Abstract

一种仿蜡染面料的生产工艺,依次包括基布表面处理、凹版印刷、高温烘培、冷轧堆染色及皂洗去浮色等工艺步骤,冷轧堆染色工艺包括碱液浸轧、染料涂布及打卷冷堆。本发明利用碳氟类防水剂较强的拒水性能,并通过具有自然冰纹效果与渐变色晕效果的花型版辊,可生产出具有蜡染效果的面料,既保留了原蜡染布料的特色,又可通过对花型布局、色晕效果、冰纹效果、龟裂效果等风格的结合与演变,实现风格多样化;同时可打破染料色彩的局限性,不再局限于靛蓝染料,使面料的色彩更加丰富,艺术表现力得到较大程度提高;可实现大规模工业化生产,具有较高的稳定性与重现性,生产效率高,更加环保,且可以达到较高的耐洗色牢度,耐干湿擦性能好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料,特别是一种仿蜡染面料的生产工艺。
背景技术
蜡染是我国古老的少数民族民间传统纺织印染手工艺,为我国古代三大印花技艺之一。现有工艺是用蜡刀蘸熔蜡绘花于棉布后以蓝靛浸染,既染去蜡,没有被蜡附着的面料就染上了染料的颜色;被蜡附着的面料就没有,布面就呈现出蓝底白花或白底蓝花的多种图案,由于蜡的渗透,颜色会从无到有的过渡效果。同时,在浸染中,作为防染剂的蜡自然龟裂,使布面呈现特殊的“冰纹”,融和自然,尤具魅力。这种蜡染制品的图案与花纹其结构严谨,线条流畅,装饰性与欣赏性很强,具有鲜明的民族风格。
但常规蜡染工艺由于蜡染生产绝大多数工序是纯手工操作,色牢度等各项物性指标水平较低,且较多废水废液的排放,到目前为止,仍然无法用机械化,自动化来代替,作为民间工艺品和艺术品的蜡染,往往一张画稿只制作几张壁挂,甚至于只做一张壁挂。用现代化工业的生产方式来发展蜡染艺术尚未实现大规模产业化。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种仿蜡染面料的生产工艺,既保留了原蜡染布料的特色,又对其艺术效果进行了延伸演变,可实现风格多样化,色彩更加丰富,艺术表现力得到较大程度提高,且可实现大规模工业化生产,具有较高的稳定性与重现性,生产效率高,面料具有良好的理化性能。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种仿蜡染面料的生产工艺,依次包括以下工艺步骤:
①基布表面处理,通过高温烫平将基布表面处理平整均匀;
②凹版印刷,将防染浆料经过凹版印刷至经表面处理后的基布表面;
③高温烘培,对经凹版印刷后的布料进行高温烘焙至防染浆料具有较高的牢度;
④冷轧堆染色,将经高温烘焙后的布料依次进行碱液浸轧、染料涂布及打卷冷堆;
⑤皂洗去浮色。
进一步地,所述基布表面处理工艺中,高温烫平采用150~200℃的高温,毛毯压力1.5~2kgf,车速20~25m/min,综合热处理时间2~4s。
进一步地,所述防染浆料由5~10%的碳氟类防水剂、1~3%的异氰酸酯类交联剂、10~15%的淀粉、0.2~0.6%的有机硅流平剂、0.3~0.7%的聚醚消泡剂、0.2~0.5%的缔合增稠剂、0.1~0.3%的荧光增白剂和水混合配制而成,浆料粘度控制在1000~2500cps之间。
进一步地,所述凹版印刷工艺中,采用电子束雕刻法生产的凹版,压印辊的邵A硬度为70~80度,压印压力3.5~4kgf,车速20~30m/min。
进一步地,所述高温烘培工艺中,烘焙温度160~170℃,时间60~90s。
进一步地,所述碱液浸轧工艺中,浸轧用碱液由0.5~1%的氢氧化钠、0.8~2%的硅酸钠、2~4%的尿素和水混合配制而成;采取两浸两轧的方式,使用油压系统供压的均匀轧车,以2.5~3Kgf压力对布料进行轧液,轧余率50~55%。
进一步地,所述染料涂布工艺中,染料由5~8%的海藻酸钠糊、3~8%的尿素、活性染料和水混合配制而成,浆料粘度控制在8000-15000cps之间,作业张力控制在15~20kgf。
进一步地,所述打卷冷堆工艺中,冷堆时间为16~24h。
进一步地,所述皂洗去浮色工艺中,皂洗温度80~90℃。
由上述对本发明的描述可知,与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
第一,利用碳氟类防水剂较强的拒水性能,达到常规防染剂石蜡所具备的功能;通过平面设计与电子束雕刻凹版技术相结合,可制造出具有自然冰纹效果与渐变色晕效果的花型版辊,并通过对花型布局、色晕效果、冰纹效果、龟裂效果等风格的结合与演变,实现风格多样化,且可达到更细腻更逼真的效果;同时可打破染料色彩的局限性,不再局限于靛蓝染料,使面料的色彩更加丰富,艺术表现力得到较大程度提高;既保留了原蜡染布料的特色,又对其艺术效果进行了延伸演变;
第二,可实现大规模工业化生产,具有较高的稳定性与重现性,生产效率高;
第三,生产过程中废水排放量较少,更加环保;
第四,利用冷染技术,可以达到较高的耐洗色牢度,且耐干湿擦性能好。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例1
本发明的一种仿蜡染面料的生产工艺,依次包括以下工艺步骤:
①基布表面处理,通过高温烫平将基布表面处理平整均匀;基布表面处理直接关系到凹版印刷能否顺利进行,主要涉及到的的是布料的表面平整度,它影响了浆料向布面的渗透程度、印刷效果的清晰度,花型边缘的扩散程度,上浆量、以及印刷的均匀度和平整度。高温烫平采用180℃的高温,毛毯压力1.8kgf,车速23m/min,综合热处理时间3s。
②凹版印刷,将防染浆料经过凹版印刷至经表面处理后的基布表面;所述防染浆料由8%的碳氟类防水剂、2%的异氰酸酯类交联剂、13%的淀粉、0.4%的有机硅流平剂、0.5%的聚醚消泡剂、0.4%的缔合增稠剂、0.2%的荧光增白剂和水混合配制而成。浆料配制过程中,在配料桶中先加入水,然后先向水中加入碳氟类防水剂、异氰酸酯类交联剂、有机硅流平剂、聚醚消泡剂、荧光增白剂搅拌均匀,再加入淀粉搅拌均匀,最后加入缔合增稠剂增稠至1000~2500cps的粘度,静置去泡,备用。所用淀粉作用是作为糊料,在印完烘干后在布面形成轻微的高度凸起,凸起的地方本意是要露出白底,在刮涂的时候由于布面具有一定的张力,处于绷紧状态,刀头和布面之间是压紧的,凸起的位置由于较高,刮涂的时候就能够刮的比较干净,只有很少的染料残留,比较容易洗净,不会使需要露白的位置粘色。所述凹版印刷工艺中,采用电子束雕刻法生产的凹版,压印辊的邵A硬度为70~80度,压印压力3.8kgf,车速25m/min。
③高温烘培,对经凹版印刷后的布料进行高温烘焙至防染浆料具有较高的牢度;烘焙温度165℃,时间75s。
④冷轧堆染色,将经高温烘焙后的布料依次进行碱液浸轧、染料涂布及打卷冷堆;
所述碱液浸轧工艺中,浸轧用碱液由0.8%的氢氧化钠、1.4%的硅酸钠、3%的尿素和水混合配制而成,所用尿素为提高活性染料的渗透性;配制过程中,在配料桶中先加入水,然后加入尿素,开启搅拌机搅拌其溶解后,缓慢加入氢氧化钠,待氢氧化钠完全溶解后,加入硅酸钠直至搅拌均匀,静置去泡,备用。采取两浸两轧的方式来增加稳定性和均匀度,使用油压系统供压的均匀轧车,以2.8Kgf压力对布料进行轧液,轧余率50~55%。
所述染料涂布工艺中,染料由6%的海藻酸钠糊、5%的尿素、适量活性染料和水混合配制而成,所用尿素为提高活性染料的溶解性;配制过程中,先向水中加入尿素,搅拌至完全溶解,然后边搅拌边加入活性染料,加完活性染料后,边搅拌边缓慢加入海藻酸钠糊,加完最后高速搅拌,靠高速的机械剪切力,使浆料增稠至稳定的状态,浆料粘度控制在8000~15000cps之间,作业张力控制在15~20kgf。
所述打卷冷堆工艺中,要保持一定的张力及压紧程度,打卷完后,要在A字架上安装主动转动电机,防止液体自上而下缓慢迁移,外部要用塑料膜封好,防止风干及布边碳酸化。冷堆时间为20h。
⑤皂洗去浮色,皂洗温度85℃,除去没有结合到棉纤维上的浮色及被水解的部分染料。
实施例2
本发明的一种仿蜡染面料的生产工艺,依次包括以下工艺步骤:

①基布表面处理,通过高温烫平将基布表面处理平整均匀;基布表面处理直接关系到凹版印刷能否顺利进行,主要涉及到的的是布料的表面平整度,它影响了浆料向布面的渗透程度、印刷效果的清晰度,花型边缘的扩散程度,上浆量、以及印刷的均匀度和平整度。高温烫平采用200℃的高温,毛毯压力2kgf,车速25m/min,综合热处理时间4s。
②凹版印刷,将防染浆料经过凹版印刷至经表面处理后的基布表面;所述防染浆料由10%的碳氟类防水剂、3%的异氰酸酯类交联剂、15%的淀粉、0.6%的有机硅流平剂、0.7%的聚醚消泡剂、0.5%的缔合增稠剂、0.3%的荧光增白剂和水混合配制而成。浆料配制过程中,在配料桶中先加入水,然后先向水中加入碳氟类防水剂、异氰酸酯类交联剂、有机硅流平剂、聚醚消泡剂、荧光增白剂搅拌均匀,再加入淀粉搅拌均匀,最后加入缔合增稠剂增稠至1000~2500cps的粘度,静置去泡,备用。所用淀粉作用是作为糊料,在印完烘干后在布面形成轻微的高度凸起,凸起的地方本意是要露出白底,在刮涂的时候由于布面具有一定的张力,处于绷紧状态,刀头和布面之间是压紧的,凸起的位置由于较高,刮涂的时候就能够刮的比较干净,只有很少的染料残留,比较容易洗净,不会使需要露白的位置粘色。所述凹版印刷工艺中,采用电子束雕刻法生产的凹版,压印辊的邵A硬度为70~80度,压印压力4kgf,车速30m/min。
③高温烘培,对经凹版印刷后的布料进行高温烘焙至防染浆料具有较高的牢度;烘焙温度170℃,时间90s。
④冷轧堆染色,将经高温烘焙后的布料依次进行碱液浸轧、染料涂布及打卷冷堆;
所述碱液浸轧工艺中,浸轧用碱液由1%的氢氧化钠、2%的硅酸钠、4%的尿素和水混合配制而成,所用尿素为提高活性染料的渗透性;配制过程中,在配料桶中先加入水,然后加入尿素,开启搅拌机搅拌其溶解后,缓慢加入氢氧化钠,待氢氧化钠完全溶解后,加入硅酸钠直至搅拌均匀,静置去泡,备用。采取两浸两轧的方式来增加稳定性和均匀度,使用油压系统供压的均匀轧车,以3Kgf压力对布料进行轧液,轧余率50~55%。
所述染料涂布工艺中,染料由8%的海藻酸钠糊、8%的尿素、适量活性染料和水混合配制而成,所用尿素为提高活性染料的溶解性;配制过程中,先向水中加入尿素,搅拌至完全溶解,然后边搅拌边加入活性染料,加完活性染料后,边搅拌边缓慢加入海藻酸钠糊,加完最后高速搅拌,靠高速的机械剪切力,使浆料增稠至稳定的状态,浆料粘度控制在8000~15000cps之间,作业张力控制在15~20kgf。
所述打卷冷堆工艺中,要保持一定的张力及压紧程度,打卷完后,要在A字架上安装主动转动电机,防止液体自上而下缓慢迁移,外部要用塑料膜封好,防止风干及布边碳酸化。冷堆时间为24h。
⑤皂洗去浮色,皂洗温度90℃,除去没有结合到棉纤维上的浮色及被水解的部分染料。
上述仅为本发明的三个具体实施方式,但本发明的设计构思并不局限于此,凡利用此构思对本发明进行非实质性的改动,均应属于侵犯本发明保护范围的行为。

Claims (8)

1.一种仿蜡染面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:依次包括以下工艺步骤:
①基布表面处理,通过高温烫平将基布表面处理平整均匀;
②凹版印刷,将防染浆料经过凹版印刷至经表面处理后的基布表面;
③高温烘培,对经凹版印刷后的布料进行高温烘焙至防染浆料具有较高的牢度;
④冷轧堆染色,将经高温烘焙后的布料依次进行碱液浸轧、染料涂布及打卷冷堆;
⑤皂洗去浮色;
所述防染浆料由5~10%的碳氟类防水剂、1~3%的异氰酸酯类交联剂、10~15%的淀粉、0.2~0.6%的有机硅流平剂、0.3~0.7%的聚醚消泡剂、0.2~0.5%的缔合增稠剂、0.1~0.3%的荧光增白剂和水混合配制而成,浆料粘度控制在1000~2500cps之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种仿蜡染面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述基布表面处理工艺中,高温烫平采用150~200℃的高温,毛毯压力1.5~2kgf,车速20~25m/min,综合热处理时间2~4s。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种仿蜡染面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述凹版印刷工艺中,采用电子束雕刻法生产的凹版,压印辊的邵A硬度为70~80度,压印压力3.5~4kgf,车速20~30m/min。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种仿蜡染面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述高温烘培工艺中,烘焙温度160~170℃,时间60~90s。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种仿蜡染面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述碱液浸轧工艺中,浸轧用碱液由0.5~1%的氢氧化钠、0.8~2%的硅酸钠、2~4%的尿素和水混合配制而成;采取两浸两轧的方式,使用油压系统供压的均匀轧车,以2.5~3Kgf压力对布料进行轧液,轧余率50~55%。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种仿蜡染面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述染料涂布工艺中,染料由5~8%的海藻酸钠糊、3~8%的尿素、活性染料和水混合配制而成,浆料粘度控制在8000~15000cps之间,作业张力控制在15~20kgf。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种仿蜡染面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述打卷冷堆工艺中,冷堆时间为16~24h。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种仿蜡染面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述皂洗去浮色工艺中,皂洗温度80~90℃。
