技术领域：本发明涉及一种果酒的酿造，具体地说是一种蓝莓冰酒。
背景技术：目前，全国各酒行所销售的冰酒，尽管种类繁多，但大都以葡萄为原料，这种以葡萄为原料酿成的冰酒，虽说颜色鲜红，液体有清澈透明的体态，含氨基酸、维生素和一定的矿物质，但毕竟葡萄所含的营养成份有限，即葡萄冰酒营养功能比较单一；而现在市场所销售的以蓝莓为原料的蓝莓冰酒，尽管蓝莓营养丰富，但饮后，会觉得酸度过大，口感差。
发明内容：本发明发的目的在于，配制出一种以蓝莓原浆酒为主要原料，蓝靛果、葡萄、椴树蜜、为辅助原料，采用特殊发酵工艺，科学加工，最大限度保留各种原料的营养成分，陈酿而成的纯天然蓝莓冰酒。其技术内容是，一种蓝莓冰酒，由蓝莓原浆酒、蓝靛果、葡萄、椴树蜜和山泉水配制而成，其特征是，计量按百分比计，蓝莓原浆酒30-50％，蓝靛果2-4％，葡萄5-10％，椴树蜜4-6％，其余为山泉水。本发明和现有技术相比其先进之处在于，该蓝莓冰酒，富含多种维生素，氨基酸，花青素，类黄铜，熊果苷以及丰富的各种矿物质元素，长期饮用，具有抗氧化，抗衰老，抗癌，增强视力，软化血管，增强人体免疫等功效，从而克服了现有冰酒以葡萄为原料，所含营养成份单一，蓝莓冰酒以一种蓝莓为原料，饮后，会觉得酸度过大，口感差的不足之处。
具体实施方式：一种蓝莓冰酒的配制工艺，将野生蓝莓原浆酒，葡萄、蓝靛果按比例经过精选，压榨，果浆，发酵，后发酵，换罐，酿出的酒，贮藏，换罐，澄清后与蓝莓原浆酒、椴树蜜配制而成，以上便构成本发明。
