Abstract

Description

技术领域
本公开的实施例总体涉及商用飞行器,更具体地涉及商用飞行器中的厨房。
背景技术
商用飞行器的“厨房”指的是被飞行乘务员用来为乘客准备食物和饮品的结构。由于空间和重量的约束,这些结构在它们的构建和布置的所有方面都非常有序且高效。在厨房的设计中一个重要的考虑因素是组成厨房的各种设备或“嵌件(insert)”的布置。嵌件可以是任意耗电品(power consumer),诸如咖啡器具、烤箱、废物压缩机、冷藏库或可以在厨房区域内找到的任意其他电气器具。习惯上,飞行器的厨房被配置为满足飞行器的要求,然后嵌件按照空间和电力可用性许可被合并到厨房内,这可能导致嵌件被放置到厨房中时空间和重量的低效使用,经常得不到令人满意的结果。而且,在厨房已经被安装到飞机内之后安置到厨房内的嵌件经常导致对厨房的安装和改造成为问题。
发明内容
本发明是针对飞行器厨房的新概念,其中厨房的组件或嵌件,还有嵌件位置与结构或框架完全形成一体,以作为单一的、高效的系统来操作。也就是说,在将厨房安装到飞行器内之前,各种组件被设计到厨房架构内。这导致了比传统厨房更智能地布置且更轻的厨房,并且具有更大的空间效率,因为消除了在常规厨房内建立的多余的壁、结构和空气间隙。而且,本发明带来对各种组件的简化的命令和控制,并且导致更好的可配置性和模块化。此外,操作(诸如配电)可以通过使用本发明被更加高效地控制。

图4图示说明服务模块的分解的前视图,其显示了为了该特定目的而优化的在专门设计的隔舱24处的烤箱模块20和冷藏库模块22。烤箱模块20和冷藏库模块22与为每个烤箱和冷藏库组件设计的人机接口(HMI)26无缝地工作。HMI或智能导航栏可以被用于通过用于设备的容易操作的触摸屏控件和/或显示器来控制厨房10内所有各种厨房嵌件、照明灯的操作。智能导航栏26被优选地放置在服务模块14的上部前边缘上,以便飞行乘务员容易触及及操作。智能导航栏26通过总线(未示出)被连接到各种供电组件,使得每个组件可以被飞行乘务员通过智能导航栏26单独地控制。通过将所有元件集成到服务模块14内,烤箱和冷藏库,还有照明、酿造装置和其他电气设备的控制都可以从单个位置被方便地控制。每个烤箱模块22被烤箱门28封闭,同时冷藏库模块22被冷藏库门30覆盖。
服务模块14由预成型的烤箱和冷藏库隔舱24形成,其中预成型的烤箱和冷藏库隔舱24针对将在飞行器上使用的每个烤箱或冷藏库来特别地设计并且设置尺寸,并且在设计中也包括用于电子设备、通风、冷却等的必要的通道、导管、布线等等。通过使用共同的壁来创建必要的围护结构(enclosure)同时消除过多的重量,以形成每个隔舱24以便使浪费的空间最小。图5图示说明服务模块14的横截面图,其包括在烤箱隔舱32内的烤箱模块。烤箱隔舱32被绝热围护壁34限定,并且烤箱模块20包括壁后面的热密封件36,以防止热量通过服务模块背面逸散。智能导航栏26被固定在隔舱32的顶部上,并且在服务模块内形成的通风通道38,用于带走烤箱产生的热量。集成的电力和控制单元40位于在服务模块隔舱的背面以控制厨房的配电,如下阐述。
可以看到的是,由于为特定器具需要设计的专门设计的隔舱,存在非常小的浪费的空间。HMI 26与控制器40和烤箱模块20一起工作以用作烤箱的控制中心。烤箱模块20接收来自HMI 26和控制单元40的命令,来执行必要的功能以操作烤箱(或其他嵌件)。
厨房电力和控制单元(GPAC)42控制厨房的电力系统,并且提供必要的电力共享以操作整个厨房10。因为在飞行器上电力是有限的,所以GPAC42有必要确保电力以应该发生的优先级被分配到每个电力客户。嵌件电力和控制(“IPAC”)单元40控制组件(诸如加热和冷却元件、咖啡机、废物压缩机等等)的功能。每个嵌件可以包括单独的IPAC40,或厨房10可以具有控制所有嵌件的单个IPAC40。同样地,HMI 26为飞行乘务员提供访问控制,并且可以是共享的(智能导航栏)或单独的组件。图6提供了厨房电力和控制系统的示例方框图。
从图6的方框图可以看到,每个厨房隔舱接收来自AC分配50的电力和来自GPAC42的控制。而且,每个隔舱24包括HMI 26和GAIN模块20、22,其可以是烤箱、冷藏库等等。IPAC的数量可以根据特定的厨房和飞行器的需要而定制,因此,对于每个厨房不限制IPAC40的数量。GPAC42也可以控制照明52、厨房通信总线54和厨房的其他功能,并且从AC分配单元接收它的电力。GPAC42。
从图中可知,GPAC42控制厨房系统,而IPAC40控制组件(诸如加热和冷却元件)的功能。IPAC可以是所有GAIN类型的公共部分。人机接口26给使用者提供访问控制,并且也可以是公共部分。当以前述方式布置时,本发明通过减少在常见的厨房架构中建立的多余的壁、结构和空气间隙来提供轻质、空间高效的厨房。命令和控制被简化且模块化提供更好的可配置性,其中厨房服务模块的所有的单独组件被布置以便作为一个系统操作。当每个隔舱被特别设计用于每个指定的GAIN时,由于不需要浪费空间以容纳GAIN,所以可以节省空间。
根据前文所述,将会明显的是,虽然本发明的特定形式已经被图示说明和描述,但是可以在不脱离本发明的精神和范围的情况下进行各种修改。因此,本文并不意图限制本发明,而是意在将本领域的技术人员之一将会认识到的所有修改和替换都包括在本发明的范围之内。
Claims (15)
1.一种一体式飞行器厨房结构,包括:
包括用于服务推车的存储区域的底部部分;
包括第二存储区域的上部部分;和
服务模块,其在所述上部部分和所述底部部分之间,所述服务模块包括
多个厨房嵌件,每个厨房嵌件需要配电,
多个隔舱,在所述服务模块内形成并且尺寸被设置成接纳所述多个厨房嵌件,
人机接口,用于控制所述多个厨房嵌件,所述人机接口是沿着所述多个厨房嵌件延伸的栏的形式,
至少一个嵌件电力和控制单元,用于控制所述多个厨房嵌件中的每个厨房嵌件的至少一个功能,以及
厨房电力和控制单元,用于向所述至少一个嵌件电力和控制单元分配电力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一体式飞行器厨房结构,进一步包括在所述服务模块后面的冷却面板,所述冷却面板包括用于限制热量散布越过所述冷却面板的罩。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一体式飞行器厨房结构,其中每个厨房嵌件被永久地固定在其相关的隔舱内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一体式飞行器厨房结构,其中所述多个厨房嵌件包括至少一个烤箱。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一体式飞行器厨房结构,其中具有烤箱的每个隔舱包括在所述隔舱内形成的通风口。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一体式飞行器厨房结构,其中具有烤箱的每个隔舱包括绝热壁。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一体式飞行器厨房结构,其中具有烤箱的每个隔舱包括在相应隔舱的所述厨房嵌件处的热密封件。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一体式飞行器厨房结构,其中所述多个厨房嵌件包括至少一个冷藏库单元。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一体式飞行器厨房结构,进一步包括与所述冷藏库单元相关的所述厨房嵌件中的热交换器。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一体式飞行器厨房结构,其中所述人机接口还包括至少一个照明控件。
11.根据权利要求1所述的一体式飞行器厨房结构,其中所述人机接口包括触摸屏控制接口。
12.根据权利要求1所述的一体式飞行器厨房结构,其中所述人机接口沿着所述服务模块的上前边缘延伸。
13.根据权利要求1所述的一体式飞行器厨房结构,还包括用于向所述至少一个嵌件电力和控制单元分配电力的AC分配单元。
14.根据权利要求1所述的一体式飞行器厨房结构,其中所述厨房电力和控制单元以指定的优先级向所述多个厨房嵌件中的每个厨房嵌件分配电力。
15.根据权利要求1所述的一体式飞行器厨房结构,其中所述至少一个嵌件电力和控制单元包括多个嵌件电力和控制单元,每个嵌件电力和控制单元被配置为控制所述多个厨房嵌件中的相应厨房嵌件的至少一个相应功能。
