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤三的点胶要求保持直线。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种五金壳直线点胶喷砂工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤四对胶水进行固化处理的温度为50-70度,时间为25-35秒。
