Abstract
一种内燃机启动前机油预压可视过滤器。为提供一种在内燃机启动前对机油加压以减小启动阻力及降低机构磨损、能监视过滤质量的过滤器,提出本发明,它由扁形直流电机、减速器、机油泵、单向阀、吸油管油尺、过滤纸芯、玻璃外罩及底座组成;扁形直流电机、减速器、机油泵、单向阀吸油管、吸油胶管油尺顺序连接成过滤器的顶盖;过滤纸芯装填在玻璃外罩内,底座同现有滤清器底座相同。

技术领域
本发明属于内燃机润滑系统用辅助装置, 特别是一种内燃机启动前 机油预压可视过滤器。
发明背景
目前现有内燃机机油过滤器技术, 内燃机上没有启动前加压装置, 滤清器只有过滤作用。 现有内燃机的油泵工作是在内燃机转到一定转速 后才能形成高压油, 在内燃机转动需要的高压油膜没有形成以前启动内 燃机, 启动阻力不小于 0. 5倍, 内燃机在机油无压状态时启动是内燃机 各主要机件磨损最严重的过程, 磨损占内燃机总磨损的 45%以上。 目前 世界各国的过滤器外壳全部是用金属制作的, 无法直接用眼睛观察机油 的过滤质量。 本发明的目的是解决现有技术的不足。 发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种在内燃机启动前对机油加压以减小启动阻 力及降低机构磨损、 能监视过滤质量的内燃机启动前机油预压可视过滤 器。
本发明由扁形直流电机、 减速器、 机油泵、 单向阀、 吸油管油尺、 过滤纸芯、 玻璃外罩及底座组成; 扁形直流电机、 减速器、 机油泵、 单 向阀、 吸油管油尺顺序连接成过滤器的顶盖; 可滤除 2微米以下杂质的 高密度过滤纸芯装填在耐高温钢化玻璃外罩内构成中间部分, 底座同现 有滤清器底座相同, 三个部分用密封胶垫垫好后用螺栓连接在一起。
使用时, 以扁形直流电机带动 1: 6速比的减速器驱动油泵, 使油
泵产生不低于 30KPa 的机油压力, 经油泵进油孔处单向阀及吸油管油尺 吸入机油, 再由油泵出油孔打出高压油润滑内燃机摩擦表面, 以高密度 过滤纸芯滤除 2微米以下杂质的。 由于外罩是用耐高温的玻璃制成, 可 以很方便地观察机油过滤质量。 当压力达到时, 电源开关自行断电, 油 泵停止工作。
本发明大小与原过滤器大小相同, 可以保证同内燃机连接时与原过 滤器位置相同、 安装方法相同, 不需要改变内燃机其他任何部件。 电源 开关用内燃机油压指示灯开关电路, 当机油压力达到时, 机油压力指示 灯自动关闭, 同时内燃启动前机油预压可视过滤器电机断电, 无任何人 工控制过程, 加压时间在 1 一 3秒钟内完成。
本发明与现有技术相比, 主要是添补现有内燃机没有启动前加压装 置的空白, 不改变内燃机主机任何设计, 只在现有滤清器上加上加压装 置即可实现启动前自动加压。 在需要更换过滤纸芯时, 只要 燃机启 前机油预压可视过滤器分解开, 将过滤纸芯换下来就可以。 附图简要说明

- 权利要求书1、 一种内燃机启动前机油预压可视过滤器, 其特征在于它由扁形 直流电机、 减速器、 机油泵、 单向阀、 吸油管油尺、 过滤纸芯、 玻璃外 罩及底座组成; 扁形直流电机、 减速器、 机油泵、 单向阀、 吸油管油尺 顺序连接成过滤器的顶盖;可滤除 1微米以下杂质的高密度过滤纸芯装 填在耐高温钢化玻璃外罩内构成中间部分, 底座同现有滤清器底座相 同, 三个部分用密封胶垫垫好后用螺栓连接在一起。2、 根据权利要求 1所述的内燃机启动前机油预压可视过滤器, 其 特征在于所述的扁形直流电机的电源同内燃机机油压力指示灯电源连 接。3、根据权利要求 1或 2所述的内燃机启动前机油预压可视过滤器, 其特征在于本发明的外形大小与原有内燃机机油滤清器外形大小相同, 中间可过滤 2微米以下杂质的过滤纸芯是一个独立可以更换的部分。
