Abstract

本发明公开了一种耐久芳香柔软衬衣的生产方法。该方法对衬衣进行耐久芳香柔软整理,具体包括在烘干机内对衬衣喷洒芳香柔软混合助剂,烘干和焙烘,达到芳香柔软效果。本发明通过使用喷枪和烘干机控制芳香柔软混合剂与衬衣的结合程度,可减少包裹香料的微胶囊因外力摩擦导致破裂,保证其在穿着时更完全释放,留香持久且耐洗。同时,免去了面料轧吸或衬衣吸浸方法时水的使用,降低助剂用量,从最大程度上节约用水、用料。操作方法简单,赋予衬衣耐久芳香柔软的风格。

耐久芳香柔软衬衣的生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织品后整理技术,具体是涉及一种耐久芳香柔软衬衣的的生产方法。
背景技术
传统的芳香衬衣在生产过程中使用大量香精,香精易溶解、挥发导致香味不持久。普通使用微胶囊芳香助剂生产的衬衣,虽然能略微提升香味耐久性,但在生产过程中,由于水洗机和水的机械作用力大,导致微胶囊破损,不能最大限度保证香味的存留。本方法在使用微胶囊芳香助剂的同时,利用烘干机和气压式喷枪,采用喷洒法生产衬衣,进行高温烘干,提前进行助剂自交联反应,最大程度减少微胶囊破损,提高产品质量。赋予衬衣各种香味的同时,提高衬衣的柔软度、舒适度,使穿着者心情愉悦,达到身体、心灵与精神和谐的状态。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能克服上述缺陷、使处理后的衬衣具有芳香、柔软、香味和柔软度耐久的耐久芳香柔软衬衣的的生产方法,其方案为:
一种耐久芳香柔软衬衣的的生产方法,工序依次为芳香混合助剂配置、衬衣喷药、衬衣预烘干和衬衣焙烘处理,包括以下步骤:
1)芳香混合助剂配置:先稀释芳香助剂,轻轻搅拌水,轻轻添加3g/L~10g/L的芳香助剂到水中,轻轻混合均匀,在搅拌过程中不能有涡流产生。再配置芳香混合助剂,方法为芳香助剂1~5g/L、硅油类柔软剂0.5~2g/L、脂肪酸类柔软剂2~5g/L,纳米分散液0.2g/L~1g/L,其余为水。
2)衬衣喷药:将衬衣放入冷风模式下转动的烘干机内,使用气压式喷枪将混合液喷到衬衣上,喷液时间20-40min,烘干机转速为5RPM~15RPM,保证衬衣的带液量在75%-85%之间。
3)衬衣预烘干:完成喷药后,将工业烘干机内温度提升至70℃~80℃进行预烘干,烘干后衬衣的含湿率达到20-30%;
4)衬衣焙烘处理:将衬衣从工业烘干机内取出,放入120℃~150℃的焙烘炉内焙烘3~7min,然后冷却,完成芳香衬衣制作。
工作原理为:利用气压喷枪和烘干机将助剂均匀喷洒到衬衣上,在不影响产能的情况下,经过大量试验研究,尽量降低烘干机转速,可保护微胶囊不在生产时破损。在预烘干时使用高温烘干,让多种助剂提前发生交联反应形成保护膜,能最大程度上保护微胶囊不破损,提高产品质量,增强衬衣芳香和柔软性的耐久性。
本发明与现有技术相比,其优点在于:
1、能够最大程度的保护含有芳香助剂的微胶囊在生产时不破损。
2、在生产过程中除助剂本身配置外,没有水的使用,能够节约用水。
3、操作方法简单,省去普通方法来回拿放衬衣、脱水等步骤。
具体实施方式
下面结合三个实施例,对本发明进行详细的说明。
实施例1:克重89g/㎡的耐久芳香衬衣的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
1)芳香混合助剂配置:先稀释芳香助剂,轻轻搅拌水,轻轻添加3g/L的芳香助剂到水中,轻轻混合均匀,在搅拌过程中不能有涡流产生。再配置芳香混合助剂,方法为芳香助剂1g/L、硅油类柔软剂0.5g/L、脂肪酸类柔软剂2g/L,纳米分散液0.2g/L,其余为水。
2)衬衣喷药:将衬衣放入冷风模式下转动的烘干机内,使用气压式喷枪将混合液喷到衬衣上,喷液时间20min,烘干机转速为5RPM,保证衬衣的带液量在75%之间。
3)衬衣预烘干:完成喷药后,将工业烘干机内温度提升至70℃进行预烘干,烘干机转速为5RPM,烘干后衬衣的含湿率达到30%;
4)衬衣焙烘处理:将衬衣从工业烘干机内取出,放入120℃的焙烘炉内焙烘3min,然后冷却,完成芳香衬衣制作。
实施例2,克重130g/㎡的耐久芳香衬衣的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
1)芳香混合助剂配置:先稀释芳香助剂,轻轻搅拌水,轻轻添加10g/L的芳香助剂到水中,轻轻混合均匀,在搅拌过程中不能有涡流产生。再配置芳香混合助剂,方法为芳香助剂5g/L、硅油类柔软剂2g/L、脂肪酸类柔软剂5g/L,纳米分散液1g/L,其余为水。
2)衬衣喷药:将衬衣放入冷风模式下转动的烘干机内,使用气压式喷枪将混合液喷到衬衣上,喷液时间40min,烘干机转速为15RPM,保证衬衣的带液量在85%之间。
3)衬衣预烘干:完成喷药后,将工业烘干机内温度提升至80℃进行预烘干,烘干机转速为15RPM,烘干后衬衣的含湿率达到20%;
4)衬衣焙烘处理:将衬衣从工业烘干机内取出,放入150℃的焙烘炉内焙烘7min,然后冷却,完成芳香衬衣制作。
实施例3,克重110g/㎡的耐久芳香衬衣的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
1)芳香混合助剂配置:先稀释芳香助剂,轻轻搅拌水,轻轻添加7g/L的芳香助剂到水中,轻轻混合均匀,在搅拌过程中不能有涡流产生。再配置芳香混合助剂,方法为芳香助剂3g/L、硅油类柔软剂1g/L、脂肪酸类柔软剂3g/L,纳米分散液1g/L,其余为水。
2)衬衣喷药:将衬衣放入冷风模式下转动的烘干机内,使用气压式喷枪将混合液喷到衬衣上,喷液时间30min,烘干机转速为10RPM,保证衬衣的带液量在80%之间。
3)衬衣预烘干:完成喷药后,将工业烘干机内温度提升至75℃进行预烘干,烘干机转速为10RPM,烘干后衬衣的含湿率达到25%;
4)衬衣焙烘处理:将衬衣从工业烘干机内取出,放入140℃的焙烘炉内焙烘5min,然后冷却,完成芳香衬衣制作。
对以上实施例得到的衬衣与传统方法得到的衬衣进行香味耐洗性测试,测试结果如下表:
测试结果表明,采用本发明处理的服装其断裂强力、撕破强力等质量指标,均达到服装的质量要求,且服装的芳香柔软耐久性能远高于普通产品。

Claims (1)

1.一种耐久芳香柔软衬衣的的生产方法,其特征在于采用以下步骤:1)喷药:将衬衣放入冷风模式下工业烘干机内,使用气压式喷枪将混合液喷到衬衣上,烘干机转速为5RPM~15RPM,喷液时间20-40min,保证衬衣的带液量在75%-85%之间,其中混合液中芳芳香助剂的浓度为1g/L~5g/L,硅油类柔软剂的浓度为0.5g/L~2g/L,脂肪酸类柔软剂的浓度为1g/L~5g/L,纳米分散液0.2g/L~1g/L,其余为水;2)预烘:在烘干机内进行高温烘干,烘干温度70-80℃。烘干机转速为5RPM~15RPM,烘干后衬衣的含湿率达到20-30%;3)将衬衣进行125~150℃焙烘炉焙烘3~7min,然后冷却,即得耐久芳香柔软衬衣。
