Abstract

本发明涉及碳滑条技术领域,更具体而言,涉及一种碳滑条镀铜方法;该方法可以更方便有效的使碳滑条不需要镀铜的一侧在镀铜时被隔离开;在碳滑条不需要镀铜的一侧直接均匀涂刷一层聚乙烯或者是先贴上纸胶带,然后在纸胶带表面涂刷一层聚乙烯,待其凝固后放入镀铜池中镀铜,在镀铜结束后,可以将固体聚乙烯用铲子铲除后放入聚乙烯加热池中或者是直接加热碳滑条使聚乙烯熔化,这些聚乙烯都可以循环使用,且在除去聚乙烯后,撕下的纸胶带也可以重复使用。节省了大量时间、人工成本,避免了后期打磨,减轻工作人员的劳动强度,且聚乙烯是无毒的,可以循环使用,节省成本的同时对员工身体安全也有更多的保障。本发明主要应用在碳滑条镀铜方面。

一种碳滑条的镀铜方法
技术领域
本发明涉及碳滑条技术领域,更具体而言,涉及一种碳滑条的镀铜方法,该方法可以更方便有效的使碳滑条不需要镀铜的一侧在镀铜时被隔离开。
背景技术
碳滑条镀铜以后具有良好的耐弧性、抗冲击性和导电性等优点,但是碳滑条并不是进行整块镀铜的,所以镀铜时碳滑条不需要镀铜的部分需要隔离。现有的碳滑条镀铜隔离方法是给碳滑条不需要镀铜的一侧用塑料胶带纸全部粘贴起来,然后放到镀铜液体中进行镀铜。这样的方法既浪费时间,也浪费人工成本。后期镀铜结束后,胶带纸的清理也是一个浪费时间和人工的过程,而且由于残余粘胶留在碳滑条上,后期还需要工人耗费大量的时间和精力进行清除和打磨。因此,有必要对其进行改进。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中所存在的缺陷,本发明提供一种更方便有效的碳滑条镀铜方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种碳滑条的镀铜方法,首先在碳滑条不需要镀铜的一侧均匀涂刷一层聚乙烯,待其凝固后放入镀铜池中,镀铜结束后去除聚乙烯,完成碳滑条的镀铜。
优选地,镀铜结束后使用铲子铲除固体的聚乙烯,然后放入聚乙烯加热池循环使用。
优选地,镀铜结束后加热碳滑条,使聚乙烯熔化,收集熔化的聚乙烯循环使用。
一种碳滑条的镀铜方法,首先在碳滑条不需要镀铜的一侧贴上纸胶带,然后在纸胶带表面涂刷一层聚乙烯,待其凝固后放入镀铜池中。
优选地,镀铜结束后使用铲子铲除固体的聚乙烯,然后放入聚乙烯加热池循环使用,纸胶带去除后重复使用。
优选地,镀铜结束后加热碳滑条,使聚乙烯熔化,收集熔化的聚乙烯循环使用,去除聚乙烯后冷却,撕下纸胶带重复利用。
优选地,所述纸胶带采用耐温胶带,所述聚乙烯选用低密度聚乙烯。
优选地,所述纸胶带的耐温温度大于聚乙烯的熔点。
与现有技术相比,本发明所具有的有益效果为:
本发明中在碳滑条不需要镀铜的一侧直接均匀涂刷一层聚乙烯或者是先贴上纸胶带,然后在纸胶带表面涂刷一层聚乙烯,待其凝固后放入镀铜池中镀铜。在镀铜结束后,可以将固体聚乙烯用铲子铲除后放入聚乙烯加热池中或者是直接加热碳滑条使聚乙烯熔化,这些聚乙烯都可以循环使用,且在除去聚乙烯后,撕下的纸胶带也可以重复使用。节省了大量时间、人工成本,避免了后期打磨,减轻工作人员的劳动强度,且聚乙烯无毒,不与镀铜池内的原料进行反应,可以循环使用,节省成本的同时对员工身体安全也有更多的保障。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
首先在碳滑条不需要镀铜的一侧均匀涂刷一层聚乙烯,待其凝固后放入镀铜池中。镀铜结束后用铲子铲除固体聚乙烯,然后放入聚乙烯加热池循环使用,或者在镀铜结束后加热碳滑条,使聚乙烯熔化,收集熔化的聚乙烯同样可以循环使用。
优选地,还可以在碳滑条不需要镀铜的一侧贴上纸胶带,然后在纸胶带表面涂刷一层聚乙烯,待其凝固后放入镀铜池中。镀铜结束后用铲子铲除固体的聚乙烯,然后放入聚乙烯加热池循环使用,纸胶带去除后重复使用,或者在镀铜结束后加热碳滑条,使聚乙烯熔化,收集熔化的聚乙烯循环使用,去除聚乙烯后冷却,撕下纸胶带重复利用。
由于镀铜池内的温度一般为20℃,液体呈酸性,容易腐蚀,聚乙烯不与其发生反应,较为稳定,因此,采用聚乙烯隔离更为方便有效,且聚乙烯无毒,对人员也更为安全,纸胶带性能良好,撕下后不会有残胶。当采用纸胶带与聚乙烯配合进行镀铜时,纸胶带采用耐温胶带,耐温不小于110℃,如中国台湾和纸胶带,聚乙烯选用低密度聚乙烯,熔点为100℃,镀铜结束后加热温度为105℃,熔化聚乙烯后撕去纸胶带即可,且聚乙烯与纸胶带均可重复使用,降低成本,方便快捷。
上面仅对本发明的较佳实施例作了详细说明,但是本发明并不限于上述实施例,在本领域普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下作出各种变化,各种变化均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种碳滑条的镀铜方法,其特征在于:首先在碳滑条不需要镀铜的一侧均匀涂刷一层聚乙烯,待其凝固后放入镀铜池中,镀铜结束后去除聚乙烯,完成碳滑条的镀铜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种碳滑条的镀铜方法,其特征在于:镀铜结束后使用铲子铲除固体的聚乙烯,然后放入聚乙烯加热池循环使用。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种碳滑条的镀铜方法,其特征在于:镀铜结束后加热碳滑条,使聚乙烯熔化,收集熔化的聚乙烯循环使用。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种碳滑条的镀铜方法,其特征在于:首先在碳滑条不需要镀铜的一侧贴上纸胶带,然后在纸胶带表面涂刷一层聚乙烯,待其凝固后放入镀铜池中。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种碳滑条的镀铜方法,其特征在于:镀铜结束后使用铲子铲除固体的聚乙烯,然后放入聚乙烯加热池循环使用,纸胶带去除后重复使用。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种碳滑条的镀铜方法,其特征在于:镀铜结束后加热碳滑条,使聚乙烯熔化,收集熔化的聚乙烯循环使用,去除聚乙烯后冷却,撕下纸胶带重复利用。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种碳滑条的镀铜方法,其特征在于:所述纸胶带采用耐温胶带,所述聚乙烯选用低密度聚乙烯。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种碳滑条的镀铜方法,其特征在于:所述纸胶带的耐温温度大于聚乙烯的熔点。
