技术领域
本发明涉及为了将硬质表面洗净而使用的洗净剂组合物。
背景技术
近年来,在汽车、电车、飞行器、机床等的部件市场全球化的过程中,低价格的部件登上市场,将国内的部件制造商置于激烈的成本竞争中。因此,部件制造商各公司为了维持竞争力,在材料、制造工序中采取着各种各样的成本削减。
作为制造工序中的成本削减例之一,进行着洗净工序的常温化。通过在常温下进行目前为止在比较高的温度下进行的部件洗净,从而不需要洗净浴的加热,能够期待能量成本削减,另一面,洗净力等本来在洗净工序中所要求的性能降低成为了问题。
如果为了弥补洗净力而增加洗净剂的量,则药剂成本上升,不仅没有达到实现成本削减本身,而且由于使用药剂的增量,在洗净浴中产生的泡从浴槽溢出等工序上的不利情形大量地发生。
目前为止也研究了提高洗净剂的洗净性、抑泡性。例如,在下述专利文献1中公开了含有特定的2种非离子表面活性剂的金属洗净剂组合物。另外,在下述专利文献2中公开了含有特定的离子表面活性剂、特定的胺化合物、氨基羧酸系螯合剂和羧酸类的金属洗净剂。

发明内容
发明要解决的课题
作为洗净工序中所要求的洗净剂的性能,为洗净剂难以残留于洗净后的部件。但是,上述以往的洗净剂的从部件的液体沥干不充分,花费使部件干燥的能量成本。
本发明鉴于上述实际情况而完成,目的在于提供液体沥干性优异的硬质表面用洗净剂组合物。
用于解决课题的手段
为了解决上述课题,本发明提供硬质表面用洗净剂组合物,其含有:(A)选自脂肪族单羧酸、聚羧酸和它们的中和盐中的至少一种的羧酸化合物、(B)链烷醇胺化合物和(C)碳数8~50的含有羟基的化合物。
本发明的硬质表面用洗净剂组合物通过具有上述构成,从而可成为液体沥干性优异的洗净剂。
本发明的硬质表面用洗净剂组合物中,优选上述含有羟基的化合物为脂肪族一元醇或由下述通式(1)表示的苯酚衍生物。

本发明的硬质表面用洗净剂组合物中,以硬质表面用洗净剂组合物总量为基准,优选上述羧酸化合物的含量为1~40质量%,上述链烷醇胺化合物的含量为1~60质量%,上述含有羟基的化合物的含量为0.01~5质量%。
发明的效果
根据本发明,能够提供液体沥干性优异的硬质表面用洗净剂组合物。
具体实施方式
本实施方式的硬质表面用洗净剂组合物含有:(A)选自脂肪族单羧酸、聚羧酸和它们的中和盐中的至少一种的羧酸化合物、(B)链烷醇胺化合物和(C)碳数8~50的含有羟基的化合物。
本实施方式的硬质表面用洗净剂组合物能够在常温下也具有优异的液体沥干性。由此能够期待将洗净后的部件干燥时的能量成本的削减。
另外,本实施方式的硬质表面用洗净剂组合物能够在常温下也显现充分的洗净性和抑泡性。由此,通过使目前为止在高温下进行的洗净工序常温化,洗净浴的加热变得不需要,能够期待能量成本的削减。进而,在以往的洗净剂的情况下,存在着如果温度降低则变得难以消泡的问题,本实施方式的硬质表面用洗净剂组合物能够具有在常温下消泡性也优异的性质。
作为用作上述(A)成分的脂肪族单羧酸,可列举出可具有羟基的碳数6~24的直链或分支的不饱和或饱和的脂肪族单羧酸。作为这样的脂肪族单羧酸,具体地,可列举出己酸、辛酸、庚酸、壬酸、癸酸、月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、棕榈油酸、十七烷酸、硬脂酸、油酸、异油酸、亚油酸、(9,12,15)-亚麻酸、(6,9,12)-亚麻酸、桐酸、花生酸、(8,11)-二十碳二烯酸、(5,8,11)-二十碳三烯酸、花生四烯酸、山萮酸、二十四烷酸、神经酸、2-乙基己酸、2-甲基己酸、2-甲基庚酸、三甲基己酸、异硬脂酸、12-羟基硬脂酸等。这些能够单独使用1种或者将2种以上组合使用。
作为用作上述(A)成分的脂肪族单羧酸的中和盐,可列举出将上述脂肪族单羧酸用碱金属等中和而成的中和盐。其中,作为碱金属,可列举出钠、钾、锂等。这些能够单独使用1种或者将2种以上组合使用。
用作上述(A)成分的脂肪族单羧酸及其中和盐,从洗净性的观点出发,优选碳数6~18的直链或分支的不饱和或饱和的脂肪族单羧酸及其中和盐,更优选碳数6~12的直链或分支的不饱和或饱和的脂肪族单羧酸及其中和盐。这些能够单独使用1种或者将2种以上组合使用。
用作上述(A)成分的聚羧酸可列举出重均分子量为500~150,000的聚羧酸,从洗净性、处理性的观点出发,优选1,000~100,000的聚羧酸,更优选1,000~50,000的聚羧酸。本说明书中,聚羧酸的重均分子量意味着采用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)测定的值。
作为聚羧酸,例如可列举出使用丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、马来酸、富马酸、衣康酸等具有羧基的乙烯基系单体、采用以往公知的自由基聚合法合成的均聚物和共聚物。聚羧酸可以使用已市售的产品。自由基聚合中,在不损害本发明的范围内,除了上述的单体以外还可以使用不具有羧基的可共聚的单体。作为这样的单体,可列举出乙烯、氯乙烯、醋酸乙烯酯等乙烯基系单体、丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸酯类、甲基丙烯酸酯类等。作为丙烯酸酯类和甲基丙烯酸酯类,优选具有碳数1~3的烷基或碳数2~3的烯基的丙烯酸酯类和甲基丙烯酸酯类。这些烷基或烯基可具有羟基等取代基。作为这样的丙烯酸酯类和甲基丙烯酸酯类,可列举出丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸2-羟基乙酯、甲基丙烯酸2-羟基乙酯、丙烯酸丙酯、甲基丙烯酸丙酯等。具有羧基的乙烯基系单体与不具有羧基的可共聚的单体的重量比,从洗净性的观点出发,优选为100:0~50:50,更优选为100:0~70:30,进一步优选为100:0~90:10。上述的可共聚的单体能够单独使用1种或者将2种以上组合使用。
作为用作上述(A)成分的聚羧酸的中和盐,可列举出将上述聚羧酸用碱金属等中和而成的中和盐。其中,作为碱金属,可列举出钠、钾、锂等。这些能够单独使用1种或者将2种以上组合使用。
对聚羧酸及其中和盐的制造方法并无特别限制,例如可列举出在上述单体和/或其盐的水溶液中添加自由基聚合引发剂、在30~150℃下加热反应2~5小时的方法等。此时,可在上述单体和/或其盐的水溶液中添加甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇等醇类、丙酮等水性溶剂。另外,对使用的自由基聚合引发剂也无特别限制,可列举出过硫酸钾、过硫酸钠、过硫酸铵等过硫酸盐、采用过硫酸盐与亚硫酸氢钠等的组合的氧化还原系聚合引发剂、过氧化氢、水溶性偶氮系聚合引发剂等。这些自由基聚合引发剂能够单独使用1种或者将2种以上组合使用。在自由基聚合时,为了调节聚合度,可添加链转移剂(例如巯基乙酸辛酯)。
作为用作(A)成分的聚羧酸及其中和盐,从洗净性的观点出发,优选丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、或者马来酸的均聚物或其中和盐、或者包含丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸和马来酸的任一种以上作为单体成分的共聚物或其中和盐,更优选丙烯酸的均聚物或其中和盐。上述的聚羧酸及其中和盐能够单独使用1种或者将2种以上组合使用。
硬质表面用洗净剂组合物中的(A)成分的配合量根据使用目的适当设定,从洗净性、防锈性、经济性的观点出发,以硬质表面用洗净剂组合物总量为基准,优选为1~40质量%,更优选为1~20质量%。
对作为(B)成分使用的链烷醇胺化合物并无特别限定,但优选由下述通式(4)表示的链烷醇胺化合物。

作为由上述通式(4)表示的链烷醇胺化合物,具体地可列举出一乙醇胺、N,N-二甲基乙醇胺、N,N-二乙基乙醇胺、N,N-二丁基乙醇胺、N-甲基乙醇胺、N-乙基乙醇胺、N-正-丁基乙醇胺、N-叔-丁基乙醇胺、2-(二苯基氨基)乙醇、1-苯基氨基乙醇、N-苄基乙醇胺、N,N-二苄基-2-乙醇胺、单异丙醇胺等单链烷醇胺化合物;二乙醇胺、N-甲基二乙醇胺、N-乙基二乙醇胺、N-正-丁基二乙醇胺、N-叔-丁基二乙醇胺、N-苄基二乙醇胺、二异丙醇胺等二链烷醇胺化合物;三乙醇胺、三异丙醇胺等三链烷醇胺化合物。
就由上述通式(4)表示的链烷醇胺化合物而言,从洗净性、防锈性的观点出发,优选式中的R3为氢原子、碳数1~6的烷基、碳数2~6的烯基、碳数6~13的芳基或碳数7~13的芳烷基,R4为氢原子、碳数1~6的烷基、碳数2~6的烯基、碳数6~13的芳基或碳数7~13的芳烷基,R5为碳数1~8的亚烷基或碳数7~14的亚芳烷基,p为0或1,q为0或1,r为1~3,p+q+r为3的链烷醇胺化合物,更优选式中的R5为碳数1~3的亚烷基、p和q为0、r为3的链烷醇胺化合物。
上述的链烷醇胺化合物可以单独使用1种或者将2种以上组合使用。
对于(B)成分的配合,可以用规定量的(B)成分预先将(A)成分中和后,配合剩余的(B)成分和(C)成分,也可以一次地配合(A)成分、(B)成分和(C)成分的总量。
硬质表面用洗净剂组合物中的(B)成分的配合量根据使用目的适当地设定,但从洗净性、防锈性、经济性的观点出发,以硬质表面用洗净剂组合物总量为基准,优选为1~60质量%,更优选为1~40质量%。
作为用作(C)成分的碳数8~50的含有羟基的化合物,可列举出碳数8~50的脂肪族一元醇和由下述通式(1)表示的碳数8~50的苯酚衍生物。

作为由上述通式(1)表示的碳数8~50的苯酚衍生物,可列举出单苯乙烯化苯酚、二苯乙烯化苯酚、三苯乙烯化苯酚等。苯乙烯化苯酚例如可列举出采用在规定量的苯酚中、以AlCl3、SbCl3、H2SO4、H3PO4或活性白土等作为催化剂、在110~140℃的温度下使规定量的苯乙烯反应(傅里德-克拉夫茨反应)的公知的制造方法得到的化合物。
从洗净性、干燥性、消泡性的观点出发,(C)成分优选碳数8~50的脂肪族一元醇,更优选碳数8~40的脂肪族伯醇、碳数8~32的脂肪族仲醇,进一步优选碳数8~18的直链脂肪族伯醇、在直链烷基的相对于CH2OH基的β位以外碳数1~3的烷基分支的碳数8~18的脂肪族伯醇、在直链烷基的CH2OH基的β位碳数1~20的直链烷基分支的碳数8~40的脂肪族伯醇(例如,由下述通式(5)表示的化合物),更优选碳数8~24的脂肪族仲醇,特别优选使用在直链烷基的相对于CH2OH基的β位碳数2~13的直链烷基分支的碳数8~32的脂肪族伯醇(例如,为下述通式(5)中的R6为碳数2~13的烷基、R7为碳数2~26的烷基的化合物)。它们能够单独使用1种或者将2种以上组合使用。

硬质表面用洗净剂组合物中的(C)成分的配合量根据使用目的适当地设定,从洗净性、干燥性、经济性的观点出发,以硬质表面用洗净剂组合物总量为基准,优选为0.01~5质量%,更优选为0.1~3质量%。
就本实施方式的硬质表面用洗净剂组合物而言,从洗净性、干燥性、消泡性的观点出发,优选(A)成分和(B)成分和(C)成分的质量比为(A):(B):(C)=10~89.9:10~89.9:0.1~10。
本实施方式的硬质表面用洗净剂组合物,从洗净性、干燥性的观点出发,能够进一步含有(D)二醇醚。
作为用作(D)成分的二醇醚,可列举出由下述通式(6)表示的二醇醚。
R8-O-(AO)nH…(6)
[通式(6)中,R8表示碳数1~10的烷基、碳数2~10的烯基、碳数6~10的芳基或碳数7~10的芳烷基,AO表示碳数2~4的亚烷氧基,n表示1~5。]
作为二醇醚,具体地,可列举出丁醇AO(1~5)加成物、2-乙基己醇AO(1~5)加成物、1-癸醇AO(1~5)加成物、苯酚AO(1~5)加成物、苄醇AO(1~5)加成物等。括弧内的数值表示摩尔数。再有,有多个AO的情况下(n为2以上),AO的亚烷氧基可以相同也可不同,不同的情况下,可以为嵌段加成,也可以为无规加成,还可以为交替加成。
上述中,从洗净性、干燥性的观点出发,优选为通式(6)中的R8为碳数1~8的烷基或碳数2~8的烯基、n为1~5的二醇醚。
上述的二醇醚能够单独使用1种或者将2种以上组合使用。
硬质表面用洗净剂组合物中的(D)成分的配合量根据使用目的适当地设定,但从干燥性、制泡性的观点出发,以硬质表面用洗净剂组合物总量为基准,优选为0.1~15质量%,更优选为0.1~10质量%。
本实施方式的硬质表面用洗净剂组合物,在不损害本发明的效果的范围内,能够配合防锈剂、消泡剂、防腐剂、表面活性剂、螯合剂、抗氧化剂、着色剂、除臭剂、芳香剂等。
作为防锈剂,可列举出二羧酸等,具体地,可列举出草酸、丙二酸、琥珀酸、戊二酸、己二酸、富马酸、马来酸、十二烷二酸、二十烷二酸、异二十二碳二烯二酸、异二十二烷二酸、异二十碳二烯二酸、丁基辛二酸、二烷氧基羰基异二十二碳二烯二酸等。这些防锈剂能够单独使用1种或者将2种以上组合使用。再有,使用二羧酸的情况下,优选以不超过上述(A)成分的优选的配合量的方式进行配合。
作为消泡剂,可列举出硅系、聚乙二醇系、高级醇系、矿物油系等。这些消泡剂能够使用1种或者将2种以上混合使用。再有,该聚乙二醇系的消泡剂与上述(D)成分重复的情况下,优选以不超过上述(D)成分的优选的配合量的方式进行配合。另外,高级醇系的消泡剂与上述(C)成分重复的情况下,优选以不超过上述(C)成分的优选的配合量的方式进行配合。
作为防腐剂,可列举出芳香族羧酸等,具体地可列举出苯甲酸、对-甲基苯甲酸、对-乙基苯甲酸、对-异丙基苯甲酸、对-叔丁基苯甲酸、二甲基苯甲酸、间苯二甲酸、对苯二甲酸、水杨酸、肉桂酸、甲基苯甲酸、连苯三酸、偏苯三酸、均苯三酸、羟基苯甲酸、二羟基苯甲酸、三羟基苯甲酸等。这些防腐剂能够单独使用1种或者将2种以上组合使用。再有,芳香族羧酸与上述(A)成分重复的情况下,优选以不超过上述(A)成分的优选的配合量的方式进行配合。
作为表面活性剂,可列举出高级醇氧化烯加成物、烷基酚氧化烯加成物、脂肪酸氧化烯加成物、多元醇脂肪酸酯氧化烯加成物、高级烷基胺氧化烯加成物等非离子表面活性剂、皂、烷基苯磺酸盐、高级醇硫酸酯盐、聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸盐等阴离子表面活性剂、烷基氨基脂肪酸盐、烷基甜菜碱等两性表面活性剂。这些表面活性剂能够单独使用1种或者将2种以上组合使用。再有,该高级醇氧化烯加成物、烷基酚氧化烯加成物等与上述(D)成分重复的情况下,优选以不超过上述(D)成分的优选的配合量的方式进行配合。
作为螯合剂,可列举出EDTA、NTA、DTPA、HEDTA、TTHA等氨基羧酸系螯合剂;HEDP、NTMP等膦酸系螯合剂。这些螯合剂能够单独使用1种或者将2种以上组合使用。再有,氨基羧酸系螯合剂与上述(A)成分重复的情况下,优选以不超过上述(A)成分的优选的配合量的方式进行配合。
从洗净性、防锈性的观点出发,本实施方式的硬质表面用洗净剂组合物的pH优选为5.0~14.0,更优选为8.0~12.0,特别优选为8.0~11.0。pH不到5.0的情况下,能够用氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、碳酸钠、碳酸钾、三乙醇胺等碱进行调节。pH超过14.0的情况下,能够用盐酸、硫酸、乳酸、甲酸、柠檬酸等酸进行调节。这些pH调节剂能够单独使用1种或者将2种以上组合使用。再有,该三乙醇胺等链烷醇胺化合物与上述(B)成分重复的情况下,优选以不超过上述(B)成分的优选的配合量的方式使用。硬质表面用洗净剂组合物的pH能够采用玻璃电极法等公知的方法测定。
从洗净性、干燥性的观点出发,本实施方式的硬质表面用洗净剂组合物的静态表面张力和动态表面张力优选为20~60mN/m,更优选为20~50mN/m。静态表面张力能够采用威廉密法测定,动态表面张力能够采用最大泡压法测定。
作为成为本实施方式的硬质表面用洗净剂组合物的洗净对象的硬质表面,只要是具有硬质的表面的物质,则并无特别限定,可列举出铁、铝、金、银、铜、铅、钛等金属;石英玻璃、钠玻璃、钾玻璃、硼硅酸玻璃、铅玻璃等玻璃;不锈钢、杜拉铝·钛合金等合金;黄铜、镀锌铁皮等镀敷加工的金属;聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚丙烯、聚碳酸酯、聚酰胺等塑料;陶瓷;大理石、金刚石等矿物等。
本实施方式的硬质表面用洗净剂组合物可直接使用,也可使用将该组合物用水稀释而制备的处理液。就处理液的浓度而言,从洗净性、经济性的观点出发,硬质表面用洗净剂组合物的含量以处理液总量为基准,优选为0.01~50质量%,更优选为0.05~30质量%,进一步优选为0.1~15质量%。
本实施方式中的水能够优选地使用自来水、井水、离子交换水或蒸馏水。
从洗净性、防锈性的观点出发,将硬质表面用洗净剂组合物用水稀释而制备的处理液的pH优选为5.0~14.0,更优选为8.0~12.0,特别优选为8.0~11.0。pH不到5.0的情况下,能够用氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、碳酸钠、碳酸钾、三乙醇胺等碱进行调节。pH超过14.0的情况下,能够用盐酸、硫酸、乳酸、甲酸、柠檬酸等酸进行调节。这些pH调节剂能够单独使用1种或者将2种以上组合使用。再有,该三乙醇胺等链烷醇胺化合物与上述(B)成分重复的情况下,优选以不超过上述(B)成分的优选的配合量的方式使用。处理液的pH能够采用玻璃电极法等公知的方法测定。
从洗净性、干燥性的观点出发,将硬质表面用洗净剂组合物用水稀释而制备的处理液的静态表面张力和动态表面张力优选为20~60mN/m,更优选为20~50mN/m。处理液的静态表面张力能够采用威廉密法测定,动态表面张力能够采用最大泡压法测定。
对使用了本实施方式的硬质表面用洗净剂组合物的洗净方法并无特别限定,优选使用超声波法、喷雾法、冒泡法、桶浸法、浸渍摇动法等施加了物理的操作的洗净方法。
从洗净性、经济性的观点出发,洗净温度优选为5~100℃,更优选10~80℃,特别优选15~80℃。洗净时间能够根据被洗净物的形状·大小、洗净方法、洗净条件适当地设定。
实施例
以下通过实施例对本发明更详细地说明,但本发明并不受这些实施例的任何限制。
(实施例1~15、比较例1~5)
实施例1~15和比较例1~5的硬质表面用洗净剂组合物如表1~4中所示的成分和组成(质量%)那样制备。具体地,在(F)离子交换水中加入成分(A)和成分(B),在实施例15以及比较例2和比较例3的情况下加入成分(E),混合而使其均匀,进而添加成分(C)、成分(D),混合而制备。将得到的实施例1~15和比较例1~5的硬质表面用洗净剂组合物用离子交换水稀释到3质量%,对硬质表面用洗净剂进行调整,供于下述评价试验。
[洗净性评价试验]
使用了市售的切断为50mm×50mm×1mm的冷轧钢板(以下称为SPCC-SB。)作为试验片。用正己烷将试验片表面洗净,作为污染物质涂布0.2g的防锈油(ANTIRUSTP2800JX日矿日石能源株式会社制造),制成了污染试样。
洗净是将实施例1~16和比较例1~5的各硬质表面用洗净剂填充到超声波洗净机(Bransonic B2200日本EMERSON株式会社制造),将硬质表面用洗净剂调温到25℃或60℃后,浸渍污染试样,实施了2分钟超声波处理。然后将试验片提起,在80℃下干燥了30分钟。洗净率根据以下的式子算出。
洗净率(质量%)=[{洗净前的污染试样的重量(g)}-{洗净后的污染试样的重量(g)}]×100/[{洗净前的污染试样的重量(g)}-{试验片的重量(g)}]
[残留液体量评价试验]
使用了SPCC-SB作为试验片。用正己烷将试验片表面洗净,在调温至25℃或60℃的实施例1~15和比较例1~5的各硬质表面用洗净剂中浸渍了1分钟后,将试验片相对于液面垂直地提起,根据以下的式子算出了在试验片表面残留的液量。残留液体量越少,干燥变得越快,因此将残留液体量作为了干燥性的指标。

[抑泡性和消泡性评价试验]
在100ml奈斯勒管中注入50ml调节到规定的温度(25℃或60℃)的实施例1~16和比较例1~5的各硬质表面用洗净剂,用5秒钟以振幅20cm上下振动10次,测定了在水平的台上静置后即刻及静置1分钟后的距离液面的气泡量(mL)。
应予说明,表1~4的聚羧酸Na*1和聚羧酸Na*2使用了以下的化合物。
*1:聚丙烯酸钠、重均分子量6,000。
*2:聚丙烯酸钠、重均分子量20,000。

如表1~3中所示那样,确认了实施例1~15的洗净剂组合物在25℃和60℃的洗净条件下都是残留液体少,液体沥干性优异,并且洗净性、抑泡性和消泡性也优异。
产业上的可利用性
根据本发明,能够提供对于硬质表面即使在常温洗净中液体沥干性也优异、并且具有良好的洗净性、抑泡性和消泡性的洗净剂组合物。由此通过使目前为止在高温下进行的洗净工序常温化,从而不需要洗净浴的加热,能够期待能量成本的削减。
Claims (4)
1.硬质表面用洗净剂组合物,其含有:(A)选自脂肪族单羧酸、聚羧酸和它们的中和盐中的至少一种的羧酸化合物、(B)链烷醇胺化合物和(C)碳数8~50的含有羟基的化合物。
2.权利要求1所述的硬质表面用洗净剂组合物,其中,上述含有羟基的化合物为脂肪族一元醇或由下述通式(1)表示的苯酚衍生物:

3.权利要求1或2所述的硬质表面用洗净剂组合物,其中,还含有(D)二醇醚。
4.权利要求1~3的任一项所述的硬质表面用洗净剂组合物,其中,以上述硬质表面用洗净剂组合物总量为基准,上述羧酸化合物的含量为1~40质量%,上述链烷醇胺化合物的含量为1~60质量%,上述含有羟基的化合物的含量为0.01~5质量%。
