本发明涉及饮料配方领域,特别是涉及一种保健饮料配方。
背景技术
百香果是西番莲科西番莲属的草质藤本植物,果可生食或作蔬菜、饲料。百香果不仅气味怡人,还有天然纯净、浓郁甘美、酸甜可口,生津止渴、提神醒脑、润肠通便,预防大肠癌、补肾健身、排毒养颜;解酒护肝、消除疲劳等诸多优点,制成芳香可口的饮料,还可用来添加在其他饮料中以提高饮料的品质,但大多是利用其香气,以百香果作为主要成分,注重其药用价值的饮品还不多。酒后及晕车的人由于肠胃不适,多喜爱微酸的饮食,但常见的饮料多以甜味为主,香气也多为添加剂调和制成,令身体不适的人难以入口。现在市面上组分合理,香气浓郁,气味芳香愉悦,以百香果作为主要原料之一,明目排毒,暖胃舒肝,特别适用于酒后或晕车的人饮用的饮料配方还不多见,有待开发。
