Abstract

一种内燃机启动前机油预压可视过滤器。为提供一种在内燃机启动前对机油加压以减小启动阻力及降低机构磨损、能监视过滤质量的过滤器,提出本发明,它由扁形直流电机、减速器、机油泵、单向阀、吸油管油尺、过滤纸芯、玻璃外罩及底座组成;扁形直流电机、减速器、机油泵、单向阀吸油管、吸油胶管油尺顺序连接成过滤器的顶盖;过滤纸芯装填在玻璃外罩内,底座同现有滤清器底座相同。

Description

内燃机启动前机油预压可视过滤器
本发明属于内燃机润滑系统用辅助装置,特别是一种内燃机启动前机油预压可视过滤器。
目前内燃机机油过滤器技术为:内燃机上没有启动前加压装置,滤清器只有过滤作用。现有内燃机的油泵工作是在内燃机转到一定转速后才能形成高压油,在内燃机转动需要的高压油膜没有形成以前启动内燃机,启动阻力不小于0.5倍,内燃机在机油无压状态时启动是内燃机各主要机件磨损最严重的过程,其磨损占内燃机总磨损的45%以上。目前世界各国的过滤器外壳全部是用金属制作的,无法直接用眼睛观察机油的过滤质量。在CN97181319.1公开文本中,公开了一种内燃机润滑油过滤器,该过滤器的主要结构包括一个罐状外壳,一个安装在外壳中的过滤元件,在其中固定有可通过过滤油液的支撑管。但该装置也不具备启动前的加压功能。
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的上述缺点和不足,提供一种在内燃机启动前对机油加压、以减小启动阻力及降低机构磨损、能监视机油过滤质量的内燃机启动前机油预压可视过滤器。
本发明所述的内燃机启动前机油预压可视过滤器,有一顶盖和一底座,底座上设置有待过滤油吸入的主进油孔和供过滤后的清洁油流出的主回油孔,底座和顶盖之间套设一外罩,外罩内套设有过滤纸芯,过滤纸芯和外罩之间形成环形外油腔,过滤纸芯内形成一与主回油孔相贯通的内油腔,底座、顶盖及外罩之间设有密封胶垫并由螺栓连接在一起,其特征在于:扁形直流电机、减速器、机油泵依序连接并依次驱动下一机构转动,机油泵位于内油腔中,减速器又位于机油泵内凹腔内,机油泵的进油孔处连接有一外延伸的吸油管,在机油泵进油孔内装有一单向阀,机油泵上还开设有供增压后的机油导出的机油泵出油孔,机油泵出油孔与内油腔相贯通。
本发明的工作原理是,以扁形直流电机8带动1∶6速比的减速器,再由减速器驱动机油泵10,使机油泵10产生不低于30Kpa的机油压力并对其泵入的机油进行增压,而未增压的机油是经吸油管7、机油泵进油孔102、单向阀13吸入机油,再由机油泵出油孔12打出高压油,高压油又对内油腔16内的过滤后的机油加压后一起经主回油孔1流出润滑内燃机摩擦表面,而机油的过滤过程是通过主进油孔2进入环形外油腔15,再通过过滤纸芯11过滤后进入内油腔16,过滤纸芯11是可滤除2微米以下杂质的高密度过滤纸芯。由于外罩6是用耐高温的钢化玻璃制成,可以很方便地观察机油过滤质量。当压力达到时,电源开关自行断电,机油泵停止工作。电源开关用内燃机油压指示灯开关电路,当机油压力达到时,机油压力指示灯自动关闭,同时内燃机启动前机油预压可视过滤器电机断电,无任何人工控制过程,加压时间在1-3秒钟完成。
本发明与现有技术相比,主要特点是填补现有内燃机没有启动前加压装置的空白,在不改变内燃机主机任何设计,只在现有滤清器上加上加压装置即可实现启动前自动加压。需要更换过滤纸芯时,只要将内燃机启动前机油预压可视过滤器分解开,将过滤纸芯换下来就可以。

如图1所示,内燃机启动前机油预压可视过滤器,有一顶盖14和一底座5,底座5上设置有待过滤油吸入的主进油孔2和供过滤后的清洁油流出的主回油孔1,底座5和顶盖14之间套设一外罩6,外罩6内套设有过滤纸芯11,过滤纸芯11和外罩6之间形成环形外油腔15,过滤纸芯11内形成一与主回油孔1相贯通的内油腔16,底座5、顶盖14及外罩6之间设有密封胶垫4并由螺栓连接在一起,其特征在于:扁形直流电机8、减速器9、机油泵10依序连接并依次驱动下一机构转动,机油泵10位于内油腔16中,减速器9又位于机油泵10内凹腔101内,机油泵进油孔102处连接有一外延伸的吸油管7,在机油泵进油孔102内装有一单向阀13,机油泵10上还开设有供增压后的机油导出的机油泵出油孔12,机油泵出油孔12与内油腔16相贯通。扁形直流电机的电源同内燃机油压力指示灯连接。外罩6是耐高温的钢化玻璃外罩。过滤纸芯11是可更换的并可过滤2微米以下杂质的过滤纸芯。在吸油管7上标刻有油尺标记3。
本发明大小与原过滤器大小相同,可以保证同内燃机连接时与原过滤器位置相同、安装方法相同,不需要改变内燃机其他任何部件。电源开关用内燃机油压指示灯开关电路。

Claims (5)

1、内燃机启动前机油预压可视过滤器,有一顶盖(14)和一底座(5),底座(5)上设置有待过滤油吸入的主进油孔(2)和供过滤后的清洁油流出的主回油孔(1),底座(5)和顶盖(14)之间套设一外罩(6),外罩(6)内套设有过滤纸芯(11),过滤纸芯(11)和外罩(6)之间形成环形外油腔(15),过滤纸芯(11)内形成一与主回油孔(1)相贯通的内油腔(16),底座(5)、顶盖(14)及外罩(6)之间设有密封胶垫并由螺栓连接在一起,其特征在于:扁形直流电机(8)、减速器(9)、机油泵(10)依序连接并依次驱动下一机构转动,机油泵(10)位于内油腔(16)中,减速器(9)又位于机油泵(10)内凹腔(101)内,机油泵(10)的进油孔(102)处连接有一外延伸的吸油管(7),在机油泵进油孔(102)内装有一单向阀(13),机油泵(10)上还开设有供增压后的机油导出的机油泵出油孔(12),机油泵出油孔(12)与内油腔(16)相贯通。
2、按照权利要求1所述的内燃机启动前机油预压可视过滤器,其特征在于:扁形直流电机的电源同内燃机油压力指示灯连接。
3、按照权利要求1所述的内燃机启动前机油预压可视过滤器,其特征在于:外罩(6)是耐高温的钢化玻璃外罩。
4、按照权利要求1所述的内燃机启动前机油预压可视过滤器,其特征在于:过滤纸芯(11)是可更换的并可过滤2微米以下杂质的过滤纸芯。
5、按照权利要求1所述的内燃机启动前机油预压可视过滤器,其特征在于:在吸油管(7)上标刻有油尺标记(3)。
