本发明公开了一种新型羊绒衫洗缩工艺:(1)预处理:将羊绒衫放入预处理溶中用温水浸泡,手工翻转均匀至浸透,保持30‑50min;所述预处理溶液的配方为:柠檬酸,D‑阿拉伯糖,胶原蛋白,50万u/g的碱性果胶酶,软水;(2)缩绒处理:将预处理后的羊绒衫拧干部分水分致含水量150‑180%,均匀喷上复合菌液,喷洒量为羊绒衫干重的1‑2%,控制温度在40℃左右处理自然发酵;所述复合菌液的配方为:胶醋酸杆菌和木醋杆菌的复配菌液;(3)发酵结束后,喷洒醋酸溶液,并用木棒反复拍打羊绒衫15min,再洗净脱水,70度烘干即可。

一种新型羊绒衫洗缩工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型羊绒衫洗缩工艺,属于纺织领域。
背景技术
缩绒是指织物在湿、热状态下,通过摩擦,纤维间相互穿插纠缠,使织物纵、横向收缩,厚度、紧度增加,表面形成一层短而密的绒毛,从而使织物组织更加紧密,产品外观更加丰满,且手感滑糯,富于弹性;缩绒简单原理:大部分动物纤维,如羊毛(羊绒)、兔毛等,由于纤维表面覆盖有一层鳞片层,经融胀后,在揉搓等外力作用下,毛根部分鳞片层分布多,故纠缠越加紧密,而毛尖部分由于鳞片分布少、相对光滑,故伸出织物表面,从而使织物组织变得紧密、且表面出现一层绒毛,达到缩绒的效果。
常规工艺流程:衣坯——(预洗)——浸泡——缩绒——清洗——柔软——脱水——烘干。枧油是一种聚烷氧烯醚类的表面活性剂。可用于各类织物和生产设备的清洗、精练和去污,是一种新型的洗涤助剂。枧油具有良好渗透性,洗涤能力强。用枧油处理过的织物手感柔软,绒面丰满。白枧油不会损伤纤维和设备,易于清洗。它属高浓度产品,且相容性好,可和各类表面活性剂混用。但是枧油仍然是是一种聚烷氧烯醚类化学品,对环境和健康存在可能的潜在伤害。
本发明旨在提供一种新型的环保羊绒衫洗缩工艺。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提供一种新型的环保羊绒衫洗缩工艺,全程低温对羊绒无伤害,环保无污染,而且缩绒效果好。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种新型羊绒衫洗缩工艺,其步骤如下:
(1)预处理:
将羊绒衫放入预处理溶中用温水浸泡,手工翻转均匀至浸透,保持30-50min;
所述预处理溶液的配方为:
柠檬酸,D-阿拉伯糖,胶原蛋白,50万u/g的碱性果胶酶,软水;
(2)缩绒处理:
将预处理后的羊绒衫拧干部分水分致含水量150-180%,均匀喷上复合菌液,喷洒量为羊绒衫干重的1-2%,控制温度在40℃左右处理自然发酵1小时;
所述复合菌液的配方为:胶醋酸杆菌和木醋杆菌的复配菌液;
(3)发酵结束后,喷洒0.2%的醋酸溶液,并用木棒反复拍打羊绒衫15min,再洗净脱水,70度烘干即可。
作为优选,
所述预处理溶液的配方为:
按照质量分数,1-2%柠檬酸,1-1.5%D-阿拉伯糖,2%胶原蛋白,0.8%的50万u/g的碱性果胶酶,其余为软水;
所述复合菌液的配方为:
胶醋酸杆菌(Acetobacter xylinum)为1.2-1.9*104cfu/mL
木醋杆菌(Acetobacter xylinus)为5.1-9.8*105cfu/mL。
醋酸杆菌属拉丁学名(Acetobacterium Balch et al.,1977)细胞椭圆或短杆,0.8~1.2μm×1.5~2.5μm,单生、成对偶尔成短链;细胞端尖或平。革兰氏阴性。运动,亚极生的单鞭毛或两根鞭毛。不产芽孢。极端严格好氧,化能无机营养,氧化氢、还原CO2生成乙酸。也可营化能有机营养,发酵果糖和其他底物几乎只产生乙酸。乙酸是代谢的有机终产物。不产生接触酶。最适生长温度30℃。广泛分布于水生环境中。DNA的G+C mol%是39~43。胶醋酸杆菌是其中的一种。
木醋杆菌经常用于生产椰果。
这两种工程菌都是现有技术用于食品中的,无毒无害,对环境也友好安全。
本发明人发现这两种菌配合使用,会起到类似枧油所能达到的缩绒效果。而本工艺的预处理,可以进一步增强这种缩绒效果,可能是预处理液中的成分能激发这两种菌种的某种缩绒作用。
本发明的有益之处在于:
本发明的工艺不添加化学助剂,属于纯天然环保的处理工艺。通过微生物来达到缩绒,不需要长时间浸泡,并且缩绒效果好,还能改善羊绒衫的手感,让其更柔软垂坠,这是本发明的一大创举,终结了缩绒只能依靠化学试剂的历史。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种新型羊绒衫洗缩工艺,其步骤如下:
(1)预处理:
将羊绒衫放入预处理溶中用温水浸泡,手工翻转均匀至浸透,保持30min;
所述预处理溶液的配方为:
按照质量分数,2%柠檬酸,1%D-阿拉伯糖,2%胶原蛋白,0.8%的50万u/g的碱性果胶酶,其余为软水;
(2)缩绒处理:
将预处理后的羊绒衫拧干部分水分致含水量150-180%,均匀喷上复合菌液,喷洒量为羊绒衫干重的2%,控制温度在40℃左右处理自然发酵1小时;
所述复合菌液的配方为:
胶醋酸杆菌(Acetobacter xylinum)为1.2*104cfu/mL
木醋杆菌(Acetobacter xylinus)为9.8*105cfu/mL
(3)发酵结束后,喷洒0.2%的醋酸溶液,并用木棒反复拍打羊绒衫15min,再洗净脱水,70度烘干即可。
实施例2:
一种新型羊绒衫洗缩工艺,其步骤如下:
(1)预处理:
将羊绒衫放入预处理溶中用温水浸泡,手工翻转均匀至浸透,保持50min;
所述预处理溶液的配方为:
按照质量分数,1%柠檬酸,1.5%D-阿拉伯糖,2%胶原蛋白,0.8%的50万u/g的碱性果胶酶,其余为软水;
(2)缩绒处理:
将预处理后的羊绒衫拧干部分水分致含水量150-180%,均匀喷上复合菌液,喷洒量为羊绒衫干重的1%,控制温度在40℃左右处理自然发酵1小时;
所述复合菌液的配方为:
胶醋酸杆菌(Acetobacter xylinum)为1.9*104cfu/mL
木醋杆菌(Acetobacter xylinus)为5.1*105cfu/mL
(3)发酵结束后,喷洒0.2%的醋酸溶液,并用木棒反复拍打羊绒衫15min,再洗净脱水,70度烘干即可。
实施例3:
一种新型羊绒衫洗缩工艺,其步骤如下:
(1)预处理:
将羊绒衫放入预处理溶中用温水浸泡,手工翻转均匀至浸透,保持43min;
所述预处理溶液的配方为:
按照质量分数,2%柠檬酸,1.1%D-阿拉伯糖,2%胶原蛋白,0.8%的50万u/g的碱性果胶酶,其余为软水;
(2)缩绒处理:
将预处理后的羊绒衫拧干部分水分致含水量150-180%,均匀喷上复合菌液,喷洒量为羊绒衫干重的2%,控制温度在40℃左右处理自然发酵1小时;

木醋杆菌(Acetobacter xylinus)为8.3*105cfu/mL

实施例4:
对比1,不使用木醋杆菌:
一种新型羊绒衫洗缩工艺,其步骤如下:
(1)预处理:
将羊绒衫放入预处理溶中用温水浸泡,手工翻转均匀至浸透,保持38min;
所述预处理溶液的配方为:
按照质量分数,1%柠檬酸,1.4%D-阿拉伯糖,2%胶原蛋白,0.8%的50万u/g的碱性果胶酶,其余为软水;
(2)缩绒处理:
将预处理后的羊绒衫拧干部分水分致含水量150-180%,均匀喷上复合菌液,喷洒量为羊绒衫干重的1%,控制温度在40℃左右处理自然发酵1小时;
所述复合菌液的配方为:
胶醋酸杆菌(Acetobacter xylinum)为1.8*104cfu/mL
(3)发酵结束后,喷洒0.2%的醋酸溶液,并用木棒反复拍打羊绒衫15min,再洗净脱水,70度烘干即可。
实施例5:
对比试验2,不使用胶醋酸杆菌:
一种新型羊绒衫洗缩工艺,其步骤如下:
(1)预处理:
将羊绒衫放入预处理溶中用温水浸泡,手工翻转均匀至浸透,保持40min;
所述预处理溶液的配方为:
按照质量分数,2%柠檬酸,1.2%D-阿拉伯糖,2%胶原蛋白,0.8%的50万u/g的碱性果胶酶,其余为软水;
(2)缩绒处理:
将预处理后的羊绒衫拧干部分水分致含水量150-180%,均匀喷上复合菌液,喷洒量为羊绒衫干重的2%,控制温度在40℃左右处理自然发酵1小时;
所述复合菌液的配方为:
木醋杆菌(Acetobacter xylinus)为7.7*105cfu/mL
(3)发酵结束后,喷洒0.2%的醋酸溶液,并用木棒反复拍打羊绒衫15min,再洗净脱水,70度烘干即可。
实施例6:
对比试验3:
使用常规的枧油X6水洗工艺。
指标测评:
表1为对实施例1-6缩绒处理后的羊绒衫进行检测得到的结果。
表1性能测定
此检测数据只针对上述检测样品。
从实验数据可以看到,胶醋酸杆菌和木醋杆菌联合使用具有和枧油类似的缩绒效果,并且柔软度更高,在某些时候还具有抗起毛的效果。本发明的工艺不添加化学助剂,属于纯天然环保的处理工艺。通过微生物来达到缩绒,不需要长时间浸泡,并且缩绒效果好,还能改善羊绒衫的手感,让其更柔软垂坠,这是本发明的一大创举,终结了缩绒只能依靠化学试剂的历史。

将羊绒衫放入预处理溶中用温水浸泡,手工翻转均匀至浸透,保持30-50min;
所述预处理溶液的配方为:
柠檬酸, D-阿拉伯糖,胶原蛋白, 50万u/g的碱性果胶酶,软水;
(2)缩绒处理:
将预处理后的羊绒衫拧干部分水分致含水量150-180%,均匀喷上复合菌液,喷洒量为羊绒衫干重的1-2%,控制温度在40℃左右处理自然发酵;
所述复合菌液的配方为:胶醋酸杆菌和木醋杆菌的复配菌液;
(3)发酵结束后,喷洒醋酸溶液,并用木棒反复拍打羊绒衫15min,再洗净脱水,70度烘干即可。
