Background

However, the positions of the nameplates on the distribution box are different due to the manual press-fitting of the nameplates, the nameplates are easy to fall off due to the fact that the press-fitted nameplates are fixed loosely, labor intensity of workers is high, and press-fitting efficiency is very low.

a nameplate press-mounting machine of a distribution box comprises a rack, and a feeding mechanism, a press-mounting mechanism, a positioning mechanism and a control mechanism which are arranged on the rack, wherein the feeding mechanism comprises a feeding turntable with a plurality of stations, a material storage tank for storing nameplates is arranged on each station, the material storage tank is detachably connected with each station, and a visual detection mechanism for detecting the direction of the nameplate is arranged on one side of the feeding turntable; the feeding mechanism is arranged on one side of the feeding turntable and comprises a mounting plate, a stand column, a turnover cylinder, a feeding clamping jaw, a rotating arm and a rotating cylinder for driving the rotating arm to rotate horizontally, the mounting plate is erected above the rack through the stand column, the rotating cylinder is arranged on one side surface of the mounting plate, the output end of the rotating cylinder is connected with the rotating arm, the turnover cylinder is arranged at one end of the rotating arm, the output end of the turnover cylinder is connected with the feeding clamping jaw and can drive the feeding clamping jaw to turn over for 180 degrees, and the other end of the rotating arm is provided with a balance weight; the press-mounting mechanism comprises a press-mounting machine, a press-mounting head arranged at the lower end of the press-mounting machine, a fixed block and a sliding block, the fixed block is arranged on the other side surface of the mounting plate, a longitudinal sliding rail is arranged on the fixed block, the sliding block is arranged on the longitudinal sliding rail and can slide up and down along the extending direction of the longitudinal sliding rail, and the press-mounting machine is fixed with the sliding block through an L-shaped connecting plate; the positioning mechanism is arranged on the rack below the press-mounting machine and comprises a feeding guide rail and a positioning frame for feeding and fixing the distribution box; the control mechanism comprises a control box and a control pedal, and the control box is respectively electrically connected with the control pedal, the visual detection mechanism, the rotary cylinder, the overturning cylinder and the press-mounting machine.

Detailed Description
In order to make the technical means, the creation characteristics, the achievement purposes and the effects of the invention easy to understand, the invention is further explained by combining the specific embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the nameplate press-mounting machine for the distribution box includes a frame 10, and a feeding mechanism 20, a feeding mechanism, a press-mounting mechanism, a positioning mechanism and a control mechanism which are arranged on the frame 10. The bottom of the frame 10 is provided with shock absorption legs. The feeding mechanism 20 comprises a feed turntable 22 with several stations 21. The station 21 is provided with a storage tank 23 for containing a nameplate, and the storage tank 23 is detachably connected with the station 21. One side of the feeding turntable 22 is provided with a visual detection mechanism 30 for detecting the direction of the nameplate. The feeding mechanism is arranged on one side of the feeding turntable 22 and comprises a mounting plate 41, a vertical column 42, a turnover cylinder 43, a feeding clamping jaw 44, a rotating arm 45 and a rotating cylinder 46 for driving the rotating arm 45 to rotate horizontally, and the rotating cylinder 46 is connected with the mounting plate 41 through a connecting block. The mounting plate 41 is mounted above the frame 10 via a column 42, and a rotary cylinder 46 is provided on one side surface of the mounting plate 41. The output of the rotary cylinder 46 is connected to the rotary arm 45. The overturning cylinder 43 is arranged at one end of the rotating arm 45, the output end of the overturning cylinder 43 is connected with the feeding clamping jaw 44 and can drive the feeding clamping jaw 44 to overturn for 180 degrees, and the other end of the rotating arm 45 is provided with a balance weight 47. The press-fitting mechanism comprises a press-fitting machine 51, a press-fitting head 52 arranged at the lower end of the press-fitting machine 51, a fixed block 53 and a slide block. The fixing block 53 is provided on the other side surface of the mounting plate 41. The fixed block 53 is provided with a longitudinal slide rail, and the slide block is arranged on the longitudinal slide rail and can slide up and down along the extending direction of the longitudinal slide rail. The press-fitting machine 51 is fixed to the slider by an L-shaped connecting plate 54. The positioning mechanism is arranged on the frame 10 below the press-fitting machine 51 and comprises a feeding guide rail 61 and a positioning frame 62 for feeding and fixing the distribution box 100. The control mechanism comprises a control box 71 and a control pedal 72, wherein the control box 71 is electrically connected with the control pedal 72, the visual detection mechanism 30, the rotary air cylinder 46, the overturning air cylinder 43 and the press machine 51 respectively.
The storage tank 23 is inserted on the station 21, and the bottom of the storage tank 23 is provided with an inserting rod 24. The station 21 is provided with a jack adapted to the insert rod 24, and the insert rod 24 is inserted into the jack and can move up and down in the jack. The top end of the groove wall of the storage groove 23 is provided with a plurality of notches 25. In the using process of the invention, the nameplates are put into the storage tanks 23 to wait for feeding, and a plurality of nameplates can be placed in one storage tank 23. The matched storage slot 23 can be selected according to the specification size and shape of the nameplate, and the inserted rod 24 is inserted into the insertion hole. The top end of the lifting supporting claw 81 is provided with a claw groove adapted to the inserted rod 24, and the claw diameter of the claw groove is larger than the diameter of the inserted rod and smaller than the caliber of the bottom of the storage tank 23. The lifting cylinder 84 lifts the lifting pawl 81 to lift the hopper 23 for feeding.
The frame 10 is also provided with an indexing driving mechanism 26 and a locking mechanism 27 for driving and controlling the feeding turntable 22 to rotate, and one side of the visual detection mechanism 30 is provided with a photoelectric switch 31 and a proximity sensor 32. The feeding turntable 22 is driven to rotate by the indexing driving mechanism 26 and is matched with the locking mechanism 27 for automatic feeding.
The visual detection mechanism 30 includes a visual sensor 33 and a sensor holder 34, and the visual sensor 33 is provided on the sensor holder 34.
One side of the feeding turntable 22 is further provided with a lifting mechanism for lifting the storage chute 23, and the lifting mechanism comprises a lifting supporting claw 81, a drag chain 82, a dragging plate 83 and a lifting cylinder 84 capable of lifting. The drag chain 82 is arranged on the frame 10 through the drag plate 83, the lifting cylinder 84 is connected with the drag chain 82, and the lifting support claw 81 is connected with the output end of the lifting cylinder 84.
The positioning frame 62 includes a positioning seat, a positioning pressing block and a telescopic rod. The locating pressing block is arranged on the locating seat through the telescopic rod and can move up and down relative to the locating seat, the bottom of the locating pressing block is provided with an anti-skidding rubber pad, and the distribution box 100 can be effectively fixed when the nameplate is pressed.
When the automatic label mounting device is used, the feeding turntable 22 automatically rotates for feeding, the lifting cylinder 84 automatically pushes the label to the visual detection position, the image is automatically identified to be positive and negative, when the label position is detected to be positive and upward, the feeding clamping jaw 44 directly rotates to the front mounting position after grabbing the label, the distribution box 100 waits for arrival, and the label is automatically mounted on the distribution box 100 through the matching of the press-mounting machine 51 and the press-mounting head 52. When detecting that data plate position reverse side is up, upset cylinder 43 drives pay-off clamping jaw 44 and snatchs the data plate after overturning 180, and then pay-off clamping jaw 44 drives the data plate and revolves 180 back autogiration to preceding mounting position, waits for block terminal 100 to arrive, installs automatically to block terminal 100 on. After the installation is finished, the distribution box 100 is sent to a subsequent production line through the feeding guide rail 61 for subsequent operation or storage.
