Abstract
本发明公开了一种挥发性冲压油,按照以下原料的重量份数组成:基础油600‑900份、基础油辅助油300‑400份、月桂醇10‑50份、硼酸盐极压剂2‑5份、防锈剂A 5‑15份、防锈剂B 5‑10份、双硫醚1‑5份、亚磷酸酯0‑1份、极压抗磨剂5‑10份、乳化硅油1‑2份以及防腐剂1‑5份。本发明采用挥发性低残留配方,减少制冷零部件表面冲压油的残留量,挥发后冲压油在冲压表面形成一层保护膜,解决制冷系统毛细管堵塞的隐患。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种挥发性冲压油。
背景技术
传统冲压油采用矿物油(含石蜡)、动植物油、防锈添加剂、润滑添加剂等复配而成,但若应用在无氟制冷行业的话,其残留物会造成制冷系统毛细管堵塞、能耗高甚至制冷系统报废。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种易挥发,挥发后冲压油在冲压表面形成一层保护膜,解决制冷系统毛细管堵塞的隐患的挥发性冲压油。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种挥发性冲压油,其按照以下原料的重量份数组成:基础油600-900份、基础油辅助油300-400份、月桂醇10-50份、硼酸盐极压剂2-5份、防锈剂A 5-15份、防锈剂B 5-10份、双硫醚1-5份、亚磷酸酯0-1份、极压抗磨剂5-10份、乳化硅油1-2份以及防腐剂1-5份。
进一步的,一种挥发性冲压油,其按照以下原料的重量份数组成:基础油650-850份、基础油辅助油320-380份、月桂醇20-40份、硼酸盐极压剂2-5份、防锈剂A 8-10份、防锈剂B 6-8份、双硫醚1-3份、亚磷酸酯0-1份、极压抗磨剂8-9份、乳化硅油1-2份以及防腐剂2-5份。
再进一步的,一种挥发性冲压油,其按照以下原料的重量份数组成:基础油700份、基础油辅助油350份、月桂醇30份、硼酸盐极压剂4份、防锈剂A 9份、防锈剂B 7份、双硫醚2份、亚磷酸酯1份、极压抗磨剂8份、乳化硅油2份以及防腐剂4份。
更进一步的,所述极压抗磨剂为T361极压抗磨剂或T746极压抗磨剂。
特别的,所述基础油为SHD40溶剂油;所述基础油辅助油为进口MP冲压油。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明采用挥发性低残留配方,减少制冷零部件表面冲压油的残留量,挥发后冲压油在冲压表面形成一层保护膜,解决制冷系统毛细管堵塞的隐患。

具体实施例1:一种挥发性冲压油,其按照以下原料的重量份数组成:SHD40溶剂油600份、进口MP冲压油300份、月桂醇10份、硼酸盐极压剂2份、防锈剂A 5份、防锈剂B 5份、双硫醚1份、亚磷酸酯1份、T361极压抗磨剂5份、乳化硅油1份以及防腐剂1份。
具体实施例2:一种挥发性冲压油,其按照以下原料的重量份数组成:SHD40溶剂油700份、进口MP冲压油350份、月桂醇30份、硼酸盐极压剂4份、防锈剂A 9份、防锈剂B 7份、双硫醚2份、亚磷酸酯1份、T361极压抗磨剂8份、乳化硅油2份以及防腐剂4份。
具体实施例3:一种挥发性冲压油,其按照以下原料的重量份数组成:SHD40溶剂油900份、进口MP冲压油400份、月桂醇50份、硼酸盐极压剂5份、防锈剂A 15份、防锈剂B 10份、双硫醚5份、亚磷酸酯1份、T746极压抗磨剂10份、乳化硅油2份以及防腐剂5份。

1. 一种挥发性冲压油,其特征在于:按照以下原料的重量份数组成:基础油600-900份、基础油辅助油300-400份、月桂醇10-50份、硼酸盐极压剂2-5份、防锈剂A 5-15份、防锈剂B 5-10份、双硫醚1-5份、亚磷酸酯0-1份、极压抗磨剂5-10份、乳化硅油1-2份以及防腐剂1-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种挥发性冲压油,其特征在于:按照以下原料的重量份数组成:基础油650-850份、基础油辅助油320-380份、月桂醇20-40份、硼酸盐极压剂2-5份、防锈剂A 8-10份、防锈剂B 6-8份、双硫醚1-3份、亚磷酸酯0-1份、极压抗磨剂8-9份、乳化硅油1-2份以及防腐剂2-5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种挥发性冲压油,其特征在于:按照以下原料的重量份数组成:基础油700份、基础油辅助油350份、月桂醇30份、硼酸盐极压剂4份、防锈剂A 9份、防锈剂B 7份、双硫醚2份、亚磷酸酯1份、极压抗磨剂8份、乳化硅油2份以及防腐剂4份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种挥发性冲压油,其特征在于:所述极压抗磨剂为T361极压抗磨剂或T746极压抗磨剂。
5.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种挥发性冲压油,其特征在于:所述基础油为SHD40溶剂油;所述基础油辅助油为进口MP冲压油。
