Abstract

本发明涉及的椎体护架(cage)是治疗颈椎或脊椎的椎间盘疾病、椎间盘手术、脊髓症、骨折等时,插入于颈椎骨或脊椎的椎体之间,更加详细地说是涉及具有尖状物的椎体护架,其特征是上部尖状物与下部尖状物分别向本体的上下部展开,其中上部尖状物与下部尖状物附着在进入椎体护架本体内部的夹子,展开的上部尖状物与下部尖状物挂在位于椎体护架上下的颈椎骨或脊椎骨的椎体,进而护架锁定并固定在椎体之间。

一种固定装置和脊柱系统
本申请是申请日为2014年9月10日、申请号为201410456862.5、发明名称为“具有尖状物的椎体护架”的中国专利申请的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及的椎体护架(cage)是治疗颈椎或脊椎的椎间盘疾病、椎间盘手术、脊髓症、骨折等时,插入于颈椎骨或脊椎的椎体之间,更加详细地说是涉及具有尖状物的椎体护架,上部尖状物与下部尖状物分别向本体的上下部展开,其中上部尖状物与下部尖状物附着在进入椎体护架本体内部的夹子,展开的上部尖状物与下部尖状物挂在位于椎体护架上下的颈椎骨或脊椎骨的椎体,进而椎体护架锁定并固定在椎体之间。
背景技术
一般地说,在整形外科或神经外科为了治疗颈椎或脊椎的椎间盘疾病(cervicaldisc disease)、椎间盘、脊髓症、骨折等实施手术,其手术是去除患部的椎间盘解除神经压迫之后,插入人工纠正体的椎体护架(cage),复原及保持去除椎间盘部分的间隔。
这种椎体护架在患者活动时施加应力的影响下,存在其在椎间空间内活动的危险性,因此应具有防止护架转动(pivot)的同时还防止在椎间空间内颈椎或脊椎相互间活动的手段。
为此,韩国专利公开第10-2011-33707号的颈椎体之间的融合机器、韩国专利第900991号的用于植入脊椎的脊椎护架、韩国专利公开第10-2011-11049号的脊椎体间融合护架及其构成,公开了在去除椎间盘部位插入椎体护架之后,利用螺栓将具有规定长度的用于加固的板件固定在颈椎或脊椎,进而防止产生插入的椎体护架的变位。
但是上述的公知技术是,在所有护架的前方部分通过螺栓固定用于加固的板件的方式,因此插入于板件的螺栓头部分或板件的一部分,更凸出于位于设置椎体护架的去除椎间盘部位的上下位置的脊椎或颈椎的凸出部位,根据随着时间经过的同时患者在活动时施加的力,护架在椎间空间内移动或转动(pivot),同时存在在椎间空间内凸出的螺栓头部分与通过脊椎或颈椎的血管组织或神经组织接触的可能性,因此仍然需要开发更加安全的护架。
另外,所述的公知技术为了固定椎体护架而使用板件与螺栓,但是在狭窄的空间利用螺栓固定板件过程,不仅难度高还需要高度的注意力,因此是对手术者的手术熟练度要求很高。
发明内容
(要解决的课题)
本发明作为为解决如上所述的现有的问题而提出的,本发明提供具有尖状物的椎体护架构成的技术课题在于,防止产生如同现有的螺栓凸出部位,在做椎体护架手术时与通过脊椎或颈椎的血管组织或神经组织的干涉最小化,比较简单并且单纯地执行为了固定椎体护架的手术,可提高手术的稳定性。
(解决问题的手段)
为达成如上所述的技术课题,本发明的具有尖状物的椎体护架构成的特征在于,上部尖状物与下部尖状物分别向本体的上下部展开,其中上部尖状物与下部尖状物附着在进入椎体护架本体内部的夹子,展开的上部尖状物与下部尖状物挂在位于椎体护架上下的颈椎骨或脊椎骨的椎体,进而椎体护架锁定并固定在椎体之间。
(发明的效果)
具有如上述构成的本发明的具有尖状物的护架具有效果如下。
首先,本发明椎体护架根据在分别向椎体护架的架体上部及下部展开的尖状物,椎体护架固定并挂在椎间盘去除部位的颈椎骨或脊椎骨的上下侧椎体,因此具有大幅度减少如现有的产生干涉可能性的效果,其中产生的干涉是固定椎体护架的螺栓或板件的一部分与通过设置椎体护架的椎间盘去除部位的脊椎或颈椎的神经组织与血管组织的干涉,进一步具有更加改善患者的椎间盘相关疾病的术后治疗的效果。
另外,本发明椎体护架不采用如同现有的板件或螺栓,并且其本身具有尖状物,因此省略现有的在非常狭窄的椎间空间上用螺栓固定板件的难度高并且繁琐的手术过程,不仅可提高手术的便利性还提供比较单纯化的手术过程,进而是具有也可改善手术稳定性效果的非常进步的发明。

以下,参照附图详细说明本发明的具有尖状物的护架构成。
只是,公开的图面是为使本发明的思想充分的传达给技术人员的示例而提供的,因此本发明不限制于在以下图示的图面,也可具体化成其他形态。
另外,对于在本发明说明书使用的用语,若没有其他定义则具有被在本发明所属的技术领域具有通常知识的技术人员常规理解的意义,并且在以下的说明及附图不必要的使本发明要点不清楚的公知功能及构成,将省略其详细说明。

参照图面本发明椎体护架1的构成,包括:本体10;夹子50,其进入所述本体10内部;上部尖状物(spike)20及下部尖状物30,其结合于所述夹子50,根据夹子50进入使其分别向上部及下部凸出展开;及导块40,其结合于所述本体10引导所述夹子50进入。
如上所述向本体10的上部及下部展开的上部尖状物20及下部尖状物30,分别挂在位于椎体护架1上下的颈椎或脊椎的上侧与下侧椎体,进而执行使椎体护架1锁定并固定在颈椎或脊椎椎体之间的功能。
所述椎体护架1的本体10作为由上面101、两侧面102、正面103、底面104、背面105构成的六面体形状,本体10的角落部分做了的曲面处理。
然后,如图2所示在本体10形成骨融合孔110,其中所述骨融合孔110贯通上面101与底面104,在所述椎体护架1的本体10形成通道部130,其中所述通道部130为从所述正面103部分插入夹子50的开口的空间部。
另外,在所述本体10的内部上部尖状物20与下部尖状物30分别向上方及下方展开的情况,形成引导其移动的倾斜部140,其中所述上部尖状物20与下部尖状物30结合于通过通道部130进入的夹子50。所述倾斜部140的上部开口使所述上部尖状物20与下部尖状物30向本体10外部展开,所述倾斜部140的详细构成将以下进行后述。
另外,如图3所示在椎体护架1插入颈椎或脊椎的椎体之间时,为了使其与上下侧椎体的接触更加良好,在本体10的上面101及底面104分别形成锯齿体101a、104a。
图4是本发明椎体护架的分解立体图。
如图4的分解立体图所示,导块40结合于本体1的正面103。
分别在所述导块40的左侧及右侧形成的左侧条42与右侧条43内插于挂槽151,其中所述挂槽151分别形成在本体10的左侧及右侧侧面102,导块结合销61贯通通孔44与插入孔120进而相互结合本体10与导块40,其中所述通孔44分别形成在导块40的左侧条42与右侧条43,所述插入孔120从本体10的左侧侧面垂直贯通右侧侧面102。
另外,如上所述在结合本体10与导块40的状态,结合上部尖状物20与下部尖状物30状态的夹子50,通过所述导块40的进入口46进入本体10内部。
然后,引导结合于进入的夹子50的上部尖状物20与下部尖状物30,沿着在本体10内部形成的倾斜部140的上部倾斜面141与下部倾斜面143分别向上方及下方移动的同时展开使其向本体10的上侧及下侧外部凸出。
这时,所述上部尖状物20及下部尖状物30根据夹子结合销61分别结合于所述夹子50。
在以下,将更加详细说明如上述结合的本发明椎体护架1的各个构成要素。
图5是本发明椎体护架本体的详细图,图5a是平面图,图5b是侧视图,图5c是B-B’线断面图,图5d是正面图。
如上所述,本发明椎体护架1的本体10是由上面101、两侧面102、正面103、底面104、背面105构成的六面体形状,并且形成骨融合孔110贯通上面101与底面104,并且从所述椎体护架1的本体10的正面103到本体10的中央部分固定的空间部形成通道部130插入所述夹子50。
在所述本体10的内部分别向上方及下方展开上部尖状物20与下部尖状物30情况,形成引导其移动的倾斜部140,其中所述上部尖状物20与下部尖状物30结合于通过所述通道部130进入的夹子50,可使所述上部尖状物20与下部尖状物30向本体10外部展开,开口所述倾斜部140的上部及下部。
另外,所述倾斜部140形成上部倾斜面141,其中所述上部倾斜面141引导上部尖状物20向上方移动,在所述上部倾斜面141的末端形成上部平面142。
相同地,所述倾斜部140形成下部倾斜面143,其中所述下部倾斜面143引导下部尖状物30向下方移动,在所述下部倾斜面143的末端形成下部平面142。
还有,在连接所述倾斜部140的上部倾斜面141与下部倾斜面142的部分形成具有预定宽度的凸出面146,夹子50的基座57的内壁面挂在其凸出面146,同时停止夹子50进入通道部130。
另外,在所述倾斜部140的左侧及右侧侧面形成内壁面145,其中所述内壁面145分别与本体10的上面101及底面104台阶形成。
向所述内壁面145的外侧形成挂槽151,所述挂槽151分别挂住所述导块40的左侧条42与右侧条43,所述挂槽151是分别在本体10向侧面102形成的空间部,其中所述本体10向上部壁152、下部壁153及侧壁154构成。
如上述构成的本发明的所述椎体护架1的本体10的材质一般由如同钛、锆、氧化锆、铪、铂金、铑、铌、外科用不锈钢、CoCr(钴铬合金)-钢、钽的金属或金属合金构成,或由增强纤维塑料、聚醚醚酮(PEEK)、聚合物构成,进一步的如同铝、医疗用钢、金的也可增加到所述金属合金。
优选为,作为所述本体10的材质使用加工性与耐久性优秀的聚醚醚酮(PEEK)为最佳。
在所述本体10形成的骨融合孔110,为了做护架1的手术可由在患者的髂骨采取自体移植的骨头碎片填充,填充于骨融合孔110的骨头碎片在术后随着时间的经过的同时贯通椎体护架,产生组织生长执行可与患部的椎间盘的脊椎或颈椎融合的功能。
另外,为了导块结合销60结合导块40与本体10,形成插入孔120贯通所述本体10左侧及右侧侧面102。
图6是本发明椎体护架的上部尖状物的详细图,图7是本发明椎体护架的下部尖状物的详细图面,图8是本发明椎体护架的夹子的详细图。
参照图6a至图6c,结合于本发明椎体护架1的夹子50的上部尖状物20构成末端构成尖端面的上部刀刃(blade)21,并且分别形成臂22、23向上部刀刃21的两侧下方倾斜延长,在各个臂22、23的末端分别形成结合孔24、25,插入为了与夹子50结合的夹子结合销61。
如上述构成的上部尖状物20由从所述结合孔24、25向上方上升的角度构成,并且因这种形状本发明的椎体护架1插入颈椎或脊椎的脊椎骨上侧及下侧椎体之间时,由上升角度构成的上部刀刃21的尖端面凹进所述椎体的内部,挂在上侧椎体的同时椎体护架1可巩固地插入于椎体。
另外,参照图7a至图7c与上部尖状物20相同结合于本发明椎体护架1的夹子50的下部尖状物30,由末端构成尖端面的下部刀刃(blade)31构成,并且分别形成臂32、33向下部刀刃31两侧上方倾斜延长,在各个臂32、33的末端分别形成结合孔34、35,插入为了与夹子50结合的夹子结合销61。
如上述构成的下部尖状物30由从所述结合孔34、35向下方下降的角度构成,并且因这种形状本发明椎体护架1插入颈椎或脊椎的脊椎骨上侧及下侧椎体之间时,由下降的角度构成的下部刀刃31的尖端面凹进下侧椎体内部挂在下侧椎体,同时与上部尖状物20一起椎体护架1可巩固的插入于椎体。
另外,参照图8a至图8d结合椎体护架1的上部尖状物20及下部尖状物30的夹子50形成平板形状的右侧挂块51与左侧挂块52,其中所述右侧挂块51及左侧挂块52与待后述的插入机构200接触,所述插入机构200执行在基座57的前方将夹子50推入本体10内部的操作,在基座57后方上端夹子50进入本体10内部的情况,分别形成右侧肋条(rib)53与左侧肋条54,使其滑动挂在本体10的倾斜部140的上部平面142上。
另外,夹子50进入本体10内部的情况,在所述夹子50的后方下端形成延长的下部肋条55,使所述肋条55滑动挂在本体10的倾斜部140的下部平面144上。
另外,为了夹子结合销61与所述上部尖状物20及下部尖状物30结合,形成贯通孔56贯通所述夹子50的基座57。
图9及图10是本发明椎体护架的上部尖状物及下部尖状物与夹子结合状态的图面。
如图9a及图9b所示,将所述下部尖状物30位于上尖状物20的两侧臂22、23内侧之后,在排列上部尖状物20的结合孔24、25与下部尖状物30的结合孔34、35的状态,在所述夹子50的基座57形成的贯通孔56分别排列各个尖状物的结合孔24、25、34、35,将夹子结合销61分别通过各个结合孔24、25、34、35与夹子50的贯通孔56,将上部尖状物20及下部尖状物30结合于夹子50。
因此,如图10a及图10b所示操作如上述结合于夹子50的上部尖状物20与下部尖状物30,以上部尖状物20与夹子50结合结合孔24、25为中心其上部刀刃21可以以上下方向转动,相同地下部尖状物30也是以结合孔34、35为中心其下部刀刃31可以以上下方向转动。
图11是本发明椎体护架导块的详细图,
参照图11a的立体图、图11b的平面图、图11c的正面图,本发明的导块40结合于所述本体10执行引导所述夹子50进入的功能,具体地说分别形成关上本体10正面103的平板形状的前面板41,与在所述前面板41两侧面端部向后方延长形成的左侧条(bar)42及右侧条43,与可使上述的导块结合销60插入分别贯通所述左侧条42及右侧条43形成的通孔44,并且形成进入口46构成所述夹子50进入在所述前面板41中央的开口。
还有,如上所述所述导块40的左侧条42与右侧条43内插于在本体10的左侧及右侧侧面102形成的挂槽151的状态,进入左侧条42的通孔44的导块结合销60贯通本体10的插入孔120结合到右侧条43的通孔44,进而相互结合本体10与导块40。
另一方面,在所述导块40的前面板41上至少形成一个以上的凹陷孔45,其中所述凹陷孔45插入于在待后述的插入机构200的头部210固定的结合螺栓(未图示)。
参照图12的操作状态,详细说明如上述构成的本发明椎体护架10的操作。

本发明椎体护架10的操作使所述上部尖状物20与所述下部尖状物30分别挂在椎间盘去除部位的颈椎骨或脊椎骨上下侧椎体,同时固定椎体护架10。
首先,如图12a及图12b所示结合本体10与导块40,在其状态利用待后述的插入机构200等工具推动结合上部尖状物20与下部尖状物30状态的夹子50的右侧挂块52与左侧挂块52,通过所述导块40的进入口46将夹子50进入本体10内部。
在这种夹子50的进入初期的状态,所述上部尖状物20与下部尖状物30的上部刀刃21与下部刀刃31,只到达本体10内部的倾斜部140的上部倾斜面141与下部倾斜面143的入口,同时如图12c所示处于未向本体10的上面101与底面104外部展开的状态。
接着,若将如上所述进入的夹子50再推向本体10内部,则如图12d所示引导结合于夹子50的上部尖状物20与下部尖状物30,沿着在本体10内部形成的倾斜部140的上部倾斜面141与下部倾斜面143,同时分别向上方及下方移动向本体10的上面101与底面104外部凸出,直到根据在所述倾斜部140的中央形成的凸出面146挂住夹子50的基座57,上部尖状物20与下部尖状物30分别向上方及下方移动的同时展开。
这时,所述夹子50右侧肋条53及左侧肋条54向倾斜部140的上部平面142上滑动,挂住所述夹子50右侧肋条53及左侧肋条54,所述夹子50的下部肋条55向倾斜部140的下部平面144上滑动,挂住所述夹子50的下部肋条55。
因此,本发明椎体护架1根据执行如上所述的展开动作的上部尖状物与下部尖状物,可省略在狭窄的椎间空间上的用螺栓固定板件的难度高并且繁琐的手术过程,可提高手术的便利性改善手术稳定性。
图13是图示为了做本发明椎体护架手术的插入机构。
所述插入机构200是为了更加稳定的插入夹子50而使用的,其中所述夹子50是如上所述的向本发明椎体护架1的本体10内部结合上部尖状物20与下部尖状物30状态的夹子50。
具体地说,参照图13a的立体图、图13b的平面图、图13c的尖状物未展开状态的侧面图,为了本发明椎体护架1的插入机构200,根据插入于导块40的前面板41的凹陷孔45的结合螺栓(未图示),具有与导块40结合的头部210。
所述头部210大致为六面体形状,第1下部支撑棒220的一侧结合于头部210的左侧,第2下部支撑棒230的一侧结合于头部210的右侧。
另外,推杆240位于所述第1下部支撑棒220与第2下部支撑棒230之间,其中在所述推杆240一侧末端形成将向本体10内部推动所述夹子50的凸台(boss)243。
所述推杆240由形成在其另一侧末端的按板241,与从按板241延长的棒体242,与连接所述棒体242与所述凸台243的结合口244构成,若向前方推动按板241,则通过棒体242向前方移动连接于结合口244的凸台243,同时如图13d将夹子50进入椎体护架1的本体10内部,上部尖状物20及下部尖状物30分别向本体10的上面与底面外部凸出展开。
为了这种操作,所述头部210在结合所述第1下部支撑棒220的左侧头部211,与结合所述第2下部支撑棒230的右侧头部212之间,所述推杆240的凸台243在所述左侧头部211与右侧头部212之间可向前方或后方移动,并且所述第1下部支撑棒220的另一侧末端及所述第2下部支撑棒230的末端,内插到挂住所述推杆240的棒体242的推杆导件221内部。
另外,向所述插入机构200的头部210的上侧形成上部头部213,所述上部头部213内插上部支撑棒250的一侧末端,所述上部支撑棒250的另一侧末端内插到在所述推杆导件221上部形成的上部支撑棒导件251内部,同时在所述上部支撑棒250的一侧末端安装支撑体252。
所述上部支撑棒250与在插入夹子50时做椎体护架1手术的脊椎或颈椎的上侧椎体接触,执行提高插入机构400固定性及稳定性的功能。
图14是将本发明椎体护架手术到椎间盘去除部位的断面图。图示了手术状态,本发明椎体护架1位于颈椎或脊椎骨上侧椎体D1与下侧椎体D2之间之后,通过如上所述的插入机构200将夹子50进入本体10内部,向本体10的上面101及底面104的外部凸出上部尖状物20及下部尖状物30,进而凸出的尖状物20、30末端的上部刀刃21与下部刀刃31的尖端部,挂在位于椎体护架1上下的上侧椎体D1与下侧椎体D2,从而椎体护架1锁定并固定在椎体D1、D2之间。
在实际手术时为了将所述夹子50进入本体10,利用用于手术的锥子(未图示)等锤击在推杆240另一侧末端形成的按板241,同时将夹子50慎重并慢慢地进入本体10内部。
因此,本发明的椎体护架1如图所示在上侧椎体D1与下侧椎体D2之间,向其椎体D1、D2内侧后方巩固地固定上部尖状物20与下部尖状物30,进而可大幅度减少有现有的引起椎体护架具有的螺栓或板件的一部分与通过设置椎体护架的椎间盘去除部位的脊椎或颈椎的神经组织与血管组织的干涉的可能性。
在以上的说明参照附图详细说明了具有尖状物的护架的构成,但是根据技术人员本发明可进行多样的修改、变更及替换,这种修改、变更及替换应解释为属于本发明保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种固定装置,当椎体护架置于椎体之间时,用于将椎体护架固定到椎骨,所述固定装置包括:
夹子(50),操作所述夹子(50)使其进入所述椎体护架的本体(10)内部;
上部尖状物(20),所述上部尖状物(20)通过夹子结合销(61)可转动地结合于所述夹子(50),根据所述夹子(50)的进入展开所述上部尖状物(20),使其向所述本体(10)的上面(101)外部凸出;
下部尖状物(30),所述下部尖状物(30)通过夹子结合销(61)可转动地结合于所述夹子(50),根据所述夹子(50)的进入展开所述下部尖状物(30),使其向所述本体(10)的底面(104)外部凸出;
导块(40),操作所述导块(40)使其结合于所述本体(10),引导所述夹子(50)的进入。
2.根据权利要求1所述的固定装置,其中,分别操作所述导块(40)的左侧条(42)与右侧条(43)以使其内插于形成在所述本体(10)的两侧面(102)的挂槽(151)上;
其中,操作所述夹子(50)使其插入到从所述本体(10)的正面(103)到所述本体(10)的中央部分形成的通道部(130);以及
通过形成在所述本体(10)上的倾斜部(140)引导所述上部尖状物(20)与下部尖状物(30)的移动。
3.根据权利要求2所述的固定装置,其中,所述上部尖状物(20)包括:
上部刀刃(21),所述上部刀刃(21)末端构成尖端面;各个臂(22、23),形成在所述上部刀刃(21)的两侧,并向所述上部刀刃(21)的两侧下方倾斜延长;结合孔(24、25),所述结合孔(24、25)分别形成在所述各个臂(22、23)的末端,以便将夹子结合销(61)插入到所述结合孔(24、25)中,
所述下部尖状物(30)包括:
下部刀刃(31),所述下部刀刃(31)末端构成尖端面;各个臂(32、33),形成在所述下部刀刃(31)的两侧,并向所述下部刀刃(31)的两侧上方倾斜延长;结合孔(34、35),所述结合孔(34、35)分别形成在所述各个臂(32、33)末端,以便将夹子结合销(61)插入所述结合孔(34、35)中。
4.根据权利要求3所述的固定装置,其中,所述夹子(50)包括:
右侧挂块(51)和左侧挂块(52),所述右侧挂块(51)和左侧挂块(52)具有平板形状并形成在基座(57)的前方;
右侧肋条(53)和左侧肋条(54),所述右侧肋条(53)和左侧肋条(54)形成在所述基座(57)的后方上端,以使得所述右侧肋条(53)与左侧肋条(54)滑动挂在所述倾斜部(140)的上部平面(142)上;
下部肋条(55),所述下部肋条(55)形成在所述基座(57)后方下端,以使得所述下部肋条(55)滑动挂在所述倾斜部(140)的下部平面(144)上,以及
贯通孔(56),所述贯通孔(56)贯通所述夹子(50)的基座(57),其中,所述夹子结合销(61)插入所述贯通孔(56)中。
5.根据权利要求4所述的固定装置,其中,所述倾斜部(140)具有形成在上部倾斜面(141)与下部倾斜面(143)之间的连接部分的凸出面(146),
当所述夹子(50)进入到所述本体(10)中时,所述倾斜部(140)的凸出面(146)挂在所述基座(57)的内侧,从而停止夹子(50)的进入。
6.根据权利要求2所述的固定装置,其中,所述导块(40)还包括:
前面板(41),所述前面板(41)是关上本体(10)正面(103)的平板形状;
通孔(44),所述通孔(44)分别贯通所述左侧条(42)及右侧条(43)形成,以使得将导块结合销(60)插入所述通孔(44)中;
进入口(46),所述进入口(46)形成在所述前面板(41)的中央,以便提供所述夹子(50)进入所述前面板(41)中央的开口;
其中,所述左侧条(42)及右侧条(43)从所述前面板(41)的两侧端部向后方延长形成。
7.根据权利要求2所述的固定装置,其中,在所述本体(10)的上面(101)及底面(104)分别形成锯齿体(101a、104a)。
8.一种脊柱系统,用于在至少两个椎骨之间的关节进行治疗,所述系统包括:椎体护架,所述椎体护架用于放置在所述椎骨之间并替换所述关节,其特征在于,所述系统包括根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的用于固定所述椎体护架的固定装置。
9.根据权利要求8所述的脊柱系统,其中,所述椎体护架具有本体(10),所述本体(10)由六面体形状构成,其中所述六面体形状由上面(101)、两侧面(102)、正面(103)、底面(104)和背面(105)构成。
10.根据权利要求8所述的脊柱系统,其中,所述本体(10)包括倾斜部(140),所述倾斜部(140)包括:
上部倾斜面(141),形成为引导所述上部尖状物(20)向上方移动;
下部倾斜面(143),形成为引导下部尖状物(30)向下方移动;
上部平面(142),形成在所述上部倾斜面(141)的末端;以及
下部平面(144),形成在所述下部倾斜面(143)末端。
