The alum can react with the baking soda to generate aluminum hydroxide, and the aluminum hydroxide can neutralize gastric acid by using the alkalinity of the aluminum hydroxide, so that the problem of excessive gastric acid secretion is reduced, and the stomach pain is relieved. Meanwhile, the alum has the bacteriostatic effect and can inhibit the growth of helicobacter pylori, so that the symptom of stomachache is relieved. The baking soda also has the effect of neutralizing gastric acid, and further inhibits gastric acid secretion. But the alum has slight toxicity, the liquorice can detoxify and reduce the toxicity and side effect of the stomach nourishing paste, and meanwhile, the liquorice has the similar adrenocortical hormone-like effect and has the inhibition effect on hyperacidity caused by histamine; it also has antacid and spasmodic effects on smooth muscle of stomach and intestine. Therefore, it can further alleviate the symptoms of gastric discomfort. Meanwhile, the sodium bicarbonate can generate carbon dioxide after the reaction of a human body and acid, and the carbon dioxide stimulates gastric mucosa to trigger excessive gastric acid secretion. The added honey can form a protective layer on gastric mucosa and prevent the stimulation of carbon dioxide on the gastric mucosa. The kudzu root, the tuckahoe and the like can also interact with the raw materials to relieve the side effect of a single medicament, and simultaneously play a role in treating stomach diseases or relieving stomach discomfort. The synergistic effect of the raw materials can play the effect of the traditional Chinese medicine, simultaneously reduce the toxic and side effects of other medicines, increase the treatment effect of other medicines, and relieve and even treat various stomach symptoms or stomach diseases through the interaction of various raw materials.

Meanwhile, the repair of gastric mucosa is promoted, and the damage of gastric acid to mucosa is reduced.
Further preferably, the plurality of raw materials further comprise 0.8-1.2 parts of dandelion. Taraxacum mongolicum hand-Mazz (Taraxacum mongolicum hand.) Taraxacum Mongolicum hand-Mazz (Taraxacum mongolicum hand-Mazz.) Compositae, Taraxacum perennial herb. The dandelion plant contains various health nutritional components such as taraxol, taraxacin, choline, organic acid, inulin, etc., and can be used for treating gastritis, toxic heat, toothache, and conjunctival congestion. The invention is mainly used for sterilizing and diminishing inflammation, relieving stomach pain and protecting gastric mucosa in the embodiment of the invention.
The invention also provides a method for preparing the stomach nourishing paste, which comprises the following steps:
s1, decocting;
according to the weight portion, 1-2 portions of kudzuvine root, 0.5-1.5 portions of tuckahoe and 0.8-1.2 portions of liquorice are respectively crushed into blocks, so that the subsequent extraction of solvent-water to dissolve the effective components in the raw materials is facilitated, and the extraction efficiency and the extraction speed are further improved. Then mixing the crushed raw materials with 120 parts of 100-85 parts of water, and decocting for 2-3 hours at the temperature of 60-85 ℃. Heating is carried out, the dissolving efficiency of the effective components in water is improved, and the extraction speed is accelerated. However, the active ingredient may contain a heat-sensitive substance, and extraction is performed at a medium temperature in order to prevent the heat-sensitive substance from being deteriorated at a high temperature.
It should be noted that the decoction of the kudzu root, the tuckahoe and the liquorice can be carried out after three raw materials are mixed, or 3 raw materials are respectively decocted and then mixed together, and the types and the quantities of the substances extracted by the two decoction modes are basically consistent, so the treatment effects are consistent.
Further preferably, the three raw materials are extracted for a plurality of times to ensure the extraction effect, and preferably, the extraction times are 2-3 times.
Preferably, the decoction obtained by decocting the three raw materials is concentrated by 1/4-1/6 times of the total amount of the decoction. The decoction is concentrated to ensure the content of effective components in the decoction of radix puerariae, poria cocos and liquorice, so that the curative effect of the stomach nourishing paste is improved.
S2, mixing;
mixing 0.5-0.8 part of alum, water and the concentrated solution at 40-60 ℃, wherein the specific mixing mode is to dissolve the alum in the water and then mix the concentrated solution. As the alum is solid, the alum must be dissolved firstly, and then the alum is mixed with the concentrated solution to obtain the mixed solution. Or mixing Alumen with the concentrated solution and mixing with water. Because alum is easy to hydrolyze to obtain aluminum ions after being dissolved in water, the aluminum ions and water form colloidal strong aluminum oxide, and the aluminum hydroxide colloid has strong adsorption capacity, is easy to adsorb suspended substances in water and forms precipitates. The concentrated solution may contain some water-insoluble active ingredients, or active substances which are dissolved out with the temperature being lowered and are partially soluble in water but not high in solubility. If the alum is mixed with the concentrated solution, the alum easily causes insoluble substances in the concentrated solution to settle, and the effective components in the concentrated solution are damaged. If the alum is mixed with the water and then mixed with the concentrated solution, the alum is dissolved in the water firstly to precipitate impurities possibly contained in the water, so that the subsequent effect of the alum and the effective components in the concentrated solution is reduced, and the content of the effective components in the whole mixed solution is ensured.
Then mixing the mixed solution with 15-25 parts of honey, and then adding baking soda in batches. The honey is not easy to be mixed with other substances uniformly due to the large viscosity. If the honey is mixed with other substances, uneven mixing is easily caused, and the effect of the stomach nourishing paste is further reduced. The water has high fluidity, and can be easily mixed with honey. Meanwhile, the baking soda and the alum are mixed and then react to generate carbon dioxide, so that the mixed solution generates a large amount of bubbles, and the uniform mixing of the baking soda is not facilitated, therefore, the baking soda is added in batches, and the uniform mixing of all the raw materials is ensured. The viscosity of the mixture of honey and water is reduced compared with that of honey, but the viscosity is still high on the whole, the baking soda added in batches can only be uniformly mixed with the mixture on the upper layer, meanwhile, a large amount of bubbles are generated, in order to ensure the treatment effect of the stomach nourishing paste, the uniformly mixed liquid on the upper layer is transferred to another container, then the baking soda is added, and then stirring and transferring are carried out. The liquid after multiple transfers also needs to be stirred continuously after being mixed, and the uniform mixing of all the substances is ensured.
Further, the baking soda is added in portions by adding 0.015 to 0.03 part of baking soda to the honey and mixed solution and stirring, at which time a large amount of bubbles are generated, transferring the upper layer liquid to another storage container along with the bubbles, then adding 0.015 to 0.03 part of baking soda and repeating the above steps. The mixture of the upper layer liquid in the storage vessel was stirred until the bubble was small, and natural cooling was performed. Furthermore, the whole heating process lasts for 1-3 hours, the heating time can evenly mix the alum, the water, the concentrated solution, the honey and the baking soda, and simultaneously, the content of effective components contained in the stomach nourishing paste is ensured, and the effect is optimal.
The stomach nourishing paste provided by the invention can effectively regulate stomach function, promote normal gastric acid secretion, inhibit growth of pathogenic bacteria and improve human immunity by using honey as a basic substance. Meanwhile, through the interaction of honey, alum, sodium bicarbonate, kudzu root, tuckahoe and liquorice, the gastric acid secretion is regulated, gastric mucosa is protected, gastrointestinal peristalsis is promoted, and the stomach is protected. Meanwhile, the mutual action of the raw materials can offset the toxic and side effects of the raw materials or other raw materials, reduce the adverse symptoms after the stomach nourishing paste is taken, and reduce the occurrence probability of the adverse symptoms.

Experimental example 1
The test tube two-fold dilution method was used to perform the in vitro helicobacter pylori inhibition test in examples 1 to 5.
Culture medium: brucella broth: according to the newly compiled culture manual for bacterial examination [ Dupinghua, Lvwen and the newly compiled culture manual for bacterial examination [ M ]. Qingdao; ocean university Press, 1994,106 ]. After Skirrow culture medium is sterilized, TMP antibacterial mixed liquor is added: TMP (sulfa synergist) 5mg, vancomycin 10mg, polymyxin mu and cefuroxime 15 mg.
Separating and culturing helicobacter pylori: uniformly coating gastric mucosa tissue on the prepared Skirrow double discs, and placing the Skirrow double discs in a microaerobic environment at 37 ℃ (adding a catalyst into the German bio-meerieux generdox to form a microaerobic environment with 5% -8% CO2,33.6%H2O). After incubation for 48 hours, the shape, characteristics, color and biochemical reaction of the colony are observed, and a rapid urease experiment is simultaneously carried out.
Preparing bacterial liquid: enriching the identified helicobacter pylori with Brookfield broth for 48 hours, and diluting with 10% glucose solution to 10%-5(about 1000 bacteria per ml).
Preparing a liquid medicine: 10g of the stomach nourishing paste of example 1 to example 5 was weighed out and mixed with 50ml of water to be dissolved, and then transferred to a 100ml volumetric flask, and the volume was determined (1 g of the drug per ml). Sterilizing for 20 minutes for later use.
The method comprises the following steps: 13 sterile test tubes are taken in each group, 1ml of Brookfield broth is added into each test tube, and the liquid medicine of the embodiment is added into the first test tube1ml, sucking 1ml after mixing, adding into a second tube, diluting to a twelfth tube in the same way, taking 1ml from the twelfth tube as a blank control, and adding a bacterium solution 10 into each tube-40.1ml (about 1000 bacteria), mixing, placing in 37 ℃ micro oxygen environment to culture 48 hours, and observing the results. The turbidity of the liquid indicates the presence of bacteria; the liquid is clear, and the liquid still can be clear after shaking up and can grow aseptically. The concentration for sterile growth is the lowest drug concentration. And sequentially taking 1ml of each tube without bacterial growth, adding the tubes into a double-disc, injecting Skirrow culture medium, shaking up, placing the tubes in a microaerobic environment at 37 ℃ for culturing for 72 hours, and observing whether bacteria grow or not, wherein the concentration of the drug with the minimum dilution with the colony count of less than 5 on a plate is the minimum bactericidal concentration. Specific results are shown in table 1.
