背景技术
奶糖是一种结构比较疏松的半软性糖果。糖体剖面有微小的气孔,带有韧性和弹性,耐咀嚼,口感柔软细腻。奶糖以含有大量奶品而得名,这类糖的主要特点是具有奶的独特芳香,又称为焦香糖果。奶糖的外形多为圆柱形,也有长方形和方形,色泽多为乳白或微黄色。

牦牛奶是青藏高原上有“雪域之舟”之称的牦牛所产的奶,牦牛作为高海拔地区的生物,它们的生活环境无污染,因此牦牛奶有着普通牛奶所不能比拟的特点。牦牛奶中免疫球蛋白含量高,能够帮助人体调节免疫力,提高抗病能力;同时它还是补钙的佳品,因为牦牛奶中富含天然乳钙;它还含有人体所必需的18种氨基酸、共轭亚油酸、а-亚麻酸、花生四烯酸、维生素H等多种稀有营养成分。
