Description
本发明涉及一种多层料盒式包装容器、制造此种容器的方法以及制造此种容器的装置。
多层料包装容器在它的种种特征之外如果还存在有缺点,那就是只能在付出很高的代价下才能回收利用。典型的一种多层结构是由整个表面均被覆盖的纸板材料构成:内表面覆以合成材料箔、铅箔或多层料箔;外表面也完全覆盖上薄层的印刷纸、合成箔或类似膜料。由于这种多层料的回收成为问题,一般愿意采用完全由合成材料构成的包装容器,尽管合成材料也有回收问题以及回收的费用等,但因为单纯的纸板料对于绝大多数包装商品而言,不论是在食品领域还是在化学制品范畴,特别是对液体或半液体的稠性物质,都是不适用的。
根据以上所述,本发明之目的即在于创造一种可用简单方式回收的多层料盒式包装容器,同时希望,在从其中撤出内盒时不会污染剩下的外盒。
为了实现上述目的,提出了这样一种多层料的盒式包装容器,它具有:至少一个封口件以及一个本质上属刚性的盒体,沿后者整个长向上设有至少一个内部的箔状保护层和相对于此保护层处于外侧的支承层,特征在于:此支承层取独立的外盒形式;保护层取独立的内盒形式;外盒仅仅以强制锁定方式围住内盒;而在此内盒中最好设置一拉手,该拉手将拉力或推力以相对外盒紧密连接的方式施加到内盒上,而内盒也可与拉手单独构成。
而所述盒式包装容器的盒体的工艺与制造方法,特征在于:从箔状保护层开始,在将其搭连的接触边结合起的同时,首先将一独立的内盒紧紧地绕到一模具件上,确定出此盒体内部轮廓,随后,从支承层材料来形成一独立的外盒,即在紧紧围绕到此内盒上并使在此支承层材料迭置之表面接触区中的支承层材料的表面粘合,这样地便将独立的外盒卷绕到内盒上而形成整个盒体,最后只需将此模具件从其中抽出。
另外,制造所述盒式包装容器的装置,特征在于:对于有若干层的支承材料而言,使支承材料层所成的卷轴在上胶过程中,它的最内层的内侧和最外层的外侧保持为不上胶。所述盒式包装容器的制造装置的特征还在于:利用了一种具有不加热的环形外部轮廓的金属件,此环形轮廓所取形式能与封口件10的连接缘12相配合。
本发明之盒式包装容器还具有可为最终消费者分成可回收的一个个的部件而不发生任何问题的优点。
按照本发明,“盒式”包装容器包括下述的一切包装容器,它们是由本质上多少呈刚性的盒(盒体)组成,沿着其整个长度上均匀地构制成至少有一种在内部的类箔状保护层和相对于此保护层在外部的支承层,其中的盒至少在其一端且最好是在其两端设置有封口件,而且只当成为一个完整的盒时才加以充装。习惯上把上述的保护层与支承层称之为“片”,特别对支承层而言,一般由若干片构成。这样,此种盒式容器就不同于那种非生成式的管状薄膜包装件(EP-A2-0151922),其中是将端部封闭且已充装的箔管滑入一纸板盒内。从本质上说,本发明的盒体可呈锥形。但当此盒体具有柱状轮廓,即它沿全长的横剖面恒定的呈多边形和/或弧形(例如圆形)轮廓时,特别有利。
在本发明的意义下,所谓“箔状保护层”最好由这样的薄片料制成,它能保护所包装的物品不与支承层接触,从而也就使之不与包装容器的外部气氛接触或者说不相互接触,尽管这里起到的是间接保护作用,从而就最广意义下说,实现了一种隔绝或密封的功能。
本发明意义下的“支承层”则能给此种盒式包装容器提供这样的盒体,它相对于外部或内部产生的变形、弯曲与压缩,以及内部的过剩压力等等,具有一定程度的内在刚性。
使用后,本发明的外盒与内盒能够经压或推而相互滑移,因而可分成两个完整的部件。为此,也可用一专用夹持外盒的钳形夹持件,以及一能在内盒内相对于此夹持件推进并与包装容器之封口件内侧接合的活塞来排空此容器,或者也可用一种细长物体为锤柄来达到此目的。最好事先将此排空的盒体从侧向压挤,这时内盒会自外盒脱出。可以想象出,要是在分离过程将外盒或内盒或其两者均毁损,那就不再有盒的形式了。
将外盒材料从内盒材料上分开(拉开)可以借内盒上的拉手来完成,此拉手可以在与外盒无关的方式下握住,不必在开始时于外盒所封闭的部分外从外盒上松释下内盒。这样的拉手例如可以取内盒材料从外盒上延伸出的一部分表面形式。
将这样的多层料拆开成它各个部分的一种关键性的简便处理装置是利用封口件上不可松开的沿内盒连接的拉手。通常,作为拉手且本身与内盒刚性连接而完全不与或至多是稍与外盒连接成可以松释的一种封口件,不仅仅特别适合于人机控制目的,而且对于因内、外盒间位移可能产生的较大的力能够无问题的予以转移。
而以塞状方式装配到内盒中的一种封口件,可在此封口件与内盒之间的塞壁上形成颇大的连接部分。此种封口件最好是金属形成的杯状凹形部,其中有可能设置的一种口部连接件最好与此凹部共用一片材料制成,亦即使此口部与凹部属同一种材料。
可以想象出能用多种多样方式形成封口件与内盒的连接,最好是采用可热熔的合成材料,因为这在保证封口件与内盒间的接触边缘处有严密封接的同时,还能用特别简单的方式。可用其中所述的一种封口件的超尺寸塞状部分即,使凹形件的尺寸略大于内盒的净尺寸。借助它能够发生的周边张力来保证以均匀方式熔融这类可热熔的合成材料;这样就能在封口件与内盒间实现完善的密封和特别均匀与牢靠的连接,得以传递从封口件到内盒的较高的力。
对于内外盒之间的相对位移,特别是对于应用所谓料筒来贮存与喷射带一定粘性之物质的领域,采用一种分配器例如一种筒式喷枪业已证明是有效的,这样一种装置专门设置有钳形的用于外盒的夹持件。这类装置可以用于本发明中所述的盒式包装容器中,尤其是当此种装置具有将内盒自外盒中推出的活塞时,此活塞的杆可能必须长于常规采用的活塞杆。
上述的以及作为权利要求提出的结构部件和拟采用的工艺步骤,将于下述例子中描述并依照本发明来应用,就它们的尺寸、形式、材料和技术思路或工艺参数而论,是没有特殊例外的,因而这里已知的选择准则是可以最终应用于相关领域的。
本发明之对象的其它细节、特征与优点可以从下面结合附图所作的描述中获得理解,在附图中例示了本发明的盒式包装容器及用于制造它的构件。下面简释附图,
图1用侧视图透视地表明了取贮存与喷射粘性物质与类似物质之料筒形式的本发明之包装容器,此料筒装配有一筒用喷枪;
图2依据图1示明了一包装容器的轴向剖面及一种制造工具;
图3是图2中之包装容器的放大部分;
图4示明了图1中之筒用喷枪的夹持环件的两个对开部分的另一种设置;

由参考号100作为整体标明的包装容器包括一具有规则柱形横剖面的盒体20和一封口件10。盒体20由多层料制成,包括在内部设置的箔状保护层与相对于此保护层的外部支承层。
在所示的这一例子中,箔状保护层由内侧涂有合成材料之铝箔构成,而支承层则由纸板材料构成。
支承层是作为独立的外盒21制造的,而保护层则取独立的内盒22的形式。这可以从图1中清楚地看出,在这里所示明的情形下,此两个最初等长的内外盒已相互相对位移,因而在它们两者之间就可能只存在一种强制锁闭即摩擦锁闭连接。
为了制造出由相互套放的两盒组成的盒体,首先将箔状保护层卷绕到一已知的模具件50(图7)之上,其中对于所示的最佳例于其一侧设有一心轴,与此心轴轴线斜交地绕缠以合成材料涂层之铝箔薄带。图7示明在用于依螺旋式绕制成盒所用机器(属周知形式,未示明)中,有一心轴30牢牢地固定于心轴架51上。用来形成内盒22之铝箔带121依45°角送到此心轴30上。利用一传送带(未示明)将此铝箔带121绸绕到心轴30上,循图7中箭头方向前进而得到一种管形件。此种制管的缠绕工艺已周知多年。
为了使搭迭的螺旋式缠绕带121形成独立的内盒22而不让气体或流体透过,带121在其面向心轴30的内侧覆有涂层22B。此种涂层22B最好是那种可热密封的塑料,能够附着到本身或其它类似塑料上,但却不能接附于其它一些未涂层的材料上。为使由螺旋式缠绕带121制成的内盒22不透气体或流体,形成内盒22之带121的背侧23在卷缠作业之前向前方折迭过180°,如图7与8所示,而成为图8所示的结果。图中表明已折迭起之背侧23的涂层22B是面朝外的,得以与继后缠上之带121前侧上的涂层22B触合。这样,折迭起之背侧23上的涂层22B就处于前侧涂层22B之下,而螺旋状绕成的带121作为一个整体就能连接成一内盒22。由此便获得了不透气体与流体的独立内盒22,即使是此带121是由铝箔筒和相连的纸支承层组成也可。
随后在此内盒22上制造出外盒21。将用来形成外盒21的材料输向心轴,在此代表性的实施例中,此种材料包括四条纸带111、112、113与114,它们在输送给心轴之前涂有粘合剂,得以使它们相互搭连之后粘在一起而形成独立的外盒21。在把此外盒21放到事先制成的内盒22之上时是没有添加任何粘合剂的,使得外盒21仅仅是靠静摩擦而绕合到内盒22之上。两个独立的内盒22与外盒21的紧密相接足以使绕成在心轴30上这种管状件的两个部件保持在一起,特别是由于其中的迭合部分在接触面上会产生一定强度的摩擦力。
在心轴30上连续制作成的这种管件被分割成单独的部段,而这些部段又根据所需之包装容器的长度再分割成另一些独立的部段。自然也可在这种容器的外部贴上标签。最好对内盒与外盒都采用斜绕工艺,但也可采用平行的卷绕方法。
从实质上说,这种独立的外盒可以由纸板条,类似由铝箔的情形斜向地卷绕,使它们相互接触的侧面再次粘合到一起。最好是使这种纸板条不要搭迭而是以它们的侧边相互融合,然后在此第一层纸板条上再卷绕上另一层纸板条,其中通过在相邻的纸板条之间使那些触合的侧边取交错排列并在整个表面上胶合,由此来形成独立的外盒。
尽管在这种已知的制造多层材料盒的工艺中,是在箔状保护层的面向纸板料一层采用了涂层,特别是用纸作为覆层,并通过在整个表面上上胶而与纸板牢牢接连,但在本发明的方法中,可省除上胶工序。此外,也能省去铝箔或合成箔的纸覆层,这样便能在以后的内盒回收工作中出现纯粹的或仅仅为合成材料涂层的而不是纸覆层的铝。业已证明,内盒22与外盒21在离开供缠绕用之心轴时所形成的张力足以保持着制成的形式。用这种方法制造出的盒体可以分成许多段并可以进一步按通常方式处理和使用,这是由于这两个独立盒之间的静摩擦足以适应此种目的。
如图3所示明的例子中,外盒21是从两层相互胶合的纸板制成,而内盒22则包括铝层22A和指向其内部的合成层22B。
封口件10由金属片制成,呈杯状的凹形件,具有沿径向外延的壁面11,以略微过大的尺寸按塞状方式配合入内盒22内。此凹状件在面向容器内部的侧向设有可热熔的合成层14,此合成层14必须设在柱形壁面11的与内盒22之合成层22B相对的区域中,借助于一金属体30和一围绕它的可从外侧放到推至盒体20之上的封口件10上面的加热元件32,就可以利用合成层22A来热熔合成层14。为此,上述的金属体30有一环形的外部轮廓31,便于最有效地传热,并以尽可能的精确性与封口件10的连接缘12之外形相配合。
封口件10可以沿其周边带有凸缘,但它和已知的封口件之接附方法不同,在已知的接附方法中无例外地使封口件紧密地嵌合于相关之盒体外表面中的折缘区中,但在此则不与外盒21紧密连接(图3)。
本发明的包装容器现在可按常规方式使用,在所阐述的例子中,例如可通过一种筒用喷枪40使之排空。为此目的,此筒用喷枪的前端有一环形件43,沿着边缘支承着此筒的封口件10,而此筒内的活塞42即被推向前,使一空心活塞状的密封件44朝封口件10的方向前进,这样就使此筒的内盛物经一喷口连接件15从此筒内驱出。为了确保尽可能地完成此排空过程,依据图5,封口件10与密封件44最好使其相对的表面(阴面/阳面)相匹配,且朝外侧形成炮弹形式。
为了能在此种包装容器排空之后将其回收,采用了一种在环形件43区域中变化的新型筒用喷枪40,这里的环形件43分成两个环形对开件43A与43B,如图1与4之最佳实施例中所示。这两个环形对开件在通常用来排空此筒时是由一种简单的锁紧件(未示明)保持在一起的。要是撤除此种锁紧件,这两个环形对开件则可借它们的弹形支架45相互分开到能使包装容器100的封口件10配合于其中。当盒体20略朝前推之后,例如用手把这两个在其边部上设有沿径向朝内之夹持件41的环形对口件43A与43B稍稍推拢,而使夹持件41嵌入外盒21中。要是再行推压活塞42,则如图所示,整个内盒22和用作拉手的封口件10与密封件44便相对于外盒21前推。为此目的,筒用喷枪40之活塞杆46最好较一般形式的长。随着这一位移过程,在图1所示相对位置中,就有可能将内盒自外盒中推出,这是因为此时的两盒易于使之相互分开。导向件51(图4)可用来简化这两个环形对开件的处理。
此后,可根据需要将封口件10从内盒22上撕下,并可把绝大部分为合成材料构成的密封件44推出内盒22,使得已完全分解成其部件的此种包装容器能够引向已知的回收过程而用作为各种分开的材料。但最好是使封口件10与设于其上的口连接件15以及密封件44由同一种材料构成,且更好是使这种材料与内盒22的材料一致(图5)。这样,除了可能存在的极少量热熔合成材料外,此种包装容器就只用到两种材料,而可以分别予以回收。
尽管上述几个例子基本上是涉及到所谓的筒,但依据本发明也可以装配和制造出其它的包装容器,特别是那些用来贮存液体和食品的。在图6(未依精确尺寸)所示的本发明的应用中,也可以把箔状材料用作封口件10,特别是那种由与内盒22相同之材料构成的箔状材料,而最好是铝料,在此,这一封口件与内盒最好在它们面向容器的侧面涂以热熔合成材料或径直由这样的材料制成。依据图6所示例子,内盒22与封口件10都是由铝箔层22A涂以合成材料(最好是聚乙烯)层22B构成。为了在此封口件10与盒体20间形成紧密连接,仍然用到一种环形的金属件30,它们沿径向处于外侧之环形轮廓31多少是紧密地配合入环体20的开口端,并可以由加热元件32加热到足以使合成材料表面涂层22B热熔的程度。为了使这种箔在熔融过程中以所需的支承用于封口件10并能配合入正确的位置,此封口件10要有足够的过量尺寸,使得能形成覆盖盒体20正面的凸缘10A,并能在此金属件30插入此盒体的自由端之前,由一可弹性压入的环33使之就位。为此目的,此环33是利用杆34反抗着弹簧36的压力而移动至金属件30的导孔35内,并按如下方式配置,使得在金属件30的环形轮廓31推入盒端之前,环33首先在凸缘10A处于盒体20的前端成为支承/压合接触。要是在某些特殊应用中,这种箔制的封口件对运输过分敏感,那就可以用图6中以点线所示,由合成材料、金属或类似材料所制的一种周知的防护盖60,以摩擦锁合方式推到完全封闭起的盒端之上,作为一种增设的有效的机械式保护装置。
需知此种箔式内盒也可以用铝以外的材料制得,例如仿羊皮纸、纸或其他箔状材料。
为使由四件纸带(111、112、113、114)组成的外盒21与可能污染了的内盒22相分开,需借助牢靠地接在内盒22上的封口件10,将未胶合或焊合到外盒21上的内盒22,沿轴向从外盒21推出。只要用手轻压外盒21使内盒22与之有局部脱开就易将内盒保持其管状形式从轴向取出。这种分离方式基于下述事实:在上述加压过程中变形的内盒22由于使用的是铝箔而保持其已变形的形式,而由纸构成稍厚的外盒21则恢复其原有形式,这样,借助封口件就易将内盒22从外盒21中抽出。
分离开的内盒22与外盒21然后分别被送去回收或处置。要是内盒22的回收特别是在其已污染而不可能时,就可把它压小成相当于其最初体积的很小一部分,使它送到专门的废物槽中只占很少的容积。
最后,图9与10表明了此种包装容器可能有的另一种不同设计。在这里,外盒21沿着其长向至少设置有一个孔115,使得使用者在此包装容器已排空时可撕破独立的外盒21,而将内盒22原封不动地取出。这样一种孔115是易于在对此容器贴标签之前加工出的。
Claims (16)
1、一种多层料的盒式包装容器,它具有:至少一个封口件以及一个本质上属刚性的盒体,沿后者整个长向上设有至少一个内部的箔状保护层和相对于此保护层处于外侧的支承层,特征在于:此支承层取独立的外盒形式;保护层取独立的内盒形式;外盒仅仅以强制锁定方式围住内盒;而在此内盒中最好设置一拉手,该拉手将拉力或推力以相对于外盒紧密连接的方式施加到内盒上,而内盒也可与拉手单独构成。
2、如权利要求1所述的包装容器,特征在于:此内盒具有一铝箔和特别是由深拉的铝料构成的封口件。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的包装容器,特征在于:至少是在其中的一个封口件上设有拉手,而它以不可松释开的方式沿着内盒连接。
4、如权利要求3所述的包装容器,特征在于:此封口件10具有一以塞状方式配合到内盒中和沿径向外伸的壁面。
5、如权利要求3或4所述的包装容器,特征在于:此封口件呈杯状的凹形件形式。
6、如权利要求3至5中任一项所述的包装容器,特征在于:此封口件以及内盒的面向容器内的侧面均以热熔合成材料涂层或由它制成。
7、如权利要求4至6中任一项所述的包装容器,特征在于:所述之凹形件的尺寸略大于内盒的净尺寸。
8、如权利要求1所述的包装容器,特征在于此外盒上至少设有一个沿轴向延伸的孔。
9、依据权利要求1至7中任一项所述之盒式包装容器的盒体的工艺与制造方法,特征在于:从箔状保护层开始,在将其搭连的接触边结合起的同时,首先将一独立的内盒紧紧地绕到一模具件上,确定出此盒体内部轮廓,随后,由支承层材料来形成一独立的外盒,它紧紧围绕到此内盒上并使在此支承层材料迭置之表面接触区中的支承层材料的表面粘合,这样,便将独立的外盒卷绕到内盒上而形成整个盒体,最后只需将此模具件从其中抽出。
10、如权利要求9所述的方法,特征在于:此盒体专门在其内盒上以不可松脱与密封方式,特别是通过热熔连接上至少一个封口件。
11、如权利要求9或10所述的方法,特征在于:使内侧有涂层用来形成内盒的一种带之后侧向前折卷180°,并借助涂层面朝外地,通过相继卷绕之带上的涂层而接附到后一带上;同时,有一或多条带螺旋式地无例外地通过静摩擦接附到内盒之上以形成外盒,而此一或多条带在只用一条时则本身与本身接附,在使用多条带时,则可以通过事先涂敷的粘合材料使其中之一叠加到其它带之上来形成外盒。
12、如权利要求9至11任一项所述的方法,特征在于:形成内盒之带的涂层是由热密封塑料组成。
13、如权利要求9至12任一项所述的方法,用来将所述之带连接起以形成外套之材料乃是一种粘合剂。
14、依据权利要求9至13中任一项所述的方法来制造符合权利要求1至8中任一项所述盒式包装容器的装置,特征在于:对于有若干层的支承材料而言,使支承材料层所成的卷轴在上胶过程中,它的最内层的内侧和最外层的外侧保持为不上胶。
15、用来生产权利要求3至6中任一项所述盒式包装容器的装置,特征在于:利用了一种具有可加热的环形外部轮廓的金属件,此环形轮廓所取形式能与封口件的连接缘相配合。
16、用来制造依据权利要求1至7任一项所述之盒式包装容器的各个可回收部件的装置,特征在于:此装置有一专用来夹持外盒的钳形夹持件,以及一能在内盒内相对于此夹持件推进并与包装容器之封口件内侧接合的活塞。
