本发明涉及一种饮品及其制备工艺,特别是一种养生饮品及其制备工艺。
背景技术
现在人们的生活、工作压力较大,长期不正确的生活习惯导致摄取营养超过人体所需消耗和排泄,加之缺乏锻炼,极易引起内分泌失调、免疫力低下。免疫力是人体自身防御机制,正常情况下可抗病,维持机体生理平衡与稳定。当免疫功能下降或失调时,会产生痛风、心脏病、动脉硬化、糖尿病等各类疾病,影响身体健康。我国传统医学中许多论述都强调了提高机体免疫力对祛病、健康的重要性,通过调治阴阳、脏腑、气血来调节“陷”或“亢”的免疫状态,扶正祛邪、维护增强机体功能。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种补气、安神、明目、清热解毒、活血化瘀,大幅提高机体免疫力的养生茶。
本发明的养生茶,由以下重量分数比的原料制配而成:金花葵30%、肉苁蓉30%、党参15%、黄芪10%、辣木籽5%、枸杞5%、甘草5%。
含量分析 :
金花葵被誉为植物大熊猫,生命救心草,其黄酮含量高达6%,比目前在生物黄酮生产中广泛应用的银杏、大豆等含量高近百倍,是目前已知植物资源中含量最高的。其具有显著调节人体内分泌、免疫力,改善心脑血管微循环,增强人体抗氧化能力,抗心脑缺血、缺氧,抗炎,镇痛,抗疲劳,抗衰老等功效;
肉苁蓉含有丰富的生物碱、结晶性的中性物质、氨基酸、微量元素、维生素等成分。其具有能补肾阳、益精血,保护缺血心肌,保护肝脏等功能。同时,肉苁蓉多糖对人体淋巴细胞的形成和活性都有显著的影响,能增加淋巴细胞的增殖反应,从而增强机体的免疫功能。
党参含多种糖类、酚类、甾醇、挥发油、黄芩素葡萄糖甙、皂甙及微量生物碱,具有增强免疫力、扩张血管、降压、改善微循环、增强造血功能等功能。最宜用于平素倦怠乏力、精神不振、自觉气短、稍一活动就喘促的肺气虚弱者。四肢无力,食欲不振,大便稀溏的脾胃气虚的人,也宜使用党参。
黄芪富含皂甙、蔗糖、多糖、多种氨基酸、叶酸及硒、锌、铜等多种微量元素。具有增强机体免疫功能、补气固表、保肝、利尿、抗衰老、抗应激、降压、排脓等功效;
辣木籽富含人体无法自行合成的离胺酸、笨柄氨酸、甲硫胺酸、羟丁胺酸、白胺酸、异白胺酸、缬胺酸、色胺酸等8种“必需胺基酸”。具有改善睡眠,调节肠胃,降低血脂、血压、血糖,减肥瘦身,增强人体免疫力、促进新陈代谢等功效;
枸杞中富含枸杞多糖、甜菜碱、胡萝卜素、核黄素、烟酸、维生素B1、 B2及C等。其中,枸杞多糖能明显提高吞噬细胞的吞噬功能,提高淋巴细胞的增殖能力,调节机体免疫反应,是卫生部批准的药食两用食物。枸杞具有明目,补气强精,滋补肝肾,抗衰老,暖身体,增强机体免疫力、抗辐射损伤、调节血糖,降低血压,防治高血压等功效;
甘草含有丰富的硫胺素、核黄素、镁、维生素A、维生素C、维生素E、视黄醇等。甘草具有补脾益气,清热解毒,祛痰止咳,缓急止痛,调和诸药等功效。
本发明通过科学配伍,各成分的味道融合恰当,口感清新、润泽、清香味醇,同时通过合理的加工工艺,可有效保留各中药的有效成分,再制成颗粒状、片状或包装成袋泡茶状,可直接服用或用水浸泡饮用,长期饮用可起到养心、健脾、保肾、护肝、明目、消脂、祛火、抗疲劳、提高机体免疫力的作用。所述的养生茶性状温和,利于人体吸收,长期饮用亦无副作用。
具体实施方式
以100克养生茶为例,具体说明本技术方案的实施过程。
实施例1:
(1)将金花葵35克、肉苁蓉30克、党参10克、黄芪10克、辣木籽5克、枸杞5克、甘草5克净洗、灭菌干燥后,粉碎至20目左右。
(2)将粉碎后的原料置渗漉筒中进行渗漉浸提,过滤后得原料的有效成分的原汁。
(3)浓缩、制粒:将上述步骤获得的原汁进行浓缩至膏状后,制成颗粒状或片状的养生饮品。
浓缩是采用超临界CO2萃取方法进行浓缩。
上述制成的颗粒状或片状的养生饮品可直接服用,也可放入水中溶解后饮用。
实施例2-5。
在实施例1的基础上,改变各中药的配比,其余不变。

实施例6:
以100克养生茶为例,具体说明本技术方案的实施过程。
将金花葵35克、肉苁蓉38克、党参12克、黄芪10克、辣木籽5克、枸杞5克、甘草5克净洗、灭菌干燥后,粉碎至50目左右后,将其放入袋泡茶包装机的原料仓中,将其制成每包3-5克重量的袋泡茶,每天泡饮2袋左右。
长期服用或泡饮本饮品,可起到养心、健脾、保肾、护肝、明目、消脂、祛火、抗疲劳、提高机体免疫力的作用。
Claims (6)
1.一种养生饮品,其组分的重量百分比为:金花葵20-40%、肉苁蓉20-40%、党参10-15%、黄芪5-10%、辣木籽2-5%、枸杞1-5%、甘草1-5%。
2.一种制备养生饮品的工艺,其制备步骤为:
1)原料的粉碎:按上述比例将金花葵、肉苁蓉、党参、黄芪、辣木籽、枸杞、甘草净洗、灭菌干燥后,粉碎至30-50目后备用;
2)渗漉浸提:将上述粉碎后的原料利用渗漉法进行浸提,过滤后得上述原料的有效成分的原汁和药渣;
3)浓缩、制粒:将上述步骤获得的原汁进行浓缩至膏状后,制成颗粒状或片状的养生饮品。
3.根据权利要求2所述的制备养生饮品的工艺,其特征在于上述步骤一中灭菌干燥时是采用微波真空灭菌干燥。
4.根据权利要求2所述的制备养生饮品的工艺,其特征在于上述步骤三中的浓缩是采用超临界CO2萃取方法进行浓缩。
5.一种制备养生饮品的工艺,其制备步骤为:
1)原料的粉碎:按上述比例将金花葵、肉苁蓉、党参、黄芪、辣木籽、枸杞、甘草净洗、灭菌干燥后,粉碎至30-50目后备用;
2)包装:将上述粉碎后的原料制成袋泡茶。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制备养生饮品的工艺,其特征在于上述步骤一中灭菌干燥时是采用微波真空灭菌干燥。
