技术领域
本发明涉及一种模具材料,特别涉及一种耐腐蚀树脂基模具材料。
背景技术
随着科学技术的不断提高,模具领域逐渐崛起,模具作为生产行业中必不可少的产品,其市场需求量越来越大,然而现阶段对于一些略带酸性的产品在采用模具制造时,若仍继续采用合金基模具,则较容易腐蚀模具,造成模具损坏,成本大幅增加,因此需要一种耐腐蚀的树脂基模具材料来解决这一问题。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐腐蚀树脂基模具材料,能够使得树脂基模具材料具备有良好的耐腐蚀性能,大幅提高使用寿命。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种耐腐蚀树脂基模具材料,包括如下质量份数的成分:
液态环氧树脂32-36份、固化剂15-25份、黏合剂8-10份、填料16-24份,耐腐蚀助剂12-16份;
所述耐腐蚀助剂由玻璃纤维和白炭黑混合而成,按照质量百分比计算,所述玻璃纤维的含量占64-76%,所述白炭黑的含量占24-36%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述填料为碳酸铝或者碳酸钙的任意一种或两者混合。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述黏合剂为硅酸钠。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,按质量百分比计算,所述耐腐蚀助剂的具体配比为:所述玻璃纤维的含量占70%,所述的含量占30%。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明能够使得树脂基模具材料具备有良好的耐腐蚀性能,大幅提高使用寿命。

一种耐腐蚀树脂基模具材料,包括如下质量份数的成分:
液态环氧树脂36份、固化剂25份、黏合剂8份、填料16份,耐腐蚀助剂16份;
所述耐腐蚀助剂由玻璃纤维和白炭黑混合而成,按照质量百分比计算,所述玻璃纤维的含量占76%,所述白炭黑的含量占24%。
实施例3:
一种耐腐蚀树脂基模具材料,包括如下质量份数的成分:
液态环氧树脂34份、固化剂20份、黏合剂9份、填料20份,耐腐蚀助剂14份;

其中,所述填料为碳酸铝或者碳酸钙的任意一种或两者混合;所述黏合剂为硅酸钠。
区别于现有技术,本发明通过在材料添加耐腐蚀助剂,并优化各成分的配比,能够使得树脂基模具材料具备有良好的耐腐蚀性能,大幅提高使用寿命。

所述耐腐蚀助剂由玻璃纤维和白炭黑混合而成,按照质量百分比计算,所述玻璃纤维的含量占64-76%,所述白炭黑的含量占24-36%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀树脂基模具材料,其特征在于,所述填料为碳酸铝或者碳酸钙的任意一种或两者混合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀树脂基模具材料,其特征在于,所述黏合剂为硅酸钠。
