本发明公开了一种冲压机械用润滑油,它包括基础油和助剂;所述基础按照以下原料的重量份数组成:矿物油20‑50份、合成酯10‑15份、植物油20‑40份;所述助剂按照以下原料的重量份数组成:聚甲基丙烯酸酯20‑50份、抗磨剂1‑5份、对苯二胺10‑15份、硫代二丙酸双酯1‑3份、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚10‑15份、抗磨液压油复合剂5‑10份、改性松香树脂10‑20份、PPD降凝剂5‑8份。该本发明的冲压机械用润滑油能够合理控制润滑油油的挥发时间,提高冲压过程中的润滑和冷却效果,并消除了环境污染,改善了生产环境。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种冲压机械用润滑油。
背景技术
目前市场上大多数冲压油是由石油提取物组成,由于是从石油中提取,有一定的石蜡成分,石蜡在应用中无法挥发,因为应用于制冷压缩机电机是不允许含有石蜡成分的,所以,在冲压硅钢片时无法使用。另外的一些冲压油,挥发太快,这会造成生产现场环境严重污染,而且由于挥发太快,造成高速冲模在冲制冲片时,冲片的应力集中,冲片毛刺较大,局部冲片的涂层会破损,对电机性能尤其是电机效率造成了很大的影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种提高冲压过程中的润滑和冷却效果,并消除了环境污染,改善了生产环境的冲压机械用润滑油。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种冲压机械用润滑油,它包括基础油和助剂;所述基础按照以下原料的重量份数组成:矿物油20-50份、合成酯10-15份、植物油20-40份;所述助剂按照以下原料的重量份数组成:聚甲基丙烯酸酯20-50份、抗磨剂1-5份、对苯二胺10-15份、硫代二丙酸双酯1-3份、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚10-15份、抗磨液压油复合剂5-10份、改性松香树脂10-20份、PPD降凝剂5-8份。
进一步的,所述基础按照以下原料的重量份数组成:矿物油30-40份、合成酯10-13份、植物油25-35份。
再进一步的,所述助剂按照以下原料的重量份数组成:聚甲基丙烯酸酯25-40份、抗磨剂1-3份、对苯二胺12-13份、硫代二丙酸双酯1-3份、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚13-15份、抗磨液压油复合剂5-8份、改性松香树脂10-15份、PPD降凝剂5-7份。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:该本发明的冲压机械用润滑油能够合理控制润滑油油的挥发时间,提高冲压过程中的润滑和冷却效果,并消除了环境污染,改善了生产环境。

具体实施例1:一种冲压机械用润滑油,它包括基础油和助剂;所述基础按照以下原料的重量份数组成:矿物油20份、合成酯10份、植物油20份;所述助剂按照以下原料的重量份数组成:聚甲基丙烯酸酯20份、抗磨剂1份、对苯二胺10份、硫代二丙酸双酯1份、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚10份、抗磨液压油复合剂5份、改性松香树脂10份、PPD降凝剂5份。
具体实施例2:一种冲压机械用润滑油,它包括基础油和助剂;所述基础按照以下原料的重量份数组成:矿物油35份、合成酯12份、植物油30份;所述助剂按照以下原料的重量份数组成:聚甲基丙烯酸酯35份、抗磨剂3份、对苯二胺13份、硫代二丙酸双酯2份、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚13份、抗磨液压油复合剂8份、改性松香树脂15份、PPD降凝剂6份。
具体实施例3:一种冲压机械用润滑油,它包括基础油和助剂;所述基础按照以下原料的重量份数组成:矿物油50份、合成酯15份、植物油40份;所述助剂按照以下原料的重量份数组成:聚甲基丙烯酸酯50份、抗磨剂5份、对苯二胺15份、硫代二丙酸双酯3份、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚15份、抗磨液压油复合剂10份、改性松香树脂20份、PPD降凝剂8份。
