Abstract
本发明公开一种环保型复合蕾丝面料及其工艺,为了解决现有技术中该类型产品工艺复杂,成本较高,不能满足批量生产的需求的问题:一种环保型复合蕾丝面料由以下成分纤维以重量份制备而成:羊毛纤维15‑20份,聚氨酯纤维8‑10份,聚酰胺纤维6‑8份;一种环保型复合蕾丝制备工艺包括复精梳阶段、纺纱阶段和后期处理阶断三个步骤。本发明具有良好的咬合性能,不含有任何化学添加剂,熟地黄精油的加入提高了面料的抗过敏性与舒适性,质地柔软,而且本发明成本低,制备工艺简单,对改善生活水平以及低碳环保具有重要作用。

本发明涉及环保复合蕾丝面料及其工艺,属于面料技术及工艺领域。
背景技术
随着纺织行业的进步和大力发展,人们对蕾丝面料的成分和工艺的要求越来越高。低碳环保、无公害的绿色面料服饰受到了人们的高度关注,市场前景广阔,然而,目前市场上该类型产品工艺复杂,成本较高,耗能高,不能满足环保兼顾批量生产的需求。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明公开一种环保型复合蕾丝面料及其工艺,节能环保,工艺简单。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种环保型复合蕾丝面料,由以下成分纤维以重量份制备而成:羊毛纤维15-20份,聚氨酯纤维8-10份,聚酰胺纤维6-8份,将羊毛纤维、聚氨酯纤维、聚酰胺纤维编制,经复精梳、纺纱、后期处理得到成品蕾丝面料;
所述羊毛纤维包括羊毛超细纤维3根,聚丙烯腈超细纤维1根,聚乙烯醇缩甲醛超细纤维1根;
所述聚氨酯纤维包括聚氨酯超细纤维3根,聚丙烯腈超细纤维1根,聚乙烯醇缩甲醛超细纤维1根;
所述聚酰胺纤维包括聚酰胺超细纤维3根,聚丙烯腈超细纤维1根,聚乙烯醇缩甲醛超细纤维1根;
以上三种纤维均并列排布,线芯外部包覆聚丙烯纤维涂层。
所述羊毛超细纤维、聚丙烯腈超细纤维、聚乙烯醇缩甲醛超细纤维、聚氨酯超细纤维、聚酰胺超细纤维的细度均不大于0.00025旦。
一种环保型复合蕾丝制备工艺,包括复精梳阶段、纺纱阶段和后期处理阶断三个步骤:
⑴复精梳阶段:所述复精梳工艺将所述羊毛纤维、聚氨酯纤维、聚酰胺纤维分别50根编织成纱线,经浸泡、洗纱、混条、链条针梳、复精梳、链条针梳、回缩、精梳以及整理制成预备纱,加入抗起球剂1-2份;
⑵纺纱阶段:所述纺纱工艺将预备纱加入怀地黄精油5-8份,防缩剂0.5-1份,经浸轧工艺、络筒、并线、倍捻、蒸纱进行热定型成条;
⑶后期处理阶段:所述后期处理工艺将热定型成条加入柔软剂4-6份,经回洗,洗过之后烘呢,成形,得到成品面料。
步骤⑴所述羊毛纤维由下面步骤制备而成:将羊毛纤维和水溶性聚酯制成密度为5.5-7tex的并列型羊毛纤维,放入80-120度的水中水解60-80分钟,清洗烘干。
步骤⑴所述聚氨酯纤维由下面步骤制备而成:将聚氨酯通过干法纺丝合成聚氨酯纤维,弹性伸长550%,弹性回复率97.5%,强度10.5cN/dtex。
步骤⑴所述抗起球剂选用磷酸酯三氧化二锑混合物,1.5-2.8mol/L,反应温度75-90℃,反应时间3.5h。
步骤⑵所述怀地黄精油中怀地黄含量65%-80%。
步骤⑵所述防缩剂选用过硫酸(H2SO5),浓度0.14mol/L,PH值1-2。
步骤⑶所述柔软剂选用水溶性有机硅柔软剂,反应温度80-90℃,反应时间4h。
所述成品面料规格:纱支48S/2-50S/2Nm,总紧度108-118,经密420-530根/10厘米,纬密185-230根/10厘米,克重220-265克/米。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:根据本发明公开的配比以及实验步骤所得一种环保型复合蕾丝面料及其工艺,具有良好的咬合性能,不含有任何化学添加剂,熟地黄精油的加入提高了面料的抗过敏性与舒适性,质地柔软。而且本发明成本低,制备工艺简单,对改善生活水平以及低碳环保具有重要作用,适于推广。

本发明所述一种环保型复合蕾丝面料,由以下成分纤维以重量份制备而成:羊毛纤维15份,聚氨酯纤维8份,聚酰胺纤维6份,将羊毛纤维、聚氨酯纤维、聚酰胺纤维编制,经复精梳、纺纱、后期处理得到成品蕾丝面料;所述羊毛纤维包括羊毛超细纤维3根,聚丙烯腈超细纤维1根,聚乙烯醇缩甲醛超细纤维1根;所述聚氨酯纤维包括聚氨酯超细纤维3根,聚丙烯腈超细纤维1根,聚乙烯醇缩甲醛超细纤维1根;所述聚酰胺纤维包括聚酰胺超细纤维3根,聚丙烯腈超细纤维1根,聚乙烯醇缩甲醛超细纤维1根;以上三种纤维均并列排布,线芯外部包覆聚丙烯纤维涂层。所述羊毛超细纤维、聚丙烯腈超细纤维、聚乙烯醇缩甲醛超细纤维、聚氨酯超细纤维、聚酰胺超细纤维的细度均不大于0.00025旦。
本发明所述一种环保型复合蕾丝制备工艺,主要包括复精梳阶段、纺纱阶段和后期处理阶断三个步骤:⑴复精梳阶段:所述复精梳工艺将所述羊毛纤维、聚氨酯纤维、聚酰胺纤维分别50根编织成纱线,经浸泡、洗纱、混条、链条针梳、复精梳、链条针梳、回缩、精梳以及整理制成预备纱,加入抗起球剂1.5份;⑵纺纱阶段:所述纺纱工艺将预备纱加入怀地黄精油6份,防缩剂1份,经浸轧工艺、络筒、并线、倍捻、蒸纱进行热定型成条;⑶后期处理阶段:所述后期处理工艺将热定型成条加入柔软剂5份,经回洗,洗过之后烘呢,成形,得到成品面料。
步骤⑴所述羊毛纤维由下面步骤制备而成:将羊毛纤维和水溶性聚酯制成密度为7tex的并列型羊毛纤维,放入90度的水中水解70分钟,清洗烘干;所述聚氨酯纤维由下面步骤制备而成:将聚氨酯通过干法纺丝合成聚氨酯纤维,弹性伸长550%,弹性回复率97.5%,强度10.5cN/dtex;所述抗起球剂选用磷酸酯三氧化二锑混合物,2.3mol/L,反应温度85℃,反应时间3.5h。
步骤⑵所述怀地黄精油中怀地黄含量75%;所述防缩剂选用过硫酸(H2SO5),浓度0.14mol/L,PH值2。
步骤⑶所述柔软剂选用水溶性有机硅柔软剂,反应温度85℃,反应时间4h。
所出成品布料规格:纱支48S/2Nm,总紧度112,经密498根/10厘米,纬度202根/10厘米,克重247克/米。
该布料规格与说明书中布料规格一致,面料软硬适中,具有良好效果。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于:面料成分纤维重量份配比不同:所用羊毛纤维20份,聚氨酯纤维10份,聚酰胺纤维8份,制备工艺与实施例1相同。
所出成品布料规格:纱支50S/2Nm,总紧度116,经密523根/10厘米,纬度228根/10厘米,克重259克/米。
该布料规格与说明书中布料规格一致,面料软硬适中,具有良好效果。
实施例3
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于:面料成分纤维重量份配比不同:所用羊毛纤维18份,聚氨酯纤维9份,聚酰胺纤维7份,制备工艺与实施例1相同。
所出成品布料规格:纱支49S/2Nm,总紧度115,经密511根/10厘米,纬度217根/10厘米,克重252克/米。
该布料规格与说明书中布料规格一致,面料软硬适中,具有良好效果。
实施例4
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于:面料成分纤维重量份配比不同:所用羊毛纤维25份,聚氨酯纤维9份,聚酰胺纤维9份,制备工艺与实施例1相同。
所出成品布料规格:纱支52S/2Nm,总紧度102,经密475根/10厘米,纬度187根/10厘米,克重272克/米。
该布料规格不符合说明书中布料规格,面料国硬,不合格。
实施例5
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于:面料成分纤维重量份配比不同:所用羊毛纤维15份,聚氨酯纤维12份,聚酰胺纤维9份,制备工艺与实施例1相同。
所出成品布料规格:纱支46S/2Nm,总紧度123,经密385根/10厘米,纬度167根/10厘米,克重214克/米。
该布料规格不符合说明书中布料规格,面料过软,不合格。
实施例6
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于:面料成分纤维重量份配比不同:所用羊毛纤维15份,聚氨酯纤维9份,聚酰胺纤维12份,制备工艺与实施例1相同。
所出成品布料规格:纱支38S/2Nm,总紧度103,经密354根/10厘米,纬度148根/10厘米,克重185克/米。
该布料规格不符合说明书中布料规格,面料过软,不合格。
由此可见,本发明公开的羊毛纤维、聚氨酯纤维、聚酰胺纤维的重量份具有良好的性能表现,面料舒适度最佳。
Claims (10)
1.一种环保型复合蕾丝面料,其特征在于:该面料包括羊毛纤维、聚氨酯纤维、聚酰胺纤维编制,经复精梳、纺纱、后期处理得到成品蕾丝面料,各成分纤维重量份数为:羊毛纤维15-20份,聚氨酯纤维8-10份,聚酰胺纤维6-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型复合蕾丝面料,其特征在于:所述羊毛纤维包括羊毛超细纤维3根,聚丙烯腈超细纤维1根,聚乙烯醇缩甲醛超细纤维1根;所述聚氨酯纤维包括聚氨酯超细纤维3根,聚丙烯腈超细纤维1根,聚乙烯醇缩甲醛超细纤维1根;所述聚酰胺纤维包括聚酰胺超细纤维3根,聚丙烯腈超细纤维1根,聚乙烯醇缩甲醛超细纤维1根,以上三种纤维均并列排布,线芯外部包覆聚丙烯纤维涂层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种环保型复合蕾丝面料,其特征在于:所述羊毛超细纤维、聚丙烯腈超细纤维、聚乙烯醇缩甲醛超细纤维、聚氨酯超细纤维、聚酰胺超细纤维的细度均不大于0.00025旦。
4.一种环保型复合蕾丝制备工艺,其特征在于:主要包括如下步骤:⑴复精梳阶段:所述羊毛纤维、聚氨酯纤维、聚酰胺纤维分别将50根编制成纱线,经浸泡、洗纱、回缩、精梳以及整理制成预备纱,加入抗起球剂1-2份;⑵纺纱阶段:所述预备纱加入怀地黄精油5-8份,防缩剂0.5-1份,经浸轧工艺进行热定型成条;⑶后期处理阶段:将热定型成条加入柔软剂4-6份,经回洗,洗过之后烘呢,成形,得到成品面料。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种环保型复合蕾丝制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤⑴所述羊毛纤维由下面步骤制备而成:将羊毛纤维和水溶性聚酯制成密度为5.5-7tex的并列型羊毛纤维,放入80-120度的水中水解60-80分钟,清洗烘干。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种环保型复合蕾丝制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤⑴所述聚氨酯纤维由下面步骤制备而成:将聚氨酯通过干法纺丝合成聚氨酯纤维,弹性伸长550%,弹性回复率97.5%,强度10.5cN/dtex。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种环保型复合蕾丝制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤⑴所述抗起球剂选用磷酸酯三氧化二锑混合物,1.5-2.8mol/L,反应温度75-90℃,反应时间3.5h。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一种环保型复合蕾丝制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤⑵所述怀地黄精油中怀地黄含量65%-80%。
9.根据权利要求4所述的一种环保型复合蕾丝制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤⑵所述防缩剂选用过硫酸(H2SO5),浓度0.14mol/L,PH值1-2。
10.根据权利要求4所述的一种环保型复合蕾丝制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤⑶所述柔软剂选用水溶性有机硅柔软剂,反应温度80-90℃,反应时间4h。
