Abstract

La présente invention concerne un implant intervertébral comprenant un corps (20) s'étendant longitudinalement suivant un axe primaire (X), entre une extrémité proximale et une extrémité distale, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte: - une embase (6) à l'extrémité proximale, - une pluralité de bras (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d) allongés suivant l'axe primaire (X) et comprenant chacun au moins une surface (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d) de soutien vertébral, les bras (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d) étant articulés au moins sur l'embase (6) de sorte que l'implant comprenne, d'une part, une position repliée dans laquelle les bras (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d) sont proches les uns des autres, et d'autre part, une position déployée dans laquelle les bras (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d) sont éloignés les uns des autres suivant au moins un axe secondaire (Y) et/ou au moins un axe tertiaire (Z), les axes primaire (X), secondaire (Y) et tertiaire (Z) étant sensiblement orthogonaux entre eux ; - des moyens d'expansion (3, 8, 21, 21a, 21b, 22, 25, 66, 67, 151) de l'implant entre les positions repliée et déployée, comprenant au moins deux branches (151) montées pivotantes l'une par rapport à l'autre et reliées aux bras allongés (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d) par au moins des moyens de guidage (66, 67) de sorte qu'une translation des moyens d'expansion (3, 8, 21, 21a, 21b, 22, 25, 66, 67, 151) parallèlement à l'axe primaire (X) entraîne un pivotement des branches (151) l'une par rapport à l'autre et écarte les bras (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d) les uns des autres, selon l'axe secondaire (Y) et/ou l'axe tertiaire (Z).
