Abstract

一种阀体的制造方法,包括以下步骤:1)取圆柱形金属材料,采用1000度高温锻造的方式,锻造出阀体“凸”形外形;2)将步骤1中的工件凸出部向下钻出锥型的放置阀体的通孔;3)将步骤2中的工件横向钻出流道;4)将步骤3中的工件两端车出螺纹;5)将步骤4中的工件中的锥型通孔内臂采用打磨。本发明采用高温锻造的方式加压保证了产品的硬度,避免了因为温度把控不好生产出硬度不够的不合格阀体。

本发明涉及一种阀体的制造方法。
背景技术
市面上的阀体一般均采用铸造工艺制成,若温度控制不好很容易导致产品硬度不够,增加产品的脆性,且硬度测试目前只能采用破坏的方式,很难筛选出不合格的产品。
发明内容
为了克服现有阀体采用铸造工艺温度把控困难的不足,本发明提供一种阀体的制造方法。
本发明解决其技术问题的技术方案是:一种阀体的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
1)取圆柱形金属材料,采用1000度高温锻造的方式,锻造出阀体“凸”形外形;
2)将步骤1中的工件凸出部向下钻出锥型的放置阀体的通孔;
3)将步骤2中的工件横向钻出流道;
4)将步骤3中的工件两端车出螺纹;
5)将步骤4中的工件中的锥型通孔内臂采用打磨。
本发明的有益效果在于:采用高温锻造的方式加压保证了产品的硬度,避免了因为温度把控不好生产出硬度不够的不合格阀体。

4)将步骤3中的工件两端车出螺纹;
