虾酱是我国及东南亚地区的传统虾类食品之一。 虾酱作为沿海地区的传统风味酱 类,不仅热量低,营养丰富,而且容易消化吸收,还能保持其特有的色、香、味,是良好的佐餐
佳品,其丰富的营养和独特的风味深受海内外食客青睐,被誉为“健康食品”,虾酱是用小虾加入盐,经发酵磨成粘稠状后,做成的酱食品。 味道很咸,一般都是 制成罐装调味品后,在市场上出售。
虾酱中含有丰富的蛋白质、钙、铁、硒、维生素 A 等营养 元素,虾酱中还有一项很重要的营养成分 -- 虾青素,虾青素是迄今为止最强的一种抗氧化 剂,被称为超级维生素 e,虾酱越红说明虾青素越多。
适量食用对身体颇为有益。
但是目前虾酱的口味比较单一,且腌制过程中要放很多食用盐,味道太重,不仅掩盖了虾的鲜美,也使虾酱含有亚硝酸盐而不利于健康。

为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种香辣味,且保健的虾酱。
