技术领域
本发明涉及润滑油领域,具体涉及一种长寿命承载能力优异的L-DAH46黏度级别螺杆式空气压缩机油组合物。
背景技术
L-DAH46黏度级别螺杆式空气压缩机油主要用于润滑压缩腔中的运动件,压缩机结构随时代不断改变,润滑条件逐渐变得苛刻。目前压缩机使用厂家倾向延长换油周期,压缩机生产商对压缩机载荷提出新要求,因此为了更好满足设备润滑要求,有必要对油品的氧化安定性及承载能力进行优化,具体要求如表1所示。

参照GB/T260、GB/T 12581及NB/SH/T 0306的要求以及设备润滑的实际需求,要求螺杆式空气压缩机油氧化安定性大于3000小时,同时现有产品的FZG承载实验结果并不理想。
发明内容
本发明为了克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种性能优异的L-DAH46黏度级别螺杆式空气压缩机油组合物。
本发明提供的组合物包括加氢基础油和抗氧剂;所述抗氧剂为芳胺、二烷基二硫化氨基甲酸盐和二烷基二硫代磷酸盐的混合物。
其中,所述抗氧剂在组合物中的质量百分比为0.2~2%,优选为0.3~1.5%。
为了确保所述组合物中的三种组分能够发挥最优的抗氧效果,从而使组合物具有最佳的换油周期、承载能力、低温流动性等综合性能优异,所述抗氧剂优选由芳胺、二烷基二硫化氨基甲酸盐和二烷基二硫代磷酸盐以质量比(1~5):(1~5):(1~5)混合而成;进一步优选以质量比(1~3):(2~4):(2~5)混合而成。作为本发明的最优选方案,所述抗氧剂由芳胺、二烷基二硫化氨基甲酸盐和二烷基二硫代磷酸盐以质量比2:4:5组成。
作为一种优选方案,所述组合物中含有芳胺0.1~0.5%,二烷基二硫化氨基甲酸盐0.1~0.5%,二烷基二硫代磷酸盐0.1~0.5%;进一步优选地,含有芳胺0.1~0.3%,二烷基二硫化氨基甲酸盐0.2~0.4%,二烷基二硫代磷酸盐0.2~0.5%。作为本发明的最优选方案,所述组合物中含有芳胺0.2%,二烷基二硫化氨基甲酸盐0.4%和二烷基二硫代磷酸盐0.5%。
本发明所述组合物中还可以进一步含有抗磨剂。所述抗磨剂的用量优选为1.0~5.0%。所述抗磨剂优选为硫磷酸含氮衍生物。本发明将上述抗氧剂复合剂与硫磷酸含氮衍生物添加至螺杆式空气压缩机油中,能够使所得的L-DAH46黏度级别螺杆式空气压缩机油组合物满足氧化安定性能的要求;同时体现良好的承载能力。抗氧剂与抗磨剂可以直接与现有基础油进行调和,可操作性强,对L-DAH46黏度级别螺杆式空气压缩机油产品的总体成本影响不大。
为了实现各成分的协同作用,本发明优选所述加氢基础油为III类加氢基础油。
本发明所述组合物中还可以进一步包含摩擦改进剂、清净分散剂、防锈剂、金属减活剂、降凝剂、破乳剂、抗泡剂中的一种或多种。

本发明优化选择了组合物的具体组成以及各成分的添加量,从而实现了最佳协同作用。由于对润滑油中的添加剂种类或用量进行了微调,即会对润滑油的综合性能造成影响,而本发明正是通过大量的实验,发现了能够同时体现良好承载能力及优异氧化安定性的L-DAH46黏度级别螺杆式空气压缩机油组合物。
本发明提供的L-DAH46黏度级别螺杆式空气压缩机油组合物可采用常规的润滑油品调和方法制备。所述方法包括以下具体步骤:将各成分按配比以自动批量调和或同步剂量调和方式进行混合,在50~60℃搅拌2~4小时,即得组合物;其中,各成分的加料顺序没有特别限定。
本发明进一步保护所述L-DAH46黏度级别螺杆式空气压缩机油组合物的应用。
经过应用实验证明,本发明提供的L-DAH46黏度级别螺杆式空气压缩机油组合物可以较大程度的提升该黏度级别螺杆式空气压缩机油的氧化安定性,满足客户对螺杆式空气压缩机油长换油周期的要求,且承载能力良好,低温流动性好,综合性能优异。同时,本发明提供的L-DAH46黏度级别螺杆式空气压缩机油组合物成分简单,原料易得,制备方法简便,成本低廉,具有广阔的大规模应用前景。
具体实施方式
以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。若未特别指明,实施例中所用的试剂均为常规市售试剂,实施例中所用的技术手段为本领域技术人员所熟知的常规手段。
各实施例以及各对比例均按照以下步骤制备而成:将各成分按配比以自动批量调和方式进行混合,在55℃搅拌2小时,即得组合物。

按照本行业标准测试方法,对各实施例和对比例所制得的压缩机油组合物进行性能测试。其中,运动黏度采用GB/T260,润滑油承载能力评定采用NB/SH/T 0306方法,氧化安定性评定采用GB/T12581。结果如表8所示。

由表8提供的测试结果可知,本发明提供的L-DAH46黏度级别螺杆式空气压缩机油组合物性能优异,保证了油品的长期使用寿命。同时,油品表现出良好的承载能力,具有广阔的应用前景。其中,实施例3提供的组合物的综合性能最佳。

2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂在组合物中的质量百分比为0.3~1.5%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂由芳胺、二烷基二硫化氨基甲酸盐和二烷基二硫代磷酸盐以质量比(1~3):(2~4):(2~5)混合而成;优选以质量比2:4:5混合而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物中含有芳胺0.1~0.5%,二烷基二硫化氨基甲酸盐0.1~0.5%,二烷基二硫代磷酸盐0.1~0.5%;
优选地,含有芳胺0.1~0.3%,二烷基二硫化氨基甲酸盐0.2~0.4%,二烷基二硫代磷酸盐0.2~0.5%;
更优选地,含有芳胺0.2%,二烷基二硫化氨基甲酸盐0.4%,二烷基二硫代磷酸盐0.5%。
5.根据权利要求1~4任意一项所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物中还含有抗磨剂1.0~5.0%;
所述抗磨剂优选为硫磷酸含氮衍生物。
6.根据权利要求1~5任意一项所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述加氢基础油为III类加氢基础油。
7.根据权利要求1~6任意一项所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物中还含有摩擦改进剂、清净分散剂、防锈剂、金属减活剂、降凝剂、破乳剂、抗泡剂中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求7所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物由如下重量百分含量的组分组成:
9.根据权利要求7或8所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述摩擦改进剂为有机硼酸脂化合物;
和/或,所述清净分散剂为有磺酸盐;
和/或,所述防锈剂为烯基丁二酸;
和/或,所述金属减活剂为噻二唑衍生物;
和/或,所述降凝剂为聚甲基丙烯酸酯;
和/或,所述破乳剂为聚氧丙烷型衍生物;
和/或,所述抗泡剂为丙烯酸酯与醚共聚物。
10.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,由如下重量百分含量的组分组成:
