Abstract
The invention relates to an artificial spawning method for wild hucho taimen, which is characterized in that male fishes and female fishes growing naturally are selected when the water temperature of a growing water area of the wild hucho taimen is 6.2-7.5 ℃ every year, and the tails are counted and weighed respectively; injecting 0.4mL/kg of oxytocic composition diluted with glucose at 1/3 below chest fin base of female parent fish, and culturing female and male parent fish in the pond at a ratio of 2-3:1, and performing uninterrupted running water stimulation; stimulating with running water for 10-11 hr, collecting ovum and semen from male and female, and inducing parturition, and placing male fish and female fish into natural water area. According to the scheme of the invention, fertilized eggs are obtained, and used wild hucho taimen parent fish can be reasonably and effectively protected, so that the technical problem that the fertilized eggs are difficult to obtain by domesticating the wild hucho taimen at the present stage can be solved, the protection of national class I protected animals can be promoted, and the ecological benefit is remarkable.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cultivation, in particular to an artificial induced spawning method for wild hucho taimen.
Background
Huchobleekeri huchoiseikerri belongs to Salmoniformes Salmo niformes Salmonidae Hucho, and is a national class I protective animal. Belongs to the specific large-scale salmonidae fishes at the upstream of Yangtze river, is also the only large-scale native salmonidae fishes in the Qinghai-Tibet plateau area, is a national class I protective animal, and in the Chinese biodiversity protection plan provided in 11 months 1992, the hucho taimen in Chuanshan mountain is listed in a class I fish priority protective species list, which is inferior to white sturgeons, Chinese sturgeons and acipenser dabryanus, and listed in the fourth place; the hucho taimen, Chuanshan hucho salmon, published in 1998 as the endangered species and in red book of endangered animals, 2004 as the red famous records of Chinese species. The hucho taimen is the soutest distributed type of 5 fishes in hucho genus, is diffused from the north when the climate is cold in the period of the fourth glacier, is left in rivers with higher altitude and lower water temperature after the ice period is over, is a typical land-sealed type fish, and has important academic value in the aspects of researching animal geography, ancient ecology, fish system evolution, climate change and the like. Hucho taimen are historically distributed in Sichuan (the great river and Minjiang river upstream and tributaries), Qinghai (the Makohe) and Shaanxi (the Hanjiang upstream tributaries are the white river and the xu water river), and the like. Since the 60's of the 20 th century, the population number has decreased dramatically due to climate change and human activities, and it is now difficult to collect samples in multiple historical distribution areas.
The age of the primary mature of hucho taimen is 4-6 years, wild hucho taimen captured from the field is difficult to domesticate and has extremely high mortality rate, and female and male parent fishes which are mature while domesticating are more difficult to add. The wild hucho taimen domesticated to obtain parent fish capable of being bred is technically extremely difficult. The hucho taimen is cultured, so that after mature female and male parent fishes of hucho taimen are obtained from the field, artificial induced spawning is immediately carried out, fertilized eggs are obtained, hucho taimen larvae are obtained through artificial fertilization, incubation and seedling cultivation, and the hucho taimen larvae are cultured into parent fishes capable of being propagated, so that the hucho taimen is an important means and measure for protecting hucho taimen resources.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defect that fertilized eggs of hucho taimen are difficult to obtain under domesticated conditions, and provides an induced spawning method for obtaining fertilized eggs by catching wild hucho taimen parent fishes and inducing spawns and sperms to synchronously develop under artificial control under field conditions so as to induce the sperms and the ovas to mature and discharge under field conditions to obtain the fertilized eggs.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: an artificial induced spawning method for wild hucho taimen, comprising the following steps:
(1) when the water temperature of a growing water area of wild hucho taimen every year is 6.2-7.5 ℃, selecting male fishes with the weight of more than 4kg and female fishes with the weight of more than 6.5kg under natural growth conditions, respectively counting the tails and weighing;
(2) injecting 0.4mL/kg of oxytocic pharmaceutical composition diluted by glucose with mass concentration of 5% into 1/3 below chest fin base of female parent fish, and culturing the female and male parent fish in the pond at a ratio of 2-3:1, and performing uninterrupted running water stimulation;
(3) performing spawn collection and semen collection on the female and male parent fishes after the running water is stimulated for 10-11 hours;
(4) after induced spawning, the male and female parent fishes are put into natural water areas.
Further, in the step (2), the oxytocic pharmaceutical composition is formulated as follows: salmon analog 5ug/kg, chorionic gonadotropin 500IU/kg and diutanone maleate 1 ug/kg.
The beneficial technical effects of the invention are as follows: according to the scheme of the invention, fertilized eggs are obtained, and used wild hucho taimen parent fish can be reasonably and effectively protected, so that the technical problem that the fertilized eggs are difficult to obtain by domesticating the wild hucho taimen at the present stage can be solved, the protection of national class I protected animals can be promoted, and the ecological benefit is remarkable.
