发明内容:本发明的目的在于,配制出一种以蓝莓原浆酒为主要原料,五加参浸提液、枸杞为辅助原料,集果香、酒香、醇香于一体,具有浓郁的蓝莓醇香,采用特殊发酵工艺,科学加工,最大限度保留野生蓝莓的营养成分,具有一定保健功效的一种蓝莓干红酒。其技术内容是,蓝莓干红酒,由蓝莓原浆酒、五加参浸提液、枸杞配制而成,其特征是,计量按百分比计,蓝莓原浆酒60-80%,五加参浸提液5-10%,枸杞2-10%。本发明和现有技术相比其先进之处在于,该蓝莓干红酒,富含多种维生素,氨基酸,花青素,类黄铜,熊果苷以及丰富的矿物质元素,长期饮用,具有抗氧化,抗衰老,抗癌,增强视力,软化血管,增强人体免疫等功效,从而克服了现有干红葡萄酒,所含营养成份单一,喝到嘴中,口感发涩的不足之处。
具体实施方式:蓝莓干红酒的配制工艺,其特征是,将精选出的蓝莓果压榨制成蓝莓果浆,发酵,后发酵,换罐,酿出的酒,贮藏,换罐,澄清后,将蓝莓原浆酒;五加参,枸杞,分别放在35度酒精里浸提;然后,按比例将蓝莓原浆酒,五加参、枸杞、浸提液搅混在一起,即调配成一种蓝莓干红酒,以上便构成本发明。
