Abstract
一种清除在封闭期间由排出的液体污染的容器上的少量液体的装置,用压缩空气使污染液体变成雾状并最好通过抽吸分离由此产生的烟雾。
Description
本发明涉及一种清洗被液体污染的容器,尤其是清洗容器的注入孔范围的装置以及采用新装置进行清洗的方法。
在注入容器,尤其是注入药物溶液的容器时,常常要求避免残留气体/空气的干扰。因此,应尽量注满容器,接着盖上盖子,在此期间引起部分液体从容器中流出,同时排出残留的气体/空气。排出的液体污染容器,主要是污染被密封的容器的颈部。
本发明提供了一种新装置,在安装密封盖时通过压缩空气和必要的吸气装置从容器上除去排出的污染液体,特别是清洁液体容器的上外侧的方法和装置。
本发明的用于清洗容器上外侧粘附液体的装置,尤其是除去容器注入孔部分外侧粘附的液体的装置,它具有用于接收容器上部分的空腔,空腔由置于容器壁上的封条在外侧密封,其中包括与安装在容器上部的一个或多个喷嘴连接的用于吹扫液体的压缩空气供给管道和用于除去所形成烟雾的具有开孔的通道。
本发明的清除液体容器上外侧粘附液体的方法,其包括在密封的室内用压缩空气吹扫呈烟雾状污染容器的液体并用流过的空气除去烟雾或通过施加负压进行抽吸。
本发明的装置示于图1中。
按照图1,该装置同时将盖子1盖在容器3的颈部2上,从而使盖子咬合在最终位置上并密封容器。首先基本上注满容器,以便在安装盖子1期间支管4排出少量容器中的物质;从而除去容器中全部残留的空气或气体。另一方面,使部分液体溢出,溢出的液体将污染容器的颈部。
按照本发明方法可除去溢出的液体。对此,用压缩空气吹扫该液体并且通过空气流除去或最好是抽吸掉由空气和液滴组成的混合物。
压缩空气通过空气管道5,输送到槽式的、环绕的喷嘴6。同时通道7中存在的真空起作用(在优选的实施方案中),致使环绕容器3颈部的空腔8处于负压状态。此外,空腔8通常由环绕的封条9向外密封。
在空腔8的上部内壁和容器3的盖子1之间有一个或多个垫片10,空气和液滴的烟雾通过与通道7连接的孔11以及环绕的孔12排出或吸出。
必要时,也可用多个重叠的槽式喷嘴代替仅有的一个槽式喷嘴。最好采用例如呈圆形或矩形孔的单独径向或切向排列的喷嘴。
在取出经清洗的容器后,接着可将下一个松松安装盖子的容器输送到装置,进行密封并清洗。
Claims (8)
1、清洗液体容器上外侧粘附液体的装置,尤其是除去容器注入孔部分外侧粘附的液体的装置,它具有用于接收容器上部分的空腔(8),空腔(8)由置于容器壁上的封条(9)在外侧密封,其中包括与安装在容器上部的一个或多个喷嘴(6)连接的用于吹扫液体的压缩空气供给管道(5)和用于除去所形成烟雾的具有开孔(11,12)的通道(7)。
2、根据权利要求1的装置,其特征在于,喷嘴(6)是垂直于容器的纵轴的环绕的隙式喷嘴。
3、根据权利要求1或2的装置,其特征在于,二个或多个环绕的隙式喷嘴是重叠设置的。
4、根据权利要求1的装置,其特征在于,可用多个径向或切向喷嘴代替一个连惯的隙式喷嘴。
5、根据权利要求1或2的装置,其特征在于,使通道(7)呈负压以除去从空腔(8)中排出的烟雾。
6、根据权利要求1或2的装置,其特征在于所述的喷嘴为多个径向或切向排列的喷嘴,这些喷嘴与容器的纵轴方向垂直,并且使通道(7)呈负压以除去从空腔(8)中排出的烟雾。
7、根据权利要求1或2装置,其特征在于,通过通道(7),向空腔(8)的上下部分的真空各配有接合处(11,12)。
8、清除液体容器上外侧粘附液体的方法,其特征在于,在密封的室内用压缩空气吹扫呈烟雾状污染容器的液体并用流过的空气除去烟雾或通过施加负压进行抽吸。
