Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗菌保鲜塑料薄膜,由下述重量份的原料组成:聚苯乙烯15-30,水杨酸苯酯20-30,聚磷酸铵15-25,山梨酸钾15-30,抗菌母粒5-15,增塑剂5-15;本发明在塑料薄膜中添加了水杨酸苯酯、山梨酸钾、抗菌母粒等抗菌材料,使其用于食品更加安全,添加了增塑剂,可以使薄膜强度更高,本发明塑料薄膜可以用作生产保鲜膜、食品塑料袋、食品包装内密封袋等,为提高食品的保鲜保质期起到重要作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及食品包装技术领域,具体是一种抗菌保鲜塑料薄膜。
背景技术
塑料是食品包装中最常用的材料之一,目前大多数食品包装用的塑料都是聚乙烯和聚氯乙烯,这两种材料本身均无毒性,但是往往在制备过程中,添加有多种添加剂,在盛装食品时,遇酸、碱、高温容易释放出有毒物质,造成食品安全问题,并且目前现有的塑料薄膜大多数不具备抗菌保鲜功能,据试验介绍,普通的保鲜膜,包覆食品后放入冰箱甚至比将食品裸露置于空气中更容易且更快速的繁殖细菌,这也导致即食食品的保质期大大缩短,造成资源浪费,因此,研发一种具有抗菌保鲜功效的塑料材料,是食品安全的重要保障。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对现有的用于食品包装的塑料制品,由于其中添加有很多添加剂,在盛装食品时,遇酸、碱、高温容易释放出有毒物质,影响食品安全,而提供一种抗菌保鲜塑料薄膜。

本发明在塑料薄膜中添加了水杨酸苯酯、山梨酸钾、抗菌母粒等抗菌材料,使其用于食品更加安全,添加了增塑剂,可以使薄膜强度更高,本发明塑料薄膜可以用作生产保鲜膜、食品塑料袋、食品包装内密封袋等,为提高食品的保鲜保质期起到重要作用。
