Abstract
本发明提供了一种空气压缩机油组合物、空气压缩机油及其制备方法,该组合物,包括高支化烷烃基础油和添加剂;其中,所述高支化烷烃由C2~C20的烯烃、双烯烃中的一种或多种共聚制得;所述高支化烷烃的重均分子量为300~5000,40℃的粘度为3~220mm2/s。本发明一实施方式的空气压缩机油组合物制得的空气压缩机油,具有优异的粘温性、剪切安定性和热氧化安定性,同时具有高温稳定性好,使用温度宽,挥发性小,使用寿命长等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及润滑油,具体为一种空气压缩机油组合物、空气压缩机油及其制备方法。
背景技术
在这个日异月新的年代,压缩机作为暖通制冷行业的核心和造价最昂贵的部件,它的性能和维护一直是行业内最为关注的问题。其中空气压缩机作为用量最大的一类压缩机,几乎涉及国民经济工业各个领域,要保证空气压缩机安全可靠的工作,润滑是重要环节之一。
空气压缩机油的作用是在空气压缩机相对运动的摩擦表面形成润滑油膜,减小摩擦和磨损,降低能耗、冷却摩擦表面以及密封压缩空气工作容积等。合理润滑及正确选择润滑油是保证压缩机安全、可靠使用的重要措施。
我国压缩机油年消耗量为10万吨左右。目前,我国的空气压缩机油仍以矿物油为主,由于矿物油型压缩机油氧化安定性差,实际使用过程中容易形成积炭,难以满足不同结构类型的空气压缩机,特别是工作压力和热负荷较高的空气压缩机的润滑要求。随着空气压缩机工况条件日益苛刻,具有高温氧化安定性优良、积炭倾向性低、粘温性能优异、挥发性小和使用寿命长的合成空气压缩机油的应用也越来越得到受到重视,并朝着高可靠性、长使用寿命的方向发展,质量水平在不断地提高。近年来,随着工业设备的大型化和朝着高载荷、高温度、高压力操作方向发展,对空气压缩机油的性能提出了更高的要求。
发明内容
本发明的一个主要目的在于克服上述现有技术的至少一种缺陷,提供一种空气压缩机油组合物,包括高支化烷烃基础油和添加剂;其中,所述高支化烷烃由C2~C20的烯烃、双烯烃中的一种或多种共聚制得;所述高支化烷烃的重均分子量为300~5000,40℃的粘度为3~220mm2/s。
根据本发明一实施方式,所述高支化烷烃的粘度指数为140~240,倾点为-60~-10℃。
根据本发明一实施方式,所述组合物包括75.0~95.9wt%的所述高支化烷烃基础油、4.0~20.0wt%的合成酯类基础油及0.1~5.0wt%的所述添加剂。
根据本发明一实施方式,所述合成酯类基础油选自三羟甲基乙烷脂肪酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷脂肪酸酯、季戊四醇脂肪酸酯、偏苯三酸酯、邻苯二甲酸酯、新戊基多元醇(复)酯、癸二酸脂肪醇酯、壬二酸脂肪醇酯、聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯、对苯二甲酸脂肪醇酯的一种或几种。
根据本发明一实施方式,所述添加剂选自油性剂、降凝剂、清净剂、抗氧抗腐剂、抗磨剂、金属钝化剂、抗乳化剂、防锈剂及消泡剂中的一种或多种。
根据本发明一实施方式,所述添加剂包括0~0.8wt%的油性剂,0.1~1.0wt%的降凝剂,0~0.1wt%的清净剂,0~1.3wt%的抗氧抗腐剂,0~1.0wt%的抗磨剂,0~0.2wt%的金属钝化剂,0~0.05wt%的抗乳化剂,0~0.5wt%的防锈剂,0~0.05wt%的消泡剂,上述重量百分含量均以所述组合物的总重量为基准。
根据本发明一实施方式,所述油性剂选自脂肪酸、丙二醇单硬酸酯、油酸二乙醇胺、油酸正丁酯、直链脂肪醇的磷酸酯和亚磷酸酯的一种或多种;所述降凝剂选自烷基萘、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚异丁烯中的一种或多种;所述清净剂选自磺酸钙、硫酸钡、水杨酸钙、丁二酰亚胺及硫化烷基酚钙的一种或多种;所述抗氧抗腐剂选自二烷基二硫代磷酸盐、硼酸酯、十七烯基咪唑啉十二烯基丁二酸盐、山梨醇单油酸酯中的一种或多种;所述抗磨剂选自硫、磷、氯化合物中的一种或多种。

本发明进一步提供了一种空气压缩机油的制备方法,包括将所述组合物的各组分于40~80℃下混合,得到所述空气压缩机油。
本发明一实施方式的空气压缩机油组合物制得的空气压缩机油,具有优异的粘温性、剪切安定性和热氧化安定性,同时具有高温稳定性好,使用温度宽,挥发性小,使用寿命长等优点。

本发明一实施方式提供了一种空气压缩机油组合物,包括高支化烷烃基础油和添加剂;其中,所述高支化烷烃是由C2~C20的烯烃、双烯烃中的一种或多种共聚制得的烯烃聚合物;所述高支化烷烃40℃的粘度为3~220mm2/s,例如10mm2/s、50mm2/s、100mm2/s、150mm2/s、200mm2/s等;粘度指数为140~240,例如150、180、200、220等;倾点为-60~-10℃,例如-50℃、-40℃、-25℃等;重均分子量为300~5000,例如1000、2000、3000、4000等。
本发明一实施方式的高支化烷烃,支化度(BI)为0.15~0.4,其中BI是指非芳烃甲基氢原子数占总的非芳烃氢原子数的比例,可通过核磁谱图计算(化学位移0.5~1.05处峰面积除以位移0.5~2.1处峰面积)。
本发明一实施方式的高支化烷烃由C2~C20的烯烃、双烯烃中的一种或多种共聚制得,该C2~C20的烯烃是指包含一个双键的烯烃,例如可以是乙烯、丙烯、包含4~20个碳的端烯烃、包含4~20个碳的内烯烃;包含4~20个碳的端烯烃是指双键位于端部(CH2=CH-CnH2n+1),例如2-甲基-1-丁烯、十二烯;包含4~20个碳的内烯烃是指双键位于内部,并非位于两端,例如2-丁烯(CH3-CH=CH-CH3);C2~C20的双烯烃是指分子中含有两个双键的烯烃,例如1,3-戊二烯、2-甲基-1,3-丁二烯。
本发明一实施方式的高支化烷烃基础油,具有粘度指数高、粘度范围宽、易于溶解添加剂等优势,在不添加粘度指数改进剂的条件下,以本发明一实施方式的高支化烷烃作为基础油的空气压缩机油,具有优异的粘温性、剪切安定性和热氧化安定性,同时具有高温稳定性好,使用温度宽,挥发性小,使用寿命长等优点,可以保证空气压缩机长期安全运行。
本发明一实施方式的空气压缩机油组合物,包括高支化烷烃基础油、合成酯类基础油及添加剂。
本发明一实施方式的空气压缩机油组合物,包括75.0~95.9wt%的高支化烷烃基础油、4.0~20.0wt%的合成酯类基础油及0.1~5.0wt%的添加剂。例如可以是80wt%的高支化烷烃基础油、15wt%的合成酯类基础油以及5wt%的添加剂;还可以是90wt%的高支化烷烃基础油、8wt%的合成酯类基础油以及2wt%的添加剂;上述百分含量均以空气压缩机油组合物的总重量为基准。
于本发明一实施方式中,合成酯类基础油可以是三羟甲基乙烷脂肪酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷脂肪酸酯、季戊四醇脂肪酸酯、偏苯三酸酯、邻苯二甲酸酯、新戊基多元醇(复)酯、癸二酸脂肪醇酯、壬二酸脂肪醇酯、聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯、对苯二甲酸脂肪醇酯。
于本发明一实施方式中,添加剂可以是油性剂、降凝剂、清净剂、抗氧抗腐剂、抗磨剂、金属钝化剂、抗乳化剂、防锈剂、消泡剂。
于本发明一实施方式中,油性剂可以是组合物总重量的0~0.8wt%,例如0.1wt%、0.3wt%、0.6wt%等,其具体可以为脂肪酸、丙二醇单硬酸酯、油酸二乙醇胺、油酸正丁酯、直链脂肪醇的磷酸酯和亚磷酸酯
于本发明一实施方式中,降凝剂可以是组合物总重量的0.1~1.0wt%,例如0.1wt%、0.3wt%、0.6wt%等,其具体可以为烷基萘、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚异丁烯。
于本发明一实施方式中,清净剂可以是组合物总重量的0~0.1wt%,例如0.01wt%、0.05wt%、0.08wt%等,其具体可以为磺酸钙、硫酸钡、水杨酸钙、丁二酰亚胺、硫化烷基酚钙。
于本发明一实施方式中,抗氧抗腐剂可以是组合物总重量的0~1.3wt%,例如0.1wt%、0.7wt%、1.0wt%等,其具体可以为二烷基二硫代磷酸盐、硼酸酯、十七烯基咪唑啉十二烯基丁二酸盐、山梨醇单油酸酯。
于本发明一实施方式中,抗磨剂可以是组合物总重量的0~1.0wt%,例如0.1wt%、0.5wt%、0.8wt%等,其具体可以为硫、磷、氯化合物,例如磷酸酯、氯化石蜡、硫化异丁烯。
于本发明一实施方式中,金属钝化剂可以是组合物总重量的0~0.2wt%,例如0.05wt%、0.1wt%、0.15wt%等,其具体可以为N,N-二亚水杨丙二胺、苯三唑衍生物、噻二唑衍生物。
于本发明一实施方式中,抗乳化剂可以是组合物总重量的0~0.05wt%,例如0.01wt%、0.03wt%、0.04wt%等,其具体可以为环氧丙烷二胺缩聚物、高分子聚醚、乙二醇酯及乙二醇醚。
于本发明一实施方式中,防锈剂可以是组合物总重量的0~0.5wt%,例如0.1wt%、0.3wt%等,其具体可以为石油磺酸钡、烯基丁二酸、合成硼化丁二酰亚胺、硼化的高碱值水杨酸钙、硼化的高碱值烷基酚镁、硼化的高碱值磺酸钙、硼化的脂肪酸羟乙基胺酯。
于本发明一实施方式中,消泡剂可以是组合物总重量的0~0.05wt%,例如0.01wt%、0.03wt%等,其具体可以为二甲基硅油、聚醚、有机硅酸酯、油酸丁酯。
本发明一实施方式提供了一种高支化烷烃基础油的制备方法,包括在氢或路易斯酸的存在下,于20~100℃的反应温度,1~10MPa的反应压力下,以含有A和B的催化体系控制支链类型,催化乙烯聚合得到聚乙烯油。其中,催化体系中A是催化剂,通式为MX4,其中M是IVB过渡金属,X是卤素阴离子,B是助催化剂,是一种卤代烷基铝化合物,如氯代二乙基铝和二氯乙基铝。
本发明一实施方式的高支化烷烃基础油由乙烯、丙烯以及C4~C20的端烯烃、内烯烃、双烯烃或其混合物直接催化聚合制备,是一种高度支化的类球型结构物质,具有优异的耐磨性,且与PAO生产工艺相比,具有原料易得,工艺路线简单,生产成本低等优势,可调配出高档空气压缩机油,满足高温、高压、高速、低温等苛刻条件下工作的各类压缩机的性能要求,适用范围广。
本发明一实施方式提供了一种空气压缩机油,以无毒无色的高支化烷烃和可生物降解的合成酯为基础油,绿色环保,可减少生态环境的污染。
本发明一实施方式进一步提供了一种空气压缩机油的制备方法,包括将上述组合物的各组分于40~80℃下混合,搅拌至均匀透明,得到所述空气压缩机油。
下面,结合具体实施例对本发明一实施方式的空气压缩机油及其制备方法做进一步说明。
实施例1
高支化烷烃基础油的制备
在300mL配有聚四氟乙烯磁力搅拌棒的高压釜衬里中将TiCl4(38mg,0.20mmol)溶于40mL氯苯中得到,随后加入Et2AlCl(1.00mL浓度为1M的己烷溶液,1.00mmol)。用氮气置换高压釜气氛三次,并抽一次真空,加热至60℃,以1.2MPa的压力持续加入乙烯,并在60℃下搅拌6h后直接将乙烯气氛切换为氢气,在氢气气氛下反应下直至氢化完全,放空高压釜至常压,并加入少量甲醇使催化剂失活。在加入40mL氯仿稀释后,将产物过滤并过中性氧化铝柱以去除催化剂残渣,并将反应液浓缩获得18.9g油状高支化聚乙烯。产物重均分子量为945,支化度为0.36。
空气压缩机油的制备
取82份高支化聚乙烯基础油、15份三羟甲基乙烷脂肪酸酯加入到调和釜中,同时开动搅拌,然后依次加入0.5份作为油性剂的油酸二乙醇胺、0.4份作为降凝剂的烷基萘、1.0份抗氧抗腐剂二烷基二硫代磷酸盐、0.05份抗乳化剂环氧丙烷二胺缩聚物、0.05份作为消泡剂的二甲基硅油,加热至60℃恒温搅拌混合物全部溶解,均匀透明,得到空气压缩机油。
实施例2
高支化烷烃基础油的制备
在300mL配有聚四氟乙烯磁力搅拌棒的高压釜衬里中将TiCl4(38mg,0.20mmol)溶于40mL氯苯中得到,随后加入EtAlCl2(1.00mL浓度为1M的己烷溶液,1.00mmol)。用氮气置换高压釜气氛三次,并抽一次真空,加热至40℃,以1.5MPa的压力持续加入乙烯,并在40℃下搅拌6h后直接将乙烯气氛切换为氢气,在氢气气氛下反应下直至氢化完全,放空高压釜至常压,并加入少量甲醇使催化剂失活。在加入40mL氯仿稀释后,将产物过滤并过中性氧化铝柱以去除催化剂残渣,并将反应液浓缩获得17.2g油状高支化聚乙烯。产物重均分子量为1750,支化度为0.33。
空气压缩机油的制备
取86份高支化聚乙烯基础油、12份三羟甲基乙烷脂肪酸酯加入到调和釜中,同时开动搅拌,然后依次加入0.2份作为降凝剂的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、0.1份作为清净剂的水杨酸钙、0.7份抗氧抗腐剂硼酸酯、0.5份二苄基二硫抗磨剂、0.05份抗乳化剂环氧丙烷二胺缩聚物、0.4份作为防锈剂的合成硼化丁二酰亚胺、0.05份作为消泡剂的有机硅酸酯,加热至50℃恒温搅拌混合物全部溶解,均匀透明,得到空气压缩机油。
实施例3
高支化烷烃基础油的制备
在300mL配有聚四氟乙烯磁力搅拌棒的高压釜衬里中将TiCl4(38mg,0.20mmol)溶于40mL氯苯中得到,随后加入Et3Al2Cl3(1.00mL浓度为1M的己烷溶液,1.00mmol)。用氮气置换高压釜气氛三次,并抽一次真空,以1.7MPa的压力持续加入丁烯,并在室温下搅拌6h后直接将丁烯气氛切换为氢气,在氢气气氛下反应下直至氢化完全,放空高压釜至常压,并加入少量甲醇使催化剂失活。在加入40mL氯仿稀释后,将产物过滤并过中性氧化铝柱以去除催化剂残渣,并将反应液浓缩获得15.2g油状高支化聚丁烯。产物重均分子量为2398,支化度为0.30。
空气压缩机油的制备
取90份高支化聚丁烯基础油、6份季戊四醇脂肪酸酯加入到调和釜中,同时开动搅拌,然后依次加入0.6份作为油性剂的油酸正丁酯、0.8份作为降凝剂的烷基萘、1.2份抗氧抗腐剂二烷基二硫代磷酸盐、0.7份作为抗磨剂的硫化异丁烯、0.2份作为金属钝化剂的苯三唑衍生物、0.05份抗乳化剂环氧丙烷二胺缩聚物、0.4份作为防锈剂的烯基丁二酸、0.05份作为消泡剂的二甲基硅油,加热至70℃恒温搅拌混合物全部溶解,均匀透明,得到空气压缩机油。
实施例4
高支化烷烃基础油的制备
在300mL配有聚四氟乙烯磁力搅拌棒的高压釜衬里中将TiCl4(38mg,0.20mmol)溶于40mL氯苯中得到,随后加入EtAlCl2(1.00mL浓度为1M的己烷溶液,1.00mmol),并加入选择性促进剂AlCl3(4.0mmol)。用氮气置换高压釜气氛三次,并抽一次真空,以2.0MPa的压力持续加入乙烯,并在室温下搅拌6h后直接将乙烯气氛切换为氢气,在氢气气氛下反应下直至氢化完全,放空高压釜至常压,并加入少量甲醇使催化剂失活。在加入40mL氯仿稀释后,将产物过滤并过中性氧化铝柱以去除催化剂残渣,并将反应液浓缩获得14.8g油状高支化聚乙烯。产物重均分子量为3308,支化度为0.26。
空气压缩机油的制备
取92份高支化聚乙烯基础油、7份三羟甲基乙烷脂肪酸酯加入到调和釜中,同时开动搅拌,然后依次加入0.4份作为降凝剂的烷基萘、0.3份作为抗磨剂的硫化异丁烯、0.1份作为金属钝化剂的噻二唑衍生物、0.05份抗乳化剂乙二醇醚、0.15份作为防锈剂的烯基丁二酸,加热至50℃恒温搅拌混合物全部溶解,均匀透明,得到空气压缩机油。
对比例
以重均分子量为6162,支化度为0.13的聚乙烯为基础油加入到带搅拌器的不锈钢调合釜中,其他条件与实施例4相同,并按照实施例4的条件制备空气压缩机油。
将实施例1至4以及对比例制得的空气压缩机油进行相关参数及性能的测试,具体结果参见下表。
表中数据表明,相较于对比例,本发明实施例制备的空气压缩机油粘度指数更高,具有更好的粘温性;倾点更低,能够满足苛刻条件下的使用要求;并具有更好的剪切安定性和热氧化安定性,同时具有较好的耐磨性,挥发性小,使用寿命更长。

Claims (10)
1.一种空气压缩机油组合物,包括高支化烷烃基础油和添加剂;其中,所述高支化烷烃由C2~C20的烯烃、双烯烃中的一种或多种共聚制得;所述高支化烷烃的重均分子量为300~5000,40℃的粘度为3~220mm2/s。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其中所述高支化烷烃的粘度指数为140~240,倾点为-60~-10℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,包括75.0~95.9wt%的所述高支化烷烃基础油、4.0~20.0wt%的合成酯类基础油及0.1~5.0wt%的所述添加剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的组合物,其中所述合成酯类基础油选自三羟甲基乙烷脂肪酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷脂肪酸酯、季戊四醇脂肪酸酯、偏苯三酸酯、邻苯二甲酸酯、新戊基多元醇(复)酯、癸二酸脂肪醇酯、壬二酸脂肪醇酯、聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯、对苯二甲酸脂肪醇酯的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其中所述添加剂选自油性剂、降凝剂、清净剂、抗氧抗腐剂、抗磨剂、金属钝化剂、抗乳化剂、防锈剂及消泡剂中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求5所述的组合物,其中所述添加剂包括0~0.8wt%的油性剂,0.1~1.0wt%的降凝剂,0~0.1wt%的清净剂,0~1.3wt%的抗氧抗腐剂,0~1.0wt%的抗磨剂,0~0.2wt%的金属钝化剂,0~0.05wt%的抗乳化剂,0~0.5wt%的防锈剂,0~0.05wt%的消泡剂,上述重量百分含量均以所述组合物的总重量为基准。
7.根据权利要求5所述的组合物,其中所述油性剂选自脂肪酸、丙二醇单硬酸酯、油酸二乙醇胺、油酸正丁酯、直链脂肪醇的磷酸酯和亚磷酸酯的一种或多种;
所述降凝剂选自烷基萘、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚异丁烯中的一种或多种;
所述清净剂选自磺酸钙、硫酸钡、水杨酸钙、丁二酰亚胺及硫化烷基酚钙的一种或多种;
所述抗氧抗腐剂选自二烷基二硫代磷酸盐、硼酸酯、十七烯基咪唑啉十二烯基丁二酸盐、山梨醇单油酸酯中的一种或多种;

所述消泡剂选自二甲基硅油、聚醚、有机硅酸酯、油酸丁酯的一种或多种。
9.一种空气压缩机油,包括权利要求1至8中任一项所述的组合物。
10.一种权利要求9所述的空气压缩机油的制备方法,包括将所述组合物的各组分于40~80℃下混合,搅拌至均匀透明,得到所述空气压缩机油。
