Abstract
本发明公开了一种空气压缩机油,所述空气压缩机油由基础油、抗氧剂、金属减活剂、极压剂、降凝剂、防锈剂以及消泡剂组成,按质量百分比构成:基础油:96.5~98.7%;抗氧剂:0.5~1%;金属减活剂:0.1~0.5%;极压剂:0.5~1%;降凝剂:0.1~0.5%;防锈剂:0.1~0.5%;消泡剂:0.03‰,具有以下优点:良好的热稳定性能、耐氧、分压强、抗乳化能力高以及低残碳等效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及化学领域,尤其涉及有机化学,特别涉及空气压缩机油,具体是一种空气压缩机油及其制备方法。
背景技术
空气压缩机是提供空气动力来源的机械,涉及国民经济包括机械、路桥建设、矿山开采、医药生产、化工生产等各个领域。现有技术中空气压缩机有往复式压缩机和螺杆式压缩机两种类型,螺杆式压缩机又分为单螺杆和双螺杆压缩机。无论是哪种机器,均需要使用空气压缩机油。空气压缩机油主要用于空气压缩机在运转中汽缸运动部件及排气阀的润滑并起防锈、防腐、密封和冷却作用,以有效保护螺杆、轴承、齿轮等,通过油循环起到对零部件冷却、携带热量和清净作用,同时用于对螺杆和壳体的密封作用。由于空气压缩机一直处于高压、高温及有冷凝水存在的环境中,因此空压机油要求较高。
近年来,随着工业设备的大型化和朝着高载荷、高温度、高压力操作方向发展,对空气压缩机油的性能提出了更高的要求。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种具有良好的热稳定性能、耐氧、分压强、抗乳化能力高以及低残碳的空气压缩机油组合物。
一种空气压缩机油,按质量百分比构成:
基础油: 96.5~98.7%;
抗氧剂: 0.5~1%;
金属减活剂:0.1~0.5%;
极压剂: 0.5~1%;
降凝剂: 0.1~0.5%;
防锈剂: 0.1~0.5%;
消泡剂: 0.03‰。
优选地:所述的基础油为石蜡基基础油。
优选地:所述的抗氧剂为辛/丁基二苯胺。
优选地:所述的金属减活剂为苯三唑衍生物。
优选地:所述的极压剂为二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸酯。
优选地:所述的降凝剂为高碳醇酯共聚物。
优选地:所述的防锈剂为石油磺酸钡。
优选地:所述的削泡剂为二甲基硅油。
本发明还提出了一种空气压缩机油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,在调合罐中注入基础油,开启加热和搅拌,其中加热温度为50℃~60℃,搅拌时长30min~60 min;
S2,按顺序依次加入抗氧剂、金属减活剂、极压剂、降凝剂、防锈剂、消泡剂,搅拌30min~60 min,得到空气压缩机油。
本发明采用以上技术方案,具有以下优点:本机油采用高品质进口基础油,加入了独特而优异的进口复合剂,经国际先进工艺调和而成,1、良好的热稳定性能,减少积炭生成,延长油品使用寿命;2、耐氧分压强,减少油品的氧化速度;3、抗乳化能力较高,冷凝水易放出,4、低残碳,延长油品使用寿命,正常工况下,该油品可使用4000h。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步解说。
实施例一:一种空气压缩机油的原料百分配比,其中,基础油: 96.5;抗氧剂:1%;金属减活剂:0.5%,极压剂:1%;降凝剂: 0.5%;防锈剂:0.5%;消泡剂: 0.03‰,其中基础油为石蜡基基础油,抗氧剂为辛/丁基二苯胺,金属减活剂为苯三唑衍生物,极压剂为二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸酯,降凝剂为高碳醇酯共聚物,防锈剂为石油磺酸钡,削泡剂为二甲基硅油。
制备实施例一的方法:首先,在调合罐中注入基础油,开启加热和搅拌,保持加热温度为50℃,搅拌时长30min后按顺序依次加入抗氧剂、金属减活剂、极压剂、降凝剂、防锈剂、消泡剂,搅拌60 min,得到空气压缩机油,具体物理化学性能参照表1。
实施例二:一种空气压缩机油的原料百分配比,其中,基础油: 97.5;抗氧剂:0.5%;金属减活剂:0.5%,极压剂:0.5%;降凝剂: 0.5%;防锈剂:0.5%;消泡剂:0.03‰,其中基础油为石蜡基基础油,抗氧剂为辛/丁基二苯胺,金属减活剂为苯三唑衍生物,极压剂为二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸酯,降凝剂为高碳醇酯共聚物,防锈剂为石油磺酸钡,削泡剂为二甲基硅油。
制备实施例二的方法:首先,在调合罐中注入基础油,开启加热和搅拌,保持加热温度为60℃,搅拌时长60min后按顺序依次加入抗氧剂、金属减活剂、极压剂、降凝剂、防锈剂、消泡剂,搅拌45 min,得到空气压缩机油,具体物理化学性能参照表1。
实施例三:一种空气压缩机油的原料百分配比,其中,基础油: 98.7%;抗氧剂:0.5%;金属减活剂:0.1%,极压剂:0.5%;降凝剂: 0.1%;防锈剂:0.1%;消泡剂:0.03‰,其中基础油为石蜡基基础油,抗氧剂为辛/丁基二苯胺,金属减活剂为苯三唑衍生物,极压剂为二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸酯,降凝剂为高碳醇酯共聚物,防锈剂为石油磺酸钡,削泡剂为二甲基硅油。
制备实施例三的方法:首先,在调合罐中注入基础油,开启加热和搅拌,保持加热温度为55℃,搅拌时长50min后按顺序依次加入抗氧剂、金属减活剂、极压剂、降凝剂、防锈剂、消泡剂,搅拌30 min,得到空气压缩机油,具体物理化学性能参照表1。

综上所述:本发明的空气压缩机油具有良好的热稳定性能、耐氧、分压强、抗乳化能力高以及低残碳的空气压缩机油组合物。

基础油: 96.5~98.7%;
抗氧剂: 0.5~1%;
金属减活剂:0.1~0.5%;
极压剂: 0.5~1%;
降凝剂: 0.1~0.5%;
防锈剂: 0.1~0.5%;
消泡剂: 0.03‰。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种空气压缩机油,其特征在于:所述的抗氧剂为辛/丁基二苯胺。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种空气压缩机油,其特征在于:所述的金属减活剂为苯三唑衍生物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种空气压缩机油,其特征在于:所述的极压剂为二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸酯。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种空气压缩机油,其特征在于:所述的降凝剂为高碳醇酯共聚物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种空气压缩机油,其特征在于:所述的防锈剂为石油磺酸钡。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种空气压缩机油,其特征在于:所述的削泡剂为二甲基硅油。
9.一种空气压缩机油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,在调合罐中注入基础油,开启加热和搅拌,其中加热温度为50℃~60℃,搅拌时长30min~60 min;
S2,按顺序依次加入抗氧剂、金属减活剂、极压剂、降凝剂、防锈剂、消泡剂,搅拌30min~60 min,得到空气压缩机油。
