Abstract
本发明公开了一种制造模具的材料,由以下重量份原料构成:环氧树脂为50‑80份,增塑剂20‑50份,铁30‑50份,铝5‑10份,活性剂3‑5份,乳化剂20‑50份,滑石粉10‑20份,甲基丙烯酸甲酯40‑60份,玻璃纤维20‑40份,填料10‑20份,固化剂1‑2份,硅酸钠2‑7份,水30‑50份。本发明的材料质地致密耐氧化,耐高温和耐磨性好,韧性好,制成的模具使用寿命长,而且很强的重塑性,方便重复使用,满足企业的需求,易于推广运用。

技术领域
本发明涉及模具制作领域,具体是一种制造模具的材料。
背景技术
目前,在以环氧树脂为基料制作徽通孔材料的陶瓷压力注浆成型模具时,使用了聚酞胺固化剂。以聚酰胺固化剂固化的环氧树脂,其韧性相当好,但耐热性、耐化学侵蚀性及机械强度等性能均较低,抗折强度差。用胺类固化剂固化的环氧树脂模具材料有较高的耐湿热性、耐化学侵蚀性和机械强度,但韧性较差,在多次交变应力作用下易破裂,影响模具的使用寿命。
现在的用的纯金属制造模具时,为了有很好的硬度,所以需求以铁元素为主要原料,但是投入过大,而且模具在后期回收使用时,不易重塑使用。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种制造模具的材料,具有投入小,重塑性强,而且具有一定的硬度的特点。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种制造模具的材料,由以下重量份原料构成:
环氧树脂为50-80份,增塑剂20-50份,铁30-50份,铝5-10份,活性剂3-5份,乳化剂20-50份,滑石粉10-20份,甲基丙烯酸甲酯40-60份,玻璃纤维20-40份,填料10-20份,固化剂1-2份,硅酸钠2-7份,水30-50份。
优选的,述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸丁苯酯、邻苯二甲酸二甲氧基乙酯、邻苯二甲酸二戊酯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、邻苯二甲酸二庚酯、间苯二甲酸二辛酯、磷酸三乙酯、磷酸三丁酯、磷酸三辛酯、磷酸三苯酯、磷酸三甲酚酯、己二酸二乙酯、己二酸二辛酯、壬二酸二辛酯或癸二酸二辛酯中的任何一种或其混合。
优选的,所述滑石粉为100-300目。
优选的,所述活性剂由乙二胺、二乙烯三胺、十二烷基苯磺酸氨一种或者多种混合制成。
优选的,所述填料为碳酸铝或者碳酸钙的任意一种或两者混合制成。
优选的,所述固化剂采用对羟基苯磺酸或者异氰酸酯。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的材料质地致密耐氧化,耐高温和耐磨性好,韧性好,制成的模具使用寿命长,而且很强的重塑性,方便重复使用,满足企业的需求,易于推广运用。

一种制造模具的材料,由以下重量份原料构成:
环氧树脂为60份,增塑剂30份,铁40份,铝6份,活性剂4份,乳化剂45份,滑石粉10份,甲基丙烯酸甲酯44份,玻璃纤维25份,填料10份,固化剂1份,硅酸钠5份,水50份。
优选的,述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸丁苯酯、邻苯二甲酸二甲氧基乙酯、邻苯二甲酸二戊酯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、邻苯二甲酸二庚酯、间苯二甲酸二辛酯、磷酸三乙酯、磷酸三丁酯、磷酸三辛酯、磷酸三苯酯、磷酸三甲酚酯、己二酸二乙酯、己二酸二辛酯、壬二酸二辛酯或癸二酸二辛酯中的任何一种或其混合。

优选的,述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸丁苯酯、邻苯二甲酸二甲氧基乙酯、邻苯二甲酸二戊酯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、邻苯二甲酸二庚酯、间苯二甲酸二辛酯、磷酸三乙酯、磷酸三丁酯、磷酸三辛酯、磷酸三苯酯、磷酸三甲酚酯、己二酸二乙酯、己二酸二辛酯、壬二酸二辛酯或癸二酸二辛酯中的任何一种或其混合。

优选的,述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸丁苯酯、邻苯二甲酸二甲氧基乙酯、邻苯二甲酸二戊酯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、邻苯二甲酸二庚酯、间苯二甲酸二辛酯、磷酸三乙酯、磷酸三丁酯、磷酸三辛酯、磷酸三苯酯、磷酸三甲酚酯、己二酸二乙酯、己二酸二辛酯、壬二酸二辛酯或癸二酸二辛酯中的任何一种或其混合。

环氧树脂为50-80份,增塑剂20-50份,铁30-50份,铝5-10份,活性剂3-5份,乳化剂20-50份,滑石粉10-20份,甲基丙烯酸甲酯40-60份,玻璃纤维20-40份,填料10-20份,固化剂1-2份,硅酸钠2-7份,水30-50份。
2.根据权利要求1所述制造模具的材料,其特征在于,述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸丁苯酯、邻苯二甲酸二甲氧基乙酯、邻苯二甲酸二戊酯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、邻苯二甲酸二庚酯、间苯二甲酸二辛酯、磷酸三乙酯、磷酸三丁酯、磷酸三辛酯、磷酸三苯酯、磷酸三甲酚酯、己二酸二乙酯、己二酸二辛酯、壬二酸二辛酯或癸二酸二辛酯中的任何一种或其混合。
3.根据权利要求1所述制造模具的材料,其特征在于,所述滑石粉为100-300目。
4.根据权利要求1所述制造模具的材料,其特征在于,所述活性剂由乙二胺、二乙烯三胺、十二烷基苯磺酸氨一种或者多种混合制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述制造模具的材料,其特征在于,所述填料为碳酸铝或者碳酸钙的任意一种或两者混合制成。
6.根据权利要求1所述制造模具的材料,其特征在于,所述固化剂采用对羟基苯磺酸或者异氰酸酯。
