本发明公开了一种玻璃隔离纸的制造方法。该方法使用高等级漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆为原料、经打浆及辅料加入、湿纸页抄造、压榨脱水、前干燥、表面施胶、后干燥等工艺步骤,制备出强度高、pH值稳定、厚度均匀、平整性好、洁净度高、柔软性好的玻璃隔离纸,产品质量达到进口同类产品性能指标。

技术领域
本发明属于特种纸技术领域,特别涉及一种玻璃隔离纸的制造方法。
背景技术
玻璃隔离纸是用于防止玻璃之间磨擦导致表面磨花或划伤的一种特种纸,该产品要求纸张强度高、定量低、松厚度大、触摸手感好、纸面洁净、pH值控制合适等,主要用在高端玻璃行业,如手机屏玻璃、有机玻璃等方面的运输保护。目前国内用在高端玻璃行业的玻璃隔离纸主要以进口为主,对于需要使用该产品的企业影响大:⑴ 供货周期长,资金占用量大,而且海关手续繁琐;⑵ 进口纸实行技术封锁,价格高,成本高,影响企业效益。
针对玻璃隔离纸的技术难点,通过分析检测进口玻璃隔离纸的纸样,同时走访用户并进行深入沟通和技术交流,从浆料选择、打浆工艺参数和造纸工艺技术等研究,确定了可行的开发技术方案,确定了制备玻璃隔离纸最佳的浆料、合适的打浆和造纸工艺、理想的浆内添加及表面施胶化学品,成功开发出合格的玻璃隔离纸,经客户试用已完全满足使用要求,逐渐替代进口的玻璃隔离纸,是一个很有推广价值的特种纸产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种玻璃隔离纸的制造方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:采用漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆为原料,提供一种生产工艺先进、定量、强度、松厚度、pH值和手感等均满足要求的高质量玻璃隔离纸的制备方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种玻璃隔离纸的制造方法,包括使用漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆为原料、经打浆及辅料加入、湿纸页抄造、压榨脱水、前干燥、表面施胶、后干燥等工艺步骤,其特征在于:
① 浆料选择:100%漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆,为保证浆料质量,要求漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆的灰分含量≤1.5%;
② 浆料打浆:采用中浓打浆,打浆浓度7.0-8.0%,打浆后漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆打浆度为40-50oSR;
③ 辅料用量:均为相对绝干浆质量百分比,无铁硫酸铝3.5-4.0%,阳离子聚丙烯酰胺0.02-0.04%,PAE湿强剂0.1-0.3%;
④ 浆料稀释至2.0-3.0%,进入带磁铁石的沉砂沟,去除浆料系统中的金属杂质;浆料经冲浆泵稀释后进入一级三段除渣器、压力筛后流送上网;
⑤ 湿纸页抄造:调节纸机抄造工艺参数,上网浓度:0.2-0.3%,上网pH值:4.0-5.0,纸页定量50±1g/m2,网速 600-800m/min,顶网脱水量25-30%,流浆箱唇板开度 9-10mm;
⑥ 压榨:湿纸页出网部后进入复合压榨部,一压线压力:900-910kN/m,二压线压力:900-910kN/m;
⑦ 表面施胶:进前干燥至干度92%的纸页进入施胶部,表面施胶采用木薯氧化淀粉,施胶液浓度10-12%;计量棒型号:1#,计量棒压力100KPa;上,下辊施胶流量均为1050L/min;双面施胶其中单面均控制在1.0-1.5g/m2,施胶部前纸页张力220-230kN/m,施胶部后纸页张力200-210kN/m;
⑧ 压光及卷取:经后干燥处理后干度在93-95%的纸页通过软压光机,压光机靠拢,不加压;卷取张力:400-410kN/m;
⑨ 玻璃隔离纸性能指标:定量:50±1g/m2,水分:5.0-7.0%,色相本白,纵向裂断长:≥7.0Km,吸水性:≥100g/m2,松厚度:≥1.75cm3/g,pH值:4.5±1.0,正反面平滑度差:≤15s,撕裂度:纵向≥20mN,横向≥40mN,横向伸缩率:≤3.0%,厚度均匀稳定、平整性好,柔软性好。
本发明的技术效果:本发明通过对浆料选择、打浆工艺、浆内添加的功能化学助剂等进行研究,采用膜转移表面施胶处理,优化相关纸机参数生产出合格的玻璃隔离纸,玻璃隔离纸强度好且松厚度大,产品质量达到甚至超过进口同类产品,对相关行业企业采购使用玻璃隔离纸具有重要意义。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
将高质量漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆(浆料灰分≤1.5%)在水力碎浆机碎解后,经3台双盘磨串联打浆,打浆浓度7.0%,打浆后漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆打浆度为45oSR,进入针叶木叩后浆池,搅拌均匀后进入浆料流送系统,浆料于成浆池泵入抄前池,加入相对于绝干浆质量3.6%的无铁硫酸铝、0.02%的CPAM和0.2%的PAE湿强剂,浆料稀释至2.5%,进入带磁铁石的沉砂沟,去除浆料系统中的金属杂质;浆料经冲浆泵稀释后进入一级三段除渣器、压力筛后,送入流浆箱上网,调节上网流量,上网浓度:0.3%,上网pH值:4.0~5.0,纸页定量50±1g/m2,网速 650m/min,顶网脱水量28%,流浆箱唇板开度 9.5mm,通过叠网进行双面脱水,保证纤维分散均匀、纵横向纤维排列有序和均匀分布;湿纸页出网部后进入复合压榨部,一压线压力:900kN/m,二压线压力:900kN/m;进前干燥至干度92%的纸页进入施胶部,采用膜转移方式对纸张进行表面施胶处理,表面施胶采用木薯氧化淀粉,施胶液浓度10%;计量棒型号:1#,计量棒压力100KPa;上,下辊施胶流量均为1050L/min;双面施胶其中单面控制在1.0g/m2,施胶部前纸页张力220kN/m,施胶部后纸页张力200kN/m;经过后干燥处理后干度在93%的纸页通过软压光机(压光机上下辊靠拢,但不加压),然后对纸张进行卷取,卷取张力:400kN/m;可生产出定量为50 g/m2高质量玻璃隔离纸,主要性能指标:定量:50±1g/m2,水分:7.0%,色相本白,纵向裂断长:≥7.0Km,吸水性:≥100g/m2,松厚度:≥1.75 cm3/g,pH值:4.5±1.0,正反面平滑度差:≤15s,撕裂度:纵向≥20mN,横向≥40mN,横向伸缩率:≤3.0%,厚度均匀稳定、平整性好,柔软性好,可以满足客户的质量要求,产品质量达到进口玻璃隔离纸产品性能。
实施例2:
将高质量漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆(浆料灰分≤1.5%)在水力碎浆机碎解后,经3台双盘磨串联打浆,打浆浓度7.5%,打浆后漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆打浆度为48oSR,进入针叶木叩后浆池,搅拌均匀后进入浆料流送系统;浆料于成浆池泵入抄前池,加入相对于绝干浆质量4.0%的无铁硫酸铝、0.03%的CPAM和0.3%的PAE湿强剂,浆料稀释至3.0%,进入带磁铁石的沉砂沟,去除浆料系统中的金属杂质;浆料经冲浆泵稀释后进入一级三段除渣器、压力筛后,送入流浆箱上网,调节上网流量,上网浓度:0.3%,上网pH值:4.0~5.0,纸页定量50±1g/m2,网速 700m/min,顶网脱水量27%,流浆箱唇板开度 9.6mm,通过叠网进行双面脱水,保证纤维分散均匀、纵横向纤维排列有序和均匀分布;湿纸页出网部后进入复合压榨部,一压线压力:910kN/m,二压线压力:910kN/m;进前干燥至干度92%的纸页进入施胶部,采用膜转移方式对纸张进行表面施胶处理,表面施胶采用木薯氧化淀粉,施胶液浓度12%;计量棒型号:1#,计量棒压力100KPa;上,下辊施胶流量均为1050L/min;双面施胶其中单面控制在1.2g/m2,施胶部前纸页张力225kN/m,施胶部后纸页张力205kN/m;经过后干燥处理后干度在94%的纸页通过软压光机(压光机上下辊靠拢,但不加压),然后对纸张进行卷取,卷取张力:400kN/m;可生产出定量为50 g/m2高质量玻璃隔离纸,主要性能指标:定量:50±1g/m2,水分:6.0%,色相本白,纵向裂断长:≥7.0Km,吸水性:≥100g/m2,松厚度:≥1.75 cm3/g,pH值:4.5±1.0,正反面平滑度差:≤15s,撕裂度:纵向≥20mN,横向≥40mN,横向伸缩率:≤3.0%,厚度均匀稳定、平整性好,柔软性好,可以满足客户的质量要求,产品质量达到进口玻璃隔离纸产品性能。
Claims (1)
1.一种玻璃隔离纸的制造方法,包括使用漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆为原料、经打浆及辅料加入、湿纸页抄造、压榨脱水、前干燥、表面施胶、后干燥的工艺步骤,其特征在于,它是按照以下步骤进行:
①浆料选择:100%漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆,为保证浆料质量,要求漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆的灰分含量≤1.5%;
②浆料打浆:采用中浓打浆,打浆浓度7.0-8.0%,打浆后漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆打浆度为40-50oSR;
③辅料用量:均为相对绝干浆质量百分比,无铁硫酸铝3.5-4.0%,阳离子聚丙烯酰胺0.02-0.04%,PAE湿强剂0.1-0.3%;
④浆料稀释至2.0-3.0%,进入带磁铁石的沉砂沟,去除浆料系统中的金属杂质;浆料经冲浆泵稀释后进入一级三段除渣器、压力筛后流送上网;
⑤湿纸页抄造:调节纸机抄造工艺参数,上网浓度:0.2-0.3%,上网pH值:4.0-5.0,纸页定量50±1g/m2,网速600-800m/min,顶网脱水量25-30%,流浆箱唇板开度9-10mm;
⑥压榨:湿纸页出网部后进入复合压榨部,一压线压力:900-910kN/m,二压线压力:900-910kN/m;
⑦表面施胶:进前干燥至干度92%的纸页进入施胶部,表面施胶采用木薯氧化淀粉,施胶液浓度10-12%;计量棒型号:1#,计量棒压力100KPa;上,下辊施胶流量均为1050L/min;双面施胶其中单面均控制在1.0-1.5g/m2,施胶部前纸页张力220-230kN/m,施胶部后纸页张力200-210kN/m;
