本发明公开了一种高效抑菌CPP薄膜及其生产方法,由以下质量百分比的原料组成:热封层15‑25%,由三元共聚聚丙烯、抗菌剂、爽滑剂、相容剂组成;中间层55‑65%,由均聚聚丙烯、聚乙烯、抗静电剂、爽滑剂组成;电晕层15‑25%,电晕层为二元共聚聚丙烯;其中,抗菌剂由壳聚糖、纳米二氧化钛、甲壳素、山梨酸钾、纳米银、氧化锌和硼酸组成。本发明具有抑菌效果好的优点。

高效抑菌CPP薄膜及其生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高效抑菌CPP薄膜及其生产方法。
背景技术
人类生活环境中存在大量的微生物,它们在适宜的温度及养分下会迅速繁殖,导致物质的变质,腐败,发霉等,食品的包装材料,由于和食材直接接触,对氧气和湿度阻断性能是食品包装材料的主要性能,防止外界环境对食材造成影响,阻断性从性能上包括阻氧性、阻湿性、阻光性、阻气味性等。耐高温性能、耐低温性能也是食品包装材料的理想性能。虽然目前大多数食品包装材料能够满足上述需求,但在抗菌性方面均存在着不足,尤其是对生鲜食品来说,如何防止食品清洁处理后所带有的细菌、真菌不再快速滋生,保持生鲜食品的保存期就显得尤为重要;而且,现有技术的食品包装薄膜在低温环境下的使用效果不理想。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的一个目的在于:提供一种高效抑菌CPP薄膜,抑菌效果好,在生鲜食品包装上使用效果好。
为解决上述问题,本发明的技术解决方案是:高效抑菌CPP薄膜,由以下质量百分比的原料组成:
热封层15-25%,由三元共聚聚丙烯、抗菌剂、爽滑剂、相容剂组成;
中间层55-65%,由均聚聚丙烯、聚乙烯、抗静电剂、爽滑剂组成;
电晕层15-25%,电晕层为二元共聚聚丙烯;
其中,抗菌剂由壳聚糖、纳米二氧化钛、甲壳素、山梨酸钾、纳米银、氧化锌和硼酸组成。
进一步地,热封层的组分按质量比为:三元共聚聚丙烯70-80%,抗菌剂15-25%,爽滑剂1-3%,相容剂1-5%。
进一步地,抗菌剂的组分按质量比为:壳聚糖6-10%,纳米二氧化钛15-25%,甲壳素5-15%,山梨酸钾15-19%,纳米银40-50%,氧化锌5-15%,硼酸2-8%。
进一步地,中间层的组分按质量比为:均聚聚丙烯55-65%,聚乙烯25-35%,抗静电剂2-4%,爽滑剂6-8%。
本发明还提供一种上述高效抑菌CPP薄膜的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按热封层、中间层、电晕层各组分比例分别称取原料,热封层、中间层、电晕层原料分别单独进行混配,混配后的原料均进行干燥;
(2)干燥后的热封层、中间层、电晕层原料分别送入各自挤出机进行熔融混炼塑化;
(3)分别将熔融态熔体送入三层模头,熔体在模头中汇合后通过扁平状的模头口形成熔融态片材;
(4)用气刀将片材贴附于激冷辊上并经过水浴冷却后将片材定型形成薄膜;
(5)薄膜再经测厚和电晕处理后送入收卷机,卷成大膜卷。
本发明的有益效果是:采用多种原料来混配出抗菌剂,通过抗菌剂的添加使薄膜具有良好的抗菌效果,中间层添加了聚乙烯,使薄膜在低温环境下也可正常使用,抗静电剂的加入使薄膜还具备了抗静电效果。
具体实施方式
为比较直观、完整地理解本发明的技术方案,现进行非限制性的特征说明如下:
实施例一:
高效抑菌CPP薄膜,由以下质量百分比的原料组成:
热封层20%,由三元共聚聚丙烯、抗菌剂、爽滑剂、相容剂组成;
中间层60%,由均聚聚丙烯、聚乙烯、抗静电剂、爽滑剂组成;
电晕层20%,电晕层为二元共聚聚丙烯;
其中,抗菌剂由壳聚糖、纳米二氧化钛、甲壳素、山梨酸钾、纳米银、氧化锌和硼酸组成,抗菌剂的组分按质量比为:壳聚糖8%,纳米二氧化钛20%,甲壳素10%,山梨酸钾17%,纳米银45%,氧化锌10%,硼酸5%。
热封层的组分按质量比为:三元共聚聚丙烯75%,抗菌剂20%,爽滑剂2%,相容剂3%。
中间层的组分按质量比为:均聚聚丙烯60%,聚乙烯30%,抗静电剂3%,爽滑剂7%。
爽滑剂为芥酸酰胺,相容剂为二甲基甲酰胺,抗静电剂为聚丙烯薄膜生产中常规使用的PP抗静电剂,如可以为市售商品PP抗静电剂舒尔曼公司生产的PP抗静电剂ASPA2485DC等。
高效抑菌CPP薄膜的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按热封层、中间层、电晕层各组分比例分别称取原料,热封层、中间层、电晕层原料分别单独进行混配,混配后的原料均进行干燥;
(2)干燥后的热封层、中间层、电晕层原料分别送入各自挤出机进行熔融混炼塑化;
(3)分别将熔融态熔体送入三层模头,熔体在模头中汇合后通过扁平状的模头口形成熔融态片材;
(4)用气刀将片材贴附于激冷辊上并经过水浴冷却后将片材定型形成薄膜;
(5)薄膜再经测厚和电晕处理后送入收卷机,卷成大膜卷。

Claims (5)

1.高效抑菌CPP薄膜,其特征在于由以下质量百分比的原料组成:
热封层15-25%,由三元共聚聚丙烯、抗菌剂、爽滑剂、相容剂组成;
中间层55-65%,由均聚聚丙烯、聚乙烯、抗静电剂、爽滑剂组成;
电晕层15-25%,电晕层为二元共聚聚丙烯;
其中,抗菌剂由壳聚糖、纳米二氧化钛、甲壳素、山梨酸钾、纳米银、氧化锌和硼酸组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高效抑菌CPP薄膜,其特征在于:热封层的组分按质量比为:三元共聚聚丙烯70-80%,抗菌剂15-25%,爽滑剂1-3%,相容剂1-5%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高效抑菌CPP薄膜,其特征在于:抗菌剂的组分按质量比为:壳聚糖6-10%,纳米二氧化钛15-25%,甲壳素5-15%,山梨酸钾15-19%,纳米银40-50%,氧化锌5-15%,硼酸2-8%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高效抑菌CPP薄膜,其特征在于:中间层的组分按质量比为:均聚聚丙烯55-65%,聚乙烯25-35%,抗静电剂2-4%,爽滑剂6-8%。
5.高效抑菌CPP薄膜的生产方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)按热封层、中间层、电晕层各组分比例分别称取原料,热封层、中间层、电晕层原料分别单独进行混配,混配后的原料均进行干燥;
(2)干燥后的热封层、中间层、电晕层原料分别送入各自挤出机进行熔融混炼塑化;
(3)分别将熔融态熔体送入三层模头,熔体在模头中汇合后通过扁平状的模头口形成熔融态片材;
